비전을 이용한 펀칭위치 제어 시스템 (Punching Position Control by Vision System)

  • This paper is about the development of Automatic FPC punching instrument. FPC(flexible printed circuit) is used to detect the contact position of K/B and button like a cellular phone. Depending on the quality of the printed ink and position of reference punching point to the FPC, the resistance and current are varied to the malfunctioning values. The size of reference punching point is 2mm and the above. Because the punching operation is done manually, the accuracy of the punching degree is varied with operator's condition. Recently, The punching accuracy has deteriorated severely to the 2mm punching reference hall so that assembly of the K/B has hardly done. To improve this manual punching operation to the FPC, automatic FPC punching system is introduced. Precise mechanical parts like a 5-step stepping motor and ball screw mechanism are designed and tested and low cost PC camera is used for the sake of cost down instead of using high quality vision systems for the FA. Test algorithm shows good results to the designed automatic punching system.

  • 최근에 인터넷과 통신망의 활성화로 인하여 특정 도메인 정보들을 효율적으로 구축하고 서비스하기 위한 여러 가지 방법들이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 통계 사서함 구축을 위한 퍼지 필터링 객체 관련성 기법을 제안한다 제안된 기법은 S-cut을 이용하여 문서 객체들을 그룹화하기 위해 RelCRO( $D_{omain}$, Gi), RelSRO( $D_{omain}$, Gi), FAS를 이용한다. 또한 제안된 기법의 성능을 알아보기 위해 1600개의 멀티미디어 타입정보를 이용하여 실험을 수행하고 랜덤 키, OGM, 그리고 제안된 방법을 비교 분석한다. 그 결과 제안된 방법의 성능이 보다 효율적임을 보인다.

  • This study proposes a non-contact inspective technology based robot vision system for Faulty Inspection of welding States and Parts Shape. The maine focus is real time implementation of the machining parts' automatic inspection by the robotic moving. For this purpose, the automatic test instrument inspects the precision components designator the vision system. pattern Recognition Technologies and Precision Components for vision inspection technology and precision machining of precision parts including the status and appearance distinguish between good and bad. To perform a realization of a real-time automation integration system for the precision parts of manufacturing process, it is designed a robot vision system for the integrated system controller and verified the reliability through experiments. The main contents of this paper, the robot vision technology for noncontact inspection of precision components and machinery parts is useful technology for FA.

  • Manufactured easy elevator can drives from the first floor to fifth floor as sequence control circuit in cause opening than existing equipment of experiment and practice, the structure of in the first implementation process are hand-worked control component with push-button, L/S and relay, it is structured a lamp to express that the door open and moving of cage by mechanical action of For/Rev motor-braker of which load. The second structure of implement process to control from the first floor to the fifth floor with the PLC elevator program can control by the sensor of hand-operated function of L/Sl~L/S5 in time that the S/Wl~S/W5 of PLC control panel operates to the For/Rev. The function of two kind process that an elevator is driven by PLC program and the sequence control relay circuit is a mechanical relay sequence control field and it is equipment apparatus of it to get appropriately the technology of For/Rev in that mechanical operating cause of a load using the PLC program. Also the wring circuit using a plug, dissembly. the circuit and the principle of component, and PLC program with the function test can be used the implementation field to the total technology theory about FA.

돼지 전염성 위장염 바이러스에 대한 단크론항체 생산 및 특성 (Production and characterization of monoclonal antibodies against porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus)

  • Eight monoclonal antibodies(MAbs) against the transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) were produced and characterized. Four of the MAbs were produced against a reference TGEV, Purdue strain(P115) and the others were produced against the Korean vaccine virus, Pyungtaek strain. Only one MAb(5C8) produced against P115 had neutralizing activity and was found to be E2 protein-specific. The other seven MAbs(4E2, 4G8, 5H6, 1F8, 2C6, 5H5, and 3A6) had specificity of nucleocapsid protein and no neutralizing activity. All MAbs reacted with different strains of TGEV, but none of the MAbs was reactive with porcine enteropathogenic viruses such as rotavirus, epidemic diarrhea virus and enterovirus by fluorescence antibody(FA) test.

탄화규소-강 미끄럼에서의 마모특성 (A Tribological Study of SiC-Steel Couples)

  • 건조 및 다습한 대기의 무윤활 또는 액체 윤활, 미끄럼 속도 그리고 온도 등 여러 조건 하에서 SiC-강 미끄럼 시 SiC가 나타내는 마모거동에 대하여 조사하였다. 또 SiC의 제조공정이 SiC 마모에 미치는 영향도 미끄럼 속도를 달리하면서 고찰하였다. 무윤활 미끄럼 시 대기 습도는 일종의 윤활제 역할을 하며, 특히 대기가 매우 건조한 조건 하에서 미끄럼 속도는 마모에 큰 영향을 미친다. 그리고 SiC의 제조공정 및 재료표면의 거칠기는 미끄럼 속도의 크기여하에 따라 상이한 마모거동을 초래한다. 특히 온도는 마모를 심화시키는 요인이어서 윤활 미끄럼 조건 하에서도 마모를 크게 가속한다.

20kW급 폐열회수 시스템 공정 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Engineering Design for 20kW-Grade Waste Gas Heat Recovery)

  • This study is collects design data through the process design of the organic Rankine cycle, which can produce 20kW of electric power through the recovery of waste heat. In this study, the simulation was conducted by using APSEN HYSYS in order to make the model for the process design of the 20kW class waste heat recovery system. For the thermodynamic model, the test was conducted with hot water as the heat source, with the water steam used as the cooling water for the cooler and the refrigerant R245fa in the cycle. In Case 1 and Case 2, it was expected and found that the cycle efficiency was 10.6% and that 36.86kw was produced, considering the margin of 84% of 20kW. In Case 3 and Case 4, it was expected and found from the simulation that the cycle efficiency was 12% and that 30.0kw was produced, considering the margin of 84% of 20kW.

  • Cement paste is originally the basic material and crucial factor consisting concrete. This study investigates the relationship between flow apparatuses, which are ring flow(R-F), flow cone(F-C) and mini slump(M-S), in order to estimate the fluidity of cement Paste. For quantitatively evaluating the measured data this study also investigated the calibration of the rheology consistent, such as yield value and plastic viscosity, of cement paste using viscometer For this purpose the present work discussed the influence of 3 type of ordinary portland cement with different companies, affecting the fluidity of cement paste. and it also demonstrated the influence of the various kinds of mineral admixtures, such as fly ash(FA), blast furnace slag(BS) and silica fume(SF) and that of incorporating ratio. The author concluded that using R-F apparatus is the most effective flow test method of cement paste and it is exactly proportional to other apparatus' rheological properties.

  • This paper investigated the setting and compressive strength of concrete with the combination of mineral and chemical admixture. According to test results, plain concrete with high early strength development type AE water reducing agent(HEAEWRA) and $10\%$ of CKD respectively had earlier setting time than concrete with AE water reducing agent by $0.5\~1.5$ hours. Setting time of concrete with retarding type AE water reducing agent(RAEWRA) and FA $30\%$, BS $60\%$ respectively retarded by as much as $4\~7.5$ hours compared with plain concrete. Plain concrete with HEA WRA, $10\%$ of CKD and RAEWRA had higher strength than that of AE water reducing agent by as much as 5MPa at 28days. From the result of the paper, it is found that the combination of mineral admixture and setting accelerating or retarding agent can reduce the hydration heat cracks by setting time difference and hydration heat reduction effects.

  • A precise real-time method of using the IGS ultra rapid products (IGU) and the GPS broadcast ephemeris to calculate the VRS orbit corrections was presented here which was suited for GPS/VRS reference station network based positioning. Test data acquired from both the SGRSN (Sichuan GPS Reference Station Network) and SCIGN (Southern California integrated GPS network) were used to evaluate the performance of the modeling techniques. The new method was proven to be more precise and reliable compared with the existing conventional network-based orbit error interpolation method. It was shown that 0.004ppm relative accuracy was reached, namely the influence from the orbit bias for the RTK positioning within 100km area can be of sub-millimeter level.
