Recently, many researches on the supply of public rental-housings that utilize modular houses have been conducted for the expanded supply of public rental house and consumer-customized supply. For this reason, a research on recognition and satisfaction of residents who live in modular houses was conducted based on their evaluations on public rental houses utilizing actual modular houses. Consequently planning guidelines that would increase residency satisfaction was drawn. Surveys and interviews of 'The Gongneung Hee-mang Housing' were conducted, and analyses of descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis and importance-satisfaction analysis were conducted. The post occupancy evaluations inform that to gain extra recognition by promoting advantages of modular houses and engaging in educational activities are needed. Dealing with issues such as external noises and vibrations, proper common facility, interior space plan, taking account of facility plan is also needed. This study would contribute to establish modular house planning, reflecting the residents' practical demands.
The purpose of this study was to examine the physical environmental factors in coffee shops which determine customer brand loyalty, and to investigate the mediated effects of customer satisfaction and emotional responses on the causal relationship between the physical environmental factors and brand loyalty. A sample of 400 coffee shop customers was collected from Seoul and Gyeonggi in March, 2011 through a self-administered questionnaire. 351 of 400 subjects were used for validity and reliability analysis. 12 outliers were removed from the analysis, and 339 subjects were used to derive the results. Multiple linear regression and stepwise regression were conducted after the construct validity and reliability. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) Physical environmental factors in coffee shops consists of 5 dimensions such as facility aesthetics, cleanliness, ambiance, layout, and internet environment. (2) Facility aesthetics, ambiance, and internet environment had an influence on brand loyalty. (3) The effects of cleanliness and layout on brand loyalty, were not significant on multivariate analysis. However, the relationship between cleanliness and brand loyalty was mediated by emotional responses and also the relationship between layout and brand loyalty was mediated by customer satisfaction. (4) The mediating effects of customer satisfaction were higher than those of emotional responses.
This study was the research of the satisfaction of participation in short DIY Woodworking program organized by university as productive leisure activity. It is the study of what satisfactions-factors of the participants are and how the satisfaction is continued with activities of the participants later on, and finally how the satisfaction influences the choice of leisure activity further. Questionnaire is consist of total 41 survey standards like the article for facility, education, service and cost & the demographic contents of the participants. It was executed by the participants in program at sight from Aug. $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ 2008, and the valid samples 156 copies were definitely analyzed. The result of analysis shows first that the majority of the participants in the short leisure program are the beginner who took part in such program for the first time. What them interests are the convenient facility & use of tools. Second, the reasonable fees in terms of material cost & preparation of personal tools influenced positively on satisfaction of participation. Third, the dissatisfaction of participants regarding educational method and service could be solved by that the trainer who makes practical lesson had been informed of the course in advance.
The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of use behavior and environmental perception of a park and to analyze the influence of environmental perception factors on park satisfaction among 7 parks in Suseong-gu, Daegu. The data from the 255 questionnaires of young adults (30-59) and old adults (more than 60) who use the park more than once a week were used for the analysis. In terms of park use behavior, young adults used the park for walking and jogging mainly on weekday evenings, while old adults used the park for walking and rest mainly during weekday daytimes. In addition, old adults used the park more times a week than young adults, and spent more time in the park. In the analysis of the environmental perception of the park, similar results were found in both age groups but overall, old adults were more satisfied with the park environment than the young adults. As a result of analyzing the influence of environmental perception factors, it was determined that park satisfaction in young adults has a significant influence on 'use amenity', 'use convenience', 'facility suitability', and 'landscape diversity' in this order. On the other hand, park satisfaction for old adults has an influence on 'use amenity', 'facility suitability', and 'use convenience' in this order. The findings of this study can be used as an effective basic data for future park planning considering age groups.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of store occupancy based on the rental characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) renting buildings across the country, and to analyze the satisfaction level after opening. Research design, data and methodology: The study conducted an empirical survey through questionnaires targeting individual business owners, corporate representatives, and executives and employees nationwide, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and other metropolitan areas and provincial cities. Results: In this study, the most important factor that SMEs consider when deciding whether to rent a commercial building or office is financial characteristics, followed by management characteristics, location characteristics, building characteristics, and facility characteristics. In addition, management characteristics were found to have the greatest impact on rental satisfaction of SMEs, followed by financial characteristics, building characteristics, and location characteristics in order. Conclusions: Since the lessor cannot immediately improve the location characteristics or building characteristics, in order to increase the rental satisfaction of small and medium-sized businesses in a relatively short period of time, it is necessary to improve managerial characteristics such as prompt civil complaint handling and clean management of the building. In addition, it is analyzed that if the factors that can reduce the burden on the tenants are found in advance and reflected in the financial characteristics, the satisfaction of the tenants can be increased.
This study was conducted to identify the appropriate space requirements for forest healing program for physical and mental health care of female cancer survivors in their 40s and 60s. From September to November 2023, 12 cancer survivors were surveyed at Chungnam National University Forest and Daejeon Healing Forest. One Forest Therapy instructor and two researchers conducted a forest healing program once a week for eight sessions of two hours each, Perceptions and satisfaction with the program and space were assessed using pre and post program questionnaires, and the effect of participation in the forest healing program on mood status was evaluated. The satisfaction survey results were supplemented by qualitative studies conducted through post-interviews. Result of the analysis showed that the satisfaction of the participants was very high (4.8/5.0). There was a notable increase in vigor and a decrease in total mood disturbance after participation in the program. Toilets and water facilities (11), tool boxes (9), pest control facilities (3), deck facilities (3), forest hut (3), electrical outlets (2), shade shelters (2), and shoe hairy (1) were proposed as required facilities for cancer survivors. This study demonstrated that the forest healing program is effective in reducing distress in female cancer survivors in their 40s and 60s and appropriate facility standards for the forest healing space are needed to increase the satisfaction of cancer survivors.

The purpose of this study is to analyze users' behavior and facility satisfaction and to suggest the practical solution plans for environmental improvement of trails in Suseong recreation park in Daegu. Therefore, satisfaction factor analysis on trails was carried out based on a field and questionnaire survey in Suseong recreation park. First, from users' behavior, 48% of users visited Suseong recreation park for walking. The greatest response to number of visits was once or twice a week, and average use time per visit was 80.4 minutes. In terms of trails, the greater responses to the number of visits were once(38.1%) or more than 5 times(23.8%), and average use time was 45.4 minutes. According to the results from the analysis of facility satisfaction, management condition, length, slope, and adjacent natural landscape of trails were evaluated at a satisfaction rate higher than 3.4 points. However, water pollution, and number of exits and parking lots were analyzed at a low rate of 2.75 and 2.78 points, respectively. In terms of analyzing determining factors of facility satisfaction for trails, use of facilities, walking convenience, surrounding landscapes, amenities, and noise had a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. In particular, walking convenience was the highest effect factor; its standardized coefficient was 0.533. The findings from this study can contribute to the improvement of the physical environment for trails of Suseong recreation park and provide basic data for plan and maintenance of similar waterside trails.
This study analyzed the types of Rural Villages, divided the areas with six criteria such as geographical environment and selected three target areas to observe them. Through these target areas, it attempted to analyze the difference and correlation of satisfaction with the residential environment depending on the characteristics of the Rural Village. In investigating and analyzing the satisfaction of the residents in the Rural Villages, it divided it into 'satisfaction with rural village life', 'satisfaction with housing' and 'satisfaction with village environment,' and compared and analyzed them with the physical environment of the Rural Village. Based on this, according to the type of local Rural Village, it analyzed with what part there were high relations with resident's satisfaction with the Rural Village. As a result, there was no significant difference between groups by the Rural villages, but residents were more satisfied with the natural environment of the village rather than individual housing. The analysis of the correlation between satisfaction with Rural villages and various factors, the more distance there is between the individual housing and the meeting facility, the lower their satisfaction with the Rural village became. In the future, when a community center or meeting facility is planned, it would heighten the resident's happiness when it is located at the physical center of the village rather than at the entrance of it.

The purpose of this study is to increase the usage of satisfaction of outdoor exercise equipment installed at parks when plans and designs are made for renovation or formation of parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the usage satisfaction of 150 men and women who use outdoor exercise equipment in neighborhood parks located in Dongtan New Town. There were four factors that affect the variables of usage satisfaction. They can be defined as the main facility factor, awning factor, maintenance factor, and additional facility factor. From the result regression analysis of the total satisfaction rate and the factors, the main facility factor was the most influential of the variables. This could indicate that the facility factor affects the satisfactory rate of outdoor exercise equipment. This research is done only with the examples of neighborhood parks, so it limits the possibility of analysis of seasonal use. It is necessary to conduct analysis research of parks which installed many outdoor exercise equipment, such as a vest-pocket park, children's garden, and pedestrian/urban/metropolitan neighborhood parks.

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction perceived in the purchase of goods and the use of a court in badminton club members. The results will be used for basic data to increase club members and present the methods to activate badminton. The survey on goods, price, programs, facilities, staff, and publicity was conducted. The IPA matrix was applied for data processing. The following conclusions were drawn. First, as a result of analyzing the ranking of importance and satisfaction, the first place of importance was coach's professionalism of staff factors, followed by safety of facility factors and program contents and effects of program factors. The first place of satisfaction was cleanliness and management of facility factors, followed by coach's professionalism of staff factors and staff's kindness of staff factors. Second, as a result of the IPA matrix of importance and satisfaction, Quadrant I included appropriateness of training time and program contents and effect of program factors, parking size and cleanliness and management of facility factors, coach's professionalism and staff's service attitude of staff factors, and customer service and complaint resolution of publicity factors. Quadrant II showed appropriateness of price, value for money, and discount policy of price factors and materials and design of goods factors. Quadrant III included excellent customer service of goods of goods factors, various program construction of program factors, court location and accessibility, and various convenient facilities of facility factors, and various publicity and event programs, website construction, and various publicity strategies of publicity factors. Quadrant IV showed brand value of goods, awareness, and brand specialty of goods of goods factors.
