The purpose of the present study was to examine the causal model of nurses' organizational commitment. Based on literature review and Fishbein's behavioral intentions model ((Fishbein, 1967;Fishbein & Ajzen. 1975), the organizational commitment was conceptualized within a motivational framework that mediate between antecedents variables and outcome variables. Antecedent variables were pay, promotional chances, continuing education opportunity, rigidity of the administration, paticipative decision making, latitude, group support, role conflict, work load, need for achievement, experience and pride for professional nursing. Outcome variable was turnover intention. The subjects were 373 nurses who were working at 2 large general hospitals located in Seoul. It represents a response rate of 94%. Data for this study was collected from August 29 to September 22 in 1997 by Questionnaire. Path analysis with LISREL 7.16 prigram was used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to data and to examine the causal relationships among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently. It needs to be notified, however, that path analysis can not count measurement errors; measurement error can attenuate estimates of coefficient and explanatory power. Nontheless the model revealed considerable explanatory power for organizational commitment (58%). pride for professional nursing (50%) and turnover intention(40%). In predicting nurses' organizational commitment. the findings of this study clearly demonstrated 'the pride for professional nursing' might be the most important variables of all the antecedent variables. Group support. role conflict, need for achievement were also found to be important determinants for the organizational commitment and turnover intention. The result showed experience might be a predictor for 'pride for professional nursing' and 'turnover intention' but not 'organizational commitment'. 'Rigidity of the administration' and latitude were also found to have important roles in predictor for the organizational commitment, while participative decision making might have an impact on turnover intention. On the other hand promotional chance had an influence on all the outcome variables, while pay only on turnover intention. In predicting turnover intention, the result clearly revealed 'the pride for professional nursing' and 'organizational commitment' might be the most powerful predictors among all the variables. Theses results were discussed, including directions for the future research and practical implications drawn from the research were suggested.
I examined throughout where Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung(邪氣藏府病形) was shown. It is shown in many books, such as Young Chu(靈樞), Kab Eul Kyung(甲乙經), Nan Kyung(難經), Yu Kyung(類經), etc. Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung got its name by how its contents pointed to the mechanism of getting harmed by Sa Gi(邪氣), and the forms of diseases which were led from five organs and six hollow viscera getting harmed by Sa Gi(邪氣). Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung is divided into three chapters which are divided altogether into nine sections. The first chapter is on the mechanism of Sa Gi(邪氣)' s harming the five organs and the six hollow viscera. Going into details, it discusses that Sa Gi has got two different ways which are divided into Yum Yang(陰陽) to harm the organs and the hollow viscera. Next, it discusses how faces can endure the cold that well. The second chapter is on the essences such as symptoms, face colors, shapes of pulse, and conditions on the interior part of the elbow. In the first section, it discusses how figures, colors and pulses relate together. In the second section, it discusses different diseases have different pulses and conditions on the interior part of the elbow. The third section is on forms of diseases in five organs and six hollow viscera. The third chapter is on acupuncture. The first section is about acupuncturing six channels. The second is about acupuncture points which is compared to the sea by its function. The third is about the forms of diseases with discussing symptoms and acupuncture points. The forth is about the essence of acupuncture. The ten different pulses of each five organs, and the masses of five organs in Nan Kyung(難經), and Jang Bu Mak Jin Beob(臟腑脈診法) in Eu Hak Yib Moon(醫學入門) are based on 'The six different pulses of each five organs' which is shown in the third section, second chapter. Besides, it plays an important role in study and it can play an important role as well in doctoring such as inspecting, taking pulses and so on. Thus, I found Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung worth while to study. But, Sa Gi Gang Boo Gyung Hyung was written in ancient letters and was omitted in many parts, which led successive doctors to write different explanatory notes. Thus, I researched the exact meaning through successive explanatory notes.

This was a descriptive study to investigate the effect of social support and resilience on sick role behaviors of hemodialysis patients, and aims to provide base data on nursing intervention programs for improving the sick role behaviors of hemodialysis patients. The study subjects was patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis treatment at a general hospital in D city. The final analysis has been made on 131 questionnaires. The average of social support score was $3.93{\pm}0.84$, and resilience score was $2.67{\pm}0.80$. At last sick role behavior score was $3.99{\pm}0.80$. According to the analysis on the correlations among the study subjects' social support, resilience and sick-role behaviors, the social support had statistically and significantly positive correlation. In regression analysis, frequency of dialysis, social support and resilience have appeared to be the variables influencing sick role behavior, and the explanatory power of this model is 44.0%.

This study analyzes the role of the Sorting Hat in structuring the identity of the characters in the Harry Potter series written by J. K. Rowling. In the different stages of adolescence, one explores and re-establishes one's identity. One's sense of identity is determined by the commitments made regarding personal and social traits. However, it is difficult to establish a concrete identity formation process theory that is communicable to adolescents. In Harry Potter, the characters' identities are reflected upon the Sorting Hat and are continuously molded throughout the book. The Sorting Hat provides nurturing experiences based on temperament. Based primarily on their temperament, it sorts the students into four houses, each with their own distinct characteristics. Once sorted, the houses become the living and learning communities in which the students share the same dormitory and classes until their graduation. Within the community, the students seek connections, supportive relationships, and understanding within the group. The taking on of the group identity is an explanatory variable in the formation of individual identity. The Sorting Hat provides the students with stability and a safe boundary. After being sorted based on their temperament, the inexperienced and immature adolescents can explore different options under the guidance of the Hat before making a definite commitment. By presenting them with an appropriate environment (such as a mentor, friend, or family member), the Hat further shapes their identity and integrates the identity elements ascribed in the beginning. By providing experiences and interactions based on their unique temperament and environment, the Sorting Hat plays a crucial role in establishing the students' identities. The Sorting Hat can be an ideal model for finding one's identity during adolescence.
This study aims to examine the influence of the philanthropic experience on the giving intention. There are many precedent studies arguing this influence but the empirical results are mixed or sometimes contradictory. We stipulate that this could be resolved by introducing the mediating variables such as trust and positive attitudes towards NGOs. Results of the empirical analysis based on the 189 person living in Seoul area show that philanthropic experience directly influence the giving intention, and it exert an influence on the giving intention directly through the trust and positive attitudes towards NGOs. And it is shown that the indirect effect produced by the mediating variables and process in less than the direct effect. Results support precedent studies emphasizing the important role of the philanthropic experience in the giving intention, and shed light on the process through which philanthropic experience determines the giving intention. A practical implication might be that we have to do a great effort to experience philanthropic activities in one's early age, and a theoretical implication be that researchers need to pay attention to find another mediating variables having explanatory power.

We analyzed how the features in plasma information based virtual metrology (PI-VM) for SiO2 etching depth with variation of 5% contribute to the prediction accuracy, which is previously developed by Jang. As a single feature, the explanatory power to the process results is in the order of plasma information about electron energy distribution function (PIEEDF), equipment, and optical emission spectroscopy (OES) features. In the procedure of stepwise variable selection (SVS), OES features are selected after PIEEDF. Informative vector for developed PI-VM also shows relatively high correlation between OES features and etching depth. This is because the reaction rate of each chemical species that governs the etching depth can be sensitively monitored when OES features are used with PIEEDF. Securing PIEEDF is important for the development of virtual metrology (VM) for prediction of process results. The role of PIEEDF as an independent feature and the ability to monitor variation of plasma thermal state can make other features in the procedure of SVS more sensitive to the process results. It is expected that fault detection and classification (FDC) can be effectively developed by using the PI-VM.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between parenting behaviors and parental insights by examining the effects of parental insights in addition to the main variables found to explain parenting behaviors through previous studies. In addition to the parental insight, this study examined the influence of past childhood experiences(perceived parenting behavior, family of origin' health) and parenting experience (marital satisfaction, parental role satisfaction) in current life. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis of 202 mothers of middle school students, all of the input variables were found to explain the parenting behavior significantly. In particular, parental insight was proved to have significant explanatory power on affection, rejection, regulation, and independence-oriented behavior among the sub-factors of parenting behavior except overprotective. Finally, the implications of this study and future research directions were discussed.

The Internet and digital devices have become an important part of life among the youth (age 17-24) of today. During the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, Internet use in youth increased by 19.3%, with an average usage of 11.6 hours per day. Youths gain a lot of opportunities from the Internet, but, it also exposes them to various risks. Therefore, there is a need for measures to make the Internet a safe place for youth, in a balanced way that addresses opportunities alongside risks, through digital literacy. It is expected that through digital literacy, youths can take advantage of online opportunities, without being subjected to any dangers. This study aims to examine the relationship between the digital literacy, online opportunities, and online risks of young people, while at the same time examining the influence of digital literacy on those online risks and opportunities. This study employed the quantitative study approach (explanatory study). Cross-sectional surveys and structured questionnaires were used for data collection. The results showed that youth's (age 17-24) monthly expenses, age, and education levels were important factors for digital literacy and online opportunity; also, the digital literacy variable plays an important role and affects online risk and opportunity positively. Digital literacy has a greater influence on online opportunities than it has on online risks. As youths spend more time online, they become more digitally literate, which can enable them to benefit more from new technology. Unfortunately, those with greater digital literacy cannot find a way to avoid risks while seeking opportunities.

This research tests the effects of institutional pressures, the use of performance measurement systems and accountability, and moderation effects of human resource capability between institutional pressures and the use of performance measurement systems in the Local Government institutions in Indonesia. The research aims to provide empirical evidence both quantitatively and qualitatively that isomorphism institutional pressures occurred in the scope of implementation of the performance measurement system and accountability in the public sector organizations and to show the importance of human resource capability enhancement in reducing external pressure impact. In addition, it tries to develop the correlation model of institutional pressures, human resource capability, implementation of the performance measurement system, and accountability of public sector organizations. The research used mixed methods with sequential explanatory design. The data collection used surveys and interviews in 209 regency/Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java local governments as samples. The research result indicated that the institutionalization process of the performance measurement is influenced by institutional pressures, especially coercive and mimetic pressures. Human resource capability was unable to weaken institutional pressures effects in the performance measurement system implementation. The research also proved that the use of a performance measurement system was able to improve local government institution accountability.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of financial ratios and macroeconomics on Islamic stock returns listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) other than to assess whether investment risk can be an intervening variable in this study. The type of research is explanatory in nature with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used is based on secondary sources with a sample group of 29 companies listed on JII for a 5-year period ending 31 December 2018. The data obtained were analyzed by using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with AMOS (Analysis Moment of Structural) 21 program. The results of the study show that only financial ratios affect sharia stock returns and investment risk, while the mediation test found that investment risk does not act as a mediating variable between financial ratios and macroeconomics and Islamic stock return. These findings indicate that the role of the company's financial health is very important. Besides affecting the rate of return obtained, the company's financial health can also reflect the level of risk that investors will accept in the future. By improving financial performance properly, a company will have a positive impact on various interested parties and minimize the level of investor losses.
