공동주택 내 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 주민공동시설 설치기준과 주민 만족도와의 관계 분석 (An Analysis of Relation between Supply Criteria of Public Facilities and Residents' Satisfaction for the Community Revitalization in the Apartments)

  • This study examines the current status on the supply of community facilities based on the supply criteria of present welfare facilities. Analyzing satisfaction of residents about community facilities based on physical supply criteria. The study sets up the concept and proposed trend of the related studies and distinction through the examination of previous researches. Next, the present systematical supply criteria, was used to make indication in order to propose the promotion of improvement on supply criteria for community facilities. Multi dimensional analyzing system and the satisfaction level of the community facility was used to analyze the relationship between the two. The direction of policy improvement according to the analysis is as per the following. First, it is necessary to improve supply criteria of household to guarantee the minimal amount of space. Second, specification of the minimum distance of community facility to residential area in the complex is needed. Also, the presentation of bottom boundary line of the formation area size to expand the size up to minimal level of size is needed. Third, resident exercise facility supply criteria among the community facility supply criteria need to be improved from the number of household base to the size for each household base. Forth, resident resting facility criteria among the community facility supply criteria should be changed from the present criteria of one facility per five hundred households.

일반경비원 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 시설경비원 신임 교육을 중심으로 - (The Effect of Education Program for Security Personnel on Job Satisfaction)

  • 현재 일반경비산업은 인적자원에 대한 의존도가 높고, 고객과의 접촉 빈도가 높은 직업이어서 무엇보다도 종사자의 직무수행능력을 통한 만족도가 경영성과에 큰 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국내 일반경비산업에서 이와 같이 전문교육을 받은 고급인력이 중요시 되고 있음에도 불구하고 일반경비원의 교육과 직무만족에 대한 연구는 사실상 미비한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 현직에 있는 시설경비원을 대상으로 신임 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 탐색적 연구를 실시하였다. 일반경비원 신임 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 개인적 특성, 교육훈련특성, 업무환경, 직무만족의 차이를 검증한 결과 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 특성인 학습기대, 자기효능성 중에서 학습기대만이 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육훈련특성인 강사의 자질, 교육시설, 교육내용 중에서 교육시설과 교육내용만이 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 업무환경(상사의 지원, 지속적 학습문화)은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+) 적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

네일샵 고객의 라이프스타일과 서비스 만족도에 따른 재방문에 관한 연구 (Factors that make customers revisit nail-shops depending on customers' lifestyle and satisfaction levels)

  • The lifestyle of customers visiting nail shops is categorized into four such as the types of 'pursuit of fashion', 'pursuit of brand', 'conservative frugality', 'premeditated pursuit'. Subjects are divided into 3 groups such as a 'pragmatist group', an 'achievement-oriented group' and a 'brand-oriented group'. Customers satisfaction level was measured in the subcategories of a 'personal service', a 'technical service', a 'facility service' and an 'after-sales service'. Their satisfaction levels depending on the types of customers' lifestyle have meaningful differences in a 'technical' and an 'after-sales' service. The 'pragmatist group' shows the highest mark in a 'personal service' and an 'achievement-oriented', it prefers the 'personal' and 'facility service' evenly. The 'brand-oriented' group shows high concern in the 'technical service'. Concludingly, the types of customers' lifestyle which influence their revisiting of the nail shop have deep relation to customers' satisfaction level in the 'personal', 'technical', 'facility', and 'after-sales service' of nail shops. Especially the 'facility service' is highly influential in customer's revisiting.

  • The study examined relational marketing in terms of transaction specific satisfaction and cumulative satisfaction in the professional sport industry. The study evaluated the motivation of spectators visiting professional baseball games in 2012 and the satisfaction factors of relationship marketing. In this study, the satisfactions were considered in terms of single satisfaction associated with transaction and gradual satisfaction associated with customer loyalty. The relationship marketing was established considering each factor of marketing strategies, facility, game performance and entertainment. The study categorized the factors for customers to visit games as facility, game performance and entertainment with marketing strategies. The study found out that the customer satisfaction was related with both transaction specific satisfaction and cumulative satisfaction where cumulative one is longer term related. Moreover, cumulative satisfaction will be more related with the long term team financial performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the main factor which influences the housing satisfaction of elderly who lives alone or with spouse and to make it sure that housing satisfaction is an important factor to life satisfaction of elderly. The specific purpose of this study is as follows; 1) How does the locus of control of elderly influence a housing satisfaction\ulcorner 2) How does the housing characteristics of elderly influence on the housing satisfaction and this relationship has any difference between urban and rural area. 3) Which variables influence upon the housing satisfaction and life satisfaction of elderly and how much do they influence \ulcorner The locus of control scale, housing satisfaction scale. life satisfaction scale were composed on the basis of precedent researches. For this study 202 elderly sho live in urban and rural area ere interviewed. To analyze the data, such as F-test, t-test, two-way ANOVA, Multiple regression analysis were used with SPSS program. The results are as follows; 1) The interrelation between locus of control and housing satisfaction is as follows. Namely , if he believes in his deeds and will rater than his fate, he feels more housing satisfaction. 2)the housing satisfaction of the elderly was found to be influenced by location, Namely, the elderly living in the urban area feels more housing satisfaction, especially he lives in apartment and unshared house. On the contrary, the elderly living in the rural area was not affected by housing type and the number of household who live together, The housing satisfaction of the elderly living in the rural area or the urban area equally influenced by the housing tenure, heating system, bathroom facility, flush toilet, and convenient service form the outside. 3) The main factoers which influence the housing satisfaction of the single household elderly are bathroom facility louse of control and income. When we concern about the location in urban area the housing satisfaction of the elderly were mainly influenced by income, but in the rural area, they were influenced by the service facility from the outside. As a Conclusion, the main factor which influenced life satisfaction of the elderly proved to be housing satisfaction inn both rural and urban area.

지적장애인의 스트레스 및 행동지수가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Facility Satisfaction, Anxiety, Self-esteem, Stress, and Depression of the Elderly in Care Facilities on Their Life Satisfaction)

  • 연구의 목적은 지적장애인 생활시설 입소자의 스트레스, 행동지수 요인이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 지적장애인 생활시설 지적장애인 200명을 대상으로 2014년 3월 5일부터 9월 22일 까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS WIN 18.0, Amos 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t-test와 일원변량분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식을 실시하여 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째는 스트레스가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 행동지수요인이 이용만족도에 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 신체증상의 경우에 이용자 만족도에 의하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 생활시설 지적장애인의 이용만족도와 일상생활 스트레스의 개선에 대한 정책적 기초자료에 활용이 요구된다.

대학캠퍼스 건축물의 형태적 요소 및 이미지평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Image Evaluation and Morphological Elements of Buildings In the University Campus)

  • This study evaluates the relationship among the evaluation structure of morphological elements, the satisfaction on exterior elements, and the image evaluation for the campus landmarks by campus type. The investigation results are summarized as follows. 1) The university headquarter was nominated as the university landmark, and the main reason for the nomination was the building's historic and locational value. 2) Of the morphological elements of the campus landmark, 'proportion and balance' and 'harmony and order' were deemed important, while 'diversity' was deemed less important. 3) For the satisfaction on the facility's exterior elements, the evaluation structure was different for each university. However, the factor of 'location of the facility' was deemed the biggest factor for satisfaction for all universities, while the facility's 'color and material' were found to be the most dissatisfying factors. 4) The image evaluation on the facility was different for each university. Although there was a strong skeptical image about 'liveliness', there was a very positive image about 'elegance' and 'scale'. 5) On the relationship between the satisfaction on exterior elements and the image evaluation, there was a different evaluation structure for each university. 'Facility's color and exterior material' were the main elements which improved the overall image of the facility. Thus, the study results strongly suggest that an important task is to determine the maintenance direction through the emphasis on the relationship between exterior elements and image satisfaction for each university.

내장산국립공원의 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석 (Analysis of Visitor's Satisfaction Factors and Determinants in Naejangsan National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 내장산국립공원 탐방객 281명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 탐방 후 평가를 통하여 만족도, 만족요인 과 예측모형을 분석하여 실질적인 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 만족도 분석결과 내장산사무소는 공공시설부족 및 불만, 이용프로그램부족, 숙박시설 부족 및 불만, 시설이용료부담감, 바가지요금 등, 백암사무소는 시설이용료부담감, 이용프로그램, 상업시설 불만 및 부족, 숙박시설 등에 불만족하였다. 만족요인으로는 '시설관리', '이용자관리' 요인이 내장산사무소(34.3%)와 백암사무소(45.6%)에서 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족도 예측모형에 있어서 내장산사무소는 '탐방로훼손', '상업시설만족도', '쓰레기처리', 백암사무소는 '문화역사자원훼손', '상업시설만족도', '호객행위방지' 등의 순으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 예측모형이 만들어졌다. 지리적으로 유사한 위치에 있으며 자원과 특성이 비슷하여 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며 탐방객의 75%가 집중하는 가을단풍기에 시설 및 이용자를 위한 관리기법이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

자연휴양림(自然休養林) 매력물(魅力物)의 기대불일치(期待不一致)가 이용만족도(利用滿足度)에 미치는 영향(影響) - 자연휴양림의 휴양자원과 시설을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Expectancy-Disconfirmation of Attraction Affecting Visitor's Satisfaction in Natural Recreation Forests - Focused on Recreational Resources and Facilities -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자연휴양림 매력물의 기대불일치가 이용만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 자연휴양림의 자원과 시설, 기대불일치, 이용만족도에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 자연휴양림의 매력물을 도출하고 개념적 틀을 설정하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 2004년 여름철에 3개의 자연휴양림 이용자 415명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 수집되었다. 분석결과, 1) 각 매력물 중 이용자 흥미자원의 기대도와 성취도 수준이 가장 높았다. 2) 자연휴양림 매력물에 대한 기대도와 성취도간에는 1% 유의 수준에서 통계적 차이가 있었다. 3) 기대불일치가 가장 심한 매력물은 안전시설이었으며, 기대불일치가 적은 매력물은 생물적 자원(식물)으로 나타났다 4) 이용만족도는 매력물의 기대불일치가 클수록 낮아지는 것으로 평가되었다. 5) 다변량 분석결과, 물리적 자원, 사회문화적 자원, 숙박시설, 기반시설, 안전시설, 위생시설, 교육시설의 기대불일치가 1% 유의수준에서 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 규명되었으며, 매력물 중 이용만족도의 값의 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 기반시설의 기대불일치인 것으로 평가되었다.

입원환자의 재선택 의향과 결정요인 (Factors related to willingness of choosing the same hospital)

  • This study aims to measure in-patients' willingness to choose the same hospital, and to define the related factors. The willingness was measured by the fact whether in-patients would return to the same hospital for their future hospitalization and can be said as the essence of ascertaining patients' satisfaction. Data was collected from 236 patients hospitalized in two hospitals selected according to its superiority, one being superior in medical technique, the other being superior in facility and equipment. To enhance the comparability between the two hospitals, the department and the diagnosis were matched, and structured questionnaires were self-fill-up. The main findings are as follows. Hospitals were analyzed by their superiority : medical services, facility and equipment. In case of hospitals with superior medical services, the willingness was proportional to positive doctor-patient relationship, to satisfaction with the medical level, and to the acknowledgement of utility in cure. In case of hospitals with superior facility and equipment, the willingness was proportional to the satisfactory state of overall facility. Two types of hospitals were combined and analyzed. The willingness for choosing hospitals with superior medical services was stronger than that for choosing the other hospitals. The satisfaction with overall facility, satisfaction with medical level, acknowledgement of utility in cure, positive doctor-patient relationship, and better consultation produced higher willingness to choose the same hospital. The willingness for the option shows to what degree the hospital suffices patients' expectation. Patients' understanding views were obviously influential. The satisfaction level for medical aspect was more influential than the level for non-medical aspect.
