국민의식 수준이 높아지면서 도로교통 등 SOC 시설물 이용에 대한 서비스도 다양화 고도화되면서 사용자 가치를 반영한 서비스수준 요구가 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 선행 연구사례 고찰을 통해 정보시스템과 터널시설물의 서비스수준 등의 평가항목을 도출하고 AHP기법을 사용하여 평가항목들 간의 상대적 중요성을 계산하여 정보시스템과 터널시설물의 서비스수준간의 중요도 관계분석을 통한 연구사례가 많지 않은 국도상의 터널시설물을 대상으로 향후에 사용자중심의 시설물유지관리정보시스템 개발 방안을 마련하였다.

The purpose of this study making clear the range of overlapping affairs since many parts of cooker's & dietitian duties are overlapped in the Law of Hygiene & its over-ranked laws. The fact that there're overlapped parts in the different qualifying system endowed by the government may lead too many troubles between cooker's & dietitian who have their own qualification, so it's important to grasp correctly job specifications of cooker's & dietitian and to make clear the sphere of business. A periodic inspection for facilities in operation is an inspection that is carried out regularly, in which inspection cycles are drawn up, and it is a series of tests to determine if the condition of all the equipment is maintained, and to identify whether they are to be used or replaced. Reliability should be enhanced, without a breakdown, by preliminary inspection and regular checks for each equipment item installed for equipment maintenance. It was noticed that there was a slight difference for the same facility, and for each organization in terms of inspection cycles and methods while preparing procedures of periodic inspection checklist, inspection methods and cycles for a related organization. Therefore, this paper reviews the optimal methods of inspection procedures for Seoul Metro.

Most of the irrgation structures are shortage of feasible facility management. The surveyed data to irrigation structures related to maintenance record were built and interface program between GIS and database were developed . It was conducted to develope a system for safe appraisal and repair works on agricultural irrigation structures. The system assisting onsite field investigation and determining the typical rehabilitation method of typical agricultural structural problems such as fractures and cracks of members was developed.

CBTC(Communication Based Train Control) System has many superior train control performances than conventional track-circuit-based train control system with higher train operation efficiency, and less installation and maintenance cost. It is expected that CBTC will replace the conventional train control systems in near future. As CBTC has different mechanisms from conventional track-circuit-based train control systems in identifying train positions, and communicating information between train and ground facility, we have to pay a earful attention to making the interface between CBTC equipments and other signalling devices. This paper provides the construction of the interface between CBTC equipment and other signalling equipments such as TTC(Total traffic Control) system. ATO. electronic interlocking devices.

We intend to improve the navigation system integrated management system that is constructed and operated to meet the changes in marine traffic environment and prevent large-scale marine casualties and human casualties by applying the standard specification of integrated management system of marine traffic facilities in 2012. I t reuses the existing system resources and improves the operating software and standardizes the system installation to facilitate operation and maintenance.

This study is to assess the safety of the process facilities and fire fighting facilities for LNG storage tank which is the main facility in the LNG receiving terminal. The LNG storage tank(capacity : 140,000kl, type : aboveground, inner tank $9\%$ Ni steel plate, outer tank : prestressed concrete) was designed by foreign country up to now, but it has designed by domestic technology as the fifth in the world is under construction now.

Demarcation point is technical regulation for preventing conflict and improving the efficiency of the maintenance by discriminating facility area between telecommunication operator and telecommunication user. Since current demarcation point is defined on the basis of the telephone network, it is necessary to examine the applicability to various connection methods for the introduction of new services and facilities. This paper is to discuss for the domestic and international regulations of the demarcation point, and matters to be taken into account.
