Under the Act amended on August 4, 2011, a special fire-fighting investigation was conducted by the relevant person (owner, manager, oil refineries), and the responsibility was also given to the relevant person. Instead of directly entering all existing fire-fighting targets and investigating the maintenance and management status of fire-fighting facilities, the fire-fighting agency selects and visits some targets every year, checks the maintenance and management status of fire-fighting facilities, corrects them, and imposes fines, etc. Reasons for the introduction of the system were the establishment of a private autonomous correction system by strengthening the responsibility of officials, lack of firefighting professionals, possible corruption due to frequent public contact, and responsibility of fire agencies. However, many problems arose even after the introduction of a special fire investigation system. A special fire investigation, one of the fire safety systems, checks whether related public officials and especially fire officials are properly installed, maintained and managed in accordance with relevant laws. Special firefighting investigations were introduced as firefighting inspections at the time the firefighting law was enacted in 1958, and have undergone a revised process more than 30 times until recently. Firefighting Facility Installation, Maintenance and Safety Management Act", the existing firefighting inspection was changed to a special firefighting investigation and accepted. At the time of enactment of the Fire Service Act in 1958, a special firefighting investigation was introduced as a firefighting inspection, and until recently, more than 30 revisions have been made. In 2003, as the existing fire fighting system was divided into four laws, it was approved by changing the existing fire fighting inspection to a special fire fighting investigation in the "Fire Fighting Facility Installation, Maintenance and Safety Management Act".
The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the function and scale on aspect of construction planning with examples of exhibition and convention facilities constructed recently in domestic and foreign area. Also, it was to provide the result for basic data for construction planning and architecture of similar facilities constructed later. The study methodles, but they had characteristics to use the space with compound purpose for exhibition, conference, etc through installing multi-purpose hall. Finally, for effective construction planning of exhibition and convention facilities, it was required to decrease the ratio of common area gradually and derive rationalization of whole space composition by deriving complexity of function rather than planning of single purpose of each facility for exhibition and conference function. was to analyze the characteristics of construction planning for composition and scale of exhibition, conference, public use, support, maintenance functions, etc and placement composition of unit rooms by each floor on the basis of internal area of exhibition and convention facility in Korea and Japan. As the result of analyzing 10 examples(K1~J5), the placement of auditorium and multi-purpose hall was affected according to location of exhibition room and conference room in the composition of unit rooms by each floor and the installment ratio of support facility in Korean examples was higher than in Japanese examples. In case of facility scale, the Japanese examples were overall small in the whole scale relatively to Korean examp.

Access to public facilities such as substations, dams and railway facilities is strictly controlled, and unmanned surveillance equipment has been introduced and operated recently due to the development of IT technology and the government's cost reduction policy. However, if an unmanned surveillance system is broken, surveillance space, information leakage caused by intruders, and damage to facilities may occur. Also, it is necessary to check periodical visit by the manager in order to check the surveillance facilities, which causes additional management costs. In order to solve this problem, we designed a system to check the operation status of the unmanned monitoring facility in real time, attempt to recover automatically when a problem occurs, and notify the administrator of the problem. The designed system consists of an NVR that receives and judges information such as image, sound, and lighting condition, and a control device that detects and restores the state of the unmanned monitoring facility. The system proposed in this paper is expected to contribute to the improvement of the economic efficiency due to the minimization of surveillance space due to the failure of the unmanned monitoring facility and the reduction of the inspection cost.
This study reviewed the current status and problems of sewerage system in Korea and then proposed possible methods to correct the problems. Also, evaluation of future development in sewerage system is included. It can be summarized as follows : 1. Investment in sewerage system is relatively low . 0.23% of GNP, Considering that the investment portion is 0.35% in OECD and 0.63% in Japan, it should be increased further. 2. The reasons wily the investment in sewerage system is low can be ' (1) Low priority is given to the investment in sewerage system. Local government builds and operates its own wastewater treatment plant. Local government as well as residents prefer to invest their money in roadwork, housing and parks to in wastewater treatment facilities because of greater investment effects. (2) Besides capital investment, more maintenance cost is needed for sewerage system. Proper operation of wastewater treatment facilities requires a well-trained operator. Because of public conception that operation of wastewater treatment facility is a dirty job, it is difficult to find a well-trained operator. (3) It is difficult to estimate the effect of sewerage system (4) Cost required to build and maintain wastewater treatment facility should be paid by people, who benefit from the facility. People to benefit are sometimes different from people to pay. 3. Advanced treatment is necessary to protect the bay aura and raw water source as well as to prevent eutrophication of lakes and ponds. 4. Wastewater treatment facility were mainly build in big cities during the decade of 1980. Followings should be solved first to expand the facilities. (1) Rapid repair and construction of sewer. (2) Technical development of wastewater treatment . Prevention of efficient and economical wastewater . Development of efficient and economical wastewater treatment techniques . Development of high-efficiency treatment using bioreactor . Reuse of wastewater treatment plant effluent (3) Sludge treatment and disposal . Composting of sludge cakes . Development of techniques to reduce the volume of sludge cake : incineration and reuse of sludge ash and slag. (4) Utilization of wastewater treatment facilities . Construction of community parks or sports families(ie, on the tops of the covered aeration tanks and sedimention tanks) Construction of wastewater treatment facilities under ground and of parking facilities and community parks above ground. (5) Education of wastewater treatment personal.

Local government has constructed GIS DB for efficient business achievement and effective management of complex city facilities and has been developing and utilizing application systems, such as Underground Facility Management System Road Management System and so on. However, Facility Management System is providing functions for business, but not for GIS DB's maintenance. City facilities GIS DB managed by GIS technical expert collects basic figure and attribute information through survey and field investigation and is constructed via complex process, such as structurize editing etc. So it has been concerned that the update and confidence of CIS DB can be lower if a business man who does not have enough experiences about Facility Management System operates it by himself. Therefore, functions that enable business users to operate Facility Management System easily should be provided.
The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.
The purpose of this study was to provide direction for national parks management policies by analyzing national park facility monitoring data collected every 2 years from 2002 to 2006. The results of this study showed the following. Firstly, 16 mountainous national parks showed increasing values in importance and performance in IPA. The trend analysis results showed that the location and capacity of parking lots as well as the number of rest rooms need to be improved. Secondly, two marine national parks indicated increasing values in campground and coastal facilities in IP value. Also, the location, number, and cleanliness of rest rooms, safety and surface condition of trail, guard rail and warning signs, information signs, drinking water fountains and shower facilities were priorities for improvement. The implications of this study will be able to help by providing guidelines for installation and maintenance of park facilities which in turn will improve visitor satisfaction and establish national park facility operation policies.
This research explored the relationship between the water quality issue of Wolji Pond (Anapji Pond) with the maintenance of the channel flow circulation system. The water supply and drainage system closely related to the circulation system of pond has been reviewed, rather than the existing water supply and drainage system that has been analyzed in previous studies. As a result of reviewing the water supply system, it has been learned that the water supply system on the southeastern shore of Wolji Pond, being the current water supply hole, has been connected to the east side garden facility (landscaping stone, curved waterway, storage facility of water) between the north and south fence and the waterway. This separate facility group seems to have been a subject of the investigation of the eastern side of Wolji Pond, with the landscaping stones having been identified in the 1920's survey drawings. The water supply facility on the southeastern shore, being the suspected water supply hole, seems to have some connection with the granite waterway remaining on the building site of Imhaejeon (臨海殿) on the southern side of Wolji Pond. It is inferred that it provides clean water, seeing that the slope towards the southwestern shore of Wolji Pond becomes lower, the landscaping stones have been placed in the filter area, and it is present in the 1920's survey drawings and the water supply hole survey drawing of 1975. The water drainage facility on the northern shore is composed of five stages. The functions of the wooden waterway and the rectangular stone water catchment facility seem not to be only for the water drainage of Wolji Pond. In light of the points that there are wood plugs in the wooden waterway and that there is a water catchment facility in the final stage, it is judged that the water of Balcheon Stream (撥川) may be charged in reverse according to this setup. Namely, the water could enter and exit in either direction in the water drainage facility on the northern shore It also seems that the supply to the wooden waterway could be opened and shut through the water catchment facility of rectangular stone group as well. The water drainage facility on the western shore is very similar to the water drainage facility on the northern shore, so it is difficult to avoid the belief that it existed during the Silla Dynasty, or it has been produced by imitating the water drainage facility on the northern shore at some future point in time. It seems to have functioned as the water drainage facility for the supply of agricultural water during the Joseon Dynasty. The water supply and drainage facilities in Wolji Pond have been understood as a systematized distribution network that has been intertwined organically with the facility of Donggung Palace, which was the center of the Silla capital. Water has been supplied to each facility group, including Wolji Pond, through this structure; it includes the drainage system connecting to the Namcheon River (南川) through the Balcheon Stream, which was an important canal of the capital center.
This study is to constructs the model by the relationship between the most important ones of TPM's step activities which are derived from the result of AHP analysis and the management performance. And it is to analyze whether step activities have impact on corporate performance through the mediating variable from a convergence point. Also it is to choose four step activities - irrational field and loss improvement, preparation and system establishment for the basic conditions of 5S, initial cleaning, loss analysis of facility efficiency - as independent variables, and to analyze the effect of TPM activity level as mediating variable on management performance as dependent variable. According to the analysis, four step activities don't have direct effect on corporate performance but TPM activity level as mediating variable has a full-mediated effect on corporate performance. That is, TPM activity level has been shown to play a role as mediating variable. Therefore, higher recognition of confidence in facility, awareness of self-development and definitive management of individual work shows TPM activity can contribute to corporate performance successfully.
The statistical analyzing of environmental-friendly planning elements is getting important because it is getting concerned with the change of residential types and environmental friendly housing. However, in terms of the high-rise residential complex, paper about green building rating system and research about residential satisfaction to residents are lack. Therefore, this paper is analyzing of impotentness and satisfaction about housing subdivision, inside of building, facility, and maintenance. In addition, residential satisfaction(satisfaction, loyalty, preference) and impact relationship of environmental-friendly planning elements are analyzed by PLS structural equation. To sum up, first, improving of green building rating system in housing subdivision is impacted on loyalty if satisfaction was fulfilled. Second, increasing of environmental-friendly planning elements in inside of building is impacted on loyalty if both satisfaction and preference were fulfilled. Third, providing of green building rating system in facility and maintenance is analyzed as preference, but satisfaction hypotheses is not valued.
