폐해수로부터 마그네슘의 분리.회수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Separation and Recovery of Magnesium from Waste Bittern)

  • The characteristics of precipitation separation and solvent extraction separation of magnesium from the waste bittern were studied experimentally In the result of precipitation separation, the size of magnesium hydroxide precipitated was not affected on pH, but decreased with increasing the precipitation temperature. The purity of magnesium oxide precipitated was increased with pH beyond pH 11. From the solvent extraction separation, the equilibrium extraction ratio of magnesium was increased with pH and temperature of extraction phase, the concentration of stripping phase, and with decreasing pH of stripping phase. The extractant of Aliquat 336 and Acid 810 mixture was more effective than that of DCH18C6 and $D_2EHPA$ mixture in the extraction separation of magnesium.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the extraction of chromium(Vl) ion in waste water through the liquid surfactant membrane with open-type Perforated Reciprocating-Plate Column. Extraction experiments were conducted to measure the effect of flow characteristics of continuous and dispersed phase and stroke velocity, sodium hydroxide concentraction in internal aqueous phase, sulfuric acid concentraction in outer phase, and residence time distribution and measured extraction velocity. The result of experiments showed that extraction velocity of chromium ion was maximum when stroke velocity was 180 1/min and dispersion phase velocity was 30m11min, continuous phase velocity was 20m1/min. Extraction velocity of chromium ion increased with increasing difference of hydrogen ion concentraction of dispersion and continuous phase and column stage decreased.

Sequential Extraction을 이용한 중금속(납.구리)과 토양 결합 기작 연구 (Characteristics of Heavy Metals In Contaminated Soil-Metal Binding Mechanism through Sequential Extraction in Soils with Lead and Copper)

  • 본 논문에서는 고농도의 중금속 (납, 구리)으로 오염된 세 가지의 토양을 대상으로 sequential extraction 방법을 사용하여 토양과 중금속의 차이에 따른 결합 특성을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 고농도의 납과 구리로 오염된 토양을 형태별로 추출하였을 때 토양의 특성과 중금속의 종류에 따라 다른 결과를 보였다. 납은 문화동 토양에서는 Carbonate 형태가 37.7%로 가장 높았고 농토는 Amorphous Fe oxide 형태가 23.9%, 공단 토양에서는 Exchangeable 형태가 22.9%로 나타났다. 이에 비하여 구리는 세 가지 토양에서 공통적으로 Organically bound 형태가 농토에서 26.1%, 문화동 토양은 20.4%. 공단 토양에서는 24.1%로 높게 나타났고 Carbonate 형태와 Amorphous Fe oxide형태의 비율도 높게 나타났다. 또한 Crystallized Fe oxide 형태와 Residuals 형태도 납보다 높은 비율을 나타냄으로서 구리가 납보다는 토양과 강한 결합을 형성하는 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 토양과 중금속의 결합 특성은 오염 토양의 복원시 유용한 자료가 될 수 있다.

복분자의 포제방법에 따른 추출물 특성 (Extraction Characteristics of Rubi Fructus in Relation to Drying Methods and Extraction Solutions)

  • 복분자의 포제에 있어 건조방법이 추출특성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 생복분자 딸기를 5분간 증자하고, 자연 양건, 적외선 건조 또는 동결건조한 다음 20 mesh 크기로 분쇄하고, 열수나 40% 에탄올(80$^circC$)로 3시간 추출한 후 추출액의 이화학적 특성 및 항산화성을 조사하였다. 가용성 고형분과 총당의 추출수율은 동결건조품에서 가장 높았고 다음으로 적외선 건조품, 양건품 순이었으며, 건조법에 무관하게 에탄올보다는 물 추출액에서 높게 나타났다. 유기산의 추출수율과 추출액의 pH는 물 추출에서는 건조방법별 차이가 없었으나 에탄올 추출에서는 동결건조품에서 다소 높고 낮은 경향을 보였다. 총페놀의 추출수율과 추출액의 유리기 소거능은 동결 건조품, 적외선 건조품, 양건품 순이었으며, 물보다 에탄올 추출에서 높게 나타났다. 동결건조품에서 L값은 가장 높았고 a와 b값은 가장 낮았으며, 물보다 에탄올 추출에서 L과 b값은 높았으나 a값은 낮게 나타났다. 이로써 복분자 포제에 있어 전통적 자연 양건보다는 적외선 및 동결건조 특히, 동결건조의 적용에 의해 품질향상이 가능하며, 또한 총가용성 성분의 추출에는 물 추출이, 항산화성 성분의 추출에는 에탄올 추출이 유리한 것으로 확인되었다.

추출방법에 따른 홍삼추출액의 사포닌 조성과 품질특성 (Ginsenoside Composition and Quality Characteristics of Red Ginseng Extracts prepared with Different Extracting Methods)

  • This study was conducted to compare the contents of ginsenoside according the water extract conditions of red ginseng. In method A, red ginseng extract was prepared at $75^{\circ}C$ for 18 hours by 1 time extraction, and method B, the preparation was done at $85^{\circ}C$ for 18 hours by 1 time extraction. In method C, the primary extract prepared at $75^{\circ}C$ for 9 hours was blended with the secondary extract prepared by re-extracting the red ginseng residue obtained after the primary extraction, at $85^{\circ}C$ for 9 hours. Method D was the same procedure as method C but the extraction temperature for the primary extraction was $85^{\circ}C$ and that for the secondary extraction was $95^{\circ}C$. The contents of total and $Rb_1$, $Rg_1$ and $Rg_3$ ginsenoside were highest in Method C. The content of prosapogenin (ginsenoside $Rg_2$, $Rg_3$, $Rb_1$ and $Rb_2$) was highest in Method B. There was no consistent tendency in Brix, pH, Hue value and absorbance among extraction methods.

아임계/초임계 유체를 이용한 콩에 포함된 Daidzein과 Genistein의 추출특성 (Characteristics of Extraction of Daidzein and Genistein in Soybean Using Sub/Supercritical Fluids)

  • 토종콩에 포함된 daidzein과 genistein을 초임계 $CO_2$와 아임계/초임계 $H_2O$를 이용하여 추출하였다. 추출액은 역상 고성능 액체 코토마토그래피(RP-HPLC)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 초임계 유체의 온도와 압력, 에탄올 농도의 변화에 따라서 비배당체의 체류시간, 체류인자, 컬럼효율, 컬럼의 선택도, 분리도를 비교하였다. 초임계 $CO_2$를 사용하였을 때, daidzein과 genistein의 추출특성은 온도와 에탄올농도의 영향을 주로 받았다. 아임계/초임계 $H_2O$를 사용하였을 때는 초임계 상태의 $400^{\circ}C$, 250 bar에서의 추출효율이 가장 우수하였다. 일반적으로 초임계 $CO_2$를 사용하는 경우, 초임계 $H_2O$에 비해서 약 10배 이상 비배당체의 추출수율이 증가하였다.

  • The characteristics of decoction water are important for the extraction of herbal drugs. In this study, the relationship between the characteristics of water and extraction efficiency of bioactive compounds from Corydalis tuber was investigated. Six different types of decoction water, including three types of mineral water from Jeju Island and three types of bottled water sold in market, were used as decoction water for the extraction of bioactive compounds from Corydalis tuber. The contents of minerals in six types of water were analyzed by ICP-AES and ICP-MS; the contents of extracted bioactive compounds were analyzed by HPLC. Multivariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the differences in total extraction and bioactive compounds extracted with six types of water. Multiple factor analysis was used to analyze the relationship among the pH, content of mineral, anion, total extractions and content of bioactive components as factors. There was a significant difference among the six types of water in the total extracts and the bioactive compounds. The results proved that the content of extracted compounds from Corydalis tuber was influenced by the types of decoction water.
