Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review and identify factors relevant to workplace bullying in nursing. Methods: Twenty-three studies that met the criteria were selected from a sample of twenty-six studies. These articles were retrieved from a central literature databases (N=13,241). The total correlational effect size (ESr) for each related factor was calculated from Fisher's Zr. A funnel plot inspection (similar to scatter plot) with a trim-and-fill method was used to assess the publication bias of the meta-analyzed studies. Results: From the systematic review, fifty-one factors were identified as having an influencing effect. Fourteen factors (five individual and nine organizational factors) were eligible for meta-analysis. The individual factors included, self-esteem (ESr=-.31), psychological capital (ESr=-.26), and marital status (ESr=-.06) which were significantly correlated with workplace bullying. Organizational factors included, organizational tolerance (ESr=.48), supervisor incivility (ESr=.47), job stress (ESr=.46), group morale (ESr=-.36), group support (ESr=-.35), supervisor leadership (ESr=-.35), group identity (ESr=-.33), and structural empowerment (ESr=-.27). These factors were significantly correlated with workplace bullying. There were no publication biases except for both individual and organizational factors. Conclusion: Organizational factors have more of an greater impact than individual factors on workplace bullying. The results of this study support the need for intervention at the organizational level.
This study examines the effect of communication type of food service employees on the self-efficiency and organizational commitment. To accomplish the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted to employees of food service companies located in Seoul, from August 5, 2013 to August 25, 2013 as a method of empirical study. The results of this study was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 12.0 and statistical reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for hypothesis verification. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, the R-square of regression result for 'communication type will have a positive effect on self-efficiency' was .220. Also, it was found that factors of consideration (Beta=.286, t=5.622), instruction (Beta=.303, t=5.970) and business (Beta=.214, t=4.217) had positive effects on self-efficiency. Values for factors of consideration and instruction were higher than business. Second, the R-square of regression result for 'communication type will have a positive effect on organizational commitment' was .429. Also, it was found that factors of consideration (Beta=.453, t=10.428), instruction (Beta=.380, t=8.749) and business (Beta=.282, t=6.477) had positive effects on organizational commitment. Values for factors of instruction and business were high but value of consideration factor turned out the highest. Third, the R-square of regression result for 'self-efficiency will have a positive effect on organizational commitment' was .334. Also, it was found that out of the factors of positivity (Beta=.369, t=8.423), confidence (Beta=.415, t=8.833) and negativity (Beta=-.072, t=-1.536), positivity and confidence had positive effects on organization commitment, and only positivity and confidence showed high values in organization commitment. Upon analyzing the effect of factors of self-efficiency (positivity, confidence, negativity) on organizational commitment, it was found that positivity and confidence showed high relevance but the negativity factor did not have any correlation.

The heat transfer and friction characteristics of heat exchangers having convex louver fins are experimentally investigated, and the results are compared with those of wave fin counterparts. Eighteen samples (nine convex louver fin samples and nine wave fin samples) which had different fm pitches (1.81 mm to 2.54 mm) and tube rows (one to four) were tested. The convex angle was $11.7^{\circ}$. The j factors are insensitive to fin pitch, while f factors increase as fin pitch increases. The effect of fin pitch on f factor is more significant for the wave fin compared with the convex louver fin. It appears that the complex fin pattern of the convex louver fin induces intense mixing of the flow, and thus reduces the effect of fin pitch. Both the j and f factors decrease as the number of tube row increases. However, as the Reynolds number increases, the effect of tube row diminishes. Comparison of the convex louver fin j factors with those of wave fin reveals that convex louver fin j factors are 18% to 29% higher than those of wave fin. The f factors are 16% to 34% higher for the convex louver fin. The difference increases as fin pitch decreases. Existing correlation fails to adequately predict the present data. More data is needed for a general correlation of the convex louver fin geometry.
This study divided the observation area in an indoor space for area setup to analyse the effect of the difference of design types on the characteristics of observation with the observed time of each area as objects. Though it is thought that the difference of design patterns may be influenced by the factors and material composing the space, no existing approaches have had any quantitatively measuring method. Eye-tracking could be efficiently utilized for observation analysis from the viewpoint of dating observation behavior. The followings are the results of analysing the observation characteristics depending on design pattern. First, 5 observing areas were set up according to concentration of observation time in order for the concentration by area to be examined and the factors of design having effect on the difference of observation patterns by design type could be analysed. Second, as a whole, the observation of modern types showed high observation characteristics. When the difference of observation characteristics by pattern was examined by difference at observation frequency, the observation frequency defined to be more than 50% was seen to be almost same from Area I to III and to get higher from Area IV, and that defined to be 30% was high at Areas III and IV. In Area V, it was very high at natural. Third, that of Area II is no more than 8.2% but had the most observation time. As for observation characteristics, the horizontal observation of the central part was the highest and had more observation frequency at modern type that at natural one. These observation characteristics by area enabled to analyse the observation tendency depending on design characters at relevant area. Fourth, the design factors composing natural type were found to bring more attention when the area showed higher concentration at natural type than at modern one. And the analysis of design factors could make it to be confirmed that the quality of material and background factors in addition to design factors in the area had more effect on sight concentration.
As the online shopping mall market faces severe competition, marketers have focused on visual factors that generate positive consumer responses in order to induce more consumers. Although product photos are crucial in the communication of product information as well as in the development of positive images of online shopping mall, there was little intention the effect of diverse types of product photo. In this study, three types of backgrounds (i.e., no background, indoor background, street background) are compared in order to explore whether consumer sensibility factors are different according to photo backgrounds. Moreover, it investigates the effect of sensibility toward photo backgrounds on consumer attitude. A total of 222 consumers participated in the experiments. As a result, six sensibility factors were generated from online model photos, including structure, upscale, uniqueness, interest, simpleness, and easiness factors. Among these factors, simpleness and structure showed the highest means; simpleness was the factor indicating the differences according to photo backgrounds. Sensibility factors affecting attitude toward online shopping malls were uniqueness in the case of no background, interest in the case of indoor background, and upscale in the case of street background photo.

At the center of the repeating evolution of IT industry, there is mobile computing in the ubiquitous environment, and the increasing usage of smart phones contribute more to its growth. P corporation co-developed with Google and implemented smart work system called SWP for the purpose of 'communication and collaboration with co-workers' beyond the general goal of increasing productivity and comfort of employees. The primary objective of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the effect factor from end user's perspective and user satisfaction on SWP usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. To accomplish this research purpose, this study established research models and hypothesis by collective review about information system success models, and tested the research hypotheses using the structural equation modeling technique by data collected from 320 SWP system users of P corporation. Variations for system satisfaction evaluation standard are 1)SW system usage 2) intention for continuous usage 3) individual performance, effect variations are 1) social factors 2) technical factors 3) combination of social and technical factors. Therefore, this study is about influence factors on success of SWP system and how the factors impact the outcome. The test results of this research model is summarized as follows. Firstly, system user's satisfaction had positive impact on all three; SWP system usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. Secondly, social factor 'SWP control system' and technical factor 'information quality' and 'system quality' had positive impact on SWP system user satisfaction, while social factor 'shared value' and technical factor 'service quality' did not have significant effect on user satisfaction. Shared value however, had interactive effect with 'information quality' and 'service quality'. This study is expected to contribute to spread of academic research on smart work system by suggesting a model that can show important factors for corporation while explaining the successful implementation of SWP and its continuous usage.
This study is on the influence of organizational climates on social workers' professionalism in Social Welfare Centers, based on measurements of the recognition levels provided by the organizational climates. I collected 570 samples from social workers who are presently working at social welfare centers, and analyzed the data using T-test, ANOVA and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The results of this Study are: I researched the effect of organizational climates on the professional capability and ethical responsibility of social workers in the Social Welfare Centers. First, from theoretical considerations, I controlled for the general variables which affected the observed professional capability and ethical responsibility of social workers (Level 1). And then, I examined the explanatory results to see the effect of the organizational factors (Level 2). Through Hierarchical Regression Analysis, the level one analysis showed the effect of the general factors on professional capability (4.4 %) and ethical responsibility (3.3%). The level two analyses showed the added effect of the organizational factors on professional capability (21.4 %) and ethical responsibility (21.1%). By adding the organizational factors, the R2 of professional capability increases 17% and that of ethical responsibility increases to 17.8%. These results are statistically significant. The level two organizational factors significantly affecting professional capability were Autonomy, Supervision, Task Assignment, position and work place. Ethical responsibility was affected significantly by level two organizational subcategory factors of Autonomy, Supervision, Task Assignment, gender and education level and work place. Incentive didn't have any effect on the professional capability or ethical responsibility.
The purposes of this study were to investigate the factors related to conspicuous consumption and the effect of materialism and reference group on the conspicuous consumption. The data used in this study included 287 homemakers living in Mokpo and Kwangju,. Statistics used for data analysis were Means Frequencies One-Way Anova and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings were as follows: 1) The factors related to conspicuous consumption were educational level of wife educational level of husband job of husband and subjective level of living 2) The factors related to materialism were age of wife and subjective level of living 3) The factors related to reference group were age of wife educational level of husband job of husband and subjective level of living 4) Materialism and reference group had positive effects on conspicuous consumption 5) The effect of reference group was the most influencial factor.
This paper reviewed the relationship among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and the mediating effect of service quality. Based on the responses from 163 hotel employees and 489 customers who encountered them, the results of hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all internal marketing factors have positive relationships with service quality, and service quality has positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Also, service quality has mediating effect between four internal marketing factors(education, compensation, delegation of authority, and internal communication) and customer satisfaction.
This study attempted to investigate the effect of foodservice quality perception on residence satisfaction of silver town residents. Through an extensive literature review, the questionnaire was developed and distributed to senior residents in 'A' silver town located in Gyeonggi-Do. Out of 254 questionnaires administered, a total of 212 completed questionnaires were returned, yielding a response rate of 83.5%. The results showed that there was a meaningful correlation between perception on foodservice quality and residence satisfaction. Among foodservice quality factors, reliability and comfort were the most important factors affecting residence satisfaction. Considering the effect of reliability and comfort factors on residence satisfaction, it is important to make a strategy to build up these factors in foodservice operation of silver town.
