The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of policy in Jeju, using a macro-economic forecasting model of Jeju. First, the model's reality explanatory power improved by updating its statistics to 2017 and expanding new policy variables and modules. Also, the industrial structure of the model was further subdivided and extended to be considered simultaneously in the demand side of Keynesian theory. Second, it was determined that the predictive power for the model of this study was better than that of the existing model. However, with some endogenous variables, it was possible to identify implications that should be developed and considered when the model is improved with additional data in the future. Third, when the second airport construction was considered, it was observed that its effect was an increase of 1.25 times for GRDP, 1.2 times for employment, 1.48 times for private consumption, and 2.06 times for investment. Also, the economic growth rate was estimated to be 1.6% point higher than when the second airport was not constructed. Finally, the results of this study are expected to be used for policy decision making of the Jeju Government.

The biggest change in the field of coastal ship safety control since the accident of passenger ship Sewol has been the introduction of the maritime safety supervisor system. With its introduction, the safety control system in coastal passenger ships was changed from consisting of operation managers and marine police to operation managers and a newly-introduced maritime safety supervisor. The safety control system for coastal cargo ships was also converted from relying on ship inspection officers to having a maritime safety supervisor and ship inspection officers. However some negative elements have surfaced due to confusion related to the scope of work in the coastal cargo shipping field. These have been caused by dividing the supervisory agency, a lack of work continuity given non-permanent public official status, low supervisor qualifications overlooking reality, and limitations of the order for improvement to secure seaworthiness. It is essential that the maritime safety supervisor system be solidified to reinforce coastal ship safety control. Therefore, systematic safety control in the coastal cargo shipping industry should be conducted by a single, integrated government agency, and the area covered by the order for improvement to secure seaworthiness should be extended. Also limitations of the supervisor recruitment system due to non-permanent public official status should be simultaneously improved. In addition, it is necessary to upgrade supervisor qualifications to require experience with surveyors of international class, ship captains, and chief engineers.

Due to the popularization of the Extended Reality, research is actively underway to implement human motion in real-time 3D animation. In particular, Microsoft developed Kinect cameras for 3D motion information can be obtained without the burden of facilities and with simple operation, real-time animation can be generated by combining with 3D formats such as FBX. Compared to the marker-based motion capture system, however, Kinect has low accuracy due to its lack of estimated performance of joint information. In this paper, two algorithms are proposed to correct joint estimation errors in order to realize natural human motion in motion capture animation system in Kinect camera-based FBX format. First, obtain the position information of a person with a Kinect and create a depth map to correct the wrong joint position value using the human body segment length constraint information, and estimate the new rotation value. Second, the pre-set joint motion range constraint is applied to the existing and estimated rotation value and implemented in FBX to eliminate abnormal behavior. From the experiment, we found improvements in human behavior and compared errors between algorithms to demonstrate the superiority of the system.

This paper critically examines the existing discourses about 'relationship', a key element of social work practice and questingly examines Lao-tzu's work of Tao Te Ching, the book of way and virtue, as an alternative theoretical framework for social work relationship. Compared to current discourses of relationship beleaguered by either modernism or postmodernism, both of which are in the deadlock of binary perspective, the insights and vision in Tao Te Ching are successfully able to overcome the limits of them and provide new and profound way of thinking about human, society and their relationship. Especially core cannons crystallized by natural humanistic concepts for cosmos coupled with innate critical power against artificial manipulations of world can extend the horizon of understanding concerning the relationship between client and social workers and therefore provide a new and attractive roles in professional relationship. Moreover, opposed to usual images of Lao-tzu's ideas such as nihilism and passivity, alternative relationship of social work can play an important role of caring the disordered reality where Dao disappered and criticise the selfish desires of individuals and comport the broken-hearted minds in modern society. In addition, results of this paper implies that more extended study articulating ideas of Tao Te Ching with the social work practice would have lots of potentials to promote later researches in quest of 'Korean' social work practice.

The starting point of this discussion resides in the 'eyes' of mirror in a sense of seeing the self reflected in a mirror. The meaning of mirror has been evolved over the centuries while strengthening its sense of identity by bringing up some questions for resemblance, reproduction, self-reflection and reality. A mirror has also extended its vision and provided with a range of images that the self can't have. In this regard, looking into a mirror has been a sustained focus of attention by creating another ostensible being of self-image. This shows the two sides of mirror, which reveals an ambiguous gap between substance and illusion. An excessive immersion in a reflected image in a mirror is intensified and expressed today. The eyes of mirror consisting of a complex dual structure show relations between a person who sees and a person who is seen, which draws a hazy line of demarcation between the subject and the object. This opens up the possibility of the world of chiasme, where you could face all the aspects being from the eyes of others. Furthermore, the meaning of the reflection in a mirror has formed a creative discourse as an enigmatic medium that creates a variety of 'eyes' in various forms of aesthetic expression like paintings and literature. I accordingly suggest that the 'eyes of mirror' is the ambiguous 'eyes of human being' reflected in two territories of the world. Therefore, I will present the historical development of the perspective on the mirror to take a concrete approach in which it opens up the reflective structure of resemblance through a series of examples projected onto the literary and artistic productions. This study will serve as ruminations on the fact that your life is being existent in 'chiasme' of mutual entanglement between the self and the world by investigating relations between a person who sees and a person who is seen, in other words, relations between the perceiving subject and the eyes of others reflected in a mirror.

According to F. Nietzsche and A. N. Whitehead, the fatal error of the modern Western ontology is to mistakenly assume that the structure of reality is the same as the structure of language, and to misplace the fictional linguistic subject as a realistic subject. This fictional concept of the subject is the concept of person. This paper will analyze how this fictional concept of person forms the basis for the development of modern finance. The historical period and place of analysis of the paper is England in the late 17th century. At this time and place, the modern form of banking began, and the concept of person was developed philosophically by English intellectuals, especially by John Locke. And at the same time, joint-stock companies and the English nation state acquired their independent abstract personhood. The fictional concept of person has reduced social relations to "exclusive property rights" and "creditor-debtor relations," and this reduction forms the ontological basis of modern finance. In modern finance where property rights and creditors' rights are mixed, property owners excercise exclusive property rights but avoid responsibility for the exercise by being transformed to creditors. Furthermore, property owners' privilege were extended when the modern groups-joint-stock companies and the nation state-who are endowed with eternal and independent personhood are reduced to debtors for the property owners.

For the security of a vast amount of information, it has been started to diagnose the site as a way of operating and managing the information owned by a company holding assets, to establish indexes to check the actual status and all kinds of standards to obtain security, and also to classify the information assets based on that. This has been extended to many different areas including policies to operate and manage information assets, services, the management of owned devices as physical assets, and also the management of logical assets for application software and platforms. Some of these information assets are already being operated in reality as new technology in new areas, for example, Internet of Things. Of course, a variety of electronic devices like Smart Home are being used in ordinary families, and unlike in the past, these devices generate a series of information life cycles such as accumulating and processing information. Moreover, as even distribution is now being realized, we are facing a task to secure the stability of information assets and also information that assets are holding. The purpose of this study is to suggest and apply standard security policy by moduling methods for information assets owned by companies and even families and obtain the enhancement of confidentiality as well as integrity.

'Saiee', which could mean between, intra- and inter-, is a crucial topic in theatre as theatre has tension between actor and audience, reality and illusion, and everyday life and extraordinary life. Especially, it is interesting that the function of 'Saiee' is connected to extension and application of drama and theatre such as educational theatre, dramatherapy and applied drama/theatre. Such works are expected to educational or therapeutic effects, thus concern and support, demand and supply of these works is getting increased. However, it is true that researches on spirit, aesthetic and direction of these works are not sufficient, compared to quantitative increase and diversity. This study will explore Boal's Theatre of the Oppressed(TO from the below), which is key theory and technique of applied drama/theatre field with viewpoint of 'Saiee' theatre to look at spirit, aesthetic and direction of this field. Saiee's energy could observe the object with distance(distance), form the relationship with that object(inter) and create new circumstance through that relationship(intra). And Boal's TO tried to Saiee's theatre by using Saiee's dynamics variously. It bases on the phenomenon of metaxis. Boal's TO believes that drama/theatre is unique nature and ability of human being, that is to say, it is based on Homo Theatrum, human plays and does theatre. Therefore, the participant of Boal's TO is extended to everyone in everyday life. This activity is not only individual work to find his/her identity but also solidarity and possibility to change society which they belong to. It is the dynamics of 'Saiee' to make this possible. Boal's TO thinks that relationship and balance between individuality and sociality is important. The way of conversation in Boal's TO includes questioning, listening and communication. Unfamiliarity or distance of 'Saiee' makes interest in other people and question about them. Questioning through theatre and concern on other beings to search for the answer (this is listening), would be new relationship(and possibility) to extend him/herself. The communication and relationship leads to possibility and ability to create another world. This is the function of 'inter-' and 'intra-' in theatre of 'Saiee'. Lastly, it is various that Boal's TO as 'Saiee' theatre uses the dynamics of 'Saiee'. The diversity of technique comes from the application to humans in every moment and every time. To apply 'Saiee's aesthetic actively, concern and research on people 'now and here' should be proceed.

This article empirically explores the impact of minijobs in the wake of the Hartz reform in Germany on women's employment relationship. Theoretically it is of great significance to examine whether the minijobs play an active role as a bridge in leading the minijobbers to regular, socially secured jobs or not. Several interviews as well as secondary data I could get during my sabbatical in 2015 were used to test the theory. One of the main findings was the fact that the minijob labor market opened doors wide for women in Germany, particularly for career-interrupted women, students or pensioners. However, the minijob can easily become a trap of lowest income and poverty for women. Most women minjobbers cannot go over to regular, socially secured jobs. Especially in terms of collective industrial relations, it considerably damages the power of industrial unions and the legal binding force of collective agreement. In conclusion, this study makes it clear that the labor market segmentation theory rather than the transitional labor market theory is valid in accounting for the reality of minijob in Germany. In other words, the minijob in Germany has a Toijan Horse Effect. It also suggests, from a practical viewpoint, that German industrial unions or works councils organize the minijobbers and that the coverage of collective agreements be extended to the minijobbers. Consequently, the time-selective part-timer model put into practice in Korea in 2014 is not only invalid but also undesirable.

The advent of realistic technologies such as AR has extended the interaction area from the computer environment to the offline space. As demand is expected to increase in the future, the need for study on interactive storytelling that mediates online and offline is emerging. This study proposes a storytelling structure to achieve a balance between interactivity and narrativity in interactive narrative characterized by online and offline mediation. According to a case study of ARG and AR games based on Henry Jenkins' theory of 'Environmental Storytelling', there should be a balance between the space designed by the game designer and the space created by the player's interaction, and the roles should be properly distributed in both online and offline spaces to contribute to the formation of narrative together. In addition, it is necessary to borrow the characteristics of ARG that achieves a balance of interactivity and narrativity based on offline spatiality. The significance of this study is to expand the area of interactive storytelling, which has been discussed centering on online, to offline, and to suggest the interaction area as a factor to consider. In addition, as a basic study related to storytelling that mediates online and offline, it is expected to provide a direction for the development of content based on realistic technologies.
