초음파를 이용한 용접부 핸디 스캔 검사기 개발 (Developement of Ultrasonic Handy Scanner for Welding Inspection)

  • The ultrasonic handy scanner to be developed in this research is a nondestructive inspection equipment with various facility. The ultrasonic inspection is the technique area which apply range is increasing greatly with IT. The purpose of this research is development of a ultrasonic handy scan inspection device with the utility in a work spot. The ultrasonic handy scanner to be developed with portability in this research is able to carry out the spot inspection. It can contribute to the quality improvement, cost reduction and safety design.

폐기물처리시설의 세부검사방법 마련연구(II): 세부검사방법 문제점도출 및 개선방향 설정 (A study on inspection methods for waste treatment facilities(II): Derivation of problems and improvement direction in inspection methods)

  • 본 연구는 폐기물처리시설의 설치·정기검사방법 개선을 도모하기 위해 6개 분야로 분류된 폐기물처리시설을 현장조사하여 검사방법의 문제점을 파악하고 그에 따른 개선방향을 마련하여 폐기물처리시설 세부검사방법을 개정하고자 하였다. 그 결과 소각, 소각열회수 분야에서는 열화상카메라를 활용한 전체온도 측정 및 1년간의 TMS 데이터를 비교 등의 검사방법을 마련하였으며, 멸균분쇄시설의 경우 「폐기물의 조성비 검사」는 검사자 및 피검사자의 안전상의 이유로 폐기물을 개봉하지 않고 서류로 대체할 수 있도록 적용하였다. 매립시설의 경우 영상정보처리기기 활용 및 매립시설 상부를 덮는 시설물의 관리에 대한 내용 등 법에는 제시되어 있으나 세부검사방법이 마련되어있지 않은 항목을 세부검사방법에 적용하였다. 음식물류폐기물처리시설의 경우 민원의 주요원인인 악취관리에서 악취배출허용기준을 준수하도록 검사방법을 마련하였다. 그 결과, 소각 및 멸균분쇄, 시멘트소성로, 소각열회수시설에서는 총 18개의 개선(안) 중 10개가 반영되었으며, 매립시설의 경우 총 12개의 개선(안)중에서 11개가 반영되었다. 또한 음식물류폐기물처리시설의 경우 총 12개의 개선(안)중에서 10개가 반영되어 총 31개의 검사방법이 개선되었다.

  • A production/inventory system is considered in which a production facility produces one type of product. The demand for the product is given by a compound Poison process and is supplied directly from inventory when inventory is available and is lost when inventory is out of stock. The processing time to produce one item is assumes to follow a general distribution. An (s, S) policy is considered in which production stops at the instant the stock on hand reachs S and the setup of the production facility begins at an inspection point when the stock on hand drops to or below s for the first time. The time interval between two successive inspection points during a non-production period is a random variable which follows a general distribution.

  • 본 논문은 운영체제가 탑재된 디스플레이 장치에 무선 통신을 이용하여 산업별 시설점검 및 관리업무와 함께 다양한 컨텐츠를 함께 출력 및 서비스하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 시설 점검을 할 수 있는 업무 관리 기능과 다양한 컨텐츠를 동시에 디스플레이 장치에 출력하는 시스템이다. 그리고 서비스 업체의 광고 등의 컨텐츠를 서버에서 실시간으로 받아 출력한다. 따라서 건물 내의 실시간 시설관리 업무와 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공하면서 건물 내의 실시간 시설 관리 여부를 지원한다.

병영시설 하자관리를 위한 체크리스트 제안 (Proposal of Checklist for the Management of Defects in Barracks Facilities)

  • The management of defects in barracks facilities is carried out in such a way that defects found by the facility's manager are listed and requested to be repaired by the contractor. However, the standards and methods for the inspection of defects in the management of these defects are not specified in detail, so it is difficult to check the defects in detail. In response, the study first analyzed the current status of the number of defects that occurred in 2021 at official residences and barracks of certain units. As a result of the analysis, the number of defects that were not taken care of and that were not taken until the previous month was more than 10 cases on average per month. In order to reduce the number of such defects, major improvements in the field, timing, and safety inspection were found after the inspection of the military's facilities and safety, and the analysis of the manual of maintenance management. In addition, items for improvement of the checklist were derived through an analysis of the repair of defects caused by the unit's official residence and a total of 10 barracks facilities. Based on this, a checklist was proposed to manage defects in barracks facilities through interviews with military facility managers.

  • For an earthquake-safe urban environment, the Republic of Korea conducts seismic performance evaluation in accordance with laws and guidelines to assign safety ratings and implement necessary management measures such as repairs and reinforcements. In the seismic performance evaluation result, structures lacking in preparation for earthquakes are prioritized and classified into measures such as repair, reinforcement, or careful observation to respond to physical risks such as earthquakes. Such repair and reinforcement work is not a one-time thing, but it is necessary to further enhance the effect through continuous follow-up observation. In this study, the location of the vertical and horizontal displacement measuring part of the construction part is displayed so that the post-construction status of the reinforcement construction part can be visually checked by identifying the problems in the process of post-monitoring in 2022 for the maintenance and reinforcement work of local governments' public facilities carried out in 2021. We propose a plan to institutionalize the installation of, inspection tools, and crack gauges at certain locations in the construction department, and to have facility managers periodically inspect and manage them with a smartphone program or the 'Facility Autonomous Safety Inspection' app.

  • In the new Seoul-Busan high speed railroad construction specially city center passage roadbed establishment is recommended the staibility for the existing subway tunnel segments of Busan subway line No. 1 and No.2. regarding the appearance condition, a quality condition and the durability of the objective facility site exact inspection, and it evaluates the numerical analysis which uses MIDAS GTS it leads and there is the objective of the place where the stability of the objective facility and this tunnel it investigates. To immediacy of the on-the-spot inspection result whole facility it is a condition where the reinforcement which is simple not to be hindrance is necessary, 2nd Line case it is a condition which transfer is good but the general defect and the damage which occur from the tunnel of NATM type were confirmed part. While roadbed establishment constructing that the continuous maintenance is necessary, it is judged. The result of 1st, 2nd Line maximum sinkage, unequal sinkage and the lining stress of numerical analysis are within permission and the damage degree is appearing with the fact that the degree it will can disregard it is slight. But it enforces necessary Pre-grouting in order to minimize an actual tunnel face conduct and when the tunnel is excavated it is judged with the fact that necessary to minimize the outflow possibility.

  • 최근 사회기반시설물에 대한 공공투자는 신규건설에 대한 지출이 감소하고 유지관리분야에 대한 지출이 점진적으로 늘어나는 추세로 변화되고 있다. 이에 따라 해외 도로시설물에 대한 유지관리분야에서도 선진 개념인 자산관리 방법론이 접목되고 있으며, 보다 근본적인 시스템 개선이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소규모 도로관리주체에서 사용할 수 있는 자산관리개념의 유지관리 프로그램을 개발하여 예산편성의 효율성을 높이고, 도로망 전체를 고려한 네트워크 방식의 합리적인 유지보수 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 다수의 시설물을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계 및 방법론을 정립하였다.

  • 우리나라 군 시설에서 조적조가 차지하는 비중은 매우 크며, 군 시설 현대화사업의 추진 등으로 성능에 대한 정확한 평가가 없이 노후 시설물을 철거하는 경우가 있어서 낭비를 초래하고 있다. 본 연구는 조적조 노후 군시설을 효율적으로 유지보수 하는데 도움을 주기 위해서 시설물의 기울기 및 침하, 내하력, 내구성 등을 조사하여 시설물 전반의 성능을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제시하였다. 내하력은 조적상태, 줄눈모르터 상태, 긴결철물의 상태, 테두리보 상태, 하중상태 등으로 평가하고, 내구성은 균열, 표면노후화, 진동등의 항목으로 평가하도록 하였다. 평가항목의 중요도는 AHP 기법을 적용하여 산정한 가중치로 결정하였다. 조사대상 조적조 노후 군시설의 성능을 판정할 수 있는 절차도 제시하였으며, 사례연구를 통하여 본 연구에서 제시한 평가기준의 적용성을 확인할 수 있었다.

Recent developments in remote inspections of ship structures

  • In recent years robotics has become an important resource in engineering. Adoption of Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) in activities related to ship inspections has obvious potential advantages, but also arises particular challenges, both from technical and legal viewpoints. The ROBINS project (ROBotics technology for INspection of Ships) is a collaborative project co-funded within the H2020 EU Research and Innovation programme call, aimed at filling the gap between current ship inspections approach and available robotic technology, both from technological and regulatory point of view. Main goal of the present work is to highlight how ship inspections are currently carried out by humans, how they could be improved using RAS, even if not completely autonomous for the time being, at least in selected operational scenarios and how the performances of RAS platforms can be tested to assess their effectiveness in carrying out surveys onboard. In such a framework, a testing facility aimed at assessing RAS' capabilities as well as providing suitable environment for their development has been built and it is still under development along with dedicated testing protocols, able to assess the equivalence between human and RAS inspection of ship and marine structures. The features of a testing facility where RAS can be tested and the testing protocols are presented, showing how technological and regulatory gaps are filled.
