  • This research was conducted over four weeks from January 1, 2016 until May 30. Data was collected from self-adminstered questionnaires of dwontwon Seoul franchise restaurant customers. The data was subjected to regression analysis to analyze the impact of consumer motives on revisit intentioned. Results show that gourmet is B=0.553 (p<.001), convenient, B=0.093 (p<.05), social B=0.294 (p<.001), and showing off is B=0.085 (p<.01) consumer goods all have a significant positive influence on revisit intention. Second, a significant moderating effect of web based rumores on the relationship between consumer and franchise restaurants motives and re-visit, 0.683, F=116.279 (p<.001). The two-level models add additional explanatory power increase due to a consumer culture is 2.9% and F=26.791 (p<.001) to 'revisit' emerged as significant. Stage 3 in the gastronomic and social wealth is significant to the Web rumors was the influence of (-).

  • A numerical simulation is performed for the cooling heat transfer of a heated cylindrical pedestal by an axisymmetric jet impingement. Based on the k- $\varepsilon$- f$\sub$${\mu}$/ model of Park et at., the linear and nonlinear stress-strain relations are extended. The Reynolds number based on the jet diameter(D) is fixed at Re$\sub$D/ = 23000. The local heat transfer coefficients are compared with available experimental data. The predictions by k- $\varepsilon$-f$\sub$${\mu}$/ model are in good agreement with the experiments, whereas the standard 7- f model does not properly resolve the flow structures.

  • An experimental study is conducted to investigate the effect of two-frequency forcing on turbulent flow behind a backward-facing step at the Reynolds number of 27000 based on the step height. The forcing is provided from a thin slit located at the edge of the backward-facing step to increase mixing behind the backward-facing step and consequently to reduce the reattachment length. With single frequency forcing, the minimum reattachment length is obtained at the non-dimensional forcing frequency (F) of St$\_$h/ = 0.29. With two-frequency forcing, a subharmonic frequency (F/2) or biharmonic frequency (2F) is combined with the fundamental frequency (F), i.e. (F, F/2) or (F, 2F) forcing is applied. In the case of (F, F/2) forcing, the reattachment length is not much sensitive to the phase difference between F and F/2. However, the reattachment length significantly depends on the phase difference between F and 2F in the case of (F, 2F) forcing. At a certain range of the phase difference, the reattachment length becomes smaller than that of the single frequency forcing.

  • The purpose of this paper is to define a new class of hyperholomorphic functions spaces, which will be called $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) type spaces. For this class, we characterize hyperholomorphic weighted ${\alpha}$-Bloch functions by functions belonging to $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces under some mild conditions. Moreover, we give some essential properties for the extended weighted little ${\alpha}$-Bloch spaces. Also, we give the characterization for the hyperholomorphic weighted Bloch space by the integral norms of $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces of hyperholomorphic functions. Finally, we will give the relation between the hyperholomorphic ${\mathcal{B}}^{\alpha}_{{\omega},0}$ type spaces and the hyperholomorphic valued-functions space $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s).

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different volume ($100{\mu}l$ vs. 2 ml) of microdrop culture on B6D2F1 mice oogenesis. In the present study, B6D2F1/CrljOri $F_1$ mice were utilized in order to maximize oogenesis. Also we used TCM-199, Dulbecco's medified Eagle's medium (DMEM), embryo culture medium (Fertilization medium, Cleavage medium, Blastocyst medium), G series medium and One step medium. Blastulation rate was not different between groups ($58.4{\pm}2.9%$ vs. $61.2{\pm}4.8%$). Zona hatched rate ($38{\pm}15.4%$ vs. $27{\pm}3.4%$) and attached rate ($55{\pm}13.9%$ vs. $46{\pm}3.9%$) did not differ by the volume of culture media. Total cell numbers ($59.8{\pm}9.7$ vs. $70.3{\pm}8.7$), ICM cell numbers ($15.8{\pm}0.6$ vs. $16.8{\pm}1.5$), TE cell numbers ($44.0{\pm}9.7$ vs. $53.6{\pm}7.3$), % ICM ($26.4{\pm}2.9%$ vs. $23.8{\pm}3.3%$) and ICM:TE ratio ($1:2.8{\pm}0.4$ vs. $1:3.2{\pm}0.6$) were not different between groups (i.e., $100{\mu}l$ vs. 2 ml). These results show that the capacity of the culture medium did not effect the cell numbers of B6D2F1 mice blastocysts. In summary, these results can provide fundamental data to maximize culture condition for in vitro fertilization on B6D2F1 mice.

  • Neurokinin B (NKB) is a neuropeptide involved in the regulation of reproductive endocrine system of vertebrate animals, including fish. However, the pathway of NKB action in fish has not been clearly elucidated. In order to clarify the effect of NKB and NKF (neurokinin F) on gonadotropic hormone (GTH) gene expression in the pituitary, we studied the changes of LHβ and FSHβ gene expressions by using two different pituitary culture methods (whole pituitary culture or dispersed pituitary cell culture). Pituitaries were removed from mature female and male Nile tilapia. Changes of LHβ and FSHβ gene expressions were measured and compared after the treatment with NKB or NKF peptides at concentrations 0 to 1,000 nM. Expression of GTH genes in the whole pituitary cultures treated with NKB or NKF peptides did not show significant difference except in female at one concentration when treated with NKF. On the contrary, there were significant changes of GTH gene expressions in the dispersed pituitary cell cultures when treated with NKB and NKF peptides. These results suggest that dispersed pituitary cell culture is more relevant than whole pituitary culture in studying the function of pituitary, and that NKB and NKF could act directly on the pituitary to regulate the expression of GTH genes.

  • In this paper, we propose a compact antenna hat to perform RF compatibility testing efficiently between the launch vehicle and ground stations. The proposed structure implements a small size and low loss using the conductive shield instead of the conventional RF absorber. The S-band antenna hat, which is fabricated for an inverted-F onboard antenna with the size of $74mm{\times}13mm{\times}16mm$, has the small enclosure of $88mm{\times}35mm{\times}44mm$, the return loss of 25.6 dB, the insertion loss of 0.26 dB, and the leakage loss of 49.4 dB at the center frequency of 2.25 GHz. The simulated and measured results show a good agreement.
