This study aimed to develop Research Data Management (RDM) Services in a domestic university library of Korea. In this study, elements and levels of RDM services are examined and in-depth interview was conducted with university researchers affiliated in Seoul National University, which has the largest amount of research fund among universities in Korea. Interview was conducted to analyze their data management practices and needs of RDM services. Interview results show researchers' lack of awareness toward Data Management Policy and data sharing obligations of funding agencies and academic journal publishers. Also, they had trouble managing research data systematically. However, many of the researchers understand the necessary of research data management and education of data management. Based on the interview result, service elements and contents are suggested for RDM services which is consisted of education services, professional consulting services, curation technical services. This study result will help to guide for the planning the future RDM service in university library of Korea.

The objective of this study is to classify somatotypes of back-surface shape of women in their late 20s by using 3D body scan data(Size Korea 2010) in order to improve fitness of Hanbok Jeogori. The results were as follows: 1. According to the in-depth survey of the experienced expert's interview, most problems related to the fit were caused by the back area of Jeogori. 2. The result of factor analysis indicated that 6 factors were extracted and those factors comprised 82.85% of total variance. 3. According to the cluster analysis, back somatotypes of women in their late 20s were categorized by two types : straight type(54.1%) and bending type(46.9%). The results could be used as the Hanbok Jeogori to improve the fitness of back-surface shape.

Our research participants were composed of health teachers exhausted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study analyzed the attitudes towards image-making through utilizing the job training at Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education on August 2022, where our study was able to obtain and analyze 30 elementary, middle, and high school health teachers who participated. Image making is defined as playing a role in increasing self-esteem through outward appearances such as facial expressions and posture, personal color, makeup, tone, hairstyling, and fashion and impacting individuals inwardly to increase self-confidence. Therefore, there is a positive impact in providing an image-making program that considers the occupational characteristics of a health teacher. It had the effect of stress relief and aided in building a healthier self-image among the participants. The results our study showed the following results. First, all participants had various concerns regarding their appearance and deemed that image-making was necessary, yet they needed to be more informed regarding the specific methods of doing so. Secondly, participants were mainly focused on purchasing makeup products for image making. Although participants showed interest in a personal color diagnosis, there needed to be more support in approaching the subject as the diagnosis was necessary from an expert. Third, participants stated that image-making should occur for their middle-aged selves when experienced in the field. Participants believed that they would be more concerned with how others viewed them after gaining expertise. Hence, this study found that the occupational characteristics of health teachers greatly benefitted from image-making programs oriented to their careers and would also show an increase in job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to develop design guidelines on the learning analytics which can help to promote students' self-regulated learning (SRL) strategies in MOOCs learning environments. First of all, to develop the first draft of design guidelines, relevant literature review and case analysis on current MOOCs platforms such as edX, K-MOOC, Coursera, Khan Academy and FutureLearn were conducted. Then, to validate the design guidelines, expert reviews (validation questionnaires and in-depth interviews) and learner evaluation (in-depth interviews) were conducted. Through the recursive validation, the design guidelines were finalized. Overall, the final version of design guidelines on learning analytics to facilitate SRL strategies was suggested. The final design guidelines consist of 15 items in 10 categories related to the information analyzed based on individual student's learning behaviors and activities on MOOCs environments. Moreover, the results of interview also revealed that the social comparisons, learning progress reports, and personalization might contribute to the improvements of their SRL competences. This study has an implication that MOOCs could offer a higher success or completion rate to students with low SRL skills by taking advantage of the information on learning analytics

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of menswear designers and the process of becoming a menswear designer expert through qualitative evaluation and statistical analysis. This study used ten menswear designers with more than fifteen years of experience. After going through the University P IRB approval process, a semi-structured questionnaire was prepared and individual in-depth face-to-face or video interviews were conducted from March 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. From this qualitative study examining the characteristics of menswear designer job experience, four key themes were found: the competence required for the professionalization process of menswear designers; the creative sensibility of menswear designers; the uniqueness of menswear designers' work; basic education required for menswear designers. In order to find additional meaningful implications using the visual analysis technique, we examined the primary vocabulary using the word cloud technique and examined the relationship between the vocabulary using the network graph. In the follow-up study, we expect to develop a material-oriented education program for new menswear designers and to resolve the limitations of the study, targeting a small number of experienced menswear designers.

This study investigates the perception of conflict and satisfaction factors by salesperson of department store middle management system. This study was performed through a qualitative research method. An in-depth interview was given to 14 fashion shop managers and salespeople who have three or more years of department store work experience. The results show two categories of factors(factors according to power sources and factors according to job environment) that influence the perception of department store middle management system by fashion product salesperson. The factors(according to power sources) were classified into coercive power, reward power, expert/informational power, and referent power. The factors(according to job environment) were classified into physical environment, work conditions, and regulations.

Purpose: This study was intended to gain an in-depth understanding of and explored the experiences and meanings of participating in care services among community-dwelling older adults. Methods: A focus group interview approach was adopted. Twenty older adults were interviewed from November to December 2021 using semi-structured interview questions. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: Three main themes and seven sub-themes emerged for the elderly people living alone. One main theme was "ambivalence of elderly care services," the second was "desperate need for care services," and the third was "positive changes and expectations experienced with care services." For the elderly people living with their families, two main themes and four sub-themes were identified. One main theme was "care services met within the family system," the second was "needs for care services outside the family system." Conclusion: We aim to provide a basis for strengthening the quality of elderly community care services in the mid- to long-term and establish a system of close linkages between necessary services by understanding the needs of elderly people who live alone or with their families.

Objectives: This study is designed to explore and understand what professional identity and professional development are like in family counselors. Method: This study to achieve its purpose, collected data through in-depth interview with fifteen(15) family counselors through grounded theory approach. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. 176 concepts were drawn through open coding, again classified into 47 categories and finally into 18 subcategories. Through selective coding, 'growing as an expert in family counseling through continuous exertions for growth' appeared as core category. Through this process, the types of professional development in family counselors were classified into job pursuing type, self achieving type, self understanding type, and volunteering type. Through process analysis, family counselors' professional development could be divided into three steps with the course of time: step of immersion, self-understanding and acceptance, and integration. Based on this, the hypothetical relations in four areas: personal area, family area, interpersonal area, and vocational area were summarized in statements. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it attempted to establish a theory to explain the professional identity, development and influence factors shown in family counselors. It also provides those who hope to grow as expert in family counseling with long-term visions and implications for family counselor training and supervision. In this study, the suggestions on the tasks to check and solve the factors for improving and supporting the foundations of family counselors' professional identities by highlighting the family counselors own identify that is different from other counselors are expected to be used as primary data for preparing laws and regulations related to family counseling in the future.

Since October 2006, number of deliberations of arcade game in Game Rating Board (GRB) annually was more than 1,000 cases except 2007 and 2010. However, these cases excessively handle to deliberate the game rating. Especially, the rating is manually performed thus, hindering the consistency and objectivity of the deliberation. To resolve this problems, we think that the automation of technical deliberation is necessary for arcade game which is needed to have much time for deliberation. The purpose of this study is to identify what the possibility part of automation or what obviously part of automation in the deliberation of game rating. To achieve our research purposes, we conducted in-depth interview with GLI standardization expert in BMM Korea and person in charge for deliberation in game rating board. The interview results show that 12 standardization and 14 automation factors for deliberation in game rating of arcade game. This study will expect bases in game development and promotion in game industry.
