서울지역 농업인의 영농의식 (Farmers' Views on the Farming in Seoul)

  • In spite of the importance of the farm area in Seoul, in providing fresh vegetables, a pleasant environment and a good quality of life for residents, rapid urbanization and industrialization have greatly reduced the farm area. The purpose of this study is to examine farmers' intentions and attitudes to provide supporting data for planning the strategy of urban agricultural development. All the collected data was analyzed using the contingency tables and the Chi-square test using the SAS computer statistical package. Based on analysis of the survey data, the leaseholders were found to be more satisfied with their job than the landowning farmers. Also, the small-scale farmers with green houses showed greater job satisfaction than the ordinary large-scale farmers. Farmers' views on the farming in Seoul were different depending on their status. Therefore, agricultural strategies in there should be considered their different attitudes.

이종 풍력 터빈의 감시 제어를 위한 통신 시스템 구조 (A New Structure of Communication System for Monitoring and Control of Heterogeneous Wind Tubines)

  • As increasing the importance of renewable energy recently, the scale of a wind power plant is increasing to the number of GW scale and specially, it is trend to move from onshore to offshore to use the higher quantity and quality of wind. Consequently to meet the trend, it is largely considered the importance of communication protocol to control and monitor remotely. But, because the communication protocol between the control center and a wind turbine has been independently developed by each wind turbine vendor, it is absence of the compatibility and extensibility when the heterogeneous wind turbines are installed in the wind farm. The IEC 61400-25 is the specifying standard for these problems in Europe. In this paper, we will show the state of these problems and present a new structure of communication based on the IEC 61400-25 to get the compatibility and extensibility between a control center and wind turbines.

  • A creation of large and small scale wind farm was considered to proper already, as according to real Jeonbuk Saemangeum project. A grow larger to be construction of the new and renewable energy thema park as well as creation possibility of large scale wind farm afterward. Therefore, in this paper was proposed a counterplan on D/L protection cooperation of Buan S/S Byunsan D/L (2728 02) power distribution line in case of connected with wind power generator.

경남 청양 풋고추농가 소득 안정화 방안 (The plan of stabilizing Gyeongnam Chung-yang Green Pepper Farm Income)

  • 본 논문은 청양 풋고추 재배농가의 실질 소득과 순수익의 불안정 요인을 경영비분석을 통하여 규명하였다. 또한 역준이상수요체계에 따른 가격신축성 분석을 통하여 출하조절에 따른 가격안정화 방안을 제시하였다. 경영비 분석에 따른 농가의 소득 불안정 요인으로는 기후변화로 인해 예기치 못한 영농광열비 부담 가중과, 특정시점의 공급과잉에 따른 가격폭락 등으로 나타났다. 여기에서 말하는 가격폭락은 월별 가격의 변화를 포함하지 않으므로 청양 풋고추 농가소득 불안정의 요인으로 설명하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 월별 자료를 이용하여 가격 및 규모신축성 분석을 한 결과, 청양 풋고추에 국한하여 출하량을 연간 1% 축소할 경우 2.21%의 가격 상승으로 연간 농가판매 총수입이 1.21% 증가하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이를 통하여 동절기에 출하량을 감소시켜 농가수취가격을 지지하는 방안이 농가소득안정에 효과적이라고 판단되었다. 특히 경남지역의 청양 풋고추는 시장점유율이 82.5%로 매우 높은 편이므로 경남지역을 중심으로 생산자단체를 결성하여 출하량 조절을 한다면 효과적으로 가격 및 소득의 안정을 꾀할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

시설 재배 농가 관리를 위한 데이터 서비스 기반의 비상 알림 스마트팜 서비스 모델 설계 (Design of Emergency Notification Smart Farm Service Model based on Data Service for Facility Cultivation Farms Management)

  • 2015년부터 정부에서는 한국형 스마트팜 보급에 노력하고 있다. 그러나, 기술 및 현행 재배 연구 데이터의 한계로 인해 대규모 시설 채소 농가에만 보급이 국한되고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 작물 생육 및 재배 환경을 고려하지 않은 IT 기술의 단순 적용으로 도입 비용 대비 효율성과 신뢰성이 낮은 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 공공 및 외부 데이터를 기반으로 데이터 분석 서비스를 수행하고 이를 시설 재배 농가의 실정에 맞는 데이터 기반의 타깃형 스마트팜 시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위해, 농장 위험 정보 알림 서비스를 개발하고, 적정 비료 시비를 위한 광환경지도를 제공하며, 시설 농장의 온습도 정보를 활용한 재배 작기별 병해 예측 모델을 설계하였다. 이를 통해, 기존의 스마트팜 센서 데이터와의 연계, 활용으로 스마트팜 데이터 서비스 구현이 가능하며, 데이터 활용에 경제적 효율성 및 데이터 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.

HVDC Overhaul 기간 중 제주계통에 연계된 풍력발전의 전력품질 분석 (Power Quality Analysis of Wind Farms interconnected in Jeju System during HVDC Overhaul)

  • Power system of Jeju is interconnected to the mainland using HVDC and that is also interconnected to three wind farms. It will be difficult to control of Jeju power system if HVDC is disconnected or HVDC is overhauled under large scale wind farms interconnected. We measured and analysed the power quality of two substation and two wind farms to assess that wind farms have an effect on Jeju system during the HVDC overhaul last May. We concentrated on the power quality like frequency, voltage variation, voltage harmonics, current harmonics, flicker. We can found that the frequency of Jeju system is very unstable during overhaul, so the frequency of Jeju system can be variated easily by wind farm's rapid output power variation. There are some benefits and weak points in power quality between two wind farms because each wind farm is consist of different wind turbines.

천안 배 원예농협 공동계산제 활성화 방안 (A Strengthening Strategies of Pear's Pooling System in Cheon-an Pear and Horticultural Primary Cooperatives)

  • Pooling system of jointly shipping farm products aims to realize economies of scale for it's farm products and strengthen bargaining power for the farmers. As adapting to pooling system, price received by farmers and competitive power of our farm products can be enhanced. Pooling system especially in Cheon-an pear and horticultural primary cooperatives is found to be required, because the pooling system is not introduced yet although the area is main region for domestic pear production. This study aims at establishing the appropriate pooling system and it's strengthening strategies in this cooperatives through survey of local producers' group in this cooperatives and case studies of successful pear primary cooperatives.

농촌가정생활의 질 진단을 위한 일 연구 (A study on the Measurement of the 『Quality of Life』 of Korean Farm household)

  • This study was carried out in an attempt to establish a preliminary scale for measuring $\boxDr$Quality of Life$\boxUl$ of Korean farm households, Data from randomly selected 318 farm households through our the country were analysis. The main results of this study were summarized as follows; 1) The objective levels of living conditions were relatively low in dietary life, healthy & sanitation, and financial stability and were relatively high in family relationship, household work and housing environment. 2) The subjective satisfaction level was lowest in leisure and were relatively high in family relationship and health & sanitation. 3) A comparison of objective level of living conditions and subjective satisfaction level suggested th score of the latter were higher than the former in dietary life and health & sanitation. In the contrary to this, the scores of the former were higher than the latter in housing environment, household work, child education, leisure and family relationship. In particular, the score of the subjective satisfaction level were much higher in housing environment and household work.

DEA를 이용한 농업 경영효율성 측정에 있어서 분석 단위 (On the Unit of Analysis in Measuring Agricultural Management Efficiency Using DEA)

  • The study aims to explore the problems of analysis unit when examining management performance and efficiency using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Generally the DEA results depend on input, output, and analysis units. We used data from Park (2012) which analyze paddy farmers in Jeonnam province. Results show that data from farm household unit was well fitted to examine management efficiency, not data from per area unit. This study will be helpful for researchers and practitioners to understand proper analysis unit when using the DEA for enhancing farm competitiveness.

An Analysis on the Factors Affecting Rice Production Efficiency in Myanmar

  • The objective of this study is to obtain a better understanding of the current rice production condition in Myanmar through efficiency analysis, especially, to examine the impact of farm mechanization on Myanmar rice production efficiency. For representation of efficiency and the determinants, this paper uses both the data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the stochastic frontier approach (SFA) with variable returns to scale on Myanmar rice production. The efficiency of the rice production was estimated and subsequently the determinants factors were investigated based on the estimated efficiency level of these sample farmers. The empirical evidence finds that farm mechanical tools significantly improve the Myanmar rice production efficiency.
