응급구조과 학생의 구급차동승실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing factors on satisfaction in ambulance ride practice of paramedic students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide an appropriate direction for effective field practice program by analyzing the influencing factors on satisfaction in ambulance ride practice of paramedic students in Korea. Methods: This study analyzed of 180 paramedic students from 20th to 30th september, 2019. The collected data were analyzed with MedCalc 18.1.0 program. Results: The results of the satisfaction of ambulance riding practice according to the degree of procedure practice are as follows. Satisfaction was high in all groups except the practice time. The lowest satisfaction rate was seen in the category of'There were many cases of applying theories learned at college'within the variable of practice environment(2.82±0.82). The factors affecting the satisfaction of ambulance riding practice were the nurse (β=-0.1472, p=.024) and emergency medical technician(β=-0.3318, p=.002) according to the ambulance worker qualification paramedic, and the practice score (β=0.0048, p<.001). Conclusions: For effective ambulance riding practice, it is necessary to be able to select the practice place where many cases can be experienced, the appropriate selection of the practice leader, and the degree of procedure practice.

농업경영 컨설팅의 발전방안에 관한 연구 (Strategies to Improve Farm Management Consulting Practice)

  • Farm management consulting is recently widely recognized as farm business becomes more commercial. For better consulting practice, this paper analyzes current status of consulting practice and then suggests few strategies for consulting practice. Firstly, basic farm managements consulting should be strengthen, which have been done by technological center in local governments. Secondly, farm management consulting institutions must be specialized, in terms of role for each institution. Thirdly, we should train and produce more consultants specialized in field needs. Finally, aftermath program have to be developed for estimating consulting benefits.

가상공간을 활용한 예비교사 수업실습 프로그램 개발 (Developing a teaching practice program for pre-service teachers using a virtual space)

  • 이 연구는 가상공간과 수업실습의 특성을 반영하여 가상공간을 활용한 예비교사 수업실습 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 예비연구를 통해 가상공간에서의 수업실습 프로그램 개발 목표, 수업실습 팀 편성, 수업실습 조건이 분석되었다. 이러한 예비 연구를 기반으로 최종 개발된 실습 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위하여 99명의 예비교사에게 이 프로그램이 적용되었으며, 이 중 46명의 예비교사가 평가에 참여하였다. 평가 결과 이 프로그램은 예비교사들의 교수효능감에 긍정적 변화를 가져온 것으로 나타났다. 이 프로그램이 교사양성과정에서 효과적으로 사용되고, 학교현장에서의 실제적 수업실습에 연계되어 활용되기를 기대한다.

전문사서 양성을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on National Competency Standards-based Curriculum Design of the Practical Training Courses in Library and Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 현장실습의 만족도 영향요인을 파악하고 현장실습교육 구성요인으로서 적합한 NCS 능력단위를 도출하여, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)과 연계된 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 모델을 설계하고 NCS 기반의 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 추진 현황 특히 문헌정보학 전공분야 NCS 현황을 분석하였고, 둘째, 문헌정보학 전공학생의 현장실습 만족도 조사를 통해 현장실습의 영향요인을 도출하였고, 실습기관인 도서관 현장에서의 NCS와 연계된 현장실습 구성요인의 중요도 및 활용도 평가를 진행하였으며, 셋째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 조사결과 등을 통해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)이 실제 도서관 현장의 업무와 적절하게 부합되는 방향으로 NCS와 연계된 문헌정보학 실습교육과정 모델을 설계하였고, 넷째, NCS를 기반으로 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하여 현장실습 실습생에게 요구되는 현장실습 교육지침서를 제안하였다.

보건진료원 직무교육 교과과정개선을 위한 연구 (A Study on Curriculum Development for CHPs)

  • The study was done to improve the job training course for Community Health Practioners (CHPs) by evaluating the level of help that the training provided to the CHPs in carrying out their work and to analyze the management activities of the CHPs in order to develop a more effective CHP training program. The methodologies used in the study were a questionnaire survey. The survey results were analyzed using SPSS Windows. The study results are as follows. 1. The total average level of help from the job training(Theory. Practice and Field Practice) for carrying out the CHP work was found to be $3.04\pm.53$ (of a possible 4), which indicates a high level of help. The average for clinical practices was $3.16\pm.60$. for theory. $3.11\pm.40$ and for field practice. $2.84\pm.60$. 2. For the theory content of the job training courses. the help level was low in the area of mother and child health management/family planning with an average of $2.65\pm.62$ and in the area of health information system development with an average of $2.62\pm.83$. The reason for these deficiencies were. in order of frequency. few opportunities to apply learning. training content that was inadequate. training methodologies which were incongruent with content. improper training items and insufficient class hours. For the practice. the clinical work in rehabilitation/orthopedics departments and in ENT/Opthalmology departments had averages of $2.96\pm.86$ and $2.97\pm.80$ respectively. This low level resulted from the lack of direct experience. lack of sincerity during the practice time. lack of practice guidance. insufficient time and lack of practice equipment. in that order. For the field practice. the delivery management averaged $2.06\pm.90$ as the lowest help level. In this case 68% of respondents replied that there were no relevant reasons for this deficiency. 21% responsed that there was a lack of direct experience, 7%, a lack of practice guidance and 4.8%, insufficient time. 3. There were significant differences for several demographic variables when comparing the help level of the clinical courses (practice and Field Practice). A higher help level was reported by older nurses as compared to younger ones, experienced nurses as compared to scholarship nurses, and married over single. Also for nurses who had finished more other programs and were qualified or licensed in several areas the level was high. Although it was not statistically significant the level was higher if the work area was in a rural county, not a city, and if one had more recently completed the job training(P<,05). 4. Of the respondents 58.6% replies stated the period of job training for the CHP was adequate, but 51.7% reported that the period for theory courses was too short while an other 48.3% responded that it was sufficient. For practice locations, 50% responsed that it was good to practice in medical institutions(primary, secondary and tertiary) at the same time. While 48.3% agreed that doing theory and practice simultaneously was good, and 56.9% agreed that field practice should be done after completing theory and practice training. Hence, the development of new field practice guidelines suitable for changing environments of health management are required in place of the existing ones which were considered low in help level to the practical work of the CHPs.

사서교사 교유실습의 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Variables Affecting Teacher Librarians' Practice Teaching in Korea)

  • 이 연구는 사서교사의 교육실습에 영향을 미치는 변수 간의 인과관계를 분석하여 효과적인 교육실습의 전개방향을 모색하고, 사서교사의 전문성 선장방법으로써 교육실습의 효과를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 두개의 연구모형을 구성하였다. 첫 번째 모형에서는 교육실습의 영향요인으로 사전교육, 실습프로그램, 지도교사, 실습환경, 실습기관의 조직적 분위기를 선정하여 변수 간의 인과관계를 분석하였고, 두 번째 모형에서는 사서교사의 주요 전문성 신장경로인 대학교육과정, 교육실습, 현장경험 및 자기계발이 역할인식과 직무수행 역량에 어느 정도의 효과를 미치는지 분석하였다. 연구결과 사서교사의 교육실습에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 실습프로그램으로 나타났고, 전문성 선장경로 중 교육실습은 직무수행 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 교육실습은 사서 교사의 전문성 신장과정으로써 실제적인 효과가 있으며, 교육실습의 효과적 전개방안으로 교육실습에 대한 인식제고, 양질의 실습프로그램 개발, 충분한 사전준비, 지도교사의 노력이 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

간호대학생의 임상실습에서 프리셉티 경험: "모자라지만 꿋꿋이 버텨 다듬어지기" (Preceptees' Experiences of Nursing Students in the Clinical Practice with Preceptorship: "Being refined while taking a firm stand with lack")

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore preceptees' experience among nursing students in the Clinical Nursing Practice program as integral practice. Specific aims were to identify problems students face as preceptees at a clinical practice and how they interact with preceptors and others. Methods: Grounded theory methodology was utilized. Data were collected from interactive field notes and transcribed notes with individual in-depth interview from 12 senior nursing students who had experiences as a preceptee in the Clinical Nursing Practice. Results: Through constant comparative analysis, a core category emerged as "Being refined while taking a firm stand with lack." The process of "Being refined while taking a firm stand with lack" consisted of four phases: sailing phase, adaptation phase, achievement phase and wistful returning phase. Conclusion: The findings of the study indicate that there is a need for nursing students to understand the limitations and strengths to learning experiences in preceptorship. In addition, the Clinical Nursing Practice as an integral practice program is needed to improve nursing capacity and for proper adaptation to real clinical environment among graduating students.

Factors Affecting the Safety Care Practice of Childcare Teachers

  • In this study, an attempt was made to provide basic data for the development of programs that can improve safety care practices in the future by identifying factors that influence childcare teachers' safety care practices. 134 childcare teachers participated, and the survey results were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0 statistical program. As a result of this study, there was a significant positive correlation between safety knowledge and attitude. There was no significant correlation with knowledge and safety care practices. It was found that safety attitude had a significant positive correlation with safety care practice.. The factor influencing safety care practice was attitude toward safety, and the explanatory power of the model was 46.1%. In order to improve the level of safety care practices of childcare teachers, a program that can be practically utilized through customized education tailored to the needs of childcare teachers and each field rather than simply imparting knowledge is absolutely essential.

학습부진학생 대상의 학습습관 지도 요구와 실행 정도 간 차이 분석 (The Gap of the Practice and the Needs for Improving Underachievers' Study Habits)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the implementation of instructional practices and the needs for improving study habits of underachievers, as a preliminary research to develop improving program for underachievers' study habits. Firstly, past researches on the subject were analyzed to find out the concept and scope of study habits, and factors related to academic achievement. After arranging and integrating these factors, we have extracted the constructs and factors of improvement program for students' study habits. Secondly, the instructional practices in the field and needs for improvement program for students' study habits were analyzed through a survey. The online survey composed of structured questionnaire was conducted among teachers consisting of regular classroom teachers, special class teachers, school counselors, etc. The results were reflected in the contents and configuration of the program. The contents of survey was the degree of practice and needs of improvement program for students' study habits in schools, and the degree of practice and needs of standardized tests. According to the survey results, the efforts for improving the underachieved students' study habits were low level. This study focused on study habits showing high demands in the development of program and manual.

골프운동이 장애자녀를 둔 어머니의 주관적 행복감에 미치는 융합 연구 (Convergent research on how golf affects the subjective happiness of mothers who have children with disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 골프운동이 장애자녀를 둔 어머니의 주관적 행복감에 미치는 융합연구를 어머니를 대상으로 조사하였다. SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 기술통계 및 T-검정, Anova분석을 실시하였으며, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조사 대상자의 인구 사회적 특성에서 연령 40대, 학력 대졸, 종교 불교, 무교, 직업 가사, 가정형편은 보통, 대부분이 건강하였다. 또한 골프구력, 골프타수, 필드, 연습빈도, 연습시간에서 기술통계 모두가 평균이상이다. 둘째, 변인간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 골프운동에서 골프구력, 골프타수, 필드, 연습빈도, 연습시간에서 정적, 부적관계의 주관적 행복감에 유의미한 관계가 제시되었다. 셋째, 필드, 연습빈도, 연습 시간이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 것으로 제시되었다.
