  • Digital manufacturing(DM) is the ability to describe every aspect of the design-to-manufacture process digitally-using tools that include digital design, CAD, office documents, PLM(Product Life-cycle Management) systems, analysis software, simulation, CAM software and so on. The major automotive companies are already deeply invested in DM with almost every process being digital rather than paper-based. But it has taken a long time for the digital process to mature into something usable and there have been some major barriers that have prevented from the DM becoming a reality. Thus many companies hesitate to make a decision of implementing the DM. This paper deals with a study investigating which factors are important for implementing the DM to industries successfully. The extended technology acceptance model (ETAM) is used as the relation model of cause and effect. The quality of hardware, the quality of software, the range of collaboration among companies and the preference of the user are defined as the external factors. Interview method is used for gathering input data, and the results are analyzed with SPSS. The results indicate that four external factors are effective on the successful implementation of DM, and the perceived usefulness is most important.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 새로운 컴퓨팅 기술이고 조직에서는 정보자원을 전략적으로 관리할 수 있게 하는 수단을 제공한다. 사용자 관점에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 원격의 어플리케이션에 접근하고, 데이터를 저장하며, 개인간 협업을 지원하는 등의 이슈를 수반한다. 조직에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 효과적으로 적용되기 위해서는 우선 사용자의 채택이 전제조건이다. 본 논문에서 우리는 개인차원의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 수용을 설명하기 위하여 기존의 UTAUT 모형을 수정하고 확장한 모형을 제안하고, 설문 데이터를 이용하여 이 모형의 타당성을 검정한다.

모바일 IPTV 서비스의 지속적인 이용의도에 대한 영향요인 (Influencing Factors of Continuous Use Intention of Mobile IPTV Service)

  • As smartphones and tablets are drastically spreading, mobile IPTV service becomes very important emerging issue in addition to existing DMB broadcasting, and the consumption of personalized multimedia services is increasing in the mobile Internet environment. While the previous research focuses on influencing factors of the initial acceptance intention of the mobile IPTV Service, this study intends to find the factors that affect continuous use intention of the mobile IPTV service which has become one of core services in the mobile environment. The research model and the hypotheses of this study could be derived on the basis of four referent theories (that is, mobile service quality model (MOBISQUAL), post acceptance model (PAM), expectation confirmation theory (ECT) and extended technology acceptance model (ETAM)). In order to empirically test the hypotheses, the field survey was conducted for 278 respondents. Twelve ones of fifteen hypotheses were found to be statistically significantly adopted from the results of structural equation model analyses using Smart PLS 3.0. The theoretical contribution of this study is to empirically investigate the factors that affect the continuous use intention of mobile IPTV service. And the practical contribution is to provide the implementation guidelines of managing the service quality to enhance the competitive power of mobile IPTV business.

메타분석을 활용한 통합기술수용모형의 개선 연구: KCI 등재 논문 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) Improvement using Meta-Analysis: Focused on Analysis of Korea Citation Index(KCI)-Listed Researches)

  • 통합기술수용모형(UTAUT)은 기술수용모형(TAM, Technology Acceptance Model)의 한계점을 개선하기 위해 8가지의 기존 이론을 종합하여 제시된 것으로, 최근 신기술의 수용 및 확산과 관련된 다양한 분야에서 활용되어지고 있다. 본 연구는 메타분석을 통하여 UTAUT를 이용한 연구의 주요요인에 대해 분석과 연구모형의 일관성에 대한 검증을 하였다. 이를 통해 주요요인의 관계와 추가적 요인에 대한 결과를 제시하고 해석하였다. 아울러 선행연구와의 비교분석을 통해 차이점과 시사점을 제시하였다. 메타분석 결과, 추가적 요인으로 만족감, 쾌락동기, 태도, 지각된 즐거움이 중요한 것으로 분석되었으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로 확장된 UTAUT 모형을 제시하였다. 또한, 국내 연구의 경우 행동의도를 높이는 활동이 실제 행동으로 이어지는데 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 신기술이나 신제품의 수용 및 확산을 연구하는 연구자 및 신제품을 출시하고자 하는 기업에 도움을 제공할 것으로 예상한다.

리테일 서비스 로봇의 소비자 수용에 관한 연구 (Consumer acceptance of retail service robots)

  • Building on Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model(TRAM), the study aimed to examine how technology readiness affects consumers' perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and risk, which in turn predict their intention to use retail service robots. Specifically, the study proposed that technology readiness motivators (optimism and innovativeness) would influence perceived ease of use and usefulness, while technology readiness inhibitors (discomfort and insecurity) would affect perceived risk. The study further examined if the perception factors (ease of use, usefulness, and risk) contribute to intention to use retail service robots. A survey method was used with data collected from Korean consumers. The final sample size was 418. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. Findings of the study revealed that technology readiness motivators positively affected perceived ease of use and usefulness while innovativeness had no impact on usefulness. All the inhibitors increased perceived risk. Lastly, as hypothesized, perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and risk predicted intention to use retail service robots. This study extended the retail technology literature by applying and validating TRAM to the context of consumer acceptance of retail service robots. The study further helped marketers and retailers by highlighting the importance of technology readiness in improving consumer perceptions and responses towards retail service robots.

빅데이터 시스템의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 수용조직의 환경요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Organization's Environment on Acceptance Intention for Big Data System)

  • Big data has become a worldwide topic. Despite this, big data accurately understand and acquire the business to take advantage of companies that were only very few. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that effect Korean firm's adopting big data system. Empirical test was conducted to verify hypotheses using extended technology acceptance model and we analyzed factors which affect the behavioral intention of big data System. Based upon previous researches, we have selected organization innovation, organization slank, organization information system infra maturity, perceived benefits of big data system, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention as variables and proposed a research model based on survey questionnaires. From those, we drew that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influenced the behavioral intention. The results of this study will increase the users' awareness on big data system and contribute to develop a way to enable the introduction of new technologies.

모바일 영상통화서비스의 지속적인 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analyzing Influential Factors of Sustainable Consumption Behavior in Mobile Videophone Services)

  • 본 연구는 TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)를 이용하여 모바일 영상통화서비스의 지속적인 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. SPSS 12.0을 이용한 데이터 분석 결과는 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용용이성, 영상통화 품질, 집중, 주변인의 영상통화 이용정도가 지속적인 모바일 영상통화서비스 이용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 조절효과로서 주변인의 영상전화기 보유와 이용 정도, 요금, 품질, 프라이버시와 지속적 이용간의 관계는 모두 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this paper, we investigated the factors affecting the intention to use smartphone banking with a research model based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) extended to include security risk, trust, and self-efficacy. With analysis after controlling factors such as age, gender, and previous experience of smartphone banking that may have effects, we conclude that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security risk, and trust have direct effect on the intention to use smartphone banking, and self-efficacy has indirect effect on the intention to use through mediation of perceived ease of use. We performed a study to check the validity of TAM in the context of smartphone banking, and confirmed that perceived ease of use has both direct and indirect effect on the intention to use.

확장된 기술수용모델을 적용한 스마트관광 콘텐츠 사용의도에 관한 연구: 국립중앙박물관 방문객을 중심으로 (A Study on Intention to Use of Smart Tourism Contents through Extended Technology Acceptance Model: Case of Visitors to the National Museum of Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 확장된 기술수용모델을 적용하여 박물관 방문객의 스마트관광 콘텐츠 사용의도를 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 국립중앙박물관 방문객을 편의표본추출법으로 표본을 추출하여 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 가설검정을 위해 확인적 요인분석과 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 국립중앙박물관 실감영상관의 정보품질은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 수용성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 박물관의 스마트관광 활성화를 위해서 관람객들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 사용하기 편리한 디지털 어플리케이션을 개발해야 함을 시사하고 있다.

빅데이터 시스템 도입을 위한 통합모형의 연구 : TOE, DOI, UTAUT를 기반으로 (A Study on an Integrative Model for Big Data System Adoption : Based on TOE, DOI and UTAUT)

  • Data are dramatically increased and big data technology is spotlighted innovative technology among the latest information technologies. Organizations are interested in adoption of big data system to analyze various data format and to identify new business opportunity. The purpose of this study is to build a unified model for a system adoption through analysis of impact that affects behavioral intention and usage behavior of using big data. This study in addition to Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE), that is used the introduction of organizational studies, and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) have implemented an extended unified model including the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) that is usually used in personal level adoption study. The hypothesis was set up after implementing research model, and then got 411 effective survey data to target the member of organizations. As a result, all models (UTAUT, TOE, DOI) are affect to behavioral intention and usage behavior. It is verified that the suggested unified model was appropriate.
