하천친수시설의 모니터링과 평가를 통한 유지관리방안 연구 - 전주천을 중심으로 - (A Study of Maintenance Method by Monitoring and Evaluation of Water Friendly Facilitiesin Urban Streams - A Case Study of Jeonjucheon in Jeonju-si -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시하천의 생태복원사업 이후 친수시설의 모니터링 방법을 연구하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 관리구역의 설정과 유지관리방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 친수시설의 유지관리모니터링 항목을 '이용공간 시설물', '산책로 및 자전거도로', '접근로', '안내판'으로 구분하였다. 각 친수시설의 평가는 '관리상태', '안전성', '이용정도'를 기준으로, '양호', '보통', '불량' 등급으로 구분하였다. 전주천을 대상으로 500m간격의 총 15개 구간을 조사 및 평가하여 친수시설마다 '우선관리', '일반관리', '유지/제거', '제거' 여부를 결정하고 이를 바탕으로 구간별 관리구역설정과 유지관리방안을 제시하였다. 전주천에서 '우선관리'가 필요한 시설이 5~9개로 나타난 J2, J3, J4, J9 구간은 '집중관리구역', '우선관리'가 필요한 시설이 1~3개로 나타난 J5, J6, J7, J8, J11, J14 구간은 '정기관리구역'으로 설정되었다. '우선관리'할 시설이 없는 J1, J10, J12, J13, J15구간은 '최소관리구역'으로 설정되었다. 본 연구의 모니터링 및 평가, 유지관리구역 설정과정은 향후 거버넌스가 참여하여 하천 친수시설물의 체계적인 유지관리계획을 마련하는데 적용될 수 있다.

강동구 어린이급식관리지원센터 등록 시설의 식품알레르기 관리 현황 (Management of Food Allergy in the Facilities Registered at Center for Children's Foodservice Management in Gangdong-gu)

  • Objectives: We examined the common allergenic foods, symptoms and management of food allergies in children attending the facilities registered at Center for Children's Foodservice Management in Gangdong-gu, Korea. Methods: The survey was conducted among the directors or head teachers of 186 children's food service facilities with 7,591 children in 2019. The questionnaire consisted of three parts, including general information about food service facilities, information related to food allergies and allergenic foods and symptoms in individual children. Results: The number of children with food allergy was 271 (3.6%), and the proportion decreased with the increase of age. There were 91 children (33.6%) with a medical certificate, and these children had a significantly higher number of allergenic foods and symptoms than those without a medical certificate. Allergenic food groups included meat, fish, eggs and legumes (59.1%), fruits (12.4%), milk and dairy products (8.9%), cereals (7.8%), vegetables (6.2%), processed foods (3.8%) and oils and sugars (1.9%). Eggs accounted for 22.1%, followed by peanut and tree nuts (18.6%), fruits (12.4%), milk and dairy products (8.9%), shellfish (8.6%), vegetables (6.2%), fish (5.7%), cereals (4.3%) and meat (1.1%). The common allergenic foods were eggs, peanuts, walnuts, kiwi, shrimp, milk, tomatoes, mackerel, blue-green fish, peaches, shellfish (clams and abalone), buckwheat, wheat and soybeans. The most common allergic symptoms were skin and mucous membrane symptoms, such as hives, rash, itching and oral angioedema. Meal management for children with food allergies showed different trends depending on the causative food. Conclusions: The objective diagnosis by an allergist should be done for food allergy management in children's catering facilities. A system for systematic meal management of causative foods should be prepared.

미집행 도시계획시설의 효율적 관리를 위한 DB구축 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Database for the Efficient Management of Unexecuted Urban Planning Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 미집행 도시계획시설의 체계적이고 효율적인 관리를 위한 방안을 마련하기 위하여 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 이용한 미집행 도시계획시설의 분류를 위한 분석을 수행하고, 분류된 미집행 도시계획시설의 공간정보를 데이터베이스화하여 지속적인 관리와 운영을 위한 국토정보를 구축하는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 밀양시를 대상으로 도시관리계획 현황, 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS)의 주제도와 지적도, 위성사진 등의 자료를 수집하고, 주제도의 도시계획시설 레이어와 위성사진, 지적도의 연속지적 레이어와 분류·가공된 소유자 속성정보를 결합하여 도시계획 시설의 집행 및 미집행에 대한 정성적인 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 미집행된 시설은 위성사진상 현황도로 또는 조성된 시설이 없고, 사유지가 대부분으로서 미집행 시설로 도출하였다. 또한, 현황도로가 개설되어 있으나, 사유지가 일부 포함된 시설은 일반공중의 교통에 공용함으로써 지자체가 사실상 지배주체로서 인정되어 집행된 시설로 도출하였다. 도출된 미집행 도시계획시설은 도형데이터의 레이어로 구분하고, 미집행 관련 속성데이터를 구성함으로써 미집행 현황과 통계적 내용을 신속하고 정확하게 파악 가능하였다. 본 연구에서는 미집행 도시계획시설의 과학적이고 합리적인 분석과 신뢰성 있는 공간정보 구축을 위해 GIS 기법을 도입한 분석 방안을 제시하였고, 기운영중인 시스템과의 연계 및 정보의 이용을 위한 데이터베이스 구축 방안을 제안하고자 하였다.

강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태와 정책방향 (The Safety Management Status and Policy Directions for Sports Facilities in Gangwon Province)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 내 소재된 공공체육시설 안전관리 실태를 분석하여 도민들이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 정책방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중앙 정부와 강원도 차원의 체육시설 안전관리 정책동향, 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태분석 등을 종합적으로 검토해 보았다. 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 정책방향에서는 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태분석에서 도출된 시사점을 토대로 다음과 같은 정책추진 방향을 제안하였다. 첫째, 지역에서 설립한 개발 및 도시 공사, 대학, 협동조합 등을 활용한 전문기관 지정 운영, 체육시설 관련 안전관리사 운용요원 양성 및 육성 등을 제안하였다. 둘째, 강원도 차원의 체육시설 안전관리 우수시설 지정 및 표창, 안전하고 대응 사례 발표회 개최, 스포츠안전체험한마당 개최, 스포츠안전교실 운영, 홍보만화 제작 등의 체육시설 안전문화 진흥 기반 조성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 타 시·도에 비해 많은 레저스포츠시설에 대한 안전관리 체계 기반을 마련할 것을 제안하였다. 넷째, 강원도 지역여건에 부합하는 체육시설 안전관리 지원조례 제정 등 제도적 기반 마련 및 강원도형 체육시설 안전관리 기본계획을 수립할 것을 제안하였다.

서울 근교 신도시 , 분당지역 아파트 거주자의 주거가치와 주거만족 (Housing Values and Satisfaction of the New Town Bundang Apartment Residents)

  • The purpose of this study was to estimate the quality if New Town housing environment, and to present the direction of design policy to elevate it. For this study questionnaires were administrated to 272 homemakers living in apartment in Bundang. From 1st of May to 31st of May in 1995. Used statistical method was Frequency. Percentage. Mean, Factor Analysis, Correlation, Multiple Regression. The major finding is as follows : 1) Housing values were classified into five types : convenience, beauty, sociality, education, and economy, Resident ranked first economy among housing values the second is convenience, the third beauty, the forth education, while the most unimportant value is sociality. 2) House satisfaction was classified into four types : house size and plane structure, environment and facilities, interior decoration materials and facilities and building design. Residents were found to show the middle degree satisfaction on their house. 3) Housing complex satisfaction was ciassified four types : community facilities, management stage, neighborhood connection and complex facilities. Resident showed dissatisfaction on their apartment complex relatively. 4) Residents showed dissatisfaction on the interior decoration materials and facilities, local facilities and management attitude relatively.

전라북도 내 노인복지시설의 실태 분석 (A Research for Aged Social Welfare Facilities in Jeollabuk-do)

  • As the rate of the elderly is proportionally increasing in society, the demands of this group and the services pertaining to them is increasing. The demand for improved services is in relation to national income, the development of medical techniques and the interests of elderly. Therefore, the demand for aged social welfare facilities and management of them is increasing. This paper will focus on the types and states of aged social welfare facilities under the revised aged social welfare law in 2008. Following this research, The Social Welfare Corporation is the highest management level. To date the establishment of more infrastructure has increased rapidly, since 2000. There are many small facilities and a few large facilities.

군부대 시설 및 지하철 역사 주변 지하상가의 측정농도와 노출시간을 이용한 실내에서의 라돈 위해성 평가 (Indoor Radon Risk Assessment by Applying Measurement Concentrations and Exposure Times for Military Facilities and Underground Shopping Malls near Subway stations)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to conduct risk assessment using indoor radon concentration and exposure times. Methods: The target facilities were military facilities before and after the application of radon reduction processes and underground commercial facilities in major subway stations in Seoul. Indoor radon concentrations were measured by passive sampler. Results: Radon concentrations in 13 military facilities were initially higher than the guidelines, but the levels were below guidelines after the application of radon reduction processes. Underground shopping mall radon concentrations near subway stations in Seoul satisfied the guidelines. However, indoor radon effective doses after radon reduction processes in some military facilities and those in underground shopping malls belonged to International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) groups needing control management. Conclusion: Indoor radon management requires risk assessment data that takes into account working time (or residence time) in addition to management according to concentration guidelines.

Analysis of Revenue-Sharing Contracts for Service Facilities

  • There are customer services jointly provided by two facilities so that each customer will complete the course made up of both facilities' sub-services. The two facilities are assumed invested respectively by an infrastructure owner and one subordinate facility owner, whose partnership is built on their capital investments. This paper presents a mathematical model of Stackelberg competition between the two facility owners to derive their optimal Nash equilibrium. In this study, each facility owner's profit is consisted of fixed revenue fractions of sold services, operating costs (including depreciation cost) and maintenance costs of her facility. The maintenance costs of one facility are incurred both by failures and deterioration due to usage. Moreover, for both facilities, failures are rectified immediately by minimal repairs and preventive maintenance is carried out at a fixed time epoch. Additional assumptions are also employed to develop the model such as customer arrivals are manipulated to follow a Poisson process, and each facility's lifetime is independently Weibull-distributed. The Stackelberg game proceeds as follows. At the first stage of decision making process, the infrastructure owner (acting as a leader) decides the allocation of revenue shares based on her self-interest. After observing the allocation of revenue shares, the subordinate facility owner determines her own optimal price of services. This paper investigates actions and reactions of the two partners in the system. Then analytical conditions are proposed to achieve a unique optimal Nash equilibrium. Finally, some suggestions for further research are discussed.

  • Neighborhood park has the multiple functions toward quantitative and qualitative improvement of quality of citizen's life. This study is about neighborhood park in 4 Local Industry Complex of Cheonan City. Through this study has intended to analyze the status of use and the importance level of facilities. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the general information, use and importance level of users through such statistical methods as frequency analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, users has the speciality in the neighborhood park in industry complex. Break area or facilities for the workers should be installed. Not end once installed, but continually improved and more efficient management of park facilities will be made. Also, importance of facilities analysis has the higher in normal or importance. Management and cleanliness is especially higher in importance. Importance for the overall facility was affecting in order the facility design, management, safety, installation number.

교육시설물의 수선교체비용에 대한 확률론적 분석 연구 (A Probabilistic Analysis on the Repair and Replacement Cost of Educational Facilities)

  • Educational facilities are more uncertain about maintenance costs due to their comprehensive and long life-cycle compared to commercial buildings. In addition, maintenance of the existing post management system can not maintain the original function of education facilities continuously and economically. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to analyze the repair and replacement cost for the uncertainty factor in maintenance. This study propose a model to determine repair and maintenance cost and cycle of educational facility based on probabilistic estimation concept. For the analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, a probabilistic analysis method, was applied based on the repair and maintenance history data of the educational facilities in Florida. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for quantitative facility management and facility management research.
