This study was performed to investigate purchasing practice and size satisfaction in order to establish marketing strategy and produce free-size clothes for the male and female in their 20s. Results were as follows; first, regarding the size selection method, it has been found that 71.5% of subjects answered that they buy clothes as a sales clerk chooses for them without knowing the old size name or notation. Second, 47.5% of subjects answered that free size is the size, which fits well to 55~66 size. Meanwhile, 36.1% answered that free size fits well to any body type; while 4% answered that free size fits well to 77 size. Third, regarding the clothes kind, which consumers buy most as free size, consumers buy shirts and sportswear by free size. Fourth, they were observed to purchase free-size clothes "free-size clothes what I want" and to not purchase clothes "due to the lack of right sizes." The size notation of clothes products is basic information, by which consumers can tell whether the clothes fit to self or not before the consumer would wear the clothes and confirm its fitness. Therefore, it is suggested that all clothes products would be manufactured by having KS clothes size as basic data and they would use standard size notation so that consumers would not have confusion. Standardized size notation by proper education and utilization on new KS notation method and attitude change of companies and consumers on size are suggested.

Totally, 760 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 716 ones were finally used as data for analysis in this study. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 14.0 and factorial analysis, Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, t-test, cross tabulation analysis and multiple regression were conducted. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the factorial analysis performed to examine types of self concept found four factorial structures - justness, social, academic and family self. In addition, the factorial analysis done to determine compositional factors of irrational consumption propensity of children consumers showed three factorial structures - impulse buying, conspicuous consumption and imitative consumption. This study aims to find out the dimension of consumers' shopping values in internet clothing purchase, and the relation of their relational quality with shopping malls and their shopping behavior depending on the type of their shopping values. For this purpose, this study surveyed 343 male and female consumers in their 20s or 30s for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet shopping malls. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through internet survey in July 2008. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and $X^2$-test are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows. First, consumers' shopping value dimensions in internet shopping for clothes are found 4 factors of fun, economic utility, information, and shopping convenience. Second, based on shopping value dimensions, consumers are categorized into an practicality-seeking, an economic utility/fun-seeking, a fun-seeking, and an information/fun-seeking group. Third, there are significant differences in relational quality, customer loyalty, favorable word of mouth, and repurchase intention depending on shopping value-based consumer types. In particular, the economic utility/fun-seeking and information/fun-seeking group have higher values on relational quality and shopping behavior variables than other groups. Thus internet shopping mall businesses need to recognize these group of consumers as their core customers and develop programs to maintain a long-term relationship with them.
The influence of mass media on the consumers who want to purchase fashion products might be very important. Especially fashion magazine, a media of providing professional information and opinion about fashion, not only provides the information of products or fashion trend, but is used as an advertising media for publicizing products. The purpose of this study is to investigate how such fashion magazine affects consumers. In this study, questionnaire survey was administrated to understand the status of subscription of fashion magazine and consumers' influence. To analyze the garment style comparatively, the pictures that were taken on Dongseong Street from December 2007 to November 2008, and the pictures in fashion magazine Vogue Korea were analyzed to the content. Followings are the results of the study. consumers receive the information of products and new style through fashion magazine, but mostly wear the garment style that emphasizes convenience in practical life. In other words, the fashion magazine provides consumers with the information of fashion products and has the influence as the source of fashion style information and the fashion trend, but is not yet spreaded to people as much as generalized and accepted on the street. It is because the information in fashion magazine is differentiated information that is first received by particular readers, that is, the fashion leaders sensitive and much interested in the fashion. Fashion magazine is used as a means of getting information of fashion and style and satisfying the desire of novelty, and tend to be a sensuous media of delivering information through image. It, however, must be a mass media that shows the trend and leads the fashion.

This study aimed to investigate the influence of fashion lifestyles and consumption values on the difficulty of discarding unused fashion products. To achieve this purpose, this study surveyed female consumers aged 20s-50s to gain empirical analysis in July 2018. Data were analyzed for 236 subjects who were selected through online and offline sampling. The results were as follows. First, consumers tend to have difficulties discarding unused fashion goods. Consumers that have a higher income tend to have greater difficulty when choosing to discard items. Factors influencing the difficulty in discarding items were emotional attachment, usefulness in the future, economic value, and the lack of organizing skills. Usefulness in the future and the lack of organizing skills are the most significant factors influencing the discarding difficulty. Second, discarding difficulty had a significant relationship with fashion lifestyle, indicating that consumers seeking a fashion lifestyle that purchase more expensive brands tend to have more difficulty when discarding items. Third, each factor had a meaningful relationship with fashion goods consumption values. Those pursuing conspicuous value showed a greater difficulty discarding items due to emotional attachment, economic value, and lack of organizing skills. Pursuance of situational value showed a higher discarding difficulty than economic value factors. Pursuance of practical value showed a higher difficulty than both usefulness in future situations and economic value factors. Pursuance of differentiation value showed a higher discarding difficulty than emotional attachment and usefulness in the future factor. This study will help understanding consumers psychological mechanisms that experience difficulty in terms of the discarding of unused fashion goods.
With the recognition of YouTube as an information search tool, YouTube creators have subsequently become sources of information to consumers. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the consumers' response of famous fashion YouTubers in Korea, and to identify differences in consumer response based on the gender and generation of YouTubers. During the period from the opening of fashion creators' YouTube channels, we collected postings on blogs and Internet cafes using textom. As a result of preliminary investigation, six fashion YouTubers were selected. First, all the selected fashion YouTubers were well recognized by consumers as fashion informants. However, Milanonna has been shown to act as a life advisor and as an informant for luxury brands at the same time. Second, female fashion YouTubers were perceived with themes related to daily life, beauty, emotions, and mood rather than fashion itself; whereas, male fashion YouTubers appeared to be more interested in fashion accessories, especially with respect to the basic style. Third, Generation Z fashion YouTubers used the most non-fashion keywords, and their Millennial counterparts used keywords related to fashion items and product purchase properties. However, consumer response to OPAL fashion YouTubers have emerged with items such as life experiences, wisdom, and advice. Moreover, OPAL fashion YouTubers showed a variety of consumer assessments and the YouTuber's personal background. This study's analysis of the differences in the consumer response to fashion YouTubers based on gender and age enables the establishment of an appropriate strategy to attract target consumers and identify their appeal points.
