In this study, we develop a novel high-throughput micronanopatterning system that can implement continuous mechanical pattern inscribing on flexible substrates using a rigid grating mold edge. We perform a conceptual design of the process principle, specific modeling, and buildup of a real system prototype. This research also carefully addresses several important issues related to processing and controlling, including precision motion, alignment, heating, and sensing to enable a successful micronanopatterning in a continuous and high-speed fashion. Various micronanopatterns with the desired profiles can be created by tuning the mold shape, temperature, force, and substrate material toward many potential applications involving electronics, photonics, displays, light sources, and sensors, which typically require a large-area and flexible configurations.

The purpose of this study was to develop royal costume design with contemporary taste depending on the character of hero, Lee San, and time flow of TV historical drama and research design discrimination and creative expression. As study methods, the literature study using books and theses concerning costume, fine art, culture and history were used for theoretical background and the empirical study method manufacturing actual costume on the basis of literature and relic were used for dress manufacture. The design concept of costume was modern & chic & clean. The costume was designed through straight silhouette, clean & bright colors excluding prime colors, style transformed to permanent straight pleats on the basis of chulik, 100% silk material focusing on high quality and pattern & decoration of the age of Three Kingdoms. As results, the designs of princess' official rob, day dress and chulik, and emperor's official robe, chulik, military dress and chun-dam-bok were developed. The design discrimination depending on social status change. In the period of princess, black, white, silver and blue were used but in the period of emperor, red, gold and black were used. It was expressed through dragon pattern and extended length used in cloth. The design discrimination depending on character change was visualized through color. Although it is not consistent with historical investigation, contemporary fashion design elements were added to royal costume through color contrast of black & white, permanent straight pleats, velcore, wristlet, extended length and layered-look.

Lookism is spread largely because many people think beautiful people are treated better and receive more favors. This trend has been influenced by mass media and impacted by commercial marketing strategy. The expectation for the beauty have risen higher than ever. People expect beautiful body and beautiful face which are more difficult to meet the standard of beauty. People desire tall and skinny body. The purpuse of this study was to find out body image from college females in the age which they are very sensitive to appearance. This research focused to find out how they perceived their own body shape and their perception of the most ideal body shape. Measuring tool for the research was 9 pictures of body silhouette from very skinny to very fat. To analyse the respondents' objective body image, Body Mass Index were employed. The result of this research indicated that there were distinct differences between their subjective body images and ideal body images. This result indicated that they were not satisfied with their own body shape and hence they were not confident towards their body images. Even though their objective bodies were normal or under weight, they still felt they were over weight. This meant their body images were misrepresented. They preferred thinner bodies even though their bodies were perfectly normal and healthy. But these misrepresented body images could be unhealthy physically, psychologically, or socially. These results showed that college females were overly obsessive with superficial appearance rather than improving ones capability to be more competitive in the society. From this research, I tried to find out perception of body image and it's distortion which was debated a lot in our society. I also want to provide basic reference material for establishing the body image study.

This study aimed to create 3D-printed insoles for flat-footed senior men using 3D systems. 3D systems are product-manufacturing systems that use 3-dimensional technologies like 3D scanning, 3D modeling, and 3D printing. This study used a 3D scanner (NexScan2), 3D CAD programs including Rapidform, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Nauta+ compiling program, and a 3D printer. In order to create insoles for flat-footed senior men, we analyzed horizontal sections of 3D foot scans We selected 20 flat-footed and 20 normal-footed subjects. To make the 3D insole models, we sliced nine lines on the surface of the subjects' 3D foot scans, and plotted 144 points on the lines. We calculated the average of these 3D coordinates, then located this average within the 3D space of the AutoCAD program and created 3D sole models using the loft surface tools of the SolidWorks program. The sole models for flat feet differed from those of normal feet in the depth of the arch at the inner sideline and the big toe line. We placed the normal-footed sole model on a flat-footed sole model, and the combination of the two models resulted in the 3D insole for flat feet. We printed the 3D modeled insole using a 3D printer. The 3D printing material was an acrylic resin similar to rubber. This made the insole model flexible and wearable. This study utilized 3D systems to create 3D insoles for flat-footed seniors and this process can be applied to manufacture other items in the fashion industry as well.

보호복 섬유 및 재료의 개발을 통해 나아진 단열 성능을 제공함에도 불구하고 보호복의 화상 방지는 아직도 중요한 사항이다. 화염으로부터의 보호성능을 보장받기 위해서 보호복의 정확한 성능검증이 필요하며, 열보호 특성을 정확히 파악하기 위해 ISO 등은 시험방법을 표준화하여 제시하고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 경우, 높은 열유속 조건에 대해 보호복의 열보호 성능을 시험하는 것으로 되어 있어, 고열유속에 의한 시편의 파괴가 일어나기 쉽다. 그러므로 낮은 열유속 조건에서 보호복의 열보호 성능을 측정하는 방법이 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 낮은 열유속에 대한 열보호 성능을 측정할 수 있는 화상 및 통증유발시간에 기초한 개선된 RPP(복사열 보호 성능) 지수와 그의 측정방법을 제안하였다. 또한 제안된 열보호성능 측정 방법을 실험을 통해 확인하고, 보호복의 비정상열전달특성을 파악하였다. 또한 기존의 여러 가지 열보호성능지표들과 제안지표와의 관계를 제시하였다.

The costume in musical is an important visual factor that contributes to the level of stage completion by for the character and overall atmosphere of the whole play. Besides, as if it is has a fixed times in the drama, it has to produce to consider an opinion of producer to express the theme, atmosphere of a play and especially in the period adventure drama, to revive as it is historical dress, there is not creation at stage of today. This research is studied into the stage costume of the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde' an adapted to express image of good and evil in the one character. For this research, it researched costume of Victoria period in England, study character of main actor by analysis of the play in an original work, examine the stage costume of the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde' performed in the inside and outside of the country. In the musical stage costume, by character difficult of stage costume, factor of design feature divided to good and evil and compare feature design of stage costume, research new design express method to consider musical acting, moreover through designing and producing the costume to be suitable for the content of the work. This research consists of research and actual production of work, study of documentary records, collection and analysis of overseas performances, news releases, video material and internet research were the methods of this study.

Keloids are abnormally healed skin wounds that develop in the subpapillary layer of the dermis. They are a lesion with wide, raised and deep scars. They exceed the original dimensions of the wound and grow mounds upon mounds of collagen in a pseudotumor fashion. Their treatment may take several forms such as surgery, intralesional injection of steroid, compression, superficial irradiation, and combination therapy. However, absolute method is nothing until now. Recently, the cryosurgery shows relatively good effect in treatment, so we tried the clinical experience with cryosurgery in the treatment of keloids. Material and methods: During the past 2 years, we treated 20 individuals of the keloids with severe itching and pain. The age ranged from 5 to 45 years old. Only 6 cases were biopsied before and after cryotherapy. The cryosurgery set we used was Toitu model CR 201 $N_2O$ gas (tip temperature is $-80^{\circ}C$) and was applied directly on the lesion about 4 to 5 minutes with slight compression. After cryosurgery in keloids, the following results were obtained: 1. It is both quick and easy method. 2. It causes little or no pain and no loss of blood. 3. Integumentary normalization is rapid. The new scar tissue is smaller, and more elastic and soft. 4. The pain, itching and paresthesia commonly associated with keloid is usually disappeared. 5. Other treatment can be used after cryosurgery. 6. Histologic picture after cryosurgery is similar with the result of steroid injection. 7. The mechanism of the cryosurgery in keloids is the result of the direct tissue destroying action and cryoimmunologic reaction.

전기방사는 휘발성 용매에 녹아있는 다양한 물질들을 마이크로 크기의 섬유로 제조하는데 사용되고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 물을 용매로 사용하여 pullulan을 전기 방사하였다. 부드러운 섬유를 얻기 위하여 pullulan 농도와 전압을 최적의 조건으로 설정하였다. Pullulan 농도는 pullulan 용액의 점도와 표면 장력에 큰 영향을 받는다. Bead 형태의 pullulan 전기방사 섬유는 5 wt%이하의 농도에서 얻어진다. Pullulan 용액의 농도가 10 wt%로 유지되고, 전압이 15 kV에 고정되었을 때, pullulan 섬유의 평균 직경은 200 nm로 감소하였다. Pullulan electrospun 섬유는 높은 용해도, 유연성, 부드러움과 강한 접착성을 보여준다.

1920년대를 다룬 피츠제럴드의 소설 "위대한 개츠비"를 루어먼은 2013년 영화로 재현하고 있다. 소설에서는 독자가 플롯을 통해 자신의 상상력으로 이야기의 흐름을 파악해야 하지만, 영화 는 소설의 요소에 시청각적인 효과를 융합시키고 있다. 데이지는 패션의 아이콘으로 그녀가 입고 있는 프라다, 샤넬, 그리고 티파니 같은 보석은 재즈 시대의 의상을 현대적인 감각으로 재현하여 관객들에게 볼거리를 제공하면서, 내용을 더욱 잘 이해할 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 영화에서 시사하고 있는 "재의 계곡", "초록 불빛", "이스트 에그", "웨스트에그"와 같은 그 지역이 주는 상징들은 좀 더 직접적이다. 컴퓨터 그래픽으로 만들어진 개츠비 대저택에서 주말마다 열리는 광란의 파티는 정신적인 혼란과 물질적인 풍요라는 시대적인 분위기를 잘 반영해 주고 있다. 여기에 배우들의 명연기가 소설의 주제를 잘 부각시켜줌으로서 영화로의 융합은 소설을 좀 더 대중적인 예술로 승화시키고 있다. 이러한 것들을 인터넷 자료를 통해 좀 더 체계적으로 살펴본다.

본 연구는 왕대나무 줄기의 생리황성 및 기능성을 검토하기 위해서 왕대나무 줄기를 에탄올로 추출하여, 추출물의 항산화 효과와 아질산염 소거능을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 왕대나무 줄기 에탄올 추출물의 전자공여능($RC_{50}$)은 $116.75\;{\mu}g/mL$로 나타났고 SOD 유사활성은 추출물(0.92 mg/mL)을 첨가하였을 때 43.88%로 가장 높게 관찰되었으며, linoleic acid에 대한 항산화력은 추출물($50\;{\mu}g/mL$)을 첨가하여 TBA값을 측정한 결과 배양시간 4일과 6일 경과 후 각각 74.76%, 54.48% 감소율을 보임으로써 효과적인 항산화 효과를 나타내었다. 아질산염 소거능은 추출물(0.2 mg/mL)을 첨가하였을 때 pH 1.2 조건에서 43.02%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 pH가 증가할수록 감소하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 왕대나무 줄기의 에탄올 추출물은 항산화 효과와 아질산염 소거능이 있는 물질을 함유한 것으로 판단된다. 추후, 왕대나무의 항산화 효과와 아질산염 소거능을 나타내는 원인물질에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.
