The latest active studies on distributed OLAP to adopt a distributed environment are mainly focused on DHT P2P OLAP and Grid OLAP. However, these approaches have its weak points, the P2P OLAP has limitations to multidimensional range queries in the cloud computing environment due to the nature of structured P2P. On the other hand, the Grid OLAP has no regard for adjacency and time series. It focused on its own sub set lookup algorithm. To overcome the above limits, this paper proposes an efficient central managed P2P approach for a cloud computing environment. When a multi-level hybrid P2P method is combined with an index load distribution scheme, the performance of a multi-dimensional range query is enhanced. The proposed scheme makes the OLAP query results of a user to be able to reused by other users' volatile cube search. For this purpose, this paper examines the combination of an aggregation cube hierarchy tree, a quad-tree, and an interval-tree as an efficient index structure. As a result, the proposed cloud P2P OLAP scheme can manage the adjacency and time series factor of an OLAP query. The performance of the proposed scheme is analyzed by a series of experiments to identify its various characteristics.
Vintage fashion is a lot influenced by colors because an emotion is transmitted via images of "old feeling", "worn-out feeling" and "faded feeling" etc. Colors are visual sensation occurring at a time when lights stimulate an eye, which is a representative factor which humans first perceive when they touch objects. And colors in clothing function as a critical element which indicates an individual's impression and character as well as aesthetic sensation. In this study, I examined on the theoretical consideration and aesthetic characteristics via the previous literature on vintage fashion and colors. As an empirical study, I investigated on the colors of vintage fashion appearing in Pr$\hat{e}$t-$\grave{a}$-porter Collections, Paris from Spring/Summer, 2003 to Fall/Winter 2008. As a way for study, I investigated into the total 197 vintage fashion photos and calculated their RGB values by using photoshop. And I converted the values of the colors extracted into H V/C values by using Munsell Conversion Version 9.0.6 and analyzed on Munsell System of 10 Color Notation and the PCCS colors, classifying a color scheme by visual sensation measurement. The result of analyzing on the concept of vintage fashion and its color characteristics is as follows; Vintage fashion made an appearance the most in 2003 and 2004 and its colors appeared a lot in Y, YR, R and PB lines. Color tone concentrated on black and white, achromatic color and low chroma colors in a grayish line, chromatic color. Thus, the study found that colors suitable for a "worn-out", "faded" and "old" image are properly reflected in vintage fashion rather than a clear and bright background. In a color scheme, I found contrast color and same color appearing a lot, which gave an unharmonious feeling and a smack of the country. The study reveals that the color characteristic of vintage fashion is relatively diverse and complex in color, color tone or shade and color scheme, which shows a color trend which reflects a non-constructive and complex coordination characteristic instead of a standardized simple and clear image.
Purpose: This study investigated the rate of retear and related factors after arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff tears involving more than one tendon. Materials & Methods: Arthroscopic repair of 22 rotator cuff tears (average size 3.2cm: average age 58 years old) involving the supraspinatus and part or all of the infraspinatus were investigated using MRI on average 10 months after repair. The status of the repaired cuff was investigated using Sugaya's classification, and the change in muscle was evaluated with Goutallier's classification. Results: Retear (Sugaya grade IV, V) was found in 7cases(32%). Tears larger than 3cm had a higher retear rate(67%) than smaller tears(8%). Retear cases had Goutallier grade II or higher muscle changes preoperatively and showed aggravation of muscle atrophy postoperatively. Even without retear, reversal of muscle change was not seen Conclusion: Rotator cuff tears not confined to the supraspinatus had a 32% retear rate after arthroscopic repair. The size of the tear was the most crucial factor influencing retear. Retear was frequent in tear over 3cm. Atrophy of the cuff muscle worsened when the repair failed but did not improve even without retear.

We demonstrated organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) based on the organic thin-film materials such as tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum $(Alq_3)$. The structure of OLEDs was vacuum deposited upon transparent and thin glass substrates pre-coated with a transparent, conducting indium tin oxide thin film. The luminance characteristics, current, capacitance, and dispersion factor for degraded OLEDs, which were made by various bias currents $(0.5mA\;{\leq}\;I_{Bias}\;{\leq}9mA)$, are studied. The current dependences of lifetime were divided at approximately 2mA, and they represented nearly linear behaviors but had different slopes in a logarithmic plot of lifetime versus bias current. With lighting OLEDs, the anomaly of capacitance, as shown in the CV curve, occurred because of two factors, polarization in the bulk of organic materials and the interface between the metal and organic layers. In decayed OLEDs that had lower bias currents of less than 2mA, it was found that the degradation of luminance was related to both the decrease of polarization and to the lowering of the injection barrier.
Purpose: There is considerable variability in rates of hospitalization for patients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in part because of physicians' uncertainty in assessing the severity of illness at presentation. The purpose of the study was to examine the current treatment patterns and factors influencing the Pneumonia Severity Index (PSI) and clinical outcomes in the patient with CAP. Method: The retrospective data collection of the patients with CAP was conducted and the data were reviewed. The collected data included demographic, clinical, laboratory and microbiological medical information. All patients were stratified into three risk groups according to PSI: low risk (PSI score I-II), moderate risk (III) and high risk (IV-V) groups. The examined treatment patterns were the appropriateness of admissions, category of antibiotics used. The prognostic factors associated with PSI and clinical outcomes were examined. Results: One hundred and six patients' medical data were reviewed. The overall appropriateness of admissions was low presenting many of patients were admitted or intensely treated in the hospital despite of lower risk of prognosis and treated with intravenous antibiotics instead of oral fluoroquinolones. Primary pneumonia pathogens were Klebsiella pneumoniae (27%) and Streptococcus pneumoniae (21.6%). Mean LOS was 8.5 days and was significantly longer (10.0days) (p<0.001) in high risk group. The patients with age >65 (p<0.001), diabetes mellitus (p<0.001), mental alteration (p<0.001), and/or $PaO_2$ <60 mmHg (p<0.001) had a tendency to have higher PSI. The prognostic factors associated with longer LOS were age >65 years (p=0.008), mental status alteration (p<0.001), dyspnea (p=0.002) and PSI score (p=0.001). The prognostic factors associated with mortality were congestive heart failure (p=0.038), systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg (p=0.002) and arterial pH <7.35 (p=0.013). Conclusion: Most of patients were found to over-utilize medical service according to appropriateness of admissions. The elderly, mentally altered patients with low $PaO_2$ had higher PSI score with increased risk of LOS. The mortality could be increased in the patient with disease state of congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, and/or acidosis.

Objective : By conducing a review of clinical outcomes for patients with aneurysm treated using current microneurosurgical techniques and intensive care unit management, we speculated that grading systems based only on clinical condition or CT finding after admission failed to provide a significant stratification of outcome between individual grades of patients, because these systems did not include the factor for postoperative vasospasm. We hypothesized that postoperative blood flow velocity could have a significant impact on outcome prediction for patients surgically treated for intracranial aneurysms. Methods : We conducted a analysis on patient- and lesion-specific factors that might have been associated with outcome in a series of 55 aneurysm operations performed with measurements of blood-flow velocity with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography(TCD). In the new scale(NS) score system, 1 point is assigned additionally for the case with Hunt and Hess(H-H)/World Federation of Neurological Surgeons(WFNS) Grade IV or V, Fisher Scale(FS) score 3 or 4, aneurysm size greater than 10mm, patient age older than 60 years, blood-flow velocity higher than 120cm/sec, and posterior circulation lesion. By adding the total points, a 6-point scale score(score 0-6) is obtained. Results : Age of patient, size of aneurysm, clinical condition(H-H grade and WFNS), FS score, and blood flow velocity(TCD 1day after operation) were independently and strongly associated with long-term outcome. When NS scores were applied to 55 patients with at least 6 months follow-up, the correlation of individual scores with outcome was strongly validated the retrospective findings. Conclusion : It was speculated that TCD could be used to assess postoperative vasospasm and to monitor noninvasively the patients with aneurysmal SAH. This NS score system is easy to apply, divide patients into groups with different outcome, and is comprehensive, allowing for more accurate prediction of surgical outcome.

Objective : The anterior communicating artery(ACoA) is known to be the most frequent location of intracranial aneurysms, but the complex arterial anatomy of the ACoA region makes this aneurysm among the most difficult one to treat. In the treatment of ACoA aneurysms, the direction of aneurysmal fundus is known to be very important in the surgical tactics. All ACoA aneurysms in our series were classified according to its direction, and analyzed the clinical features in order to investigate the prognostic factors influencing upon the surgical outcome. Methods : The authors reviewed 236 cases of ruptured ACoA aneurysms that were operated from 1990 to 1997, were classified according to Pia's classification. Results : The incidence rate of the ACoA aneurysm was 35.1%(236/672). Ventral group was more common than dorsal group, especially in ventro-caudal projection subgroup(36.0%). Poor preoperative clinical grade(Hunt-Hess grade IV and V) patients were more common in dorsal group(13.1%) than ventral group(2.6%). Rebleeding and intracerebral hematoma were more commonly seen in ventral group. However, vasospasm, hydrocephalus, hyponatremia, and intraventricular hemorrhage were observed more frequently in dorsal group. Worse outcome was more common in dorsal group than ventral group, especially in dorso-caudal projection subgroup. Also, poor outcome was identified in patients with intracerebral hematoma, intraventricular hemorrhage, hyponatremia, and hypertension, although statistically insignificant. In cases with the A1 dominancy, there was no difference in surgical outcome between the right and left side approach. The higher the aneurysmal neck from the planum sphenoidale, the worse outcome via pterional approach. Conclusion : It seems that the preoperative clinical grade, aneurysmal direction, and the height of aneurysmal neck, especially in the pterional approach, would be the major prognostic factors, and that intracerebral hematoma, intraventricular hemorrhage, hyponatremia, hydrocephalus and the intraoperative aneurysmal rupture would be the minor prognostic factors.
The Electrostatic Charge Prevention Technology is a core factor that highly influences the yield of Ultra High Resolution Flat Panel Display and high-integrated semiconductor manufacturing processes. The corona or x-ray ionizations are commonly used in order to eliminate static charges during manufacturing processes. To develop such a revolutionary x-ray ionizer that is free of x-ray radiation and has function to control the volume of ion formation simultaneously is a goal of this research and it absolutely overcomes the current risks of x-ray ionization. Under the International Commission on Radiological Protection, it must have a leakage radiation level that should be lower than a recommended level that is $1{\mu}Sv/hour$. In this research, the new generation of x-ray ionizer can easily control both the volume of ion formation and the leakage radiation level at the same time. In the research, the test constraints were set and the descriptions are as below; First, In order not to leak x-ray radiation while testing, the shielding box was fully installed around the test equipment area. Second, Implement the metallic Ring Electrode along a tube window and applied zero to ${\pm}8kV$ with respect to manage the positive and negative ions formation. Lastly, the ion duty ratio was able to be controlled in different test set-ups along with a free x-ray leakage through the metallic Ring Electrode. In the result of experiment, the maximum x-ray radiation leakage was $0.2{\mu}Sv/h$. These outcome is lower than the ICRP 103 recommended value, which is $1{\mu}Sv/h$. When applying voltage to the metallic ring electrode, the positive decay time was 2.18s at the distance of 300 mm and its slope was 0.272. In addition, the negative decay time was 2.1s at the distance of 300 mm and its slope was 0.262. At the distance of 200 mm, the positive decay time was 2.29s and its slope was 0.286. The negative decay time was 2.35s and its slope was 0.293. At the distance of 100 mm, the positive decay time was 2.71s and its slope was 0.338. The negative decay time was 3.07s and its slope was 0.383. According to these research, the observation was shown that these new concept of ionizer is able to minimize the leakage radiation level and to control the positive and negative ion duty ratio while ionization.
I investigated that ALK receptor tyrosine kinase (ALK) gene polymorphisms were contributed to susceptibility to ICH in Korean population. I recruited 156 ICH patients and 425 healthy controls for this study, respectively. rs1881421, rs1881420, rs3795850, and rs2246745 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were genotyped. The genotype and allele distributions of tested four SNPs was analyzed using the SNPStats, SPSS 22.0, and the Haploview v.4.2 software. The Odd's ratios (OR), 95% confidence intervals (CI), and P values were calculated in allele and genotype models. I found that rs1881421, rs1881420, rs3795850, and rs2246745 SNPs of ALK gene (rs1881421, OR=2.02, 95% CI=1.54-2.64, p<0.001; rs1881420, OR=0.53, 95% CI=1.16-2.01, p=0.003; rs3795850, OR=1.54, 95% CI=1.17-2.02, p=0.002; rs2246745, OR=1.95, 95% CI=1.46-2.60, p<0.001 in each allele analysis). And distributions of CC, GT, and GC haplotypes between the ICH group and the control group also showed significant association with ICH (CC haplotype, p<0.001; GT haplotype, p=0.006; GC haplotype, p<0.001). These minor alleles of tested four SNPs in ALK gene were contributed to increased risk of development for ICH. Our findings suggested that the ALK gene may be a risk factor for susceptibility to ICH.The Korea Internet of Things Society.
This study examines potential growth and different perspectives on green-walls, which are being re-evaluated recently. The aim is to identify the viewer preferences concerning the walls by collecting a wide spectrum of information to create an interior design related comprehensive and intellectual database. Also based on this proposition, choosing a green surface of indoor wall as a specific example stimulus, identifying a relationship betweeationsviewer's preference factors. The relationship will formulate detailed and absolute qualities, which will reach potential areas that the green walls can be widely applied in. As a result of a factor analysis, the viewers classified into the 3 factors as is pleasant, gorgeous and rich about the stimulus. Preferred key factors, which are closely related to emotional image language, were; cool, tidy, comfortable and beautiful. The common factors in preferred design stimulus, in order of importance are color>elements>image/form/plants. Specific levels of design factors according to relevance are contrast>furniture> modern>central/creeper foliage plants. In the meantime, this study is leading the process of quantitative measurement of green-walls to a new design direction and it is critical to consistently experimenting to back up the theory with solid evidence.
