This paper is to develop four heuristic algorithms for $n/m/D/F/F_{max}$. A study present numerical example for (H1) algorithm. Among the sequence generated, the best sequence is J2, J1, J6, J7, J4, J3, J5 and makespan is 528. The optimal makespan of this numerical example can be found as 528 as also, and the worst value of heuristic solution is only 7.2 % away from it.
The murine ecotropic retroviral receptor has been demonstrated to function as a mouse cationic amino acid transporter 1(mCAT1), and is comprised of multiple membranespanning domains. Feral mouse (Mus dunni) cells are not susceptible to infection by the ecotropic Moloney murine leukemia virus (MoMLV), although they can be infected by other ecotropic murine leukemia viruses, including Friend MLV and Rauscher MLV. The relative inability of MoMLV to replicate in M. dunni cells has been attributed to two amino acids $(V_{214}\;and\;G_{236})$ located within the third extracellular loop of the M. dunni CAT1 receptor (dCAT1). Via the exchange of the third extracellular loop of the mCAT1 cDNA encoding receptor from the permissive mouse and the corresponding portion of cDNA encoding for the nonpermissive M. dunni receptor, we have identified the most critical amino acid residue, which is a glycine located at position 236 within the third extracellular loop of dCAT1. We also attempted to determine the role of the third extracellular loop of the M. dunni CAT1 receptor with regard to the formation of the syncytium. The relationship between dCAT1 and virus-induced syncytia was suggested initially by our previous identification of two MLV isolates (S82F in Moloney and S84A in Friend MLV), both of which are uniquely cytopathic in M. dunni cells. In an attempt to determine the relationship existing between dCAT1 and the virally-induced syncytia, we infected 293-dCAT1 or chimeric dCAT1 cells with the S82F pseudotype virus. The S82F pseudotype virus did not induce the formation of syncytia, but did show increased susceptibility to 293 cells expressing dCATl. The results of our study indicate that S82F-induced syncytium formation may be the result of cell-cell fusion, but not virus-cell fusion.

Working depth of the model net was determined by using of the same experimental tank and the same model net that used in the forwarded report in a series studies. The depth of the net which indicates the depth of the head rope from the water surface, was determined by the photographs taken in front of the net mouth with the combination of towing velocity, warp length and distance between paired boats. The results obtained can be summarized as follows: 1. Working depth of model nets A and B was varied in the range of 0.09~1.66$m$,and 0.04~1.34$m$(which can be converted into 2.7~40.2$m$and 1.2~49.8$m$in the full-scale net) respectively, and the depth of model net A was slightly deeper than the depth of the model net B. 2. Working depth ($D$,which is appendixed m for the model net, f for the full-scale net, A and B for the types of the model nets) can be expressed as the function of towing velocity$V_t$, as in the model net($V_t$=$m$/$sec$) $D_{mA}$=(-1.99+0.65$L_w$) $e^{-1.72V_t}$ $D_{mA]$=(-1.91+1.04 $L_w$) $e^{2.88V_t}$ in the full-scale net($V_t$=$k$'$t$ $D_{fA}$=(-29.32+0.65$L_w$)$e^{0.40 V_t}$ $D_{fB}$=(-57.60+1.04$L_w$)$e^{-0.67 V_t}$ 3. Working depth 9$D$ appendixes are as same as the former) can be expressed as the function of warp length$L_w$) in the model net, and can be converted into full-scale net as in the model net ($V_t$=$m$/$sec$) $D_{mA}$=-0.99 $e^{-1.42V_t}$+0.67$e^{-1359V_t}$$L_w$ $D_{mB}$=-.258$e^{-3.77V_t}$+1.16$e^{-3.15V_t$ $L^w$, in the full-scale net($V_t$=k't) $D_{fA}$=-29.28$e^{-0.32V_t}$+0.67$e^{-0.37V_t$$L_w$ $D_{fB}$=-69.10$e^{-0.81V_t}$+1.16$e^{-0.72V_t}$$L_w$. 4. Working depth was gradually shallowed according to the increase of the distance between paired boats.
Let $f:M{\rightarrow}M$ be a diffeomorphism on a closed $C^{\infty}\;d({\geq}2)$ dimensional manifold M. For $C^1$-generic f, if a diffeomorphism f satisfies the local star condition on a transitive set, then it is hyperbolic.
For a non-zero complex number b and for m and n in 𝒩0 = {0, 1, 2, …} let Ψn,m(b) denote the class of normalized univalent functions f satisfying the condition ${\Re}\;\[1+{\frac{1}{b}}\(\frac{D^{n+m}f(z)}{D^nf(z)}-1\)\]\;>\;0$ in the unit disk U, where Dn f(z) denotes the Salagean operator of f. Sharp bounds for the Fekete-Szegö functional |a3 - 𝜇a22| are obtained.
Let R denote a commutative noetherian ring, and let 𝐱 := x1, …, xd be an R-regular sequence. Suppose that 𝖆 denotes a monomial ideal with respect to 𝐱. The first purpose of this article is to show that 𝖆 is irreducible if and only if 𝖆 is a generalized-parametric ideal. Next, it is shown that, for any integer n ≥ 1, (x1, …, xd)n = ⋂P(f), where the intersection (irredundant) is taken over all monomials f = xe11 ⋯ xedd such that deg(f) = n - 1 and P(f) := (xe1+11, ⋯, xed+1d). The second main result of this paper shows that if 𝖖 := (𝐱) is a prime ideal of R which is contained in the Jacobson radical of R and R is 𝖖-adically complete, then 𝖆 is a parameter ideal if and only if 𝖆 is a monomial irreducible ideal and Rad(𝖆) = 𝖖. In addition, if a is generated by monomials m1, …, mr, then Rad(𝖆), the radical of a, is also monomial and Rad(𝖆) = (ω1, …, ωr), where ωi = rad(mi) for all i = 1, …, r.
The objectives of this study were to investigate the aggregate fragmentation in wet-sieving and to evaluate the relationship between the aggregate fragmentation fractal dimension and macro-porosity of upland soils, using three different textural types of soils including Gopyeng series (Fine, Typic Hapludalfs), Gyuam series (Fine silty over coarse silty, Fluvaquentic Eutrudepts), and Jungdong series (Coarse loamy, Typic Udifluvents) located in Gyeonggi province. Undisturbed soil samples with five replicates were seasonally sampled and used for measuring water stable aggregate, macropores, and physico-chemical properties of soils. The aggregate stability in wet-sieving was digitalized as three types of fragmentation fractal dimension ($D_f$), geometric mean diameter (GMD), and mean weight diameter (MWD). $D_f$ had higher correlation with GMD than with MWD. Seasonal aggregate stability showed the highest values in summer, and decreased in the order of spring and autumn. The macroporosity had higher in topsoil, in autumn, and in ridge, than in plow pan layer, in summer, and in row, respectively. The relationship between $D_f$ and macroporosity, especially more than 99 m, showed high correlation only in soils with $D_f$ less than 3.1, which means more aggregated soils compared to soils with $D_f$ more than 3.1. Besides, in the soils with the fractal dimension less than 3.1, the power function relation between saturated hydraulic conductivity and macroporosity more than 99 m had relatively high determinant coefficient, and vice versa. Therefore, it could be thought that fragmentation fractal dimension is available for confirming macroporosity induced from aggregation.
The yield responses of three isogenic lines in plant type of paddy rice(open-, spread- and broom-type) as affected by combined treatments of transplanting densities (47.62, 22.22, 15.15, 11.11 and 8.33 hills per sq. meter) and rates of fertilizer application (0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 folds of standard rate) were studied by using of the partial differentiations by planting density(D):df(D,F)/dD, fertilizer rate(F):df(D,F)/dF, and their interaction(DXF):d$^2$ f(D,F)/dDdF from the multiple regression polynominal equations. Under the condition of wider planting, the broom-type showed most prominent and sensitive responses in yield among others. Also the action of transplanting density in the broom-type were positive both at lower and higher densities. Under the lower densities, the broom-type represented positive actions both at lower and higher rates of fertilizer application. Whereas the interactions between the density and fertilizer rate under the lower densities were rather negative. To achieve the labor-saving by lower transplanting density(11-14 hills per sq. meter), the amount of fertilizer rates were estimated as 1.3-1.5 folds much of the standard in the open-type, whereas more than 1.5 folds in the broom-type. Thus, the potentials to absorb more amounts of fertilizer may explain the compensating function of the broom-type for equivalent yields of the standards at reduced transplanting densities.
Retinoic acid (RA) and dibutyryl cyclic AMP (dbcAMP) induce the differentiation of the multipotent embryonic carcinoma cell line, F9 cells, into parietal endoderm like cell. The F9 cells are highly proliferative doubling approximately 12 hourse. S Phase is predominant, lasting 10 hours and G2/M phase occupies most of the remaining cycle (2 hours) and G1 phase is nearly non-existent. In this study, we showed the effect of RA and dbcAMPon the cell cycle associated molecules (especially around G1 phase) during F9 cell differentiation. Differentiation of F9 cells was induced by the combined addition of RA ($10^{-7}M$) and dbcAMP (0.5mM), and cells were harvested daily up to 4 days. Flow cytometric analysis showed the prolongation of G1 phase around 30 hours after induction. Western blot analysis revealed that the amount of cyclin D1 and cdk2 were increased at day 4. However, histone H1 kinase activity of cdk2 was decreased. These data strongly suggest that RA and dbcAMP induce the growth arrest of F9 cells at G1 phase by decreasing the activity of cdk2, although they have increased the protein contents of cyclin D1 and cdk2. The reason for the discrepancy between the H1 kinase activity and protein contents are not clear yet.
