This study aimed to investigate the competitive advantages of Chinese fashion industry and firms to Korean fashion industry by applying the generalized double-diamond theory. Data collection was done by internet and fax survey. Questionnaires were distributed to the Korean textiles and apparel firms who entered China for production anuor distribution. List of firms were provided by KOFOTI, KOTRA, and Korea Apparel Industry Association. Total 198 questionnaires were distributed, and 77 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The results were follows. Korea's competitiveness scores of double-diamond model were higher in every aspects, such as demand condition, infra/supportive industry, firms's strategy and competition except factor condition. Glottalization score in double diamond model measured by the degree of glottalization which was determined by international diamond factors which make firm's multinational/international activities possible. Chinese fashion industry's globalization score of factor condition was significantly higher than Korea, but for the rest of aspects, Korean fashion industry showed higher scores. Therefore, Korean fashion firms can overcome comparative disadvantage of factor condition by utilizing Chinese fashion industry no matter what type of entry. In addition, considering the growth rate of Chinese fashion industry and its power of influence in the world market, the entry to the global market of the Korean fashion industry can be possible.

In this paper, an efficiency grade standard for imaging equipments using electrophotograph printing such as a printer, copier, fax, and MFD (Multi Function Device) is studied. By emphasizing domestic standby power reduction program's problem, and proposing the necessity of efficiency management, the efficiency standard is developed by reliable data registered in domestic standby power reducing program. To find an efficiency indication for grade, correlation analysis is used and as a result, printing speed has the biggest correlation coefficient. By applying the efficiency indication for grade, the proposed certification standard is established in 1st to 5th level products and super-high-efficiency product (energy frontier) which is better than 1st to 5th level products. If these efficiency standards are chosen by government policies, it is expected to save 65 billion won reduction of energy cost per year.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate curriculums of physical therapy department in order to provide the basic data for developing educational standard. Methods : We identified the curriculums of physical therapy department in the world from January to may 2010 by internet, e-mail, fax and telephone. We compared the credits, education semesters, the names of departments, the numbers of departments for physical therapy education in all countries of the world and suggested some alternative for improvement. Results : The mean credits of 25 senior colleges were 140 and the mean credits of 22 Junior colleges were 136.6 in south Korea. The mean educational semesters and the mean credits were 9 semesters, 175.8credits of 1,363 universities in 73countries in the world. Of the 1,289 universities in the world, South Korea was ranked the fifth in the number of existing physical therapy education institutions with the number of 72. The name of department were comprised of physical therapy(1,289, 94.6%) and compound name(75, 5.4%) Conclusion : We suggest that the KAPT gradually rearranges senior college(4years), 170 creditS and consider time of community services and forms commission on accreditation in physical therapy education for developing educational standard. Also, we suggest to change the name of department into compound name because the student can have a chance to studies various subjects and get a chance to more occupations. We hope that the results of study can be helpful in order to rearrange the curriculum and the KAPT encourages the universities about following the educational standard.
The purpose of this study is to develop a new makeup-kit brand for education, analyzing customer satisfaction of makeup-kits used in makeup lessons provided by lifelong education centers of colleges. The research method is as follows. In order to understand the current status of the kits used in makeup lessons offered by lifelong education centers of colleges in South Korea, the study conducted a survey from October 10 of 2014 to October 31 via fax, telephone and e-mail targeting these 98 colleges that were open makeup-courses available in October 2014. As for an analysis technique, the study used a frequency analysis. In order to develop a makeup-kit brand, the study investigated these makeup-kits as well and presented a BI draft and a makeup-kit design that the study had created for itself using Photoshop CS6 and Illustrator CS4. According to findings of the survey, the students were not satisfied with kits that had too many items, were high in price and had poor case design. In the light of that, the study conducted to develop a low to middle priced makeup-kit ranging from 110,000 KRW and 150,000 KRW with approximately 26 items. In terms of a case design, black was a dominant color which would make the case feel simple and modern. Dimensions of a small size makeup-kit container were 22cm*35cm*37cm with a sponge and rubber pad proposed as product ideas. The study also worked on a BI design.
The number of internet users and the scale of electronic on-line trading are on the increase due to the development of information technology and the internet. The aim of this study was to monitor the accuracy of country-of-origin labels and the indicated contents of meat available by electronic on-line trading by using a structural interview sheet for 100 on-line meat product markets. The result of this investigation showed a 100% level of accuracy for business name and telephone number whereas the company address, meat manufacturer and supplier, and business registration were less reliable. We also investigated the accuracy of site policy, e-mail address, and fax number. The results showed that the accuracy of fax numbers was the lowest. The product name and the kind of meat actually in the product showed a 100% level of conformity, while the price (96.3%), place of origin (93.6%), capacity (90.4%), meat parts (80.9%) and contents of the product (73.4%) showed a relatively low level of conformity. Serious safety issues were exposed by the disturbingly low 20.2% accuracy of indicated expiration dates and 5.3% accuracy of indicated manufacturing dates. To ensure food safety, it is essential to improve consumer understanding and trust regarding food safety through continuous public relations. More education and information are needed to raise consumer awareness of the facts versus myths regarding food safety.
Recently, import and export companies have been using T/T remittance and Surrender B/L more frequently than L/C when selecting the process and method of trade payment settlement. The new trade and logistics environment is thriving in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). Document-based trade transactions are undergoing a digitalization as bills of lading or smart contracts are being developed. The purpose of this study is to verify whether exporters choose export payment types based on negotiating factors. In addition, we would like to discuss the application of the characteristics of the new trade and logistics environment. Data for analysis was collected through surveys. The collection method consisted of direct visits to the company, e-mail, fax, and online surveys. The survey distribution period is from February 1, 2023, to April 30, 2023. The questionnaire was distributed in 2,000 copies, and 447 copies were collected. The final 336 copies were used for analysis, excluding 111 copies that were deemed inappropriate for the purpose of this study. The results of the study are shown below. First, among the negotiating factors, the product differentiation of exporters did not significantly affect the selection of export payment types. Second, among the negotiating factors, the greater the purchasing advantage recognized by exporters, the higher the possibility of using the post-transfer method. In addition to analyzing the results, this study suggests that exporters should consider adopting new payment methods, such as blockchain technology-based bills of lading and trade finance platforms, to adapt to the characteristics of the evolving trade and logistics environment. Therefore, exporters should continue to show interest in initiatives aimed at digitizing trade documents as a response to the challenges posed by bills of lading. In future studies, it is necessary to address the lack of social awareness in Korea by conducting advanced research abroad.

This paper treats optimal route assessment system at seaway based on weather forecasting and wave measurement through observation. Since early times. captain & officer have been sailing to select the optimum route considering the weather ana ship status condition empirically. However. it is rare to find digitalized onboard route support system whereas weather fax or wave and swell chart are utilized for the officer. based on officer's experience. In this paper, optimal route assessment system which is composed of voyage efficiency and safety component is introduced. Optimum route minimized ETA (estimated time of arrival) ana fuel consumption is evaluated for efficient voyage considering speed loss and power increase based on wave added resistance of ship. In the view point of safety, seakeeping prediction is performed based on 3 dimensional panel method. Basically. the weather forecast is assumed to be prepared previously in order to operate this system.
