An Implementation of XML document searching system based on Structure and Semantics Similarity (구조와 내용 유사도에 기반한 XML 웹 문서 검색시스템 구축)

  • Extensible Markup Language (XML) is an Internet standard that is used to express and convert data, In order to find the necessary information out of XML documents, you need a search system for XML documents, In this research, we have developed a search system that can find documents that matches the structure and content of a given XML document, making the best use of XML structure, Search metrics take account of the similarity in tag names, tag values, and the structure of tags, After a search, the system displays the ranked results in the order of aggregate similarity, Three methods of query are provided: keyword search which is conventional; search with tag names and their values; and search with XML documents, These three methods enable users to choose the method that best suits their preference, resulting in the increase of the usefulness of the system.

  • It has become commonplace to use web-based business process systems in a variety of fields, and electronic litigation is not an exception. In electronic procedures where court records are at the core of the system, the electronic document architecture should be designed in a way that electronic documents are safely circulated and utilized on the web with a consideration of the authentication of records, particularity of cases and document security such as prevention of forgery or falsification. Based on a study of electronic formats suitable for court records, the Extensible Markup Language (XMP) for management of special case information and security requirements for circulation of electronic documents, this paper suggests an adequate architecture for electronic documents designed for electronic litigation involving constitutional matters and looks into cases where such architectures are applied. The studies in this paper will serve as a useful reference for those planning to realize web-based business process that enables exchanges of electronic documents.

Representation and Management of e-Learning Object Metadata Using ebXML (ebXML 등록저장소를 이용한 이러닝 객체 메타데이터의 표현과 관리)

  • E-learning objects should be appropriately described and classified using standard metadata for facilitating the processes of e-learning resource description, discovery and reuse. These metadata need to be published in a registry to reduce duplication of effort and enhance semantic interoperability. This paper describes how standard ebXML registries can be used for annotating, storing, discovering and retrieving e-learning object metadata. For semantic annotation of e-learning objects, IEEE LOM is adopted as the metadata ontology. In order to support the e-learning metadata ontology in interoperable ebXML registries, a mapping scheme between LOM and ebXML information model is proposed. The usefulness of standard ebXML registries for sharing e-learning metadata is demonstrated by prototyping an e-learning registry called ebRR4LOM based on the scheme.

  • Recently as the power system has been becoming massive and complicated, most of the faults bring on severe proliferation effects. Because of the complexity of the power system it is not easy to analyze faults-the calculation of current flows under fault conditions. Therefore many researches have been performed in this area. As a result of those efforts, the protective equipments for a power system have been designed to operate properly and without damage when the highest possible fault current is flowing in the power system. Most of the fault data can be also acquired from intelligent protection equipments. The fault data saved in them don't always include the fault type information. n you don't have knowledge about the fault analysis, it becomes useless. So this paper presents 3 topics to increase a reusability of them as followings. First, describes a fault data using the XML(extensible Markup Language). It would be a well-formed and valid document complied with suggested XML DTD(Document Type Definition). In this paper I suggest a standard DTD to describe the power system fault. If the XML document describes any power system faults is validated against suggested DTD, it is possible to be used in any applications. Second, sends them through the web using the XML web service. Last, presents the rapid and accurate algorithm for a fault type determination of the fault data received from the web. In the ultimate the client to request the server to analyze a fault data is provided the correct information what kind of fault is occurred.

  • Signboards are installed in different types and sizes depending on the shop characteristics. However, the local government is having difficulty managing signboards with frequent opening and closing of stores and insufficient management personnel. In this study, a methodology was proposed to standardize and efficiently manage signboard information. To this end, the signboard display method of the enforcement ordinance related to outdoor advertising was analyzed to define the attribute elements of standard signboard data. In addition, physical information of signboards was obtained through signboard recognition technology, which is a prior study, and attribute elements of signboard standard data were defined through information that can be read with the naked eye, building integration information of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and street name address. In order to standardize the signboard information by spatial characteristics, data product specifications and metadata were defined according to the national spatial information standard. Lastly, standard data for signboards were produced in XML (Extensible Markup Language) format for compatibility, and XSD (XML Schema Definition) was defined for XML integrity so that data validity could be verified. Through this, a standard data model for the informatization of signboards was designed.

  • The recently many corporations are using Decision Support System, such as on-line meetings. Those on-line meetings are getting grown .Because the on-line meetings with messenger and chatting are the best examples for overcoming space But, the on-line meetings have unavoidable weak points. The more a meeting is processed, the more point of argument is out of focus and perception of current situation is reduced. Therefore, this thesis proposes and describe that in think that pre-defined things , analysis and direction of Ontology ,then draw up a plan how to make ontology to knowledge, and, how to get out of bounds limitation that as make ontology to knowledge. And, design and implementation actual system that organize this ontological Knowledge, and then managing and summarizing visualizing them. Last after remark and consider this system in which using the ontology based on XML, and proposes conclusion and directional development point.

  • With the development of the internet technology, The on-line conference system have been producted. Now, the on-line conference system is developing for using pattern recognition system and voice recognition system. Comparing with the off-line conference, the on-line conference is excellent in free from distance limitation. But, the on-line meetings have unavoidable weak points. it is the same as the off-line conference that when the conference goes on, the content orthopedic and the content consistency is weak. So the conference members can not seize the conference flow. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the ontology concept. Design a new architecture using ontology mining technique for making the conference content and conference knowledge ontological. Then in order to inspection the new architecture, We design and implementation the new conference management system based knowledge.

  • In this paper, we propose implementation of 3D fashion show animation based on web which needs a construction of 3D fashion shopping mall. The 3D model made by 3D MAX program was exported XML type and displayed on web using ActiveX of D3D library. For the purpose of fashion show animation of 3D model in various clothes which selected by customer of shopping mall, we design the parts of standard clothes with hierarchical structure and assemble them. Next, we are mapping the various textures to them and animate 3D model in similar clothes which selected by customer on web.

  • As Graphic Information is a intuitive, simple and definite media to transfer information to human, It is widely used and deserved as a information exchange and store media. But the graphic information is so abstract that a human may misunderstand that's real meaning. So In order to transfer a Exact information to a human, a additional picture and description is needed. So, in this paper, A authoring system is suggested that it can be able to give a additional information at each region in graphic information, and to structurize relations between each region and to give linking information between each region using XML Linking Notation. In this paper, An suggested authoring system is implemented to support a authoring facility which is to display graphical information of CGM(Computer Graphic Metafile) and BMP, and to define structural information by selecting each region of graphics image on screen directly, and to save that structural information and linking information with XML Linking notation, and to support a browsing facility which to find hot spot using a structurized graphic information and then to show a proper graph.

  • XML is the most widely used document format by advantage that self-contained for platform. So, currently the most used among other document format. but XML appeared new problem that memory and transmission. And that be used in environment a request restriction memory and fast transmission as like mobile field. Although discussion of XML binarization is going on progress. And fast Infoset configuration using XML Information Set is receiving attention that a way to lower file size of hold down a existing usage. In this paper, we designed of module using fast Infoset and PER among ASN.1 Encoding Rule for XML binarization. And we implementation of encoder constructed interlace by stage of translation from XML into binary XML.
