실무공학교육을 위한 현장맞춤형교육과정 개발 사례 (Case Study of Field-Oriented Curriculum Development for Practical Engineering Education)

  • 대학의 고등직업교육 중심기관으로서 역할을 다하여 노동시장의 미스매치 현상과 이로 인한 기업의 신입사원에 대한 재 교육비 소요 등의 불만 요소를 해소하는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 산업사회의 수요에 대응하는 인력개발요구 및 기계분야 산업현장 요구를 충족시키는 교육과정에 있어서 제안된 능력단위를 근거로 해서 실무형 교육과정을 개발하는 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 산업체 직무를 분석하여 영역별 요구 수준을 파악한 후, 새로운 교육과정을 개발하고, 이에 따라 전문기술인력으로 갖추어야 할 능력과 높은 성과를 창출할 수 있는 인력양성의 중요성이 증대되고, 이러한 현장중심의 교육과정 개발을 통하여 재학생들의 취업률 향상에도 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

컴퓨터-소프트웨어 분야 수요지향적 교과과정의 개발 (Development of Demand-Oriented Curriculum in the Computer-Software Field)

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터-소프트웨어 분야를 중심으로, 산업계에서 요구하는 기술 요소와 대학사이의 불균형을 완화시키기 위한 정책의 일환으로 정보통신부의 주도하에 개발된 산업체 수요지향적 교과과정 개발 과정과 그 결과를 다룬다. 컴퓨터-소프트웨어 분야를 소프트웨어 개발, 시스템 통합, 임베디드 시스템 소프트웨어, 멀티미디어 및 게임 소프트웨어, 비즈니스 정보 기술 등의 다섯 가지 세부 전공 트랙으로 세분하였다. 각 트랙에 대해 네 개의 수요지향적 교과목을 포함한 교과과정을 개발하였고, 수요지향적 교과목들의 상세강의개요와 과목교안을 개발하였다. 한편 이렇게 개발한 결과물을 활용하여 다수의 대학에서 2004년부터 실제 강의가 이루어져왔다.

  • E-business curriculum needs to be developed reflecting requirements of the industry which involve a close relation with a job performed in the field, and a professional knowledge and an expert skill. In this paper, we present a method based on a market-oriented approach for developing an I-business curriculum. For the purpose, we analyze the opinion data resulting from the surveyed opinions of respondents working for I-business companies and evaluate the importance of each course being involved in the curriculum with respect to the job classification (e.g., Web planner, Web master, Web programmer, Web marketer, Web designer, Web PD), and then, complete a flow diagram considering precedence and relative difficulty among the selected courses. The E-business curriculum developed by the proposed method is useful to provide guidelines for determining courses required toward a desired job and for making a partial amendment of the curriculum.

Development of Competency-oriented Social Multimedia Computer Network Curriculum

  • In the revised 2015 curriculum, it is emphasized that fostering of the students as the capable 'creativity-convergent' individuals can be achieved by offering them the opportunities to cultivate the basic knowledge in liberal arts, society and scientific technologies through schooling. While retaining the basic principle of 'fostering creative people', this fundamentally-reformed curriculum involves improvements in the elementary and middle school curriculums in response to the national and social demands in which active responses to the changes in the educational environments and amelioration of the problems posed in the field applications are required. Accordingly, a novel future-oriented curriculum is necessary for the classroom teaching, and to realize the goal, the 'Competence-oriented Social Multimedia Computer Network Curriculum' adopting the virtualization and the 'Bottom-up' methods has been proposed in this paper as a feasible and practical curriculum. Our curriculum will be compared with the recent Cisco high school curriculum and analyzed contemplating recent curriculums in US, UK, Japan and India. Two 1-year practice courses are examined to prove the validity of the proposed curriculum for a period of two years as a qualitative research project. The results of the comparative analysis will show that our proposed curriculum is superior to the Cisco high school curriculum in the aspects of economic feasibility and learning satisfaction.

도서관학 교육의 비교연구 -한국과 일본으 교과과정분석을 중심으로-

  • Educational changes of library and information science (L & IS) at Keio university in Japan, standard of L & IS established by Japanese university educational committee, and trend of library science education in three Korean university were comparatively studied. For the efficient conduct of investigation, the art of states of L & IS was also considered. By the influence of American education, public library-oriented Japanese curriculum had changed to special library-oriented curriculum. Late 60's information science was introduced to their curriculum, library science which based upon information science theory endeavor to make its own field in a n.0, pplied science as harmonized library and information science now. Korean library science education begun with university library-oriented curriculum, accepted special library and information science at almost same time in late 60's. It gave rise to many problems to organized systematic library science. Consequently, it have needed to harmonize these two fields in near future, reorganize curriculum based on this harmonized knowledge and acquire the consensus about fundamental essence of library science education further.

현장중심형 치과기공사 배출을 위한 교육과정 개편 방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the reorganization of the curriculum for produce of field-oriented dental technicians)

  • Purpose: The objectives of this study is to collect the opinions of experts in the field of dental lab technology, and to present a plan for reforming the curriculum for producing clinical-based dental technicians. Methods: 71 experts were selected for this study. Experts were grouped into clinicians, educators, and policy-makers. First of all, the purpose and method of this study were explained to experts. After receiving the consent to participate in the research, their opinions were investigated. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire created based on their opinions and opinions collected. Results: The results showed that they were relatively satisfied with the curriculum. In addition, it was found that they hope to increase the proportion of mandatory education of digital dentistry and clinical practice. Emphasis was placed on expanding opportunities for on-the-job training as well as on time for hands-on training. As for admission capacity, the highest opinion was to keep it as it is, followed by the need for reduction. Conclusion: It seems necessary to minimize the difference between the curriculum and the clinical field in order to produce field-oriented dental technicians. To this end, it is necessary to reorganize the operation of field-oriented subjects and to increase the practice time to improve practical skills.

A Power Electronics and Drives Curriculum with Project-oriented and Problem-based Learning: A Dynamic Teaching Approach for the Future

  • Power electronics Is an emerging technology New applications are added every year as well as the power handling capabilities are steadily increasing. The demands to the education of engineers in this field are also increasing. Basically the content of the curriculum should be more expanded without extra study time. This paper present a teaching approach which makes it possible very fast for the student to get in-deplh skills in this important area which is the problem-oriented and project-based learning. The trend and application of power electronics are illustrated. The necessary skills for power electronic engineers are outlined followed up by a discussion on how problem-oriented and project-based learning are implemented. A complete curriculum at Aalborg University is presented where different power electronics related projects at different study levels are carried out.

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대에 맞는 다양한 대학의 기업현장 적용 교육 모델이 제시가 되고 있다. 특히 새로운 교수법과 함께 많은 기업의 맞춤형 교육을 위한 다양한 교육 모델이 연구되면서 활용성을 높여가고 있다. 기업 현장에서 필요로 하는 역량을 위한 프로젝트 중심의 교수법에 대한 연구가 최근에 가장 많이 발전되어 지고 있는 분야이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기업의 요구사항에 맞는 프로젝트 중심의 교수법에 대한 부분을 적용한 사례 중심의 교육과정 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 블록체인과 웹 개발자를 위한 기업 맞춤형 교육 모델을 통하여 산업체 중심의 교육과정 모델을 설계하고 운영과정에 대한 사례를 중심으로 제안한다. 본 사례를 통한 모델은 산업체와 함께 심층 인터뷰 등을 통하여 현장에 맞는 교육과정 모델로 설계하여 운영이 되도록 구성하였다.

역량기반 교육과정 개발 사례연구: 광주·전남 패션디자인 전공을 중심으로 (A Case Study for the Development of a Competency-Based Fashion Design Curriculum in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do)

  • This case study is centered on the developing process for the curriculum of fashion design major that is focused on the concept of competency, which is becoming increasingly more important in universities. The purpose of this study is to develop a competency-oriented curriculum for fashion design majors based on recent social changes that accentuate the importance of competency in such programs. In order to establish a competency-oriented curriculum of the Department of Fashion Design, the researchers examined environmental trends within the fashion industry, the curriculum and major competencies of other universities were examined. As a result, the key ability types of the Department of Fashion Design at A University, a local private university, were determined to be: communication and consideration, creativity and convergence, digital fashion, and practical adaptability. Four major abilities were selected to develop competencies suitable for the aforementioned ability types. These abilities are design planning and development, creative and convergent thinking, integrated information search and utilization, and field expertise application. From there, the curriculum was organized with these four major abilities in mind, and curriculum completion plans were developed for each grade and semester according to the stage and level of contents for each subject. To ensure the validity of the curriculum, it is necessary to develop a back-flow system that demonstrates whether the targer competency has been acquired through a competence-based curriculum.

현장성 강화를 위한 현장직무연수에 대한 운영 및 분석 (Operation and Analysis of field-oriented training to enforce the field education)

  • 최근 산업구조가 고도화됨에 따라 기술의 변화가 크게 일어나고 있으며 특성화고 및 마이스터고의 교육에 있어서도 이와 같은 기술변화에 맞는 교육이 필요로 되고 있다. 이와 같은 요구에 따라 특성화고 및 마이스터고 전문교과 교원에 대한 현장역량강화 및 기업과의 인적 교류 확대를 위하여 현장직무연수 프로그램이 개발되어 운영되었다. 본 연구에서는 한국기술교육대학교 능력개발교육원에서 2013년도 운영된 단기 및 중 장기의 현장직무연수 프로그램을 분석하고 그 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다. 분석결과 현장직무연수에 대한 만족도가 상당히 높게 나왔으며 앞으로 산업과 기술의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 연수 프로그램으로 정착될 수 있도록 개선방향을 도출하였다.
