On the internal based search, the big data inference, which is failed in the president's election in the United States of America in 2016, is failed, because the prediction method is used on the base of the searching numerical value of a candidate for the presidency. Also the Flu Trend service is opened by the Google in 2008. But the Google was embarrassed for the fame's failure for the killing flu prediction system in 2011 and the prediction of presidential election in 2016. In this paper, using the virtual vote algorithm for virtual election and data mining method, the election prediction algorithm is proposed and unpacked. And also the WEKA DB is unpacked. Especially in this paper, using the K means algorithm and XEDOS tools, the prediction of election results is unpacked efficiently. Also using the analysis of the WEKA DB, the smart election prediction system is proposed in this paper.

Spent coffee grounds (SCG), the residue after brewing coffee beverage, is a promising biodiesel feedstock due to its high oil contents (15-20%). However, SCG should be pretreated to reduce the high free fatty acid content, which hampers transesterification reaction. To overcome this, we explored a direct transesterification reaction of SCG using ultrasound irradiation and identified the optimal sonication parameters. A high fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) content, up to 97.2%, could be achieved with ultrasound amplitude of 99.2 ㎛, irradiation time of 10 min, and methanol to oil ratio of 7:1 in the presence of potassium hydroxide concentration of 1.25 wt.%. In addition, we demonstrated that ultrasound irradiation is an efficient method to produce biodiesel from untreated SCG in a short time with less energy than the conventional mechanical stirring method. The physical and chemical properties of the SCG biodiesel met the requirements for an alternative fuel to the current commercial biodiesel.

Hanji is a traditional handmade paper, which has been famous for its excellent qualities in strength, whiteness, gloss, and smooth feel in painting and writing in ancient Far East for many years. Nowadays, however, its old fame has declined and it has been used only in limited extent such as in traditional Korean brush painting and writing. In this study, 9 kinds of commercial handmade papers made in Korea, China, and Japan were collected and their printing and writing properties were evaluated by image analysis. Chinese handmade paper showed the best result in absorption area of China ink, the roundness and feathering of China ink blots, followed by Hanji. Abrasion coefficient of the Chineses papers was higher than that of the others, which was regarded to contribute to the difference in touch feeling of the writing brush on the papers. It was shown that absorption rate and blot area of China ink were increased by Dochim. Hanji which has recently been made by so called \"traditional method\" showed no quality difference from the modified Hanji.ied Hanji.

Main stream of '90s mathematics education in the U.S must be the NCTM Standards. Since it was published in 1989, much focus has put on it and numerous research has been tried to apply it to real mathematics classes. But there hasn't always good fame. Some schools have already taken the curriculum based on it and recently the negative results have been exposed. Not a few parents, teachers and experts became to be worry about that. In this situation, 1 suppose it is worth to review the original purpose of Standards, look into the recent problems related to it's application and think of improvement or alternatives. This article mainly includes first two issues and particularily considers what problems are to have to be reconsidered in Korea. The following four are what I draw as problems: Basic operations; constructivism; texts and work books; trial and error strategy and group activity.

This paper addresses an analysis for a railway data transmission protocol-Ethernet based data transmission between the CTC(Centralized Traffic Control System) and the SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system. Fame error rates of the data transmissions are calculated and compared for the two cases that the CTC/SCADA has an extra data transmission error control(CRCI6) besides the inherent error control of the Ethernet(CRC32), and that the CTC/SCADA has no extra data transmission error control. With simulation results it has been verified that the extra data transmission error control(CRC16) contributes to lowering the frame error rate.

The Purpose of this study is to clarify what a difference the individual family value and relationship make on the inheritance consciousness by focussing on right succeed property among the inheritances rights of family. Questionnaire were distributed to about 450 married person with children over 40 year and among them 384 cases are used in final analysis. Inheritance consciousness of the Korea family shows that the property inheritances to greatly different from the inheritance the family head rituals according to consciousness of the individuals. That is to say the succession of the property is decided by inheritances of the individuals where-as these of the family head and rituals are done by the family norm. such results tend to be made due th the fact that Koreans think of a duty to father a son and make him succeed th the heat of the family on the basis of the strong blood tie of the family that Koreans think t important to keep their family fame and to contain the fam ly existence I. e. they respect their patriarchal system.

The authors aim to establish the theory necessary for developing the free gyrocompass. The following considerations are taken. One is to suggest north-finding principle by the angular velocity of the earth's rotation, and the other is to suggest that the motion rate of the spin axis in the free gyro frame is transformed into the platform fame and this transformed rate is again transformed into the NED navigation frame. After transformation ship's heading is obtained using the fore-aft and athwartship components of the motion rate of the spin axis in the NED frame In addition it was suggested how to solve the transformation matrix necessary for transforming each frame.

John Carmack who invented the 3D games let us know about the great 3D world and because of the MIDP 2.0(Mobile Information Device Profilers entering, it is not a fame to achieve playing 3D games with a mobile device. The data offered by iResearch market consultation show that the figure of mobile game players all around the world will take a steady increase from 290 million in 2005 to 1030 million in 2008, and the market income will mount up from $10,200 million to $52.000 million.3D games will be a current, the most famous kind of mobile games. In this paper I design 3D application based on J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) and implement a freely removable 3D object which happened in a 3D scene by receiving the keyboard response of mobile device with WTK (Wireless Too.Kit) simulator.

In this paper, we proposed a new FMS Landmark recognition algorithm using color images. Firstly, a NTSC image fame is captured, and then it is converted to a field image in order to reduce the image blurring from the AGV motion. Secondly, the landmark is detected via the comparison of the color vectors of image pixels with the landmark color. Finally, the identification of FMS landmark is executed using a newly designed landmark pattern with a set of reference points. The landmark pattern is normalized against its translation, rotation, and scaling. And then, its vertical projection data are fisted for the pattern classification using the standard data set. Experimental results show that our scheme performs well.

This research examined how customers evaluate fashion brand collaborations in speculating the collaboration factors, product, model, and designer. Respondents evaluated 8 different collaborate case cards from 1 to 8, presenting a certain fashion brand, who had recently teamed up with various kinds of product companies for collaboration. Product was found as the most important factor in evaluating the collaboration case cards, analyzed through Conjoint Analysis. Respondents segmented additionally by clothing involvement valued different collaboration factors; products for the high clothing involvement group and messenger and designer for the low clothing involvement group. All the segments and respondents chose the best the card presenting blue jeans, Mr. Chang, and B.S. Choi, as similarity for products, fame for mdoel, and similarity for designer, respectively.
