People are making efforts multilaterally to create agricultural landscape beautifully. Still in farming villages, however, large-scale facilities or houses are disharmonized with natural environment because of their outer colors, mostly primary colors, not considering natural environment. The main study is done on experts' color perception. Investigation about perception of color experts ' view according to the existence of the energy business based on the color to set the direction of the rural landscape in the future. The result of the study shows that the image of the rural area is not reflected well, and the symbolic color of the rural landscape is the reverse image according to the energy business. The rural village's image in the future, "Harmonious", "Natural", "Rural" were higher Figure. There were the most important and harmony with nature. Based on such future harmony with nature in the color planning The colors match and is expected to be the color within the scope. Lack of awareness in the current farming town scenery is unsatisfactory. Awareness about the need for further improvement was higher. Therefore, color according to a harmony with nature images in accordance with the type of farming model should be planned.

연구목적:본 연구의 목적은 위험 지식/지각 증진을 위하여 개발된 어플리케이션(KNOWRISK)의 구성과 기능을 소개하고 본 어플리케이션의 사용성 평가 결과를 바탕으로 문제 및 요구사항을 파악 및 결정하는 것이다. 연구방법: 어플리케이션 사용자와 관련 전문가 43명을 대상으로 MARS를 활용하여 평가를 진행하였다. 연구결과: 전체 평균 4.074점으로 만족스러운 평가 점수를 받았고 전문가와 사용자 간에 평가 점수에 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 높은 점수는 사용하기 쉬움이 4.47이었고, 비용 지불 사용이 2.88점으로 가장 낮았다. 결론: 본 연구 결과는 모바일 어플리케이션을 이용한 위험지식 증가와 안전행동 증진 노력이 근로자의 산업재해를 예방하고 안전관리에 효과적이고 효율적인 전략으로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

InnovVizwas designed and developed anew as avisualization and simulationtool to present innovation and strategy information. The InnovViz system employs two key types of technology, namely mixed reality (MR) and neural network (NN). An experiment was conducted to examine the usability, acceptance and possible adoption of this new system. Participants comprised 4 experts from 4 top performing entrepreneurial firms and 161 master degree students from 2 leading universities. The study used a modified UTAUT model and a cognition and perception model. The results revealed that when the InnovViz was introduced, the key drivers to adoption are Facilitating Conditions (FC) and Voluntary to Use (VOL). Adequate knowledge and sufficient resources were found to strongly affect FC construct. The expert's rating of a firm's innovation and performance was more congruent with senior students with a technology-background than with a finance and accounting-background. InnovViz was seen as providing complex information with an ease of use and usefulness for showing data and assessment. Among the three types of visuals depicted by InnovViz, experts rated their usefulness in descending order as follows: Cube, Tetrahedron and Saturn. Finally, experts found backward simulation to be slightly more useful for assessment than forward simulation.

본 연구에서는 해외의 주요 도서관 컨소시엄의 운영현황과 특성에 대하여 선진국의 도서관 컨소시엄 전문가를 직접 면담하고 자료를 수집하고 비교 분석하였다. 조사결과, 해외 도서관 컨소시엄들은 구성 목적, 조직, 재원, 기능 등에 있어서 각각의 독특한 특성을 가지고 있었으며, 컨소시엄별 전문가들의 인식에도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전문가들은 공통적으로 도서관 컨소시엄의 가치를 정보가격 협상력으로 인식하고 있었으며 정보가격 인상의 대안으로 OA(Open Access)를 지목하였다. 본 연구에서는 해외 도서관 컨소시엄 운영에 관한 이해를 돕고자 하였다.

Cognitive map is used for structuring and analyzing complex and unstructured decision environments, and it is a tool for graphically representing interrelationships among a variety of factors. It is a representation of the subjective perception of individual decision maker. Usually it is constructed by a number of experts at group level. This paper presents the technique of building an accurate cognitive map through several tests about the preliminary generated one. This paper also proposes an approach for aggregating the causal intensities of multiple experts.

The purpose of this study is to help Counseling & Coaching(C&C) service and marketing by understanding C&C professionals' perception about the fourth industrial age. The qualitative research method of phenomenology was utilized in this study. In-depth personal interviews of 5 C&C Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the C&C service setting were conducted using the records from May, 2018 to July, 2018. Content analysis was done using the Colaizzi' phenomenological method. The results based on the data analysis, 20 descriptive statements and 5 themes were confirmed. The 5 themes were as followed; 'A growing interest', 'Psychological burden of change' 'New hope through convergence', 'Do not move to action', and 'Think about new strategies'. This study helps to recognize counseling coaching professionals who are preparing for the fourth industrial age. The results can be used as a starting point for identifying the knowledge ecosystem and activating the counseling coaching service in the fourth industrial age.

Business analysis is a key factor of project success or failure in information systems. However, there are few studies on business analysis competencies. The objective of this paper is to identify which competencies a business analyst (BA) needs, and analyze the importance weights and priorities of business analysis competencies. Literature review yielded 6 competency dimensions and 30 competencies. Based on interviews with 12 experts and analytic hierarchy process analysis, the relative importance weight and priority of each business analysis competency were analyzed. Moreover, an importance-perception gap between stakeholders in different positions was identified. This result can be used as selection and development criteria for superior BAs that are responsible for solving business problems using information systems solutions.

Weak competencies in urban local bodies (ULBs) for implementing public private partnership (PPP) projects has been recognized as a major hurdle in uptake of PPP model in India. In this context, a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate perception of urban PPP experts and ULB representatives on three aspects related to competency development, including, critical competencies for implementing urban PPP projects, approaches for competency development in ULBs and constraints faced by ULBs in development of competencies. The five critical competencies identified are project identification, project conceptualization, transaction design, PPP process management and contract management. The approach of training programs for municipal staff and elected representatives, and capacity building oriented technical assistance for implementing urban PPP projects have been preferred by survey respondents for competency development. The frequent transfer of municipal decision makers and low motivation among municipal staff have been identified as the most significant constraints for development of competencies.

In this paper, we propose a new image quality assessment scheme considering the human visual perception characteristics. A subjective quality assessment is obtained by the response of the receptive field in the primary visual cortex and a human's eye can't focus on all of the visual range in a moment. Take advantage of two facts above, we apply Gabor wavelet transform, which is well fit the receptive field in the cortex, to divided constant sized subblocks. Then a local distortion of the subblocks and a global distortion for the entire image are calculated in order. The proposed method has been evaluated using video test sequences provided by the Video Quality Experts Group (VQEG). The experimental results show that good correlation with human perception is obtained using the proposed metric, which is what we called GPSNR.

We investigate into some problems related to Corruption Perception Index(CPI). Delphi method is a popular for obtaining CPI; it is a mean of systematically collecting and progressively refining information provided by a group of selected experts in order to obtaining the weight values of questionnaires. However, Delphi method hold low aspect, to some extent, for it is solely dependent upon the judgment of a few professionals. In this paper, we propose the measurement model for X in LISREL as alternative for gaining the weight values of questionnaires. We use the 1999 Seoul ACI(Anti- Corruption Index) for empirical study.
