Objectives: This study reports using Hyungbangsabaksan to cure Soyangin Yangdokbalban (陽毒發斑) appealing Systemic Allergic Contact Dermatitis. Methods: After diagnosing the patient showing Papuloerythematous with no blisters in the body as a Soyangin Yangdokbalban (陽毒發斑), we prescribed the patient with Hyungbangsabak-san. We compared the condition of the patient before and after medication with photo shots. Results: After treatment, Papuloerythematous which was seen with the naked eye disappeared and various skin symptoms such as itching and warmth in the flare area also improved. Conclusions: After treatment, the symptoms of the patient who after eating lacquer chicken showed improvement.

Dirofilariasis is a common parasitic disease in both domestic and wild animals around the world, with canines as the principal reservoir host and mosquitoes as the vector. Human ophthalmic dirofilariasis is an uncommon condition, but there have been reports from many parts of the world, including Africa, Australia, the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Ophthalmic involvement with Dirofilaria may present itself as periorbital, subconjunctival, orbital, or intraocular infections. In this report, we present a case of orbital dirofilariasis with lateral rectus muscle involvement. To our knowledge, this is the first orbital dirofilariasis case reported in Iran. Although debulking of the tumor usually leads to resolution, our patient showed an episode of recurrence after biopsy. Complete recovery was achieved after a spontaneous discharge, without the need for systemic medication.

This paper is about the development of automatic inspection system of welded nuts on Support hinge using machine vision for the improvement of working condition. Until now, projection welding process was performed by operator. Also, inspection of welded nuts is performed manually and recorded by the operator's naked eye. So these processes caused the produce of poorly-made articles. To improve this manual operation, inspection system using machine vision is introduced. Test algorithm, lighting system and program showed good results to the designed inspection system and led to the increment of productivity.

Relapsing polychondritis is an uncommon disorder of unknown etiology. That involves multisystem characterized by recurrent inflammation, degenerative change of multiple cartilaginous structures. The most common clinical manifestation is an auricular chondritis. Other involving systems are joint, nose, eye, larynx, trachea, aorta, heart and kidney. A 26-year-old man who complained of hoarseness and sore throat was referred to the ENT department from internal medicine department. On initial video-laryngoscopic and radiologic examination, there was no abnormal finding. Treatment with high doses of corticosteroid and methotrexate was not effective. Symptoms were aggrevated with dyspnea. Three months later, on video-laryngoscopic examination, bilateral cord fixation with swelling was noted. The radiologic finding showed subglottic stenosis due to collapse of anterior wall of cricoid cartilage. The condition was managed with tracheotomy. We report a case of relapsing polychondritis involving larynx and trachea with bilateral vocal cord palsy which was managed with tracheotomy.

A railroad has a benefit of the mass transportation of a passenger and cargo, but just a time of accident could cause a huge loss of a human life and property. Especially, a typhoon and a localized torrential downpour usually happened in summer season have caused average 38.29 times of the missing roadbed which support the railroad in recent 7 years. If a train would pass on this railroad which the roadbed was missed, there could be a huge accident and many people will die. But, the security issue is not satisfied because the method of sensing the missing roadbed is depending solely on the naked eye inspection by a person in charge. So, in this study, I would like to suggest the missing roadbed real-time sensing and train operation system to reduce the possibility of the railroad accident by controlling the operation of train when the missing roadbed condition would be sensed in the real-time system.

PHACE association is a rare neurocutaneous condition in which facial hemangiomas associate with a spectrum of posterior fossa malformations, arterial cerebrovascular anomalies, cardiovascular anomalies, and eye anomalies. We reported a case of PHACE association in a premature infant showing facial, intracranial, and oropharyngeal hemangiomas with evidence of the Dandy-Walker variant and complicated cardiovascular anomalies, including a right-sided aortic arch and an atypical patent ductus arteriosus arising from a tortuous left subclavian artery. To our knowledge, intracranial hemangiomas are rare in PHACE association, and a concomitant oropharyngeal hemangioma has not been previously reported in the PHACE association literature. In infants presenting with large, plaque-like facial hemangiomas, it is important to conduct active cardiovascular and neurological evaluations. Special attention should be given to the laryngoscopic examination to search for additional hemangiomas in the airway.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the stretching of the calf muscles on foot pressure and contact area in young adult. Participants stood on a wedge board that was sloped between 15~25 degree for 15min. After stretching participants stood quietly on force plate, result was recorded. Participants stood on a force plate for 1 min in eye closed condition, and them the foot pressure and area was recorded. The following variables were calculated off-line: anterior and posterior foot pressure and contact area, medial and lateral foot pressure and contact area. Results showed that anterior pressure change due to stretch, but mediolateral was not significant. This result suggested that stretching of the calf muscle has the effect of increasing anterior pressure by flexibility change on calf muscle, so this effects might be effective intervention for reduce of serious problem to neurologic patients in therapy session.

We have theoretically investigated the asymmetry effects on 10[Gb/s] optical duobinary transmitters from the viewpoint of the driving voltage ratios by computer simulations. For driving voltage ratios(=driving voltage/switching voltage) with smaller than 100[%], the transmission performance has been greatly affected by the asymmetry of the bandwidth of LPFs than that of the Mach-Zehnder Modulator driving voltage. On the other hand, for driving voltage ratios with 100[%], the transmission performance has been degraded by the asymmetry of the driving voltage and is not sensitive to that of the bandwidth of LPFs. For the transmission performance within 1[dB] power penalty under the asymmetry condition, the driving voltage ratio with 100[%] has performed better than the low driving voltage ratios.

The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between a chef's physical pain complaints and occupational circumstances. Cause-and-effect analysis of employees whose work was related to cooking was analyzed in relation to, - factor of cooking circumstances (kitchen condition, cooking operation, cooking allocation and distance of movement, cooking facilities) in order to ascertain possible links to physical pain. Cooking operations appeared to causes pain, especially in neck, shoulders, and legs. Cooking allocation and distance of movement, affected backache, eye-tiredness, and change of body-weight. Cooking space and facilities was related to, pain in waist, neck, shoulders, legs, arms, wrists, and back. Because cooking operations require extended concentrations and intensive effort, inappropriate occupational circumstances can lead to employees who usually suffer from accumulated.

A virtual reality technology for multipurpose numerical simulation is developed to reproduce and investigate a variety of ocean environmental problems in a 3D-Numerical Wave Tank. The governing equations for solving incompressible fluid motion are Navier-Stokes equation and continuity equation, and the Marker-Density function technique is adopted to implement the fully-nonlinear free-surface kinematic condition. The marine environmental situations, i.e. waves, currents, wind, etc., are reproduced by use of multi-segmented wavemaker on the basis of the so-called "snake-principle". In this paper, some numerical reproduction techniques for regular and irregular waves, multi-directional waves, Bull's-eye wave, wave-current, and solitary wave are presented, and a model test in motion with large amplitude of roll angle is conducted in the developed 3D-NWT, using a overlaid grid system.
