The purpose of this research is to examine the user experience design that effectively exhibits botanical information through a virtual habitat built with 3D modeling and scanning data for the conservatory at Seoul Botanic Park. Seoul Botanic Park's conservatory contains environmental and ecological information on the wide spectrum of diverse plants under twelve cities all over the world. However, the exhibition method, which focuses on maps and information boards, has limitations in delivering diverse plant and habitat information to visitors. Virtual and augmented reality can be used as an effective tool for educating and experiencing the contents of various plant species as it can convey the ecological and environmental conditions of the habitat and local culture at diverse levels. This study experimented with constructing virtual habitats using the Unreal Engine and effectively communicating various botanical information through the interaction. With the introduction of a virtual habitat, we intend to enhance the user experience of park visitors and ultimately explore the possibility of using virtual and augmented reality to convey multi-layered environmental and ecological information of landscape.

Today's customer service providers, who have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction, are experiencing severe stress and job burnout due to various causes. Unlike general companies, the corporation has a relatively high level of dissatisfaction with customer service since there is a large conflict between the provision of kindness and the reasonable handling of civil complaints according to laws and regulations. In order to analyze the environment of the NPS' customer service providers, 5.583 branch employees working at the National Pension Service and 407 call center employees were surveyed online using the questionnaire function of the Enterprise resource planning system. The contents of the survey consisted of a survey on customer-facing employees, the level of awareness of customer-facing workers protection measures, and opinions on improvement and supplementation related to customer-facing workers protection measures. As a result of the survey, 72.8% of the total respondents experienced grievance complaints, and the proportion of call center employees was even higher at 89.0%. In addition, both the branch and the call center had the largest share of complaints about obstruction of business, unreasonable demands, abusive language, and verbal abuse. More than 40% of call center employees in their 20s and 30s experienced the highest frequency of complaints 13 or more times a year. The most difficult thing in the process of responding to complaints was that both branch offices and call centers had insufficient psychological recovery time, lack of space, and lack of help from colleagues and superiors. Based on the survey analysis, it is suggested to establish a countermeasure through case analysis rather than the right to suspend work for civil complaints that cannot be handled, such as customized manuals and action strategies for the age group with high grievance complaints.

The purpose of this study was to develop the psychology-based naturalistic competency curriculum so that forest-related experts could fully play the role of a mediator between nature(forest) and human(visitors). The curriculum was designed in three parts: a pleasant life, a wise life, and a meaningful life. Contents were focused on recognizing and naming one's senses and emotions in nature, discovering nature-related memories and Naturalistic Intelligence, experiencing the flow in nature and activating the Default Mode Network. The curriculum supplemented by expert's advice was implemented as job training for forest-related experts, and the curriculum was finally revised by examining the understanding and utilization of the participants. As a result, the curriculum in three areas of emotion, cognition, and practice was completed. It is expected that this curriculum will be upgraded through evaluation in the future so that forest-related experts can provide more qualitative service by strengthening their naturalistic competency.

The main purpose of this research was to discover the characteristics of the 'commons for all' related to public libraries as much as possible, design the learning content, and finally to demonstrate whether the contents meet the general education requirement of universities. The public library is a study hall for multi-literacy, a common place for lifelong learning without discrimination, a place for experiencing digital sharing culture, a place for practicing public architectural design for community regeneration, a workshop for the maker movement and finally, a hub for forming local communities. In short, it has all the characteristics appropriate to being a commons. This subject titled "Sharing Culture and Local Libraries" is designed and composed with various literacy understanding, information ethics of information literacy, community consciousness and multicultural understanding, public consciousness, cooperative spirit and computer utilization ability, interdisciplinary knowledge, and integrated perspective. In a situation where the regional and public crises are increasing, this kind of general education subject about public library, is expected to contribute greatly to raising the awareness of the library and further enhancing the local community togetherness spirit by spreading the value of the library widely to students and inducing them to actually experience various library services.

Due to the rapid advancement of AI technology, generative artificial intelligence platforms are experiencing innovative applications in various fields. In this paper, it examines research cases involving the utilization of AI in education, explore instances where generative AI platforms are applied in the realm of creative endeavors, and discuss the direction of utilizing generative AI in educational contexts. In the field of computer graphics, this study introduced generative AI platforms that are applicable for image creation, editing, and video editing. It also proposed platforms that can be utilized in the video editing production process. These generative AI platforms not only offer advantages in terms of efficiency, by reducing the efforts of creators and saving time in the production process, but they also present positive aspects in enhancing individual capabilities. It is advocated that their swift integration into education is necessary, considering these benefits. This study aims to provide direction for the expansion of creative education utilizing generative AI platforms.

This study focuses on enhancing the understanding of the form and characteristics of traditional towers, or 'pagodas,' by utilizing WebXR technology to enable users to explore 3D models and experience them in virtual reality on the web. Traditional towers in Korea pose challenges for direct on-site verification due to their size, making it difficult to examine the structure and features of each level. To address these issues, this research aims to provide users with a WebXR service that allows them to remotely explore and analyze towers without geographical or temporal constraints. The research methodology involves utilizing WebAR to offer a web-based service where users can directly view the original form of the tower's 3D model using smart devices both online and on-site. However, outdoor conditions may affect performance, and to address this, a tower-outline detection and matching technique was employed. Consequently, we propose a remote support service for traditional towers, allowing users to remotely access information and features of various towers nationwide on the web. Meanwhile, on-site visits can involve experiencing augmented reality representations of towers using smart devices.

The purpose of this paper was to review the problems relating to Korea's occupational health services and suggest ways to improve them. Korea can be classified as a welfare state type of conservative corporatism partially interwoven with liberalism. While experiencing compressed economic growth, the economic sectors of developed (excess areas) and developing (deficient areas) countries are interwoven. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect conservative corporatism along with a complementary reinforcement of liberal contents and to apply a multilayered approach focusing on complementing the deficient areas. It is essential to form a national representative indicator related to occupational health, and a strategy for selection and concentration is needed. The proposed central indicator is the occupational health coverage rate (OHCR), which is the number of workers who have applied for mandatory occupational health services under the Occupational Safety and Health Act in the numerator with the total working population in the denominator. This paper proposes ways to raise the OHCR, which is currently at the level of 25%-40%, to 70%-80%, which is the level of Japan, Germany, and France. To achieve this target, it is necessary to focus on small businesses and vulnerable workers. This is an area of market failure and requires the active input of community-oriented public resources. For access to larger workplaces, the marketability of services should be strengthened and personal intervention using digital health resources should be actively attempted. Taking a national perspective, work environment improvement committees with tripartite (labor, management, and government) participation for improvement of the working environment need to be established at the center and in the regions. Through this, prevention funds linked to industrial accident compensation and prevention could be used efficiently. A national chemical substance management system must be established to monitor the health of workers and the general public.

This study analyzes the process of overcoming prejudice and discrimination experiences of mothers with disabilities and looks for improvement points. It is interviewed 9 mothers of children with disabilities who were experiencing prejudice and discrimination while raising children with disabilities. The data collection was conducted from October to November, 2018 and one by on one in depth interview by using semi - structured questionnaires. Data analysis was done through consensual qualitative research (CQR). The result of CQR while it is a experiencing the process of prejudice and discrimination as well as coping the raising disabled children. 'Prejudice and discrimination experience of mothers with disabilities' and 'overcoming of discrimination experiences of mothers with disabilities' were derived. And the seven sub-regions, 28 categories, were finally constructed. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, Prejudice and discrimination experiences of mothers with disabilities in raising children with disabilities are view of looking at children with disabilities comparing to those of normal children and children with disabilities. It seems that they want to treat the disabled child as the general child with an attitude of understanding and accepting the disabled child rather than looking at the disabled child with wrong perception, prejudice, stereotypes and rejection. Secondly, The process of overcoming the discrimination experiences of the mother of the disabled child is strengthening the cohesion and cohesion within the family in the process of accepting and coping with the disability family of the child with disabilities even if they raise the child with disability and have difficulties such as recognition bias and discrimination of the general public. Based on the results of this study, we suggested practical and policy implications for the mother's psychological stability of the child with disability and the disabled child's healthy life.

In this study the author analysed impact of image of regional festival on satisfaction of tourists and their intention for revisit through an example of firefly festival in Youngyang-kun. Current Firefly Festival of Youngyang is its fifth since its beginning. Unlike festivals in other areas it is held during daytime and nighttime respectively. In it natural environment and ecosystem in Youngyang area are highlighted and it is unique in the sense that such festival is performed with live insects. Festival is organized with various sights to see including experiencing flying fireflies in nighttime and making insects etc. In this study the author analysed impact of image of regional festival on satisfaction of tourists and their intention for revisit. In this connection this author chose 20 items in connection with image of regional festival. Then I carried out analysis on various factors in connection with tourists as appeared in regional festival. I performed analysis on diversity, experience, convenience, conveyance of content of festival and its creativity as factors constituting satisfaction of tourists in connection with image of regional festival. Result of analysis undertaken in this study revealed that image of regional festival and satisfaction of tourists who experienced festivals served to their expressing intention for revisiting. For inducing tourists intention for revisiting image of regional festival, conveyance of diverse information, diversity of program of the festival, new experience, sense of expectation are important. Therefore this is need for development of environment and ecosystem friendly programs and it should be developed as a consistent environment friendly festival rather on temporary touch- and-go event.

Experiencing the vortex of postmodernism, modern graphic design has evolved radically from simple aesthetically-motivated style following modernism. Concurrently, Typography has transmuted into International Typography Style from Grid Standard, which was an outcome of modernism. Edward Fella is one of the most internationally prestigious figures practicing the contemporary graphic design style. He is currently pursuing his career as an educator by teaching graphic design and typography at Cal Arts. For a long time, Fella has devoted himself to yielding products of de-constructive presentations and constructing design identity based on aesthetics. This paper looks into aesthetic criteria which has affected modern graphic design, referring to graphism of Fella, an international graphic design and typography educator whose theoretical origins lie in French modern philosophy and aesthetics. Fella has created graphic works by making use of graphic motives residing in the unconscious and the subconscious. Therefore, his graphic style is viewed and investigated as de-constructive aesthetics in the paper. Drifting around toward the end of postmodernism, the present day defines itself as the age free of formality approaching uncertain future; however, Fella's typography graphically guides us to understand comprehensively not only how international graphic design flows from the present to the future, but its realizations in design works.
