Design lifttime of a wind turbine is required to be at least 20 years. In the meantime, the wind turbine will experience a lot of load cases such as extreme loads and fatigue loads which will include several typhoons per year and extreme gusts with 50 years recurrence period as well as endless turbulence flow. Therefore, IEC61400-1 specifies design load cases to be considered in the wind turbine design and requires the wind turbine to withstand the load cases in various operational situations. This paper investigates the ultimate loads which the wind turbine will experience for 20 years and their characteristics based on the IEC61400-1 using an aero-elastic software, GH-Blade. And the performance characteristics of a wind turbine such as electrical power generation and annual energy yield are also investigated.

본 연구에서는 온라인 패션시장에서 소호 패션쇼핑몰의 성공적 창업의 성장 과정을 알아보기 위해 현재 성공적으로 운영되고 있는 4개 소호 패션쇼핑몰을 대상으로 기업가 과정을 창업기회포착, 사업모델, 위기관리 및 사업성과 등 3개 단계로 구분하여 분석하였다. 사례연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. S사는 짧은 경력의 창업자가 패션감각과 기업가정신으로 전자상거래를 창업한, 가격경쟁력과 디자인력, 다양한 상품구색을 갖춘 캐주얼 쇼핑몰로 데이터 관리/분석, 유통채널 다각화를 통해 성장한 사례이다. B사는 짧은 경력의 창업자가 SNS 네트워크 역량과 기업가정신으로 제조업/전자상거래를 창업한, 아이템 경쟁력과 스타트업 특성을 갖춘 컨템포러리 쇼핑몰로 브랜드 정체성 확립, 시장 확장을 통해 성장한 사례이다. M사와 C사는 보다 긴 경력의 창업자가 브랜드 인지도가 있는 소호 패션쇼핑몰 사례이다. M사는 풍부한 경력과 디자인 정신의 창업자가 감성적/감각적 패션디자이너 브랜드를 창업하여 기업 지평을 넓히는 다양한 활동을 통해 성장하였고, C사는 디자인 역량과 기업가정신의 창업자가 감성 표현에 집중한 럭셔리 패션브랜드를 창업하여 적극적인 고객관리를 통한 브랜드인지도 및 매출 확보 등을 통해 성장한 사례이다. 본 연구 결과는 소호쇼핑몰 예비창업자나 창업과정의 교육 및 연구에서 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The aims of this study are to investigate the impact of the experience of exposure to domestic violence(witnessed interparental conjugal violence and child abuse) on mental health among college students, and to explore whether social support acts as a moderator between domestic violence and mental health. Through this process, I intended to provide a reference base to suggest substantial interventions for family welfare by helping students to overcome negative domestic violence exposure experiences and adapt as healthy members of society. To achieve this goal, the study established a conceptual framework by considering the mental health of adolescents with domestic-violence exposure experience as a dependent variable, domestic violence exposure experience (witnessed interparental conjugal violence and child abuse) as an independent variable, and social support as a moderator of the relationship between these two variables. The subjects composed 747 college students in 8 colleges in Seoul. The main summary of this study is as follows: First, according to the analysis of domestic-violence exposure experience, all the subjects of this study had substantial experience of violence at home and witnessed interparental conjugal violence. These students scored 3.83 points in social support, higher than the median of 3, implying that these students had a higher awareness of social support. Moreover, their mental health score was 3.50 points, which is higher than the median of 3, indicating a somewhat positive tendency toward mental health. Second, to explore the moderating effects of social support between child violence experience and mental health, gender, age, financial status, academic-performance, child abuse and social support were input in the first step, and then buffering effects were examined by entering an interaction term to the first step in the second step. There was a significant interaction between social support and mental health. Therefore, social support was identified as having moderating effects on the relationship between child violence and mental health. Third, the analysis of moderating effects of social support between witnessed interparental conjugal violence and mental health revealed that social support had a positive influence on mental health in the first step. By contrast, the interaction term of witnessed interparental conjugal violence and social support showed no significance, indicating no moderating effect of social support in the second step. To sum up, social support served as a moderator for mental health among college students with child abuse experience, but had no moderating effect on witnessed interparental conjugal violence experience.

본 연구는 불쾌증상이론을 기반으로 한 혈액투석 환자의 자가간호 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 2018는 3월부터 4월까지 혈액투석 환자를 대상으로 5개의 병원에서 237명의 환자의 자료를 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 자가간호 수행은 희망, 가족지지, 의료인 지지와 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 신체적 증상경험과 정서적 증상경험은 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 가족지지, 정서적 증상, 희망은 자가간호 수행에 33.2%의 설명력을 보였다. 자가간호 수행은 가족지지, 정서적 증상과 희망이 관련 요인이었으므로 대상자와 가족에게 희망증진 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한다면 자가간호 수행을 증진시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge and performance in the dental hygiene students in Gyeongju. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 106 dental hygiene students in Gyeongju. The questionnaire consisted of CPR knowledge and performance, and was collected from April 4 to 12. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 by t-test, correlation analysis, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The average age of the subjects was 20.6 years and 97.2% were female students. The students did not experience the emergency situation(96.2%). Approximately half of the students received CPR education(51.9%), but they did not have the CPR certificate(94.3%). There was a significantly statistical correlation between the CPR knowledge and performance(p<0.01). The CPR knowledge was proportional to the CPR performance skill. The CPR knowledge (p<0.05) and performance (p<0.01) showed a statistical difference by the grade of the students. The CPR knowledge of the senior students was higher than that of the freshmen and sophomore. The CPR knowledge (p<0.01) and performance (p<0.01) showed a statistical difference by the education experience. The CPR education provided the students with CPR knowledge and performance. Conclusions: In order to promote and maintain CPR knowledge and performance on dental hygiene student, it should be reinforced the more systematic training program which can be repeatedly evaluated and retrained than the present. In addition, a follow-up study will also be needed for the student and clinical dental hygienist.

This study aims at evaluating the impact of network formation variables and found to have positive impact on the economic performance and growth of the enterprises. The calucation of the weighted scores of networking statements brought some affirmative results to influence the performance of the enterprises. Through multiple regression and logistic regression models it is identified that network formation variables like service receiving status, consultation of the family, other business dummy and attendance in fair have some significant positive impact both on the growth and performance of the enterprises. In addition to above variables, from the set of enterprise characteristics natural logarithm of the market value of total assets and from the entrepreneurs' characteristics set of variables, schooling year and squared value of the experience have been found to have significant positive impact. Finally, it is concluded in the study that to enhance the performance and growth of the enterprises, government and policy rlated organizations need to consider important variables that have positive impact in supplying the entrepreneurial resources especially, developing the net-working relationship.

본 연구는 미용서비스교육이 미용종사자의 고객지향성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 연구이다. 연구결과 첫 번째, 서비스교육훈련, 고객지향성과 직무성과의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 서비스교육훈련은 직무성과와, 고객지향성은 서비스교육훈련과 직무성과는 서비스교육훈련과 가장 높은 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 서비스교육훈련은 고객지향성과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스교육훈련은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 서비스교육훈련과 고객지향성은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무성과에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인은 고객지향성으로 나타났으며, 고객지향성, 서비스교육훈련의 하위요인 교육환경, 교육내용, 교육강사가 높을수록 직무성과가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 미용종사자들의 교육환경과 강사진, 교육내용이 좋을수록 고객지향적인 서비스가 높게 나타나 충성도 높은 고객의 창출로 이어지며 직무성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여준다.

This paper presents the knowledge and experience we obtained by employing multiprocessor systems as a computer simulation design verification to study high-performance computing system. This paper also describes a case study of symmetric multiprocessors (SMP) kernel on a 32 CPUs CC-NUMA architecture using an actual architecture. A small group of CPUs of CC-NUMA, high-performance computer system, is clustered into a processing node or cluster. By simulating the system design verification tools; we discussed SMP OS kernel on a CC-NUMA multiprocessor architecture performance which is $32\%$ of the total execution time and remote memory access latency is occupied $43\%$ of the OS time. In this paper, we demonstrated our simulation results for multiprocessor, high-performance computing system performance, using simulation-based design verification.

Purpose : Using qualitative research and a phenomenological approach, the present study aimed to explore men's experiences of becoming a nurse. We posed the question "What has been your experience of becoming a nurse?" Methods : Eleven male nurses from three regions in Korea were selected through convenience sampling. The protocol suggested by Colaizzi was used for data analysis. Results : The principal themes were "Challenging to the stochastic stereotype of gender mechanics," "Floating outside the enclosure of multiple groups," "The male nurse's conceptualization of nursing organizations," "To stand with self-doubt, thinking of it as a stopover," and "Situations encountered by a male nurse." Conclusion : Men experience gender discrimination based on the social roles that are imposed on males and females both at school and in the workplace. They prefer to work where they have more diverse tasks that require quick responses. However, most male nurses adapt to this work by outlasting the difficulties. These nurses become accustomed to their tasks, and satisfied with their mature work performance. They often feel they are not adequately compensated for their work. They may judge the future as uncertain, and have lingering doubts about maintaining their positions, ultimately gravitating toward specialized fields that promise a brighter future and are more consistent with traditional gender expectations.

최근 스마트폰의 보급률이 높아지면서 모바일을 통한 브랜드 애플리케이션(이하 앱)이 급속히 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 브랜드 앱은 기업의 제품 및 서비스 콘텐츠를 마케팅하는 수단으로 활용되고 있으며, 많은 소비자들이 이러한 콘텐츠들을 브랜드 앱을 통해 이용하고 있다. 하지만 앱의 특성상 쉽게 다운받고 또한 삭제할 수 있기에 지속적인 사용에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 브랜드 앱의 다양한 체험이 지속적 사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인해 보았다. 분석결과 브랜드 체험의 감각, 감성, 행동, 인지적 체험은 브랜드 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 브랜드 몰입은 브랜드 충성도와 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 브랜드 충성도는 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 브랜드 앱의 다양한 체험을 경험한 소비자는 브랜드에 대한 몰입도가 높아지고 이렇게 형성된 몰입은 브랜드에 대한 충성심을 갖게 하며, 결국 지속적으로 브랜드 앱을 사용하게 만들 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 기업에서는 브랜드 앱을 통해 소비자들이 다양한 체험을 경험할 수 있게 콘텐츠를 개발한다면 좋은 마케팅 성과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
