본 논문에서는 선박의 위치, 침로, 속력, 해도 정보, 수심 등의 수로 정보를 표시하는 장치인 전자해도 표시정보시스템의 기능을 활용하여 기존 선박 항해 중심의 전자해도 표시정보시스템과 달리 등부표와 같은 해양교통시설의 정보 수집, 설치, 운용 그리고 유지보수 중심 전자해도 뷰어시스템을 구현한다.
