유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인 분석 (The Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym)

  • 본 연구는 유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 원활한 유도체육관 운영을 위하여 수련생의 만족에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인에 대해 가이드(guide)가 될 수 있는 실증적 자료를 제시하는데 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 총 350부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답된 11부를 제외하고 총 339부를 유효표본으로 사용하였다. 분석을 위해 IBM SPSS 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인이 수련생의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 운영, 지도자, 커뮤니케이션, 수련생가치, 시설, 입지 요인 순으로 모두 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 첫째, 운영 요인에서 상해보험 가입 여부, 체육관 자유로운 이용, 운동 프로그램 운영 요인 순으로 수련생 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 지도자 요인에서는 지도자 신뢰도 요인이 영향을 미쳤고, 셋째 커뮤니케이션 요인에서는 회원 간 의사소통 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 넷째, 수련생가치 요인에서는 건전한 여가활동과 운동수행능력 향상 요인 순으로 영향을 미쳤고, 다섯째, 시설 요인에서는 부대시설 수준과 주요시설 수준 요인 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여섯째, 입지 요인에서는 체육관의 가시성 여부 요인만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유도체육관 입지 형태(역세권, 주거지역, 상업지역)에 따른 체육관 특성의 차이에 대해서는 우선 역세권에 위치한 체육관은 수련생가치, 입지, 커뮤니케이션, 시설이 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주거지역에 위치한 체육관은 운영, 수련생가치, 커뮤니케이션, 시설이 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 상업지역에 위치한 체육관은 운영, 입지, 커뮤니케이션, 시설이 수련생 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

태안해안국립공원 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 (Satisfaction Factors and Determinants of Visitors in Taeanhaean National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 태안해안국립공원을 탐방한 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 이용 후 평가를 통하여 국립공원 탐방에 대한 중요도와 만족도, 만족요인, 만족도 예측모형 분석을 통하여 국립공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 중요도-성취도 분석결과, 호객행위나 잡상행위, 고성방가, 무분별한 이용, 불법포획 및 식물채취 등에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 중요도 항목은 쓰레기 투기 문제, 수질오염행위, 무분별한 취사행위, 바가지요금 등이 높은 값을 보였다. 특산물 및 기념품, 공원이용프로그램, 공공시설, 공원이용정보시설, 상업시설 등의 항목은 '우선시정'을 필요로 하는 즉, 집중적인 관리가 필요한 항목이었으며, 나머지 항목은 '지속적 노력'이 필요한 항목으로 나타났다. 요인분석 결과, '시설관리' '이용관리' '자원관리'요인 순으로 추출되었으며, '시설관리요인'의 설명력이 가장 높게(32.6%) 나타나 시설관리의 질적 수준이 만족도를 결정하는 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 만족도 예측모형에서는 '관리자의 친절 및 안내' '편의시설부족' '고성방가' '숙박시설 부족' '이용요금 및 주차비'등이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타나, 이들 요소에 대한 집중적인 관리가 요구된다 하겠다. 이와 같은 결과는 해안공원의 특성이 반영된 것으로 산악형 국립공원과는 차별화된 관리전략과 정책이 필요하다 하겠다.

SNS 데이터를 이용한 공공시설 매력도지수에 따른 접근성 분석기법 (Accessibility Analysis Method based on Public Facility Attraction Index Using SNS Data)

  • 본 연구는 공공시설의 질적인 측면의 확대를 위해 SNS (Social Network Service) 데이터를 활용하여 이용자 중심의 공공시설 선호요인을 도출하고, 이를 공급측면과 수요측면에서 정량화시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 선호요인 도출을 위해 토픽모델링 중 하나인 LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation)를 활용하였으며, 공급요인인 개별시설별로 매력도지수를 산출하였다. 또한 수요자 입장에서 서비스체감 정도를 측정하기 위해 공간접근성을 분석하였는데, 2SFCA (2-Step Floating Catchment Area) 방법을 활용하여 앞서 제안한 공공시설 매력도지수를 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험은 서울시 공공도서관을 대상으로 진행하였다. 연구결과 공공도서관에 대한 선호요인으로 주변 환경, 시설 및 이용규모, 문화 프로그램, 육아, 장서 및 자료현황의 5가지 주제가 추출되었으며, 주변 환경이나 육아관련 주제는 새롭게 도출된 선호요인으로 선행연구와 차별성이 있다. 각 도서관별로 매력도지수를 산출한 결과 송파도서관, 정독도서관, 남산도서관의 매력도지수가 높게 나타났으며, 송파도서관은 육아요인에서 정독도서관과 남산도서관은 주변 환경요인에서 좋은 평가를 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각 동별 공간접근성은 공공도서관이 많이 몰려있는 서울 중심부의 접근성이 좋은 편이며, 외곽지역으로 갈수록 줄어드는 것으로 보였다. 본 연구에 제안한 기법을 통해 이용자 중심의 공공시설 평가 및 정책의사 결정에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

편의성 및 환경 특성이 뉴시니어의 음식점 선택에 미치는 영향 (The Affects of Convenience and Atmosphere Attributes on New Seniors' Restaurant Selection)

  • The purpose of this research was to study the affects of atmosphere and convenience attributes on restaurant selection of customers aged between 50 to 60, referred to as new seniors. A survey was conducted with questions including convenience and atmosphere attributes (5 factors, 24 questions), respondents' dining-out behavior (6 questions), and general characteristics. For the analysis, SPSS 20.0 was used for the frequency analysis, factor analysis and ANOVA. The findings of this research are as follows : First, new seniors considered cleanliness (4.23) as the most important factor when choosing a restaurant. Convenient facility (3.89), ease of use (3.68), atmosphere (3.33) and children amenities (3.18) followed. Second, the importance of factors were compared according to the general characteristics. Based on gender, cleanliness and convenient facility showed a significant difference (p<0.05). Depending on whether they help raise their grandchildren and household type, the difference of ease of use and children amenities showed significance (p<0.05). Third, the importance of factors were compared based on their dining-out behavior. According to the average visits made to restaurants and the average payment per person, the difference of cleanliness and ease of use factors showed a significant difference (p<0.05). In addition, there were significant differences (p<0.05) on convenient facility and atmosphere factor depending on the average payment per person. The results of this research hopes to provide useful information to marketers targeting new seniors.

일부지역 장애인구강진료센터 이용 만족도에 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting the satisfaction of persons with disabilities at community oral care centers)

  • Background: To identify the factors that affect the current status and satisfaction of people with disabilities at community oral care centers. Methods: A structured self-administered survey, including five questions on facility environment, five on usage procedure, four on medical skill, four on care cost, three on friendliness, and three on satisfaction, was administered to 218 residents of the G-disabled community care center. It comprised a Likert 5-point scale (strongly agree, 5 points; agree, 4 points; moderate, 3 points; disagree, 2 points; not at all, 1 point). The reliability of the measurement tool was 0.932 for Cronbach's α. Results: The evaluation of community oral care centers for the disabled showed that the environment was hygienic (4.42±0.73), reservation system was well maintained (4.18±0.95), and the dentist-in-charge was satisfied with the treatment (4.37±0.62). The participants agreed that the details were sufficiently explained (4.29±0.71). However, in terms of medical expenses, the score of "have fully heard the explanation of medical expenses and reductions" was 3.88±0.92. The factors affecting satisfaction were sex, final educational background in the facility environment, usage procedure, and medical skill. Conclusion: To increase the satisfaction of people with disabilities at community oral care centers, it is necessary to establish a facility environment and service according to the patients' need and increase the reduction or exemption benefits between different treatment cost categories. Oral health management policies for the disabled should be developed based on these factors, so that the oral care of vulnerable groups in blind spots can be maintained.

유료요양원의 수요와 시장세분화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Demand and Market Segmentation in Nursing Homes)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumers' demand pattern and the feature of the market for nursing homes, the number of which is tending upwards. The survey data were obtained from the interview of 500 elderly people living in Seoul and Kyung-Ki provincial area. All respondents were 60 years of age and above. The main findings were summarized as follows: 1. The respondents who are less aged, highly educated comparatively, and living with spouse show positive response for the use of nursing homes. The aged living independently and the aged living with unmarried children show higher demand for this facility. Also, the respondents who prefer independent living away from their childrenn, urban areas as their residence and flat-type housing show more interest for the facility. The respondents who are self- supportive, who has no financial supporter, no caretaker, and no domestic helper demonstrate strong inclination to the use of the facility. The respondents who are interested in this kind of facility, acknowledge the necessity of it show strong intention of moving into it. 2. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to understand factors related to the intention of moving into the nursing homes. The group who wish to live separated from their children in the future give 1.78 times more favorable response than the opposite. The group who have an interest in the facility for elderly has 2.02 times higher intention of moving than the opposite. The group who have an intention of using the facility for elderly it is 7.34 times more likely to move into it. 3. The respondents who are the potential consumers for nursing homes can be subdivided. Within the positive group, it could be divided into the group of living independently with the preference of flat-type housing, the group living independently with the preference of separate housing, and the group wishing to live with their children. Within the negative group, the factor of the division is their concern to the facility. Following this study, it can be said that old age people, who have been regarded as one homogeneous group so far, should be recognized as one characteristic individual. This study also shows that the demand aspect yet in its initial stage shold be researched in anticipation of rapid increase. The understanding of diciding factors, the segmentation of potential market will help work out proper strategy, which will contribute to providers' benefit.

ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSPORTATION LOGISTICS FOR SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL IN KOREA

  • As a part of the back-end fuel cycle, transportation of spent nuclear fuel (SNF) from nuclear power plants (NPPs) to a fuel storage facility is very important in establishing a nuclear fuel cycle. In Korea, the accumulated amount of SNF in the NPP pools is troublesome since the temporary storage facilities at these NPP pools are expected to be full of SNF within ten years. Therefore, Korea cannot help but plan for the construction of an interim storage facility to solve this problem in the near future. Especially, a decision on several factors, such as where the interim storage facility should be located, how many casks a transport ship can carry at a time and how many casks are initially required, affect the configuration of the transportation system. In order to analyze the various possible candidate scenarios, we assumed four cases for the interim storage facility location, three cases for the load capacity that a transport ship can carry and two cases for the total amount of casks used for transportation. First, this study considered the currently accumulated amount of SNF in Korea, and the amount of SNF generated from NPPs until all NPPs are shut down. Then, how much SNF per year must be transported from the NPPs to an interim storage facility was calculated during an assumed transportation period. Second, 24 candidate transportation scenarios were constructed by a combination of the decision factors. To construct viable yearly transportation schedules for the selected 24 scenarios, we created a spreadsheet program named TranScenario, which was developed by using MS EXCEL. TranScenario can help schedulers input shipping routes and allocate transportation casks. Also, TranScenario provides information on the cask distribution in the NPPs and in the interim storage facility automatically, by displaying it in real time according to the shipping routes, cask types and cask numbers that the user generates. Once a yearly transportation schedule is established, TranScenario provides some statistical information, such as the voyage time, the availability of the interim storage facility, the number of transported casks sent from the NPPs, and the number of transported casks received at the interim storage facility. By using this information, users can verify and validate a yearly transportation schedule. In this way, the 24 candidate scenarios could be constructed easily. Finally, these 24 scenarios were compared in terms of their operation cost.

도농공존거점공간으로의 폐교 활용방안 및 활성화 요인 분석 (Analysis of Closed School Utilization and Activation Factors as Urban-Rural Base Space)

  • This study attempted to suggest the factors that facilities that aim to exchange urban-rural coexistence base spaces with urban-rural areas should have. In order to derive factors, 15 literatures preceded by similar studies were investigated, and systematic classification was attempted. Finally, the factors for activating urban and rural base facilities were organized into 3 categories, 9 sectors, and 30 activation factors. The three major categories consisted of resources and facilities, content and programs, operational status. As a result of the AHP survey, in the survey area, which is a categories, resources and facilities composed of hardware factors originally possessed by the facility showed the highest score of 48.9. In the sectors, the convenience of facility use was 25.7 points, and the rich state of tangible and intangible resources was 13.3 points in order. In the sectors, income from paid experience programs at facilities was 8.3 points, physical accessibility to facilities was 8.2 points, and the type of areas where the facilities were located was 7.7 points in order. It showed high importance in the order of resources and facilities composed of hardware factors, content and programs composed of software factors, and manpower and operation composed of humanware factors. In general, it was shown that the physical factors of the place when using urban and rural base facilities were judged as the main factors.

대학 기숙사의 만족도 향상을 위한 시설관리(FM) 서비스 제안 (Suggestion on FM Service for Improving Students' Satisfaction on the University Dorm Facilities)

  • University dorm basically provides basic housing functions to students, however, it is very important in a sense that it provides students with various functions such as information exchange, cultural experience and learning environments as well. Additionally, continuous effort to improve users' satisfaction and living environments are needed due to the fact that physical environments of dorm facilities have higher impact on students. However, Many students are not satisfied with the physical environment of university dorms and also there is lack of systematic information whereas various functions are required by students. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to suggest the direction of FM services in order for improving students' satisfaction on the university dorm facilities in Korea. Precedent studies regarding the satisfaction or performance evaluation of dorm facilities have been extensively analyzed to extract the dissatisfaction factors that scored below the middle 50%. Secondly, for satisfaction improvement, Korean Standard for Facility Management(KS_FM) have been matched with those extracted dissatisfaction factors to suggest the direction of FM services by rules and regulations review and best practice studies. This research will be useful for university dorm facility managers in planning strategic FM and providing effective FM services to students.

영향요소 분석에 의한 고층건축공사의 가설계획시스템 개발 (Development of Temporary Facility Planning System for High-rise Building Constructions through the Analysis of Influence Factors)

  • 도심지 고층건축공사는 인접 건물과 도로에 의해 둘러 쌓여 있어 여유공간이 부족하고, 소음과 분진 등에 의한 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제들은 철저한 공사계획을 통해 여유공간을 효율적으로 활용하고, 공사 지원시설을 적절히 사용하는 가설계획을 통해 해결될 수 있다. 본 연구는 고층건축공사의 가설계획의 영향요소를 분석하고, 이를 활용한 가설계획의 대안 평가와 선정 방법을 제시하고 있다. 가설계획을 수립하는 과정에서 필요한 지식을 체계화하고 대안평가 방법을 적용하여 현장 관리자가 계획을 수립하는 과정을 지원할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 대안 평가 및 선정 방법과 구현된 시스템의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 사례 연구를 수행하였다.
