로봇보조언어교육을 통한 초등 영어 학습자의 운율 변화 (The Prosodic Changes of Korean English Learners in Robot Assisted Learning)

  • 로봇의 발음인식과 진단 그리고 발음빠르기는 로봇보조언어교육의 가장 중요한 상호작용이다. 이 연구는 한국인 초등 영어 학습자를 위하여 음율적 오류를 수정함으로써 원어민과 같은 억양을 산출하기 위한 로봇음성합성기의 효과성을 측정하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 초등 4학년 영어학습자들의 F0 범위값과 발화 속도라는 음성음향적 변수를 측정하여 분석하였고, 그 결과를 정규 영어교육의 시작하지 않은 1학년 학습자와 비교하였다. 로봇음성합성기를 활용한 언어학습에서 두 집단은 F0값보다 발화속도 변인에 반응하였다.

  • 본 논문에서 850nm~1000nm 파장대역에서 레이저를 검출하기 위한 고감도 실리콘 포토다이오드를 제조하고 전기적 및 광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 소자의 크기는 $5000{\mu}m{\times}2000{\mu}m$이며 두께는 $280{\mu}m$로 제조하여 TO-5 형태로 패키징 하였다. 전기적 특성으로 암전류는 5V 역 전압 일 때 0.1nA의 값을 나타내었으며 정전용량은 0V일 때 1kHz 주파수 대역에서 32.5pF와 200kHz 주파수 대역에서 32.4pF로 적은 정전용량의 값을 나타내었다. 또한 출력신호의 상승시간은 10V의 전압일 때 20.92ns로 고속 응답특성을 확인하였다. 광학적 특성으로는 890nm에서 최대 0.57A/W의 분광감응도를 나타내었고 1000nm에서는 0.37A/W로 감소한 분광감응도를 나타내고 있지만 870nm~920nm 파장대역에서는 비교적 우수한 분광감응도를 나타내었다.

  • Earlier in 1935[12], M. S. Robertson introduced the class of quadrant preserving functions. More precisely, let Q be the class of all functions f(z) analytic in the unit disk $D = {z : $\mid$z$\mid$ < 1}$ such that f(0) = 0, f'(0) = 1, and the range f(z) is in the j-th quadrant whenever z is in the j-th quadrant of D, j = 1,2,3,4. This class Q contains the subclass of normalized, odd univalent functions which have real coefficients. On the other hand, this class Q is contained in the class T of odd typically real functions which was introduced by W. Rogosinski [13]. Clearly, if $f \in Q$, then f(z) is real when z is real and therefore the coefficients of f are all real. Recently, it was observed by Y. Abu-Muhanna and T. H. MacGregor [1] that any function $f \in Q$ is odd. Instead of functions "preserving quadrants", the authors [1] have introduced the notion of "preserving sectors".

  • Glass forming ranges in the AlF3-(Mg+Sr+Ba)F2-P2O5 system are studied and ultraviolet transmission, infrared transmission, coefficient of refractive index, thermal expansion coefficient, density and chemical durability of the glasses are determined. Glass forming range is restricted MgF2 0-10wt%, SrF2 10-50wt%, BaF2 10-40wt% in this system. While BaF2 is substituted by SrF2, density and refractive index are decreased, micro hardness and thermal expansion coefficient are increased according to the increasing of SrF2 at fixed MgF2 contents. These samples represent high transmittance(93%) from 400nm to 3800nm and chemical durability of these samples show less than 0.3mg/$\textrm{cm}^2$$.$hy by weightloss.

기질 농도 (S0)와 F/M 비 (S0/X0)가 농축 하수 슬러지 혐기성 소화에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Feed concentration (S0) and F/M ratio (S0/X0) on Anaerobic Digestion of Thickened Sewage Sludge)

  • The retrofitting of a thickening unit process is widely considered in municipal wastewater treatment plants in Korea to enhance the anaerobic digestion efficiency. The authors examined the effect of feed concentration (2-34.1 g VS/L) and feed to microorganism (F/M) ratio (0.50-1.35 g VS/g VS) on anaerobic batch digestion of sewage sludge. Methane yield over 90 mL $CH_4/g$ $VS_{feed}$ was found at a feed concentration in the range of 12-26 g VS/L and a F/M ratio below 0.6 g VS/g VS. A high F/M ratio decreased methane yield and rate with oragnic acid accumulation. As sudden increase of sewage sludge concentration prior to anaerobic digestion would jeopardize the digester performance due to the rasied F/M ratio, gradual increase of the sludge feed concentration or an additional biomass retention in the digester is recommended.

MR 환경에서 사용을 위한 5자유도 광학식 힘센서 (5-D.O.F. Force/moment Sensor using Optical Intensity Modulation in MR-field)

  • A 20 mm diameter of small 5-D.O.F. force sensor has been developed for applications in MR-field Optical intensity modulation was adopted for transducing to miniaturize the sensor structure. For its accurate sensing of 5-D.O.F. force/moment, the elastic detecting module was designed to respond independently to each force or moment component. And for small size, two optical transducing modules of 2-D.O.F. and 3-D.O.F. were designed and integrated with the detecting module where optical fibers were arranged in parallel to make the sensor small. It is confirmed by calibration test that the detecting modules deforms linearly and independently to the input force. The results of evaluating test show that the range and resolution of forces are ${\pm}4$ N and 0.94~7.1 mN and the range and resolution of moments are ${\pm}120N{\cdot}mm$ and $0.023{\sim}0.034N{\cdot}mm$.

House Dust Mite Allergens in Domestic Homes in Cheonan, Korea

  • House dust mites produce inhalant allergens of importance to allergic patients, We measured the major group 1 allergens, Der p 1 and Der f 1, from the house dust mites Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farina, respectively in 100 randomly selected domestic homes from Cheonan, Korea, Dust samples were collected by vacuuming from the living room floor and 1 mattress in each home, Der p 1 and Der f 1 were measured by double mono-clonal ELISA. Der p 1 levels were very low, with geometric mean levels for floors and mattresses being $0.11\;{\mu}g/g$ (range: 0.01-4.05) and $0.14\;{\mu}g/g$ (range: 0.01-30.0), respectively. Corresponding levels of Der f 1 were higher, $7.46\;{\mu}g/g$ (range: 0.01-262.9) and $10.2\;{\mu}g/g$ (range: 0.01-230.9) for floors and mattresses, respectively. D. farinae appears to be the dominant house dust mite in Cheonan.

  • 본 연구에서는 하이브리드 추진시스템의 덕티드 로켓용 가스발생기 적용을 위하여 낮은 산화제 유속 범위에서 HDPE multi-port(7port) 그레인 및 파라핀 그레인을 이용한 연소 시험을 수행하였다. 파라핀 연료의 경우 일반적인 덕티드 로켓용 가스발생기의 O/F비 작동조건인 0.3~0.8의 범위를 충족시켜 덕티드 로켓용 가스발생기로서의 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 산화제 유속 $35kg/m^2s$ 이하의 구간에서 산화제유속에 따른 O/F비의 변화가 일어나지 않는 구간이 존재함을 확인함으로써 VFDR 가스발생기로서의 적용가능성 또한 확인할 수 있었다.

한국어에서의 공손함을 나타내는 운율적 특성에 관한 연구 (Prosodic Characteristics of Politeness in Korean)

  • This study is a kind of a preliminary study to develop naturalness of dialog TTS system. In this study, as major characteristics of politeness in Korean, temporal(total duration of utterances, speech rate and duration of utterance final syllables) and F0(mean F0, boundary tone pattern, F0 range) features were discussed through acoustic analysis of recorded data of semantically neutral sentences, which were spoken by ten professional voice actors under two conditions of utterance type - namely, normal and polite type. The results show that temporal characteristics were significantly different according to the utterance type but F0 characteristics were not.
