The presented scientific research substantiates the principles of the mechanism of the investment resources involvement in order to introduce innovations at enterprises in the context of digitalization using a resource-functional approach. The importance of attracting investment resources, which contributes to the modernization of production systems, the creation of a stable economic field of development of economic entities, is justified. The expediency of application of the resource-functional approach on research of the mechanism of attraction of investment resources for introduction of innovations at the enterprises in the conditions of digitalization is proved. The investment process is presented in the form of a chain of interdependent processes which include: attraction of investment resources, investments, increase of investment value, profit. It is proved that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for the introduction of innovations in enterprises in the context of digitalization cannot be considered in isolation from the process, due to the fact that the mechanism is aimed at performing specific functions. The functions of the mechanism include management, complex, coordination, monitoring, performance and control functions. Functions of the mechanism of attraction of investment resources for introduction of innovations at the enterprises in the conditions of digitalization are caused by the purposes of attraction of investment resources for innovative development; the presence of an objective nature; relative independence and homogeneity; implementation of functions in the process of investing in innovative activities of the enterprise.
This work is focused on analyzing ion-pair interactions and showing the effect of solvent induced inter-atomic attractions in various dielectric environments. To estimate the stability of ion-pairs, SCI-PCM ab initio MO calculations were carried out. We show that the solvent-induced attraction or ‘cavitation' energy of the ion-pair interactions in solution that arises mainly from the stabilization of the water molecules by the generation of an electrostatic field. In fact, even the strong electrostatic interaction characteristic of ion-pair interactions in the gas phase cannot overcome the destabilization or reorganization of the water molecules around solute cavities that arise from cancellation of the electrostatic field. The solvent environment, possibly supplemented by some specific solvent molecules, may help place the solute molecule in a cavity whose surroundings are characterized by an infinite polarizable dielectric medium. This behavior suggests that hydrophobic residues at a protein surface could easily contact the side chains of other nearby residues through the solvent environment, instead of by direct intra-molecular interactions.
A laboratory observation and a greenhouse pot experiment were carried out to know the correlationship between the attraction and the susceptibility of rice varieties to Aphelenchoides besseyi. Degrees of attraction of rice seedling extract to A. besseyi and the multiplication rates of the nematode varied greatly according to the rice varieties used. And there was strong correlation between the two variables; i.e., the more the seedling extract of a variety attracted by the nematode in agar observation, the more the variety was susceptible in greenhouse pot experiment.
Attractiveness of stink bugs to various colors, heights and locations of fish-net traps incorporated with aggregation pheromones was determined. Bean bug, Riptortus pedestris Fabricius, was most attracted to yellow color trap, followed by white, black, green, blue and brown. R. pedestris and one-banded stink bug, Piezodorus hybneri Gmelin, were most attracted to fish-net traps placed 80 cm above the ground regardless of sexes of two species of stink bugs. Between the sexes, however, R. pedestris females were more attracted to 40 and 80 cm above the ground than the males at those heights although the attraction was not significantly different at 120 and 160 cm heights. P. hybneri females tended to be attracted to 40 and 80 cm height traps but the attraction was the opposite at 120 and 160 cm heights. The highest attraction of R. pedestris was observed in a perilla field with no significant difference in the soybean field and border area in which no crop were cultivated between the perilla and soybean fields. R. pedestris was also more attracted to the sweet persimmon orchard than the soybean and medicinal crops fields, which was a significant difference between the two fields.
Electrofusion of cabbage protoplasts was performed with a developed equipment which consists of a parallel wire electrode, a AC field generator, and a pulse generator. Exposure of protoplasts to an alternating current field of 450 KHz causes attraction to each other which leads to chains of protoplasts extending from the electrode. Intra-specific protoplast fusion was effectively induced within the pearl chains by the additional application of a single high-intensity DC square wave pulse of 1 KV/cm for 1-3 msec. To improve the performance, micro fusion electrode fabricated from the semiconductor technology and microcontroller based field an, d pulse generator was proposed. The viability of protoplasts after an application of electric field at optimum condition was reduced by only 5 % compared with that of pre-application. A prototype of fusion electrode, which consists of insulator-structure, was successfully fabricated by using photosensitive polyimide.

Fock-state is a highly non-classical radiation-field state. So if one can generate a Fock-state it is possible to study many interesting quantum-mechanical aspects. But in spite of its attraction, it is very difficult to generate a Fock-state experimentally although there have been many theoretical and experimental efforts to do it. Recently Chough et. al.$^{(1)}$ proposed a feasible scheme to achieve quasi number states. The key is to exploit the multi-photon resonances occurring in a driven Jaynes-Cummings system, so it is important to understand the processes at multi-photon resonances. In the present work we study the dynamics of multi-photon resonances in the driven Jaynes-Cummings system. (omitted)
Sex pheromone composition was analyzed for Dichocrocis punctiferalis, which attacksapple, peach, chestnut fruits, etc., and its behavioral and field trapping studies were conducted to developa monitoring system with its sex pheromone. Virgin females showed maximum mating behavior andhairpencil extrusion behavior between 4-5 hrs after lights-off under 16L18D photoperiod and 26rf 1 "C.During this period, two sex pheromone components, ElO-hexadecenal and ZlO-hexadecenal, weredetected by GC analysis in the hexane extract of abdominal tips of virgin females. The best attraction ofmales to various synthetic sex pheromone blends was obtained at the 70 : 30 ratio of ElO-hexadecenal andZ10-hexadecenal for hair pencil extrusion and at the 80 : 20 ratio for flying upwind response. The highestattractiveness in fields was obtained between 70 : 30 and 80 : 20 from several tests in apple, peach andchestnut orchards.and chestnut orchards.

Four LEDs (blue, green, red, and white light) were tested to identify the most attractive wave length to utilize as the forecasting tools for the B. tabaci in glass houses. Attractiveness was evaluated by the total number of the B. tabaci attached to a yellow sticky trap. In the condition of no host plant supplement, the attraction efficacy was ordered from high to low as blue light (107.3±2.5), white light (83.0±12.1), red light (58±21.8), and green light (39.7±8.1). In the supplement of the host plant, the attraction was observed in the order of blue light (52±17.4), red light (38.7±5.8), green light (12.7±1.5), and white light (11.7±5.0). In both experimental conditions, blue light showed the highest attraction. In terms of the host plant effect to LED attraction, it varied following as white light (85.9%), green light (68.1%), blue light (51.6%), and red light (33.3%). This result suggests that red light is the least affected by the host plant. In the evaluation of the relative control efficacy, it was determined following as red light (66.7%), blue light (48.5%), green light (31.9%) and white light (14.1%) (F3,8 = 14.7, P = 0.001). Taken together, blue light had a very high initial attraction, and red light was revealed low attraction effect by the supplement of the host plant. In field demonstration experiments, a high attractive efficacy was not observed due to low-temperature conditions, but similar higher attractive efficacy was observed in blue and red lights compared to the control. The commercialization of LEDs using red and blue in the future is expected to provide important information regarding B. tabaci population density forecast in glass house.

This paper deals with the design of a touch free eddy-current brake for high speed transportation systems by using 2-dimensional Finite Element Method (2-D FEM). The eddy current brake systems have to equipped with maximum braking force and deceleration at the given volume or mass, high braking force at small rate, attraction forces as small as possible and stable construction. The parameters, such as the number of pole, electric ampere-turns and slot width have influence on these braking characteristics. For the magnet to satisfy above-mentioned performance in high speed, the braking performance according to variation of the parameters are analyzed by the 2-D FEM. In addition, the magnet stack width is determined from equivalent stack width that is calculated by solution of the Field with scalar potential. From these results, the magnet of optimized configuration with maximum braking force and minimum attraction force is designed by the process of detail design.
Most of the train brakes depends on friction between wheels and tracks. This requires braking force reduced in order not to cause wheel slides since the friction decreases as the train speed increases and consequently results in extension of braking distance. The braking system called 'Linear eddy current brake' or simply' Eddy current brake' is a braking system for making a brake independent from friction, which consists in creating electromagnet by coiling around shoes attached. to bogies; having the shoes above the tracks approached to the tracks upon acknowledgement of a braking command; and authorizing braking force that is irrelevant to friction through magnetic repulsion between electromagnet attached to the tracks and train set by the use of the electromagnet's magnet field characteristics. An electromagnetic attraction braking system that consists in pressing pole shoes attached to bogies against the tracks by using electromagnet's attraction force is called 'Electromagnetic track brake' or simply 'Track brake'. This paper has been prepared in purpose of studying technological tendencies of the eddy current brake and the track brake so that it can be utilized as fundamental data for commissioning Korean high-speed trains with the eddy current brake hereafter.
