GC-MS법을 이용한 울금의 퇴화물 분석 (Analysis of the Degradation Products of Turmeric using GC-MS)

  • 퇴색된 출토복식의 염료를 판정하기 위한 장기적인 프로젝트의 일환으로서 본 연구에서는 울금뿌리로부터 추출한 염료와 추출염료로 염색한 직물을 실험실 조건에서 28일간 퇴화시킨 후 그로부터 생성되는 퇴화 화합물을 가스 크로마토그라피 질량분석법(GC-MS)을 이용해 분석하였다. 2-propenoic acid, 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-는 오븐 퇴화시킨 울금추출액 전체에서 지속적으로 검출되었으며, 그 양은 7일 퇴화시료 까지 급격히 감소하다가 그 후 28일까지는 서서히 평형을 유지하였다 울금추출액의 오븐 퇴화 결과 위의 다섯 개 화합물 외에 isovanillin과 vanillic acid가 새롭게 검출되었다. 28일간 퇴화시킨 PER시료에서는 isovanillin과 그 외에 feruloylmethane, 2-propenoic acid, 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-, benzoic acid, and vanillic acid가 검출되었다. 울금추출액으로 염색한 직물로부터는 feruloylmethane과 2-propenoic acid, 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-가 퇴화물로 검출되었다. PER 방법에서 검출된 isovanillin과 feruloylmethane, 2-propenoic acid, 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-, benzoic acid, vanillic acid등은 출토복식 중 울금으로 염색된 직물을 확인하는 데 주요한 대조구 화합물로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

흰쥐 해마에서 Norepinephrine 유리에 미치는 Protein Kinase C 의 영향 (Effect of Protein Kinase C on Norepinephrine Release in the Rat Hippocampus)

  • The effects and interactions of $4{\beta}-phorbol$ 12,13-dibutyrate(PDB) and polymyxin B(PMB) with adenosine on the electrically-evoked norepinephrine (NE) release were studied in the rat hippocampus. Slices from the rat hippocampus were equilibrated with $^3H-noradrenaline$ and the release of the labelled product, $^3H-NE$, which evoked by electrical stimulation$(3\;Hz,\;2\;ms,\;5\;VCm^{-1},\;rectangular\;pulses)$ was measured. PDB$(0.3{\sim}10\;{\mu}M)$, a selective protein kinase C(PKC) activator, increased the evoked NE release in a dose related fashion while increasing the basal rate of release. And the effects of $1\;{\mu}M$ PDB were significantly inhibited by $0.3\;{\mu}M$ tetrodotoxin(TTX) pretreatment or $Ca^{++}-free$ medium. $PMB(0.03{\sim}1\;mg)$, a specific PKC inhibitor, decreased the NE release in a dose dependent manner while increasing the basal rate of release. Adenosine $(1{\sim}10\;{\mu}M)$ decreased the NE release without changing the basal rate of release, and this effect was significantly inhibited by 8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine$(2\;{\mu}M)$, a selective $A_1-receptor$ antagonist, treatment. Also, adenosine effects were significantly inhibited by PDB-and PMB-pretreatment. These results suggest that the PKC plays a role in the NE release in the rat hippocampus and might be participated in a post-receptor mechanism of the $A_1-adenosine$ receptor.

사회적 측면에서 본 프랑스 로코코 가구의 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of French Rococo Style Furniture in the Social Phenomena)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine losely how the Rococo style, which reached its summit in the history of French furniture, was realized in its social background and mode of life. Based ion this examination , this study will explore desirable directions for developing our domestic furniture design. For this purpose , existing literature will be referred to and analyzed to arrange into a new system. Rococo furniture style was the product of joyous and aristocratic living . This was based upon the historical development of French interior design, established by the national mode of Versailles Palace. Hereafter, royal style came into fashion paralleled with the luxuries of the court. Pursuit of new , interesting or beyond-expectation fashions encouraged the creation of new and imaginative forms and designs . The elegnant taste of customers, the new techniques of furniture manufacturing , and the unique sales strategies of merchants were social phenomena which contributed to the development of Rococo furniture. Furthermore , Louis XV`s private and personal life led to society`s pursut of comfortable and convenient living . Under these circumstances, small and cozy rooms for various uses came into the interior. Accordingly, the scales of furniture became smaller and any types of furniture with their own uses and feminine nature were manufactured , especially by the bnistes. Rococo furniture with fmine beanty and refined line, beatifil proportion and elegant sculpture, and solidity and clarity in general , is not only furniture for the use of man, but also furniture in harmony with man. As we see the stages of development and the characteristics of Rococo furniture, development of Korean furniture is a common task which can be accomplished through the participation of the designer, manufacturer, seller and consumer. Based on this co-operation , the furniture industry must make an improvement in furmture design, lestablish a permanent store in which new works are displayed. publicize activities and sales, promote exhibitions and seminars, and encourage technical development through the government and other interested organizations.

  • Membrane electrode assembly (MEA) for polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC) are commonly prepared in the research laboratory by spraying, screen-printing and brushing catalyst slurry onto membrane or other support material like carbon paper or polyimide film in a batch style. These hand applications of the catalyst slurry are painstaking process with respect to precision of catalyst loading and reproducibility. It has been generally mentioned that the adoption of continuous process is very helpful to develop the reliable product. In the present work, we report the results of using continuous type coater with doctor-blade to coat catalyst slurry for preparing the MEA catalyst layers In a faster and highly reproducible fashion. We show that while expectedly faster than batch style, the machine coater requires the use of slurry of appropriate composition and a properly selected transfer decal material in order to achieve superior MEA plat lnw loading reproducibility. To make highly viscous catalyst slurry that is imperative for using coater, we use 40wt.% Nafion solution and minimize the content of organic solvent. And the choice of proper high surface area catalyst is important in the viewpoint of making well-dispersed slurry. After catalyst coating onto the support material, we transferred the catalyst layer to both sides of Nafion membrane by hot-pressing In this case, the degree of transfer was Influenced by hot-pressing condition including temperature, pressure, and time. To compare the transferring ability, we compared so many films and detaching papers. And among the support, polyethylene terephthalate(PET) film shows the prominent result.

(주)BYN블랙야크의 ESG 경영 실천 사례 : 국내 투명 페트병 자원순환 시스템을 중심으로 (ESG Management Practice Led by BYN Black Yak: The Resource Circulation System for Recycling Domestic Transparent PET Bottle)

  • Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to analyze the case of the transparent PET bottle resource circulation project of BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd., present implications, and propose ways to spread it in the future. Methods: In this study, the logic of the Double Diamond Model is applied to analyze the development process of sustainable fashion made from BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd.'s PET Bottle Resource Circulation System. Results: The K-rPET Resource Circulation Project of BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd. is recognized as a best example for its contribution to eco-friendly activities, solving social problems, raising consumer awareness, and sharing recycling habits. Before the plastic bottle becomes a garment, five steps are taken (discharge of PET bottle → collection of PET bottle → recycling of PET bottle → fabrication of yarn → production of the finished product out of the fabric). BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd. has successfully commercialized it by recycling reverse-recovery PET bottles by making solutions to problems that have not been solved at each stage. Conclusion: In addition to efforts to find and strengthen weak links presented in the Theory of Constrains (TOC), it appears to have systematically carried out activities to convert stakeholder discomforts into a package of gain points. As shown in the slogan "We are all in!" the proposal and implementation for the completion of a true environmental system is judged to have truly performed ESG management well for the company's business. ESG management activities at BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd. are expected to continue.

대학생들의 외모관리관심도 및 뷰티트렌드와 융합된 외모관리행동 (The appearance management interest of University Students and Appearance management behavior converged with Beauty trend)

  • 본 논문은 대학생들의 외모관리에 대한 관심도와 뷰티트렌드와 융합된 다양한 형태의 외모관리행동과의 연관성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. G지역의 대학생들을 대상으로 2018년 4월15일부터 30일까지 15일 동안 설문지를 배포하여 연구목적과 방법을 설명하고 동의한 학생 267명의 자료를 SPSS 18을 활용하여 분석하였다. 대학생들의 외모관리 관심도는 건강관리에 대한 관심도를 제외한 체형관리, 피부관리, 헤어관리, 화장품사용관리에는 남, 여 대학생에 따른 관심도 차이를 보였다. 그리고 화장품사용관리 관심도가 높은 학생들은 트렌드와 융합된 패션스타일 화장스타일 피부관리 체형관리 행동요인들의 경우 정(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났고, 트렌드와 융합된 운동건강기구 사용 요인에는 부(-)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대학생들의 트렌드와 융합된 외모관리행동에 대한 연구를 토대로 뷰티산업체의 신상품개발연구 등에 참고자료 활용을 기대하고, 추후 새로운 융합형태의 외모관리행동연구를 지속할 예정이다.

친환경 의류지식과 의식이 친환경 의류소비에 미치는 영향 (Effect of eco-friendly clothing knowledge and consciousness on ecological clothing consumption behavior)

  • Consumers' interests in the environment have been growing; hence, their consciousness about the environment has changed and affected their clothing shopping behavior. Prior study indicated attitude-behavior inconsistency in eco-friendly consumer behavior. It was because consumers' consciousness or attitude was often measured at an abstract level, not at a product specific level. This study investigated eco-friendly clothing knowledge, eco-friendly clothing consciousness, and ecological clothing consumption behavior. The effects of consumers' level of clothing involvement and subjective norms in this process were also investigated. For the empirical research, a questionnaire was developed, and responses from 480 women in their 20s to 50s were statistically analyzed. Results indicated that interest and fashion consciousness dimensions of clothing involvement had a significant influence on eco-friendly clothing knowledge, which thereby significantly influenced the three factors of eco-friendly clothing consciousness: social responsibility, health orientation, and clothing resource-saving consciousness. Such factors had different roles in the clothing consumption process. Social responsibility had a significant influence on the entire process of clothing consumption: shopping, purchasing, using, and disposing behaviors. Health orientation consciousness had a significant influence on shopping and purchasing behaviors, whereas resource-saving consciousness had a significant impact only on shopping behavior. Subjective norms were significantly correlated with all aspects of the clothing consumption process. Influence on disposing behavior was relatively weaker than other aspects of clothing consumption behavior.

국내 페미니스트 디자인 연구의 특징: 1970~2018 (Features of Korean Feminist Design Studies: 1970~2018)

  • 최근 페미니즘이 주요 가치로 부상함에 따라 관련 디자인 연구도 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 페미니스트 디자인 연구자들에게 연구의 계보를 제공하고자, 국내 페미니스트 디자인 연구의 특징을 분석한다. 먼저 '페미니스트 디자인'을 정의하고, 용어의 기원이자 국내 연구의 특수성 분석을 위한 비교군으로서 영미권 페미니스트 디자인 연구 역사를 살펴본다. 국내 페미니스트 디자인 연구 수는 1999년 급증한 후 2000년대 들어 지금까지 연평균 5.1건의 연구가 꾸준히 발표되었다. 전체 연구 중 패션, 시각, 건축, 디자인학, 제품 순으로 연구 수가 많았다. 연구 주제의 경우 2000년대 이전 연구가 남성중심사회에서 여성의 고정된 역할 탈피를 다루던 것에서 2000년대 이후 다양성과 탈 중심성의 포용으로 이행하는 양상을 볼 수 있다. 이후 장애인, 생태, 퀴어 등 더욱 세분화, 다양화된 주체들의 다양성을 수용하는 연구의 분야로서 지속 가능한 발전이 예상된다.

패션 뷰티 콘텐츠의 동영상 플랫폼 활용 특성에 대한 연구 - 유튜브를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Video Platforms Usage of Beauty Content with YouTube at the Center)

  • 다양한 주제와 형식을 활용한 유튜브 뷰티 콘텐츠 채널이 양적, 질적 확장을 진행 중이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 Statista를 통해 국내 및 해외 주요 뷰티 브랜드 및 패션지와 뷰티 인플루언서들을 대표하는 상위 5위의 채널을 선정하여 이들을 중심으로 사례 조사를 진행하였다. 이를 통해, 패션 뷰티 콘텐츠 생산자에 따른 동영상 플랫폼 활용 특성과 콘텐츠 성격 비교 및 매력적인 콘텐츠가 어떤 유형과 특성으로 구성되어 있는지를 밝힘으로써 증가하는 뷰티 관련 콘텐츠를 위한 전략으로 연결시키고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 영상 중심의 유튜브 플랫폼의 성장은 제품 정보의 원천을 다양화시킴으로서 기존 광고의 수동적 소비자들을 생산자 혹은 새로운 전달자의 역할로 변화시킴을 알 수 있었다. 또한 생산자에 따라 다른 성격의 콘텐츠가 소비됨에 따라 객관적인 저널리즘적인 시선보다는 생산자 중심의 콘텐츠가 제작되어짐을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 차별화되는 뷰티 콘텐츠를 위해서는 밀레니얼 세대에 효과적인 다양한 엔터테인먼트 요소와 더불어 소비자와 브랜드와의 관계 및 연결을 강화시킬 수 있는 '브랜드 가치'의 전달이 필수적임을 알 수 있었다.

Comparison of Hemodynamic Energy between Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene and Dacron Artificial Vessels

  • Background: Artificial grafts such as polyethylene terephthalate (Dacron) and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) are used for various cardiovascular surgical procedures. The compliance properties of prosthetic grafts could affect hemodynamic energy, which can be measured using the energy-equivalent pressure (EEP) and surplus hemodynamic energy (SHE). We investigated changes in the hemodynamic energy of prosthetic grafts. Methods: In a simulation test, the changes in EEP for these grafts were estimated using COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS. The Young modulus, Poisson ratio, and density were used to analyze the grafts' material properties, and pre- and post-graft EEP values were obtained by computing the product of the pressure and velocity. In an in vivo study, Dacron and ePTFE grafts were anastomosed in an end-to-side fashion on the descending thoracic aorta of swine. The pulsatile pump flow was fixed at 2 L/min. Real-time flow and pressure were measured at the distal part of each graft, while clamping the other graft and the descending thoracic aorta. EEP and SHE were calculated and compared. Results: In the simulation test, the mean arterial pressure decreased by 39% for all simulations. EEP decreased by 42% for both grafts, and by around 55% for the native blood vessels after grafting. The in vivo test showed no significant difference between both grafts in terms of EEP and SHE. Conclusion: The post-graft hemodynamic energy was not different between the Dacron and ePTFE grafts. Artificial grafts are less compliant than native blood vessels; however, they can deliver pulsatile blood flow and hemodynamic energy without any significant energy loss.
