경유 대체연료로서 수첨 바이오디젤의 연료적 특성 연구 (A Study on the Fuel Characteristics of Hydrotreated Biodiesel(HBD) for Alternative Diesel Fuel)

  • Hydrotreated biodiesel(HBD) is paraffinic bio-based liquid, with the chemical structure $C_nH_{2n+2}$, originating from vegetable oil(the process can also be applied to animal fat). The oil or fat is treated in a number of process, the most important being hydrogenation, in order to create a bio-based liquid diesel fuel. During the hydrogenation, oxygen is removed from the triglyceride and converted into water. Propane is formed as a by product and can be combusted and used for energy production. HBD can be used in conventional diesel engines, pure or blended with conventional diesel, due to its similar physical properties to diesel. This study reports the quality characteristics with chemical and physical properties as an alternative diesel fuel. Especially, HBD showed higher cetane value and number than FAME, and it is consisted of $C_{15}$ - $C_{18}$ n-paraffinic compounds. We also describes quality characteristics of HBD blends(2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 vol%) in automotive diesel. HBD blends(max. 20 vol%) were the limit by the Korean specification due to poor low temperature characteristics.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 이미지 포지셔닝 연구 (A Study on the Image Positioning of Internet Shopping Mall)

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 이미지 평가속성이 무엇인지를 파악하여 실제 소비자들에게 어떻게 기억되고 있으며, 또 어떤 이미지로 연출하는 것이 가장 효과적인 마케팅이 될 것인가를 지각도 구축을 통해 포지셔닝 전략 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 이미지는 제품정보서비스, 구매 후 고객서비스, 분위기, 편리성, 안전성, 명성 등의 요인으로 도출되었다. 이러한 이미지 평가속성요인으로 지각도를 작성해 본 결과 경쟁 쇼핑몰간에 소비자의 지각상에 서로 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 쇼핑몰 이미지간에 가장 차별화되어 있는 속성은 제품정보서비스속성이며 가장 차별화되지 않은 속성은 편리성으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자 세분집단 간에도 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 선호도와 이상점에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장에서 마케팅 시장세분화 전략수립 차원에서 유용한 기초자료가 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Enhancement of Lipid Production under Heterotrophic Conditions by Overexpression of an Endogenous bZIP Transcription Factor in Chlorella sp. HS2

  • Transcription factor engineering to regulate multiple genes has shown promise in the field of microalgae genetic engineering. Here, we report the first use of transcription factor engineering in Chlorella sp. HS2, thought to have potential for producing biofuels and bioproducts. We identified seven endogenous bZIP transcription factors in Chlorella sp. HS2 and named them HSbZIP1 through HSbZIP7. We overexpressed HSbZIP1, a C-type bZIP transcription factor, in Chlorella sp. HS2 with the goal of enhancing lipid production. Phenotype screening under heterotrophic conditions showed that all transformants exhibited increased fatty acid production. In particular, HSbZIP1 37 and 58 showed fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) yields of 859 and 1,052 mg/l, respectively, at day 10 of growth under heterotrophic conditions, and these yields were 74% and 113% higher, respectively, than that of WT. To elucidate the mechanism underlying the improved phenotypes, we identified candidate HSbZIP1-regulated genes via transcription factor binding site analysis. We then selected three genes involved in fatty acid synthesis and investigated mRNA expression levels of the genes by qRT-PCR. The result revealed that the possible HSbZIP1-regulated genes involved in fatty acid synthesis were upregulated in the HSbZIP1 transformants. Taken together, our results demonstrate that HSbZIP1 can be utilized to improve lipid production in Chlorella sp. HS2 under heterotrophic conditions.

Effect of Biodegradable Mulch Film on Soil Microbial Community

  • The biodegradable film application can escape from plastic environmental pollution. This experiments studied the effect of biodegradable mulch film on the soil microbial community using fatty acid methyl ester method in soybean production field. The soil $NO_3$-N content in polyethylene mulch film (PE) soil was significantly higher than biodegradable mulch film soil (p < 0.05). The soil microbial community of Gram negative bacteria showed significantly higher in biodegradable mulch film soil than PE mulch film soil (p < 0.05). In addition, biodegradable mulch film soil had significantly low ratio of cy17:0 to $16:1{\omega}7c$ and cy19:0 to $18:1{\omega}7c$ compared with those of PE mulch film soil (p < 0.05), indicating that microbial stress decreased. The ratio of cy17:0 to $16:1{\omega}7c$ and cy19:0 to $18:1{\omega}7c$ should be considered as a potential responsible factor for the obvious differentiation that was observed between the biodegradable mulch film soil and PE mulch film soil in a upland field. The results of this experimentation show the potential of using biodegradable mulch film in place of PE.

청오경(靑烏經)의 문헌적 연구 (A philological Study on Qingwujing(靑烏經))

  • This study was to analyze the philological character of Qingwujing(靑烏經). Qingwujing is the oldest and representative documents of FengShui, especially famous for FengShui XingQi(形氣) theories. In spite of is fame, a systematic research for Qingwujing was not yet fulfilled up to now in Korea. In is the main reason why have to research the philological character of Qingwujing. The results from this research were described as following. Qingwujing(靑烏經) as knows of Qingwujing's writer is very famous already in Han 한(漢) dynasty for his accurate FengShui methods. His FengShui thories getting more powerfyl from WeiChen(魏晉) to Tang(唐) dynasty. In Tang(唐) dynasty Qingwujing was abolished by government rulers, but it recovered and retouched by some scholars from Tang(唐) and Song(宋) dynasty. In the process, the block book of Qingwujing were changed for four or five kinds. Qingwujing's block books of Ming(明) dynasty are Yimenguangdu(夷門廣牘), Xiaoshisanjing(小十三經), Jujiabibei(居家必備), and Shuofu(說郛). It's block books of Qing(淸) dynasty are Gujintushujicheng(古今圖書集成), Sikuquanshu(四庫全書), Xuejintaoyuan(學津討原), and Ershierziquanji(二十二子全集). It's block book of Choson(朝鮮) dynasty is KyujangKak(奎章閣). Among them distinctive characters been founded, but the basic contents and theories are almost same. In Korea, Qingwuzi's FengShui theories were confirmed in Silla(新羅) dynasty, and it recoreded in Soongboksa inscription written by Choi-CheeWon. Qingwu(靑烏) or Qingwuzi were known for a great FengShui master of a FengShui standing theories in Koryeo(高麗) and Choson dynasty among royal families and the aristocratic classes. And Qingwujing was a representative FengShui theory book in wh0.1ole period of Choson dynasty. Now for understanding traditional FengShui theories, we have to understand the main FengShui theories on Choson dynasty at first. For understanding Choson FengShui, the study on philological character of Qingwujing is the basic works. If those works fulfilled successfully, we can understand FengShui theories and FengShu itself more correctly.

Null Frame 기법을 이용한 Frame Slotted Aloha기반 리더 충돌 방지 기법 (Reader anti-collision method on frame slotted aloha using null frame)

  • RFID의 발달과 사용 분야가 넓어짐에 따라 기존의 단일 리더 환경에서 다중 리더 환경이나, 밀집 리더 환경으로 변화되고 있다. 리더의 수가 많아짐에 따라 리더간의 신호에 의한 리더 간의 간섭 및 다수의 리더에 의한 태그의 간섭 등 리더 충돌이 빈번히 발생할 것이다. 리더간의 간섭 및 충돌을 방지하기 위한 알고리즘이 연구, 제안되고 있다. Gen2 Dense 모드, LBT 등의 알고리즘은 사용 채널을 분리하여 리더간의 충돌을 방지하거나 TDMA방식을 이용하여 리더들의 사용 시간을 분리하여 충돌을 피하는 방법 등을 제안 하였다. 본 논문에서는 Frame slotted Aloha방식에서 슬롯 당 충돌 확률을 계산하고, 그 결과를 이용하여 충돌을 방지하는 null fame 알고리즘을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 분석하였다. 기존의 방식과 비교 했을 때 시스템 전체의 리더 간 충돌 수, 프레임의 사용에서의 성능 향상을 볼 수 있었다.

  • This study attempts to systematically analyze a red carpet style. I have researched the Academy Awards called representative film awards which symbolizes international fame and the Grammy Awards which is the most prestigious award in the music industry by subdividing into formative elements such as silhouette, color, fabric, pattern, detail, accessory, fashion image, and so on from 2000 to 2012. Firstly, when it comes to silhouette, mermaid silhouette accounts for the highest proportion in the Academy Awards. Compared to this, fit silhouette is shown almost the same percentage as the mermaid silhouette in the Grammy Awards. Secondly, with regard to color, black color has not only the highest percentage but also examples of different unit forms such as various color, showy gradation and single colors. Various colors in the Grammy Awards have similar percentage in comparison with the Academy Awards. Thirdly, in terms of fabric, silky material is often used most, which looks like putting more weight on dresses for the formative elements of clothes. Fourthly, in pattern, patternless dresses are represented by high percentage at both the Academy Awards and Grammy Awards. Dresses with patterns have mild, stylistic elements and geometric designs. The Grammy Awards shows many different unique patterns, color and size, compared to the Academy Awards. Fifthly, in detail, frill and ruffle ornaments are shown most at the Academy Awards and Grammy Awards. Especially in the Grammy Awards, beads ornaments are used most. Sixthly, in accessory, there are many accessories of graceful, elegance styles in the Academy Awards. On the contrary to this, there are many accessories to effect on many performances of large, fancy, unique styles. Seventhly, elegance images of a goddess style among fashion images emerge as fashion of the Academy Awards. In spite of romantic styles in the Grammy Awards, many various images are the same rate as there, which means different appearance of experiment and sensational styles.

Probabilistic pounding analysis of high-pier continuous rigid frame bridge with actual site conditions

  • This paper studied the probability of pounding occurred between decks and abutments of a long span high-pier continuous rigid fame bridge subjected to ground motions with local soil effect. A pounding probability analysis methodology has been proposed using peak acceleration at bedrock as intensity measure (IM) for multi-support seismic analysis. The bridge nonlinear finite element (FE) models was built with four different separation distances. Effect of actual site condition and non-uniform spatial soil profiles on seismic wave propagating from bedrock to ground surface is modelled. Pounding probability of the high-pier bridge under multi-support seismic excitations (MSSE) is analyzed based on the nonlinear incremental dynamic analysis (n-IDA). Pounding probability results under uniform excitations (UE) without actual local site effect are compared with that under MSSE with site effect. The study indicates that the required design separation length between deck and abutment under uniform excitations is larger than that under MSSE as the peak acceleration at bedrock increases. As the increase of both separation distance between deck and abutment and the peak acceleration, the probability of pounding occurred at a single abutment or at two abutments simultaneously under MSSE is less than that under UE. It is of great significance considering actual local site effect for determining the separation distance between deck and abutment through the probability pounding analysis of the high-pier bridge under MSSE.

횡비틀림좌굴을 고려하는 2차 소성힌지해석을 이용한 3차원 강뼈대 구조물 설케 (3-D Frame Design Using Second-Order Plastic-Hinge Analysis Accounting for Lateral Torsional Buckling)

  • 본 논문에서는 횡비틀림좌굴을 고려하는 2차 소성힌지해석법을 이용하여 3차원 강뼈대구조물의 설계기법을 개발하였다. 본 해석은 구조시스템 및 개별부재의 재료적 기하학적 비선형 거동을 고려한다. 더욱이, 종래의 2차 소성힌지해석에서 횡비틀림좌굴효과에 의한 휨강도 감소효과를 고려하지 못한 문제를 해결하였다. 강뼈대구조물의 잔류응력과 휨에 의한 비선형성 및 기하학적 불완전성에 의한 점진적인 소성화효과를 고려하는 효율적인 방법을 기술하였다. 횡비틀림좌굴효과를 고려하기 위하여 비지지장 및 단면 형상으로 구성되는 침강도 감소모델을 사용하였다. 개발된 2차 소성힌지해석법을 LRFD 설계방법과 비교함으로서 검증하였다. 예제해석을 통하여 횡비틀림좌굴효과는 2차 소성힌지해석법에 고려해야 할 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 본 해석은 실제 설계에 활용할 수 있는 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 방법이다.

품질경쟁력 우수기업의 평가지표에 대한 실증적 분석 (Empirical Analysis for Evaluation Index of Quality Competitiveness Excellent Companies)

  • Quality has been a key issue to manufacturers. Many distinguished scholars have defined quality with profound insight. Korean firms struggle to make better products to fulfil requirements and satisfy customers. Korean industries have implemented quality management from Japan in early 70s. Statistical quality control, QCC (Quality Control Circle), and total quality management have also been introduced in succession. Chief executive officers, managers, and field employees have been aware of the importance of quality since then. This quality movement force workers to improve quality. They have to maintain the quality of products and compete with foreign products. Korean industries were able to compete with foreign industries in price. However, Korean firms now have to compete in quality as well as price. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) was established and industries around world have started to implement standardized systems depending on their need. ISO 9000 has continuously been revised and firms around world started to register a ISO 9000 certificate. Today's quality competitiveness gets more deeply involved. KSA (Korean Standard Association) have launched QCAS (Quality Competitiveness Assessment System) since 1997. Up until now recent status of QCAS have been reported but the characteristics of QCAS results have not been analyzed. In this article we examine the QCAS results of 41 firms in 2014. QCAS consisted of 13 subsections : strategy and management system, organization culture and development of human resource, information management, quality system, customer satisfaction, management achievement, TPM, logistics, product development and technology, PL, QCC, SQC/SPC, and reliability. We performed one way ANOVA to discover the difference among the levels of firm size, business type, and quality hall of fame using the total scores of 13 subsections resulted from QCAS. We also analyzed the scores of 13 individual subsections of QCAS to see if there is any differences based on firm size and business type. We interpret the results and implication of analysis and finally draw a conclusion.
