서비스 브랜드경험이 소비자-브랜드 관계의 질 및 관계강도에 미치는 영향 (Customer-Brand Relationship Quality and Relationship Strength)

  • 브랜드 경험에 관한 주요 척도의 개발이나 일부 제품에의 적용은 국내외의 연구에서 이루어 졌으나, 서비스 분야에의 적용은 아직 미진한 실정이다. 본 연구는 의류소매 서비스 분야에서 고객과 브랜드의 관계의 질과 강도에 브랜드 경험의 구성요소인 감각적, 감정적, 행동적, 지적 경험이 미치는 영향을 조사하고 있다. 연구 결과, 브랜드의 관계의 질에 미치는 브랜드 경험 하위차원들의 영향은 모두 유의하였다. 상대적으로 감각적 경험이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 본 연구에서 의류 소매매장 브랜드를 다루고 있기에 나타난 결과인 것으로 추정된다. 연구의 결과는 기존의 개별 제품 브랜드에서 적용되던 브랜드 경험효과 연구를 소매 서비스업에 확장할 수 있었다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 향후 다양한 서비스 브랜드들의 고객경험 및 체험 관리에 대한 지표를 마련하는 데에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자의 증상경험과 기능상태의 관계에 미치는 영양상태의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Nutritional Status on the Relationship between Symptom Experience and Functional Status in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the mediating effect of nutritional status on the relationship between symptom experience and functional status of patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Methods: A total of 141 COPD patients visiting D hospital and I hospital in B city were enrolled in this study. Data were collected from January 2017 to July 2017. Outcome variables were measured by Mini Nutritional Assessment Short-Form (MNA-SF) for nutritional status, The Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale (MSAS) for symptom experience, and The Functional Performance Inventory Short Form (FPI-SF) for functional status. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and path analysis using SPSS/WIN 21.0 and AMOS 25. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between symptom experience and nutritional status (r=-.61, p<.001), a significant negative correlation between symptom experience and functional status (r=-.40, p<.001), and significant positive correlation between nutritional status and functional status (r=.47, p<.001). Symptom experience had indirect effects on functional status through nutritional status. Conclusion: For enhancing functional status in COPD patients, it is necessary to develop nursing intervention programs to enhance symptom management as well as nutritional status.

콜센터 상담원의 감성지능, 조직시민행동과 IT활용능력이 직무 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 상담원의 경력 비교 (An Exploratory Study on Effect of Call Center Representatives' Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and IT Utilization Ability on Job Performance : A Comparative Analysis by Representatives' Career)

  • Corporations look for their competitiveness in many different areas, and one of them is customer call center, which provides professional, special service to the customers. The importance and the value of realization of customer satisfaction at each call center have become significant as it plays a leading role and is responsible for customer recreation and follow-up services. This study held in-depth interviews with 3 groups of professional call representatives (categorized by experience) from popular property and life insurance companies in Korea who operate in and outbound calls. Three variables, emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and IT utilization skill, were selected and it was observed how these variables affect the job performance of in and outbound call center representatives. The importance of the relationship between the variables and the key factors in the future direction of improvement of the call center representative organization was analyzed. Emotional quotient refers to the ability to recognize and use the emotion of oneself and others. It was considered it would be effective in enhancing the counseling ability of call center representatives, This study identifies the effect of emotional quotient on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, which is defined as actions outside of normative roles in the organization. Also, the study aims to prove the effect of emotional quotient on the rapidly developing IT utilization ability in relation to job performance. As a result, it was found that service career (3 months, 3 years, 10 years) had a significant effect on the key factors that affect the organization-emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB. Especially for OCB, it was considered relatively less important to the new employees, while it greatly affected the job performance, rate of settlement, and sustainment of the working life for those with longer experience. Also, the result of the interview for each variable differed by the service career. Emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB were close connection for the representatives with longer experience than for those with shorter experience. And the level of intimacy of their relationship with job performance was in proportion to the years of service. Thus, to secure stability for the call center representatives and enhance their job performance continually, the importance of emotional quotient and IT utilization skill shall be reflected in the operation process actively. In particular, in order to lead a organization with outstanding culture, a management system shall apply OCB from the recruitment process.

간호사들의 죽음에 대한 성향과 임종간호수행 정도 (A Study on the Degrees of Death Orientation and Terminal Care Performance of Nurses)

  • This study has been done for the purpose of investigating the degrees of death orientation and terminal care performance. The factors related to these two variables, and the relationship between death orientation and terminal care performance. The subjects of study were 128 nurses who implemented nursing care for terminally ill patients at C University Hospital in Kwang Ju city. The data were collected from March 13 to 19, 1996, by means of Death Orientation by Thorson Powell(1988) and Terminal Care Performance Scale by researcher. The data were analysed by t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The Results of this study were summarized as follows : 1. The mean score of death orientation was 61.4. The degree of death orientation showed no significant difference depending on the general characteristics of nurses. 2. The mean score of terminal care performance was 45.5. In comparison of the degree of terminal care performance among three domains, the mean score of each item tended to show higher degrees in order of 'Psychological domain(2.4)', 'Physical domain(2.2)', 'Spiritual domain(1.9)'. 3. The degree of terminal care performance showed significant differences in age(F=11.48 p=.0001), marital status(t=10.49 p=.0015), religion(t=5.01 p=.0270), period of clinical experience(F=10.30 p=.0001) and ward unit(F=3.73 p=.0036). The degree of terminal care performance in physical domain showed significant differences in age(F=7.26 p=.0010), marital status(t=9.72 p=.0023), period of clinical experience(F=7.03 p=.0013), ward unit(F=6.23 p=.0001). The degree of terminal care performance in psychological domain showed significant differences in age(F=8.73 p=.0003), marital status(t=4.22 p=.0419), religion(t=5.59 p=.0196), period of clinical experience(F=6.36 p=.0023), ward unit(F=3.33 p=.0075). The degree of terminal care performance in spiritual domain showed significant differences in age(F=8.30 p=.0004), marital status(t=10.45 p=.0016), religion(F=5.41 p=.0216), period of clinical experience(F=8.80 p=.0003). 4. The relationship between the degrees of death orientation and terminal care performance showed no correlation(r=-.026 p=.7746).

기업의 R&D협력이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 -콘텐츠산업 중심으로- (Causal Relationship between Firms' R&D Collaboration and Performance in Contents Industry)

  • 본 연구는 기술력이 부족한 콘텐츠기업이 성공적인 기술혁신을 위해서 자체적인 기술개발 노력뿐만 아니라 외부의 연구기관 및 기업과의 기술협력 활동을 활발하게 전개해야 한다는 open innovation차원에서 시작하였다. 기업의 open innovation의 대용변수인 R&D협력대상 및 정도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였다. 독립변수로 R&D협력의 대상, R&D협력경험, R&D협력기관간의 상호작용정도 및 R&D협력정도를 사용하였고, 종속변수로 기술적 성과(지식재산권발생건수, 신기술개발건수, 기술상용화)와 경제적 성과(매출액)을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성과차이분석 결과 기업과 기업간 R&D협력이 기업과 연구기관과의 R&D협력에 비해 기술적 성과 및 경제적 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석 결과 기술적 성과에는 R&D협력경험정도, R&D상호작용정도가 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 경제적 성과에는 R&D협력경험정도만이 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 콘텐츠기업에 있어 외부 R&D협력이 기술 및 경제적성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 성과제고를 위해 외부 R&D네트워크를 구축하는 것이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

실감미디어 기반의 다감각 가상 체감시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Multi-sensory Virtual Reality System based on Realistic Media)

  • This paper proposes how to develop a multi-sensory virtual reality system based on realistic media that can improve the sense of immersion and reality experienced by the user. We suggest four types of multi-sensory virtual reality system; a realistic media experience system which provides sensory experiences to user by interlocking the media file with the sensory informations and reproducing the sensory information suitable for the scene, a real image-based panorama experience system which maximizes the sense of reality, an experience ball system in which users engage themselves into the system environment to lead the story and immersion of the content through interaction with the system, and a cultural heritage experience system based on hand movement recognition. The suggested systems can be applied in a various area such as education, advertisement, culture and arts, performance, exhibition, sports, game, 4D Experience Center, and so on. We supposed that it can contribute to create a variety of sensible contents services in the realistic media industry through the convergence of media, contents, and devices.

디지털기술을 적용한 특별기획전 관람객의 체험만족도에 관한 조사연구 : 국립중앙박물관을 중심으로 (A Survey Research on Tourists' Satisfaction with Digital Technology-based Special Exhibitions: Focused on The National Museum of Korea)

  • 본 연구는 2019년 국립중앙박물관 중 디지털기술을 이용한 특별기획전을 중심으로 연구하였으며 그 연구목적은 향후의 전시에 있어 더욱 합리적이고 효과적으로 디지털기술을 응용하여 관람객의 전체적인 체험효과를 제고하기 위한 것이다. 연구과정에서 문헌조사를 통해 관람객의 기대, 체험 및 만족도 간의 관계에 대해 분석하고 최종적으로 4개 측면에서의 디지털 체험 차원을 종합하였으며 이를 기초로 설문지 내용을 작성하였다. IPA분석법(Importance-Performance Analysis)에 근거하여 디지털기술에 대한 체험 만족도에 대해 평가하고 중점적으로 개선해야 할 내용에 대해 알아보았다. IPA분석 원리에 근거하여 제IV사분면의 내용에 대해 중점적으로 분석하고 거시적 측면, 미시적 측면 및 관람객의 내심적 측면에서 개선해야 할 내용에 대해 건의하였으며 최종적인 연구결과는 현 단계 문제점을 개선하는 실행가능성에 대한 참고적인 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구의 선도성과 시효성을 보장하기 위해 향후 디지털 기술의 변화와 발전에 의한 연구를 지속적으로 진행할 것이다.

치과의사의 남자치과위생사에 대한 이미지 및 업무수행 관련 인식도 (Dentists' perception of the image and work performance of male dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to improve awareness of male dental hygiene by investigating the dentists' perception of male dental hygienists' image and work performance in clinical practice. Methods: The participants were 102 dentists who agreed to participate in this study. They completed- a self-administered questionnaire survey available on a website. The questionnaire comprised 26 questions, with each item scored on a 5-point Likert scale. Results: The male dentists perceived that with an increase in the experience of male dental hygienists would be willing to pay more than for female dental hygienists. In the case of male dentists, male dental hygienists perceived that they would feel stressed in a women-centered work environment. Additionally, it was found that dentists who had experience working with Male dental hygienists responded more positively to work performance awareness than had no experience (p<0.05). Conclusions: Active employment of male dental hygienists in clinical practice, could positively change dentists' perception of male dental hygienists.

한국 IT 벤처기업의 국제화 학습: 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주) 사례 (The International Learning of a Korean IT Venture Firm : A Case Study of UniData Communication Systems)

  • 본 사례에서는 국내 IT 벤처기업인 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주)의 단계적인 국제화 경험이 학습역량 강화를 통해 경영성과에 기여하는 일련의 국제화 과정을 조직학습이론으로 설명하였다. 이는 조직의 국제화 경험이 국제화 성과의 중요한 결정요인이며 조직학습을 통해 배양된 학습역량은 경영성과에 기여한다는 기존 연구결과를 기반으로 하고 있다. 더불어, 창업기부터 꾸준히 국제화를 추진한 IT 벤처기업의 국제화학습 특성을 기존지식 활용(Exploitation)과 새로운 지식 탐색(Exploration)으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대기업에 비해 내부자원이 취약한 벤처기업은 파트너 네트워크를 활용한 탐색과 활용을 통해 새로운 국제화 경험을 축적하였다. 축적된 국제화 경험은 학습 역량 강화를 통해 기업의 내부역량으로 배태(embedded)되어 궁극적으로 경영성과에 유의미하게 작용함을 사례를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다.

치과위생사의 감염예방 지식수준과 실천도 및 수행도 (The knowledge of infection control, practice and performance of dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the infection control practice and performance study on knowledge of dental hygienist between their knowledge and general characteristics. Methods : The subjects in this study are 305 dental hygienists who received local in-service education on December 10, 2011 and February 28, 2012. Results : The infection prevention knowledge and performance are higher as work experience is more (p<.05), as the education level is higher and when they have undergone in-service education (p<.001). Also these are higher when they are working in the dentist at the present (p<.001). The infection prevention practice are different with respect to ages (p<.01), work experience (p<.001), and the highest level of education (p<.01). There are correlations between the infection control practices and knowledge, performance and knowledge. As the practice level is higher, it is shown that the performance is higher (r=.049, p=.01). Conclusions : It would be necessary to develop the systematic and continuous program in infection control education and to build system which makes in-service training for dental hygienists mandatory. These could improve the level of infection prevention knowledge, practice and performance of dental hygienists to prevent the exposure to infection of the people.
