This article presents the development and application of educational programs at Chungnam National University(CNU). College of engineering in CNU developed the engineering education program, CNU Engineering Fair, in 2009, and it is annually holding in September or October. The purposes of the fair are to show superiority of the college of engineering students of CNU, to strengthen the industry-university cooperation and to motivate students to lead their engineering interests. As a result of the fair, the opportunity to understand the college of engineering has been increased for students in the college of engineering as well as the public. As the development of human resources has been concerned, it gives us a chance for individual development and career development. Finally, the fair causes interests in engineering to high school students.

This study is focused on analysing the relationship among ethical consumption concept, fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption on tourism social media with considering risk perception of ethical consumption as a mediator between fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption. We found the results as follows. First, the statistically positive relationship is found between ethical consumption concept and fair tourism attitude and between fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption. And also we observed that the moderating effects of risk perception of ethical consumption on the relationship between fair tourism attitude and purchasing intention of ethical consumption. The most important is resulted as offering fair tourism information through social media.

Development of the big data industry, the cases of providing data utilization services on digital platforms are increasing. In this regard, research in data-related fields is being conducted to apply the FAIR principle that can be applied to the assessment of (meta)data quality, service, and function to data quality evaluation. Especially, the European Open Data Portal applies an assessment model based on FAIR principles. Based on this, a data maturity assessment is conducted and the results are disclosed in reports every year. However, public data portals do not conduct data maturity evaluations based on metadata. In this paper, we propose and evaluate a new model for data maturity evaluation on a big data platform built for multiple domestic public data portals and data transactions, FAIR principles used for data maturity evaluation in Europe's open data portals. The proposed maturity evaluation model is a model that evaluates the quality of public data portal datasets.

The objective of study was to evaluate ecological health from seven sampling locations of Yoogu Stream, one of the tributaries of Guem River, July and September 2005. The research approach was based on the Index of Biological Integrity (IBI) using fish assemblage and Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index (QHEI) using fish assemblage. The models of IBI and QHEI were modified as 10 metric model and 11 metric model, respectively, for the regional applications. In Yoogu Stream, value of IBI were averaged 29.5 (n=7) which is judged as a 'fair condition'. The IBI model scores, at the site 3 and 7, were estimated as 23 and 24, indicating a 'poor${\sim}$fair condition' while, site 5 was estimated as 28, 'fair condition'. The remaining sites were between 31 and 34, indicating 'fair${\sim}$good condition'. According to the analysis of QHEI, the average was estimated as 136, 'fair${\sim}$good condition'. Spatial variation the QHEI were evident; site 1 and site 4 were 186 and 120 respectively, indicating an 'excellent and fair${\sim}$good conditions'. Site 3 was 69, fair condition while the other sites were 128${\sim}$156, good condition.

Machinima is a new medium of artistic expression that allows creators to produce faster and cheaper 3D animated works than ever before. However, the software owner controls all rights in the game. The principle of fair use allows for limited use of works without permission of the copyright owner for certain purposes. The application of the principle of fair use to any particular machinima will depend on the specific circumstances. In conclusion, in order to maintain the balance between the copyright owner and the user, the reasonable role of the court in Korea seems to be more important in interpreting the fair use clause.

WFQ (Weighted Fair Queuing) is the most popular fair queuing algorithm, but it had the inherent drawback of a poor bandwidth utilization, particularly under the traffic requiring a low rate but tight delay bound such as internet phone, It was recently identified that the poor utilization is mainly due to non optimized latency of a flow and then LOFQ(Latency-Optimized Fair Queuing) to overcome the drawback was introduced, LOFQ was also improved through introducing an occupied resource optimization function and the implementation complexity of recursive resource transformation was reduced with revising the transformation scheme. However, the performance of LOFQ has been evaluated by means of simulation, so that there are some difficulties in evaluating the performance in the terms of the accuracy and evaluation time, In this paper, we develop how to analytically compute the bandwidth utilization in LOFQ.

The unbalance between system ergodic sum rate and high fairness is one of the key issues affecting the performance of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) system. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a power allocation algorithm to realize the ergodic sum rate maximization of NOMA system. The scheme is mainly achieved by the construction algorithm of fair model based on α fair utility function and the optimal solution algorithm based on the interior point method of penalty function. Aiming at the construction of fair model, the fair target is added to the traditional power allocation model to set the reasonable target function. Simultaneously, the problem of ergodic sum rate and fairness in power allocation is weighed by adjusting the value of α. Aiming at the optimal solution algorithm, the interior point method of penalty function is used to transform the fair objective function with unequal constraints into the unconstrained problem in the feasible domain. Then the optimal solution of the original constrained optimization problem is gradually approximated within the feasible domain. The simulation results show that, compared with NOMA and time division multiple address (TDMA) schemes, the proposed method has larger ergodic sum rate and lower Fairness Index (FI) values.

Due to the radical changes of information technology, it becomes indispensable for educators and students of university to learn how to use copyrighted works ethically and legally without violating the copyright law. As a result, academic libraries need to take responsibilities to inform them fair use criteria and to provide proper fair use guidelines. This study analysed various fair use guidelines for them and copyright law to identify key areas of fair use guideline for the academic libraries. It also investigated 10 university libraries' web sites to find that the identified key areas are delivered to the educators and students.

The coffee industry has grown very fast ever since international coffee brands were launched in the 1990's. Recently, consumers have begun to focus on coffee produced ethically. This phenomenon is due to ethical-consumption consciousness, which consists of three factors, emotional value, social value and function value. Most studies on this topic have focused on consumers who purchase fair-trade coffee. Thus, this study is novel in its focus on baristas who sell fairtrade coffee in their shops as well as differences from former studies. The three factors of ethical-consumption consciousness of baristas affected the sale of fair-trade coffee, except for the function value. Therefore, the sale of fair-trade coffee could be influenced by ethical-consumption consciousness of baristas. This study shows that education of baristas can promote the sale of fair-trade coffee. However, there are limitations as it only researched coffee brands ranked in the top 5, so further studies will be required in the future.
