SNS상에서 하이브리드 협업적 여과 기법을 이용한 전문가 추천 기법 설계 (An Expert Recommendation Technique Design using Hybrid Collaborative Filtering in SNS)

  • 최근 다양한 직업을 가진 SNS 사용자가 증가함에 따라, SNS 사용자들은 전문가 간 협업 및 기술적 의사소통을 위한 전문가 추천 기능을 요구하고 있다. 하지만 기존 협업적 여과 기법은 전문가 추천 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하지 못한다. Content-boosted 협업적 여과 기법은 다양한 예측 알고리즘을 제시하여, 효과적인 추천을 수행할 수 있도록 지원한다. 그러나 명확한 계산 조건이 제시되지 못하는 경우 아이템 및 사용자 유사도 계산을 수행할 수 없는 단점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Content-boosted 협업적 여과 기법의 단점을 해결하는 하이브리드 협업적 여과기법을 이용한 새로운 전문가 추천기법을 제안한다. 또한, 이를 이용하여 SNS에서의 전문가 추천 시스템을 설계한다.

텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 도시 브랜드 평가방법론 연구 : 뉴스미디어를 중심으로 (A Study on City Brand Evaluation Method Using Text Mining : Focused on News Media)

  • Competition among cities has become fierce with decentralization and globalization, and each city tries to establish a brand image of the city to build its competitiveness and implement its policies based on it. At this time, surveys, expert interviews, etc. are commonly used to establish city brands. These methods are difficult to establish as sampling methods an empirical component, the biggest component of a city brand. In this paper, therefore, based on the precedent research's urban brand measurement and components, the words representing each city image property were extracted and relocated to five indicators to form the evaluation index. The constructed indicators have been validated through the review of three experts. Through the index, we analyzed the brands of four cities, Ulsan, Incheon, Yeosu, and Gyeongju, and identified the factors by using Topic Modeling and Word Cloud. This methodology is expected to reduce costs and monitor timely in identifying and analyzing urban brand images in the future.

The Effect of Motivated Consumer Innovativeness on Perceived Value and Intention to Use for Senior Customers at AI Food Service Store

  • Purpose: This study investigates the use intention of artificial intelligence (AI) food service stores for senior customers, which are becoming a trend in the service industry. Research design, data and methodology: For the study, the extended technology acceptance model (TAM) and motivated consumer innovativeness (MCI) variables, proven by existing researchers, were used. In addition to the effect of motivated consumer innovativeness on customer value, we investigated the effect of customer value on trust and use intention. For the study, 520 questionnaires were distributed online by an expert survey agency. Data was verified through validity and reliability. Results: The analysis results of the research hypothesis verified that functionally motivated consumer innovativeness (fMCI), hedonically motivated consumer innovativeness (hMCI), and socially motivated consumer innovativeness (sMCI) all had positive effects on usefulness and enjoyment. Furthermore, usefulness had a statistically significant positive effect on trust, but perceived enjoyment did not; trust was found to positively affect the intention to use. Conclusions: We compared the moderating effects of seniors' gender and age (at 60) between groups. Although there was no moderating effect of age, it was verified that regarding the effect of usefulness on trust, the male group showed a greater influence than the female group.

건설 현장 관리자 역량의 인과관계 구조 분석 (An Analysis of the Casual Relations on Construction Project Manager's level Competency)

  • Recently, Korean construction industry is moving from quantitative growth to qualitative growth. Among the changes in the construction industry, the competency of the project manager who represents the construction project as well as the construction company has been referred to as a factor that effects qualitative growth. This research utilized previous research analysis and expert interview in order to extract essential competency factors of a construction project manager. DEMATEL method was utilized to analyze the quantitative and objective causal relationship between the competency factors. The causal relationship of the competency factors were visualized through Digraph (directed graph) and competency areas of the project manager that requires strengthening were also suggested. Analysis result showed that the important competency categories of a project manager were Internal & External Communication, Project Management Body of Knowledge, and Inspirational Leadership. The analysis results of this research can be utilized in developing competency enhancement method for future project managers and as a basic data in developing an education program.

EMERGING DISEASE PROBLEMS IN KOREAN RICE AND THEIR ORIGINS

  • As the technology of rice production in Korea has rapidly developed and progressed over the last few years, many problems in rice production have been solved. But with the introduction of new genetic material, the increased use of pesticides, higher fertilizer rates and closer plantings, new problems are beginning to emerge. The brown plant hopper outbreak in 1975 resulted to a great extent from some of the changes in management practices. Some rice diseases and nutritional problems that have existed in Korea but have not been considered of serious consequence, are now becoming increasingly severe and possibly as limiting as the hopper outbreak in 1975. Other diseases and nutritional problems are completely new and their cause and significance have not yet been adequately defined. In this discussion there is no Intention to state, nor is there evidence to support a statement, that any of these problems are going to be limiting factors in the future production of rice on the Korean peninsula. Rather this is an attempt to bring together some of the current field problems in Korean rice so that they can be discussed and where necessary receive suitable consideration for research and control.

신재생에너지 분야 교육과정에 대한 지・산・학・연 전문가의 요구분석 (Needs Analysis of Regional, Industrial, Academic, and Research Experts on Curriculum in the New and Renewable Energy)

  • The purpose of this study was to conduct a needs analysis among experts regarding the curriculum in the field of new and renewable energy for the future experts. To achieve this goal, purposive sampling was employed to select 30 experts from the reginal, industrial, academic, and research sectors in the new and renewable energy field, who participated in needs surveys and expert Delphi surveys. Needs assessments for 53 courses and suitability evaluations for 6 curriculums were conducted, and comprehensive advisory opinions were gathered. Data were analyzed using t-tests, Brich's needs assessment, the locus for focus model, and content analysis methods, with the assistance of MS Office Excel 2018 and SPSS 25.0 software. The key findings include: (a) 18 courses should be given top priority for operation, while 4 courses should be considered secondarily; (b) All 6 curriculums received positive evaluations; (c) Improvements are needed in curriculum development to cater to both generalist and specialist training needs, incorporating the acquisition of new technology and project-based learning experiences. The results of this study provide implications for the development of customized curriculums in the new and renewable energy industry.

실험계획법을 통한 3.5인치 도광판의 두께 편차 최적화에 대한 연구 (Development of a precision machining process for the outer cylinder of vacuum roll for film transfer)

  • In this study, experimental design methods were used to derive optimal process conditions for improving the thickness uniformity of a 0.40 mm, 3.5 inch light guide panel. Process mapping and expert group analysis were used to identify factors that influence the thickness of injection molded products. The key factors identified were mold temperature, mold temperature, injection speed, packing pressure, packing time, clamp force, and flash time. Considering the resin manufacturer's recommended process conditions and the process conditions for similar light guide plates, a three-level range was selected for the identified influencing factors. L27 orthogonal array process conditions were generated using the Taguchi method. Injection molding was performed using these L27 orthogonal array to mold the 3.5 inch light guide plates. Thickness measurements were then taken, and the results were analyzed using the signal-to-noise ratio to maximize the CpK value, leading to the determination of the optimal process conditions. The thickness uniformity of the product was analyzed by applying the derived optimum process conditions. The results showed a 97.5% improvement in the Cpk value of 3.22 compared to the process conditions used for similar light guide plates.

  • 사회적경제의 급속한 발전과 지속적인 생활수준 향상으로 관광산업의 급속한 발전을 위해 유리한 환경이 마련되었다. 고도로 발달된 인터넷 기술은 사람들에게 더 편리한 온라인 여행을 제공했다. 온라인 관광이 빠르게 발전하면서 관광 관련 인터넷 사업도 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 본 연구는 우선 연구 배경과 연구 의의를 소개하고, 온라인 관광 개발 핫스팟, 비즈니스 모델 연구 이슈 등 사회적경제의 발전을 바탕으로 씨트립의 비즈니스 모델 최적화 연구의 필요성을 제시한다. 씨트립은 온라인 여행 산업 및 비즈니스 모델 내·외 연구 현황을 설명하고, 온라인 여행, OTA 비즈니스 모델 등 관련 개념과 이론을 심층적으로 소개·분석하고, 전문가 연구를 기반으로 확대한다. 씨트립의 기존 사업모델의 미흡, 높은 경상운영비, 공급업체의 큰 영향요인, 신사업 개발이 더딘 등 여러 측면이 제시되었고, 이를 해결하기 위한 대안이 제시되었다. 씨트립은 가치 창출과 혁신을 위한 씨트립의 비즈니스 모델 최적화 전략과 고객 가치사슬을 위한 인터넷 비즈니스 모델 최적화 전략 등 지속 가능한 경쟁 우위를 유지했다.

4K-UHD 콘텐츠 제작 워크플로우 중요도 분석 (Analysis of Factor's Priority for 4K-UHD content workflow)

  • 방송 기술의 최근 흐름은 HDTV와 3DTV에 이어 UHDTV 로 진화되고 있다. UHDTV가 새로운 패러다임으로 자리매김하고 있으며 우리나라에서도 지상파는 4K-UHDTV의 실험 방송과 케이블, 위성에서는 본방송 서비스가 실시되고 있다. 이러한 4K-UHD 콘텐츠 제작의 활성화를 위한 체계적인 워크플로우가 정립이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 전문가 의견을 통한 4K-UHD 제작 워크플로우의 중요 항목을 도출하고 계층적 분석 방법(AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 적용하여 4K-UHD 콘텐츠 제작에 있어 중요하게 고려되는 항목을 상호 비교 하였다. 워크플로우의 상위 계층에는 콘텐츠 제작 기획 측면, 미디어 파일 관리 측면 및 제작 장비의 선택과 운영 측면으로 분류 하였으며 하위 계층에서는 UHD 제작 STAFF 간의 역할과 트레이닝, 미디어 관리, 저장 장치의 선택과 운영이 상대적으로 중요하게 평가 되었다. 또한 실시간 4K-UHD 제작을 위한 워크플로우를 제시하였다.

농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스 모델 개발을 위한 관광정보 모바일서비스 이용자 선호도분석 (Preference Analysis of the Mobile Service Users on the Rural Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰화 된 관광환경이라는 새로운 IT 패러다임의 변화에 맞추어 농촌지역 방문객 및 스마트폰 사용자들에게 농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스를 실시간으로 제공하고 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 목적으로 실시되었다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 관광정보 모바일 서비스 이용자 600명을 대상으로 선호하는 콘텐츠 항목, 형태 등을 조사, 결과 분석하여 농촌어메니티 자원정보의 콘텐츠, 스마트폰의 활용방법, 서비스 방안 등을 도출하고, 농촌마을 1개소를 대상으로 스마트폰 기술이 적용된 모바일 콘텐츠를 구축하였다. 이를 통해 농촌어메니티자원에 대한 서비스 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고, 국민들에게 스마트폰을 이용한 실시간 농촌정보를 제공함으로써 농촌정보 이용자들의 만족도 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 또한 농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스의 위치기반 모바일 정보서비스 확대를 통한 농촌지역 활성화에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.
