중소기업 ASP 효과의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (Determinants of ASP Effectiveness in Small-Medium Enterprises)

  • Several studies have investigated the success of ASP from various perspectives. This study, thus, investigated factors affecting ASP effectiveness in various literature relevant ASP and outsourcing. By applying the basic ideas of the IS success model, this study proposes a research model of the factors affecting the success of ASP, in term of internal factors(Top Management Involvement, User Participation, Size of Organization, IS Maturity) and Reliability factors(Transaction Reliability, After-Sale Reliability, System Reliability, Security). The proposed model is expected to provide a guideline to researchers and practitioners extend their understanding of the success factors of the ASP effectiveness.

  • The Purpose of this study was to review the theoretical background of burnout in child care teachers organization. Personal factors, Organizational factors, social factors and the factors affecting burnout I examined. The results of this study were as follows. First, Child care teachers need to be burnout to participate in Prevention programs. Second, child care teacher is required to ensure proper staffing, improved working environment through compliance with statutory working hours. Third, Various institutional arrangements required to control the variables affecting child care teachers. Fourth, Child care teacher's role to prevent excessive strategy is needed.

일 대학병원 근로자의 지식공유 의도에 미친 영향분석 (The Analysis of Factors affecting Workers' Knowledge Sharing Intention in a University Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing intention in a hospital. This study is based on personal factors such as perceived incentives, perceived reciprocal benefits, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm. Also, there are organizational factors such as organizational climate, CEO's support, rewards system, trust, and IT system. Data were assessed using 107 employees who work at C university hospital in Chunkcheong-do and collected with self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to 13 in 2013. This study was analyzed SPSS 18 by using frequency and multi regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, knowledge sharing intention among personal factors was statistically significant in perceived behavioral control. Second, the awareness of knowledge sharing intention among organizational factors was turned out to be positive effect for CEO's support and trust. This study was identified a couple of factors affecting knowledge sharing intention between personal and organizational factors. The the implications of these factors are discussed and areas for developing hospital management strategies are fostered knowledge sharing.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate systematic and comprehensive explanation about safety behavior by applying integrated model of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Social Cognitive Theory (SCT). By showing the interrelationship of effects of factors affecting safety behavior in a single model, comprehensive understanding regarding safety behavior will be possible. Research design, data, and methodology: This study try to integrate the two theory, TPB and SCT, to introduce background factors, such as safety culture, affecting cognitive factors of subjective norm, safety attitude, perceived behavioral control, safety consciousness, which are again affecting behavior intention of the TPB. We composed 73 questionnaire to analyse the relationship among factors affecting safety behavior. The questionnaire were distributed to stewards and stewardesses of KAL, ASIANA, and LCCs. 422 were collected and used for analysis. Factor analysis, regression analysis, and control effect analysis were conducted using SPSS windows version 2.0. Results: The safety culture, safety atmosphere, and safety education/training were turned out to affect subjective norm, safety attitude, perceived behavioral control, safety consciousness. And the cognitive factors also showed to affect safety intention significantly. The results that safety intention affects safety behavior was found. Also there are control effect of cost consciousness and punishment while safety intention affects safety behavior. Conclusions: Safety is the virtue that should be given first priority to in our daily life. To secure safety, everyone in an organization should have high level of safety intention and conduct safety behavior. The study results provide systematic and comprehensive understandings on the relationship among factors affecting cabin crews' safety behavior. The results will help design safety related regulations, education/training, and support employees to engage in safety behavior related activities.

간호학생의 진로정체감 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Career Identity of Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the career identity of nursing students. Method: Subjects were 313 nursing students in Daegu. Consent from teachers and students were arbitrarily obtained. Mean, standard deviation, and regression determinations utilized SPSS version 12.0. Results: Career identity score of subjects was $31.79{\pm}5.78$ on basis of 56. Factors identified to be influential to career identity included time of career decision, self-evaluated career performance, satisfaction with clinical practice and college admittance. The influence of the factors on career identity was rated as 64.1% that is high value. Conclusions: The identified factors are important in determining career identity of nursing students. Further studies are needed to generalize these results and examine widely affecting variables of career identity.

A Study of the factors affecting the satisfaction of online classes

  • With the recent expansion of online lectures, studies on their effectiveness and their influencing factors have increased. This study examines the factors affecting the satisfaction of online classes, considering the utilization and importance of online lectures, which have greatly increased in recent years. Based on the review of previous studies, this study identified learning presence, self-efficacy, and learning immersion as factors affecting the satisfaction of online classes, and suggested hypotheses that explain the relationship between these factors, and empirically reviewed the hypotheses. As a result of the study, it was found that learning presence and self-efficacy had a positive effect on learning immersion, and learning immersion had a positive effect on learning satisfaction. Based on the research results, some practical implications for improving the satisfaction of online classes were suggested.

간호 전문직관에 미치는 영향 요인 (Factors Affecting Nursing Professionalism)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the level of nursing professionalism and the factors affecting it, In addition, it can serve as a fundamental resource for development of appropriate strategies for nursing professionalism. Method: This study was performed on 370 nurses working at two university hospitals located in Seoul. Data was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS Win 14.0. Result: The estimated regression model of nursing professionalism was statistically significant (F=199.89, p=.000). Major factors influencing nursing professionalism were observed as ability of job performance (${\beta}=.811$), job satisfaction (${\beta}=.140$), organizational commitment (${\beta}=.086$), and turnover intention (${\beta}=.084$). These four factors explained 67.9% of nursing professionalism. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, further research is needed to investigate other factors affecting nursing professionalism.

Factors Affecting Environmental Accounting Practices: A Case Study of Food and Beverage Enterprises in Vietnam

  • The article analyzes the impact of factors affecting the environmental accounting of enterprises in the food and beverage industry in Vietnam, providing more empirical evidence on factors affecting environmental accounting. The research method uses a questionnaire survey of managers at all levels, chief accountants, and cost accountants, of 56 enterprises in the food and beverage industry. The survey results collected 268 questionnaires. After eliminating the invalid questionnaires due to many blank cells, the author chose to use 236 questionnaires. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that all 6 factors positively affect environmental accounting, which includes Firm size, Stakeholders, Awareness/Knowledge of leaders, financial resources, Qualifications of staff, and Regulations, in which stakeholders and leaders' perceptions are the most influencing factors. Based on the research results, the author has proposed recommendations to improve the ability of enterprises to successfully implement environmental accounting in the food and beverage industry, thereby contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the food and beverage enterprises. The Vietnamese market is very potential, so the Government, authorities, customers, investors, etc., contribute to creating significant pressure to implement environmental accounting in food and beverage enterprises.

병원급식이 생산성에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 (Operational Factors Affecting Productivity of Foodservice System in Selected Hospitals)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the operational affecting productivity in hospital foodservice, and to examine the relationships between operational factors affecting productivity. The 28 hospitals over 400 beds in Seoul were mailed questionnaires assessing the factors that affect productivity in hospital foodservice(23 hospitals responded). Data analyses included descriptive statistics. Pearson product moment correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The result of Pearson product moment correlation analysis indicated that the percentage of patient meals was significantly correlated to the productivity (r=.5560, p<.01). Stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that the percentage of patient meals and the average work hours of employees were significant predictors of the operational factors at productivity.

  • This study has been a study on changes seen in rural kitchens and factors affecting the modernization of agrarian kitchen space. The major findings were as follows: 1) The physical changes in kitchen design were carried out rapidly after 1977. This period coincided directly with the period in which kitchen improvement projects were fostered by the Sae Ma-Eul UNDONG 2) The study showed the macro factors contributing to changes in kitchen space to be government policy and industrialization. The study showed the micro factors influening kitchen space changes to be classified along socio-demographic lines and family lifestyle. 3) The factors affecting the degree of satisfaction with kitchens have been divided into socio-demographic and lifestyle characteristics. The level of education achieved by the husband was the most significant among socio-demographic characteristics. Most important among lifestyle characteristics were the cooking fuel used during the slack farm season, eating habits, heating fuel and eating space respectively. The results of this study have some implications in terms of government housing policy. Policymakers should be aware of suitable kitchen spaces to rural households in order to meet their housing needs and expectations.
