Modern enterprise may be in need of developing the right application programs under rapidly changing business environment in fast time-to-market. But Most of enterprise without business process mechanism are very hard to develop the application needed in time when it will be changing their business. To solve this problem, we propose the business process framework based on the closed architecture. This approach is to develop the right application with reusing software modules in time and easily under rapid business process changing/improving through mapping BPM(Business Process Model), SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), and CBD(Component Based Development). we also define 5-Layers of BPF(Business Process Framework), and BNF(Backus Naur Form) for structuring BPF.

Wireless communication environment is changing rapidly as we use new wireless communication technology such as WiBro to access high speed Internet. As a result, reliable data transmission using TCP is also expected to increase. Since TCP assumes that it is used in wired network, TCP suffers significant performance degradation over wireless network where packet losses are related to non-congestion loss. Especially RTO imposes a great performance degradation of TCP. In this paper, we analyze the loss recovery probabilities based on previous researches, and use simulation results of our algorithm to show that it prevents performance degradation by quickly detecting and recovery losses without RTO during fast recovery.

Modern society is a multi-cultural consumer society, and there are multiple trends to cater to the tastes of diverse consumers with different sociocultural background. To grasp fashion trends in fast-changing society, how consumer life is changing and what sort of trend is prevailing should be understood above all. A major fashion trend keeps on changing in every season, and that is an extensive and compound measure of what affects the lives and values of cultural receivers who take the lead in it. The purpose of this study was to delve into what sorts of trends were presented in the 21st century's different cultures, how those cultures were reflected in fashion trends, and how design elements predicted by fashion trends could serve as the sources of design that could create a new fashion. The findings of the study were as follows: First of all, the theories of popular culture and trends were reviewed to describe how general receivers found meaning and delight in the products of cultural industry in their own way and how the products were converted into diverse cultural media. Secondly, consumer styles were discussed by classifying consumers into six groups, twixter, duppie, Ubi-Nomad, NONOS, LOHAS and chav, who were generated by changing cultural codes. Thirdly, sociocultural trends and consumer changes brought a lot of diverse changes to fashion trends. The visual materials about the 2005 S/S, F/W Collection were examined to track how changing trends affected fashion style.

Variable-gauge systems can be used for the fast and safe transportation in the railways with different gauges instead of transshipment or bogie-changing. The system will be necessary to connect the trans-Korean railway with the transcontinental railway effectively. In this paper, searches of patent information about variable-gauge system are conducted and the patent maps are analyzed to seize the overall image and trend of the technology field. The results can be a reference for determining the development direction of the variable-gauge system suitable in the north-east asian railway networks.

The major roles of Power SCADA System are continuous monitoring of electrical equipments state, real-time data processing and dispatching. Especially, SCADA system demands fast response time in heavy load condition, high reliability, fault tolerance, expansion capacity for the future. According to developing computer system technology, SCADA system is changing system configuration from centralized processing system to distributed processing system. This paper describes operational benefits, problems and improvement (which is studying in theory) in the application of Open System Architecture SCADA which has been installed since 1994, Seoul regional control center in KEPCO.

A gauge-adjustable system can be used for the fast and safe transportation in the railways with different gauges instead of transshipment or bogie-changing. The system will be necessary to connect the trans-Korean railway with the transcontinental railway effectively. In this paper, the technical requirements for the gauge-adjustable system used for the north-east asia network were studied and the conceptual design of the system was performed. For the purpose, the specification was made and the QFD and TRIZ methods are used.

The electronic ballast for MHD lamp was studied for automotive headlight application. Its basic principle is the Current Sourcing Push-Pull Resonant Inverter with DC I2Volt input Voltage. By changing the switching frequency according to the lamp state, the automotive requirement of very fast warm-up and the zero voltage switching condition were shown by the simulation of the ballast circuit.

In this paper, discrete wavelet transform using a PV system covers how the detection of a islanding. Connection point occur exclusively in Grid when the grid voltage and current operation of the wavelet coefficients by changing features will determine if islanding operation. The proposed method has simple computation and fast decision time has the advantage. DSP-based controller through the experiment proved the validity of the proposed method.

We analyze the fast changing Chinese electronic consumer goods market based on the Korean manufacturer's case. We suggest the Korean manufacturer to implement the systematic management of integrated marketing in China with segmenting and focusing strategies. Also, we suggest two layer marketing channel strategy in China.
