3D-QSAR analyses by CoMFA and CoMSIA were conducted on a series of thiazole and triazole analogues with respect to their antifungal activities against Microsporum gypseum. A total of twenty analogues were used for the derivation of the 3D-QSAR models (training set). Thesuperposition of the compounds was performed by applying the FlexS with shape-based screening method. 고품질의 영상 압축기인 JPEG2000의 기본 압축 코덱인 EBCOT(Embedded Block Coding With Optimized Truncation)를 설계하였다. 영상 압축기에서 Context 추출 구현을 위하여 코드블록(Code block)으로 분할하고, 비트플랜(Bit-Plane)코딩을 했으며, 3가지 패스 그룹으로 분리한 후 ZC, RLC, MR, SC를 하였다. 산술부호화는 덧셈 연산과 쉬프트 연산만을 사용하는 MQ-coder를 사용하였으며, Context들의 누적 확률을 추정하여 테이블을 작성하였고, 압축데이터를 산출하였다. 영상 압축을 위한 엔트로피 코더의 하드웨어 구현은 VHDL를 이용하여 설계를 하고, Synopsys사의 논리 회로 합성 도구를 사용하여 합성을 하였으며, Altera사의 FLEX 10K250 Device를 이용하여 FPGA로 구현하였다.

Traditional methodologies for ergonomic evaluation are too laborious to be accepted broadly. CAD flex- flexibility and its ease can be a key to breaking this barrier. In this paper, a biokinematic modelis suggested for interactive computer aided ergonomic evaluation. Model parameters are derived and validated by regression analysis. This model showes more flexibility than the stick and joint models. An application is presented to show the clarity of this approach.

In this paper, we implement the OFDM Modem which is based on IEEE 802.11a high-speed wireless LAN standard's Physical Layer. We design each functional block based on Standard's PHY parameters and simulate them by using MaxplusII. The OFDM Modem is implemented using $FLEX^{TM}$ FPGA.

A basic assessment is presented of the technical, economic and strategic challenges expected for manufacturing displays in a roll-to-roll format. Two general pathways are considered; one that results in dramatic cost reductions but results in sacrificing product performance, and another which is an extension of the conventional FPD cost-reduction from increased substrate size. While Roll-to-Roll fabrication is fundamentally possible, feasibility experiments will be required to address the most significant technical challenge: achieving and managing acceptable yield. In all respects, the efforts to achieve RTR manufacturing will be assisted by overlapping interests in other application areas such as flex circuit, photovoltaics and large area lighting.

Rotem has chosen ADAMS/Rail as the next generation analysis tool, to improve the capability and accuracy of the analysis ability. The dynamic performances of the railway vehicle, which is designed and manufactured by Rotem, have been analyzed and simulated using ADAMS/Rail. In this paper, Dynamic stress of bogie frame on running track is analyzed and compared with the data of real vehicle test. It is performed using ADAMS/AutoFlex and ADAMS/Durability.

Ti을 전극으로 한 RF plasma 를 사용한 표면 처리와 200 eV 이하의 저에너지 반응성 이온빔을 사용한 PI 표면 처리에 의해 초기 및 내열성이 우수한 COF 용 FCCL를 제작하였다. 임계 rf power 이상에서 새롭게 $TiO_2$층의 형성이 접착력 증대의 원인이었으며, Ni-Cr-Zn의 삼원계 접착층의 내열성 향상 특성 등을 연구하였다.

Inhibition of the protein-modifying enzyme farnesyltransferase is considered as a major emerging strategy in cancer therapy because of the involvement of farnesylated proteins in oncogensis. We studied the structure-activity relationship of a novel class of CAAX-peptidomimetic farnesyltransferase inhibitors based on the benzophenone scaffold. FlexX docking of inhibitors confirmed reasonable fit of the molecule into the peptide binding site of farnesyltransferase. We also performed a virtual screening with LeadQuest chemical library databases to idenfity novel inhibitors of farnesyltransferase. (omitted)

다채널 디지털 GPS 수신기를 구현하기 위하여 RF-to-IF엔진 (엔진 1), 신호처리 엔진 (엔진 2), 항법 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 고속 SiGe HBT률 이용한 LNA, 믹서, VCO 등의 하이브리드 IC를 COB형태로 구현하여 엔진 1 보드에 부착하였다. 6채널 디지털 상관기를 클락 및 마이크로프로세서 인터페이스와 함께 Altera Flex 10K FPGA 및 ASIC 기술로 구현하였다. 항법 소프트웨어는 GPS 신호의 트래킹 및 획득을 위한 상관기 제어, 메시지 저장, 위치 계산 등을 수행한다. 개발된 GPS수신기는 단일 채널 신호를 발생하는 STR2770 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 테스트하였는데, 성공적인 항법 신호획득 및 위치 계산 결과를 확인하였다.
