u-GIS 환경에서의 모바일 단말기를 위한 지리 정보 서비스 시스템은 기존의 GIS, LBS 기반의 모바일 단말 특성을 고려한 사용자 중심의 서비스 시스템이다. 모바일 단말의 다양한 기종과 통신사에 따른 지리 정보 서비스 시스템의 다양한 버전 개발과 GIS 전문가 중심의 서비스 시스템 개발에서 단말기와 통신사에 종속되지 않는 일반 사용자 중심의 지리 정보 서비스 시스템으로 요구 사항이 변경되고 있다. 이러한 요구 사항을 충족시키기 위하여 본 논문은 다양한 모바일 단말에 모두 적용 가능한 표준적인 실행 파일을 생성할 수 있는 플렉스 기반의 지리 정보 서비스 시스템을 설계하며, 사용자 중심의 지리 정보 서비스 시스템에서 가장 우선적으로 제공해야 하는 위치 정보와 연계한 사진 컨텐츠 관리 기법을 제안한다. 제안시스템은 지도 표출에 관련된 기능, 위치 관리 기능, 컨텐츠 관리 기능, 매시업 관리 기능, 데이터 관리 기능을 제공하며, 결과물을 모바일 단말기에서 표출하기 위해 swf 파일을 생성하는 기능을 제공한다. 제안된 시스템은 구현을 통해 각각 다른 모바일 단말기에서 동일한 결과를 표출함을 증명하였다. 생성된 실행 파일은 다른 사양을 가진 모바일 단말기에서 확대 배율과 디스플레이 화면에 따른 동일한 이미지 지도를 사용자에게 전달하여 언제 어디서나 누구에게도 동일한 결과를 보여주는 장점을 가진다.

This Paper provides perceptual metrics for video quality based on properties of human visual system, and audio quality based on human audition. All metrics work without reference signals, allowing non-intrusive, in-service measurements. A simple and easy-to-learn user interface displays the metrics and saves them in popular file formats like CSV. In this paper, proposed method was able to various and corrective measurement for the multimedia service video quality. As that it was able to application to set up service guide line and the methode of measurement and system for the set up standardization of the high quality video service.

The findings of the study would be valuable for the basis of marketing strategies to be implemented in the foodservice industry. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, major consumer dissatisfaction factors identified in this study can be categorized based on the followings: food, service, and facilities. It appears that most preferred medium for unsatisfied consumers to file their employees how to cope with complaints on the Internet. In terms of psychological compensation, it appears that consumers need to be provided with a through explanation in addition to a heartfelt apology against a complaint. On the physical side of compensation solution for everybody. The ideal timing of compensation for complaints can vary but it would be appropriate to leave it up to consumers to choose when they want to be rewarded.

In this paper, we have designed a remote controlable HDR System using all embedded linux board. The system is composed of three parts - a HDR System, a PC client program for remote control and a Nameserver for registering and aquisition of the IP address. The system is built in an embedded board using a linux kernel. With the Linux the system can support networking and file system for a hard disk management In addition, the system embeds a web-server and a ftp-server for remote manipulation and file transfer. And the hardwares of the system are controlled by the linux device driver mechanism. MPEG1/2 technique is used to compress TV tuner signal and external analog video/audio signal. And compressed data is stored in a hard disk. The data stored in the system is accesable through lan or internet. And RTP protocol is used to enable the system to service live stream of instant video/audio input.

본 논문에서는 파일 데이터의 실시간 재생 서비스를 제공하기 위한 UNIX파일 시스템의 연속 블록 할당에 대하여 다루고 있다. 설계된 블록 할당 방식은 사용자가 저장 데이터와 함께 지정한 소비 전송율을 지원할 수 있도록 적절한 디스크 위치에 데이터를 배치하여 실시간 재생 서비스를 지원할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 데이터 전송율에 영향을 미치는 요소 중에서 가변적인 특성인 연속 블록 수와 저장 데이터들의 실린더 간격과의 관계를 분석하여 특정 실린더 간격 별로 연속 블록을 저장하는 방식을 채택하였다. UNIX시스템의 블록 할당 방식은 임의의 실린더 위치에서 연속 블록을 찾는 것이 비효율적 이기 때문에 새로운 형태의 비트맵 방식의 유휴 블록 기법을 사용하였다. 비트맵 방식의 블록 관리 기법은 파일 시스템 블록들을 비트 단위로 사용/비사용 여부를 표시하여 임의의 실린더 위치에 존재하는 블록이 사용 가능한지를 효율적으로 검색할 수 있도록 하였다.

So many location based service systems, including automobile navigation system logistic management, taxi fleet management, and so on, are being used everywhere. However, these are all outdoors. This paper provides a stepping stone for commercial indoor location based services by developing an integrated system of our indoor positioning and map viewer modules. For the indoor positioning, we propose WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) based EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) which estimates user's current location and tracts user's trace in the sequence of time. Our map viewer renders a map recorded in an Autocad DXF file and provides functions of map manipulation such as zoom-in, zoom-out, and move. We integrate our indoor positioning and map viewer modules and discuss the experimental results of the integrated system.

국토교통부 공간정보 오픈플랫폼으로 인해 3차원 공간정보자료에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 3차원 공간정보자료 중 텍스쳐 자료를 효율적으로 관리 및 저장에 관한 것으로, 다방향 항공 카메라 및 수직 항공 카메라에 의해 획득된 원시영상을 이용하여 항공삼각측량 및 3차원 저작을 통해 제작된 3차원 공간자료를 추출하고, 이 자료로부터 해당 텍스쳐 자료를 최적 저장 공간에 정렬 및 배치하여 단일 텍스쳐 자료를 생성하는 방안을 연구하고 관련 기법을 개발하였다. 실험 결과, 기존 방안인 단일 파일 저장 방식에 비해 최대 1/8배에 상응하는 용량 축소 효과가 있었으며, 다중 파일 저장 방식과 비교하였을 때 파일 관리 효율성을 증진시킬 수 있음을 최종 확인하였다. 본 연구 성과는 다수의 3차원 공간정보자료를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 초석이 될 것으로 판단되며, 향후 알고리즘의 개선 및 추가 연구를 통해 활용 방안이 증대될 것으로 사료된다.

In the EPC(Engineering Procurement and Construction) project of the plant, procurement engineering has a profound effect on the profitability of the project. It is important that the procurement specifications are well written to ensure that procurement engineering works properly. In the meantime, the procurement specifications have been created by the experience of the person in charge because there was no system for helping procurement engineering. To cope with this situation, we are developing a procurement engineering management support system (PeMSS). This paper describes how to implement a knowledge-based service in the procurement engineering management support system. First, we briefly introduce the PeMSS, the knowledge base application field, and how to apply it. The parts that requires knowledge-based service are parsing the requirements in the PDF (Portable Document Format) file and management of the document provided by the supplier of the equipment.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 스트림의 디지털 저작권 관리(DRM)를 위한 암호화 방법을 제안한다. MPEG-4는 멀티미디어 스트리밍을 위한 표준이며 MPEG-4 파일 포맷에 따라 저장된다. 인가된 사용자들만 접근이 가능하도록 MPEG-4 파일 포맷으로부터 추출된 I-VOP, P-VOP의 매크로 블록(MB)들과 모션 벡터(MV)들을 암호화하는 3가지 방법을 설계하였고, MPEG-4 데이터의 암호화에는 DES(Data Encryption Standard)를 사용하였다. 이러할 암호화 방법을 기반으로 MPEG-4 데이터 스트리밍을 위한 인터넷 방송 서비스용 DRM 솔루션을 구현하고, 최적의 암호화 방법을 선택하기 위해 복호화 속도 및 영상의 품질을 비교하였다.

This study examined the existing issues and current status of how to best approach the establishment of railroad asset of the corporation in the long run. It also explored some preventative measures for further problems. Based on the law of state property and related railroad statutes, the research referred to basic plans for railroad management of Korea Rail Network Authority, the outcome of file research, handbook of asset management, guidelines and policy of Ministry of Finance and Economy for state property management, recommendations of the Board of Audit and Inspection and fact-finding research of state property (miscellaneous properties). The findings are making a few suggestions on the service of the Korea Rail Network Authority and Korail.
