한국형 2차선도로 모의실험 프로그램(TWOPAS)의 개발 (Development of Two-lane, Two-way Highway Simulation Program(TWOPAS) for Korean Condition)

  • The two-lane, two-way highway simulation program(TWOPAS) is evaluated for Korean Highway Capacity Manual Study. TWOPAS program input variables, especially related vehicle performance, traffic flow relationship, car-following model and passing logic are examined and modified through the analysis results of our two-lane, two-way highway traffic characteristics. Simulation outputs with and without modification are compared with the field data. The results show that improved TWOPAS program(TWOPAS KI) is well suitable for simulating our two-lane, two-way highway condition.

웹기반의 치매 예방용 융합교육 프로그램 개발 (Convergent Web-based Education Program to Prevent Dementia)

  • 최신 정보기술(IT)을 이용하여 웹(web) 기반으로 동작하는 치매 예방용 융합교육 콘텐츠를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 사전 준비단계로 치매관련 국내 외 문헌분석 및 산업체 요구분석을 통해 개발 범위를 규정하였고, 이를 근거로 프로그램을 작성하였다. 개선단계에서는 다양한 분야의 전문가들과 함께 수정 작업을 거쳐 프로그램의 완성도를 최대화 하였다. 본 프로그램 개발내용을 요약하면, 첫째, 통합교육 및 융합교육의 교육학적 이론과 관련 전문가로부터 타당성 검증을 통해 645지능계발 모형을 개발한 후 "사물을 가리어 판단할 만한 지각"을 뜻하는 순 우리말인 "가리사니" 모형이라 명명하였다. 둘째, 웹기반 좌뇌 훈련 융합교육으로 수리영역에 "길 찾기" 및 "선 잇기"와 언어영역에 "문자 찾기(I, II)" 프로그램을 개발하였다. 셋째, 웹기반 우뇌 훈련 융합교육으로 주의영역에 "나의 자동차 찾기" 및 "시각 훈련"과 인지영역에 "사물추리" 및 "그림비교" 프로그램을 개발하였다. 넷째, 웹기반 좌 우뇌 훈련 융합교육으로 공간지각영역에 "펜토미노" 및 "BQ마제"(Brain Quotient와 maze 합성어)와 기억영역에 "시각 훈련" 프로그램을 개발하였다. 다섯째, 연구결과를 종합하여 총 52주 차시의 영역별 융합교육 운영 프로그램을 제시하였다.

전라남도 지역아동센터의 급식관리 지원을 위한 시범사업 평가 (Assessment of the Support Program of Foodservice Management for Community Child Centers in Jeollanam-do, Korea)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the foodservice management support program focusing on menu management in community child centers. The support program provided reference menus, staff training, and field consulting to 10 community child centers in the Jeollanam-do province for one month, August in 2010. One month menus were developed, based on children's preference for menu items, foodservice personnel's preference for food materials, and availability of local specialty foods, and offered as reference menus. In addition, staff training and field consulting focusing on menu management were conducted before and during the pilot period, respectively. To evaluate the support program, menus, foodservice personnel's knowledge level and perceived performance in foodservice management, and children's level of satisfaction for foodservice were analyzed before and after the support program. As a result of analysis of 222 and 210 menus of before and after the support program, respectively, the number of dishes per meal increased from five to six on average, and the proportion of meals including five food groups, which were grain, meat, vegetable, fruit, and milk and dairy product, rose from 2% to 24%. Foodservice personnel's knowledge level regarding foodservice management increased significantly (p = 0.007), however, their perceived performance in foodservice management did not show any significant changes. Children were more satisfied with 'food' (p = 0.001), 'sanitation' (p = 0.001), and 'environment' (p < 0.008) of foodservice in community child centers after the support program. In conclusion, the foodservice management support program focusing on menu management in this study was effective for improving menu quality of and children's satisfaction with foodservice in community child centers.

CIPP모형을 이용한 해외현장실습 및 해외취업 프로그램 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement Plan for Overseas Field Practice and Overseas Employment Programs using CIPP Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 해외현장실습 및 해외취업 프로그램 현황을 진단하기 위해 관련 문헌 연구를 실시하였고 CIPP모형에 맞추어 설문을 구성하고 분석하여 향후 효과적인 해외진출 프로그램을 추진하기 위한 정책적 제안을 제시하였다. 주요결과로는 참여자들의 만족수준을 높이기 위해서는 본인의 참여의지가 강해야 하고 해외취업 프로그램의 목표를 명확히 설정해야 할 필요가 있다고 조사되었다. 또한, 해외취업 성사 후에도 담당자의 현지출장 및 업체와의 관계유지 등 지속적인 지원을 보장해 줄 수 있는 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 현행되고 있는 해외진출 프로그램들이 가지고 있는 긍정적인 효과와 문제점들을 확인함으로써 국가, 대학, 지자체의 해외현장실습 및 해외취업 관련 사업 정책 수립시 도움될 만한 시사점들을 제시하고 있다.

학교보건교사 전염병관리교육 효과평가 (Evaluation of Field Epidemiology Specialist Program for School Nurse)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the educational effect of the Field Epidemiology Specialist Training Program for School Nurse which composed of 18hours curriculum. Method: The subjects were 797 who participated in the 2005 training program. Data was collected with structured questionnaires(knowledge on the control of communicable disease 15 items, attitude 15 items, and confidence in practice 14 items, demographic characteristics 4 items) before (January) and after (July to October) programs in 2005. Results: Knowledge on the control of communicable disease was improved from 9.7 points (possible range : 0-15) before program to 11.9 points after program. Attitude was improved from 53.6 points (possible range : 15-60) before program to 55.7 points after program. Confidence in practice was changed from 45.9 points (possible range : 14-56) before program to 50.0 points after program. Even though all three areas were improved after educational program, knowledge showed the largest change among them. Conclusion: We can conclude the educational program was effective because knowledge, attitude, and confidence in practice on the control of communicable were statistically significantly improved after educational program. Further educational program is recommended to be operated to get more improvement in attitude and confidence in practice. And short-term continuing educational program is needed to maintain and refresh the information on the control of communicable diseases in schools.

전문사서 양성을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on National Competency Standards-based Curriculum Design of the Practical Training Courses in Library and Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 현장실습의 만족도 영향요인을 파악하고 현장실습교육 구성요인으로서 적합한 NCS 능력단위를 도출하여, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)과 연계된 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 모델을 설계하고 NCS 기반의 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 추진 현황 특히 문헌정보학 전공분야 NCS 현황을 분석하였고, 둘째, 문헌정보학 전공학생의 현장실습 만족도 조사를 통해 현장실습의 영향요인을 도출하였고, 실습기관인 도서관 현장에서의 NCS와 연계된 현장실습 구성요인의 중요도 및 활용도 평가를 진행하였으며, 셋째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 조사결과 등을 통해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)이 실제 도서관 현장의 업무와 적절하게 부합되는 방향으로 NCS와 연계된 문헌정보학 실습교육과정 모델을 설계하였고, 넷째, NCS를 기반으로 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하여 현장실습 실습생에게 요구되는 현장실습 교육지침서를 제안하였다.

INTRA-NIGHT OPTICAL VARIABILITY OF ACTIVE GALACTIC NUCLEI IN THE COSMOS FIELD WITH THE KMTNET

  • Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN) variability can be used to study the physics of the region in the vicinity of the central black hole. In this paper, we investigated intra-night optical variability of AGN in the COSMOS field in order to understand the AGN instability at the smallest scale. Observations were performed using the KMTNet on three separate nights for 2.5 to 5 hours at a cadence of 20 to 30 min. We find that the observation enables the detection of short-term variability as small as ~ 0.02 and 0.1 mag for R ~ 18 and 20 mag sources, respectively. Using four selection methods (X-rays, mid-infrared, radio, and matching with SDSS quasars), 394 AGN are detected in the $4deg^2$ field of view. After differential photometry and ${\chi}^2$-test, we classify intra-night variable AGN. The fraction of variable AGN (0-8%) is statistically consistent with a null result. Eight out of 394 AGN are found to be intra-night variable in two filters or two nights with a variability level of 0.1 mag, suggesting that they are strong candidates for intra-night variable AGN. Still they represent a small population (2%). There is no sub-category of AGN that shows a statistically significant intra-night variability.

경기도 가족계획 요원의 가족계획사업 수행에 필요한 지식이해에 관한 조사연구 (Study on Needed Professional Knowledge and Understanding of Family Planning Workers in Kyonggi-Do, Korea)

  • The Family Planning Program has teen intensively implemented in Korea by the national policy since 1962. However, the desired effective results were not fully obtained by many reasons such as the shortage of qualified workers, lack of eligible women's cooperation and understanding of the importance of family planning etc., The field family planning workers is classified into two categories along the governmental personnel order; the senior field worker and the assistant field worker. The former is qualified licensed nurse and the latter same as the former of a certified nurses-aid. These family planning worker's roles are somewhat in change not only in field education, distribution of contraceptions, administrating mother's class of assistant field workers but also responsible for the senior field workers such as recording, reporting and keeping statistics. Therefor, the desired success of family planning programming in Korea depends on family planning worker's professional abilities and activities in the field. In aiming to study on professional knowledge of the above two kinds of family planning workers, the following results were obtained through a field survey with question airs done as of October, 1970 in Kyonggi-Do. 1. Working term of the family planning workers in average were less than two years. The younger the assistant Field workers were, the earlier they left job. 2. The assistant field workers selected their job in order to the superficial rather than implementing job itself. 3. Most of the workers either in the health center or in the Up-Myun had a better understanding concerning with their job ; contraceptive methods, maintenance of equipment and drug keeping, and other administrative procedures, etc., 4. They had relatively better understanding and sufficient knowledge about contraception itself and application of it's methods and side effects in detail too, but less knowledges for the care after. 5. It was hard to Find out any differences in administrative knowledge and demographic understanding. 5. It is fully agreed upon that the longer the worker have experienced with the program, the more skilful she applied. 7. The worker who had training whether pre-service or insertive are working more effectively than the untrained. 8. The fundamental demographic knowledge is recommended to obtain for the workers in Kyonggi-Do.
