구조적 손상을 입은 R.C보의 휨보강 효과 (Flexural Strengthening Effect on R.C Beam with Structural Damage)

  • 최근에 구조적인 손상을 입은 철근콘크리트 구조물은 내구성과 내력 향상을 위해 보수 보강이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 철근콘크리트 보가 휨에 의해서 손상되었을 경우 손상이전의 상태로 내력복원을 할 수 있는지를 규명하고자 한다. 실험결과 기준실험체와 강판 탄소섬유시트 격자탄소섬유판으로 보강한 실험체를 비교할 때, 휨내력은 상승하였고, 연성도와 에너지흡수능력도 기준실험체에 비해 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 보강재인 강판 탄소섬유시트 격자탄소섬유판(복합재)은 R.C보의 휨보강재로 매우 우수한 성능을 보유하고 있다고 판단된다.

Smart Honeycomb Sandwich Panels With Damage Detection and Shape Recovery Functions

  • In this research, optical fiber sensors and shape memory alloys (SMA) were incorporated into sandwich panels for development of a smart honeycomb sandwich structure with damage detection and shape recovery functions. First, small-diameter fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors were embedded in the adhesive layer between a CFRP face-sheet and an aluminum honeycomb core. From the change in the reflection spectrum of the FBG sensors, the debonding between the face-sheet and the core and the deformation of the face-sheet due to impact loading could be well detected. Then, the authors developed the SMA honeycomb core and bonded CFRP face-sheets to the core. When an impact load was applied to the panel, the cell walls of the core were buckled and the face-sheet was bent. However, after the panel was heated over the reverse transformation finish temperature of the SMA, the core buckling disappeared and the deflection of the face-sheet was relieved. Hence the bending stiffness of the panel could be recovered.

  • The sheet molding compound composite has been applied divers section. This paper reports processing of carbon fiber reinforced thermosetting composite with diverse resins and which was composed of chopped carbon fiber (30 ~ 60 wt%). Normally the paste that the viscosity is over 15,000 cps has been used in traditional Sheet molding compound (SMC) machine. In this research, SMC machine was designed to make Carbon-sheet molding compound (C-SMC) prepreg which was composed with low viscosity resin (1,800 ~ 2,500 cps increase up to 10,000 cps after aging). In order to confirm the optimal processing condition. Mechanical strength tests including tensile test, shear test, impact test, flexural strength test were conducted on C-SMC composites. Plus we identified the correlation between the mechanical properties and prepreg processing condition (carbon ratio and applied resin).

  • This study was performed experiment for strengthened bridge decks with isotropic carbon fiber sheets received fatigue loading, and compared with fatigue behavior of unstrengthened bridge decks. By the results, this study was examined effect of increasing strengthened to phase life cycles of bridge deck for fatigue loading and application of the punching shear theory of bridge deck strengthened by carbon fiber sheet.

  • The present study examined the characteristics of high speed welding thin metal sheet using single mode fiber laser of averaged maximum output power 300 W. Due to the fiber laser that has a good quality of beam can make a very small focusing beam size, thin metal sheet welding and high speed key hole welding can be peformed by high power density.

RC 교량상판의 휨 성능향상을 위한 탄소섬유 보강방법 연구 (An Experimental Study on Flexural Behavior of RC Bridge Deck Strengthened with Carbon Fiber Sheet)

  • Recently, Carbon Fiber Sheets(CFS) have been used for strengthening the deteriorated RC beams and bridge decks because of its resistant capacity of corrosion and easy repairing works. In this study, the static test tare performed on RC bridge decks strengthened with CFS. Test results show that ultimate strength of specimens strengthened with CFS is increased as 15~26% comparing to the control specimen.

도로교 RC 상판의 압축강도 차이에 따른 탄소섬유시트 보강효과 (Reinforcing effects of carbon fiber sheet by compressive strength differences on the RC slabs)

  • 본 연구에서는 교량의 보강재료로써 주목받고 있으며, 적용이 이루어지고 있는 탄소섬유시트(CFS) 및 새롭게 개발된 탄소섬유스트랜드시트(CFSS)를 이용하여 RC 상판 공시체에 접착보강하고, 보강을 통한 내피로성의 평가 및 RC 상판 공시체의 압축강도가 보강효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 윤하중 피로 실험을 통해 내피로성을 평가한 결과, 기존의 CFS 전면접착보강 공법에 비해 새롭게 개발된 CFSS 격자접착보강 공법의 보강효과는 1.2~1.3배의 보강효과가 확인되었다. 또한, RC 상판의 압축강도가 보강효과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 압축강도가 시방서의 설계기준강도 이하일 경우에는 보강 후에도 내피로성은 평가되지 않았다. 따라서, 탄소섬유재료를 이용한 접착보강을 실시할 경우에는 RC 상판의 콘크리트 압축강도 및 사전조사를 실시할 필요가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

가지 달린 구조의 폴리실라잔을 전구체로 이용해 제조한 카본 나노튜브/실리콘 카보나이트라이드 복합체 시트의 발열특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Heating Element Properties of Carbon Nanotube/Silicon Carbonitride Composite Sheet using Branched Structured Polysilazane as Precursor)

  • 본 연구에서는 카본나노튜브(CNT) 면상발열체에 preceramic polymer 중 하나인 실세스퀴아잔을 코팅하여 고온에서 안정적인 발열이 가능한 CNT/SiCN 복합체 시트를 제조하였다. 제조된 복합체 필름은 FE-SEM을 통해 실세스퀴아잔이 CNT 면상발열체의 표면을 모두 코팅한 것을 확인하였다. 또한 800℃의 열처리를 통해 실세 스퀴아잔이 SiCN 세라믹으로 전환되어도 표면의 결함이 발견되지 않고 온전한 구조를 유지하는 것을 확인하였다. CNT/SiCN 복합체 시트는 질소와 공기 분위기 모두에서 기존의 CNT 시트보다도 높은 열적 안정성을 확보할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 제조된 CNT/SiCN 복합체 필름은 대기 중에서 700℃ 이상의 온도로 발열이 가능하였고 발열 후 온도를 식히고 재발열 또한 성공적으로 이루어졌다.

무윤활 압연한 알루미늄 합금의 집합조직과 성형성 (Texture and Formability Development of Non-lubrication Rolled Al Alloy Sheet)

  • Formability and other mechanical properties of sheet metals are strongly dependent on the texture. It was studied to improve the formability of the Al alloy(AA3003) sheets which were rolled under the non-lubrication condition and subsequent heat treated. In the non-lubrication rolled and subsequent heat treated Al alloy sheet, the variation of the plastic strain ratios were investigated in this study. Non-lubrication rolled Al sheets showed a fine grain size and after subsequent heat treated specimens showed that the $\beta$-fiber texture component was increased. The plastic strain ratios of the non-lubrication rolled and subsequent heat treated Al alloy sheets were about two times higher than those of the original Al sheets. These could be related to the formation of $\beta$-fiber texture components through the non-lubrication rolling and subsequent heat treatment in Al sheet.

  • It has been applied the self adhesion waterproofing sheet which is developed from exist asphalt waterproofing sheet by heat and torch in domestic construction field. However, the problem of waterproofing have constantly happened due to air pocket condition and defect of joint part in waterproofing construction. Therefore, in this study, we would like to analyze the field application as testing in side of materials and construction method of self adhesion butyl rubber sheet and study of the materials performance.
