청소년 소비자의 자아개념과 유해업소 출입에 대한 평가 및 경험 (The Self Concept of Adolescent Consumers and the Evaluation and Experience of Adolescent Entry into Harmful Place)

  • This study examined the subcategories of the self concept of adolescent consumers, and investigated the influence of this self concept and the demographic characteristics on the evaluation and experience of adolescent entry into harmful places. The adolescent group was divided into 4 subgroups: (group I with negative evaluation and without entry experience, group II with negative evaluation but with experience;, group III with positive evaluation but without experience, and group IV with positive evaluation and with experience). The differences of demographic characteristic and self concept between these. subgroups were inspected. The results of this study were as follows. First, the self concept of the adolescent consumer consists of body self, social self, achievement self, scholarship self and family self. Among these self concepts, scholarship self was the highest, and family self was the lowest. Second, from the result of regression analysis using the demographic element as an independent variable to inspect the factors influencing self concept, sex, school year, living with parents, and economic status were statistically significant. Third, in case of entry evaluation, singing room was evaluated most positively among 10 places with a score of 4.20 and pub/drunkenness was evaluated most negatively. In case of entry experience, singing room was the most frequently experienced place and discotheque was the least. Fourth, with respect to demographic characteristics and influences of self concept, the influencing factors on entry evaluation were sex, school year, social self, and family self, and the influencing factors on entry experience were sex, school year, living with parents, social self, and family self. Finally, examination of the differences of demographic characteristics and self concept according to entry evaluation and experience, revealed the distinctive variables among the 10 harmful places to be sex, school year, living with parents, body self, social self, achievement self, scholarship self, and family self.

정신간호사의 의료기관인증제 인식과 직무만족도가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The influence of Psychiatric Nurse's Awareness of Medical Institution Certification and Job Satisfaction on Nursing Performance)

  • 본 연구는 정신건강의학병원 간호사를 대상으로 의료기관인증제 인식, 직무만족도 및 간호업무성과의 상관관계를 확인하고, 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 설문지를 통해 정신건강의학병원에 재직 중인 간호사 140명을 대상으로 하였고, 기간은 2018년도 8월부터 10월까지였다. 연구결과 의료기관인증제 인식은 3.35점, 직무만족도는 3.32점, 간호업무성과는 3.74점이었다. 연구결과에서 간호업무성과에 영향을 주는 요인은 직무만족도와 정신과 근무경력이었고 설명력은 40.2%였다. 본 연구결과는 정신간호사의 간호업무성과 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

과학관 현장학습 실태조사를 통한 과학 현장학습 활성화 방안 (Science Field Trip Activation Plan through the Survey of Science Museum Field Trip)

  • This study is aimed to offer the elementary school teacher's experience and awareness about science field trip and science museum field trip, by analyzing the survey of 867 students and 81 teachers in Seoul. Research shows 67.9% high figure of elementary school teacher's experience on science field trip. That experience is include 61.8% of science museum using experience. In case of elementary school teacher's pre-activity is only 53.1% and most of them was visiting Website. Post-activity is more than preceding activity(74.1%) but method is too simple like checking work sheets. 62.3% of elementary school students have been to science field trip and science museum that is higher than teachers'. 66.5% of students said science field trip is influence on science study in good ways but there are some difficulties like lack of pre-activity(33.0%) and unkind information about science museum(21.9%). For activation of science field trip, resources development for effective science field trip operating, program development for pre- and post-activity, school group science field trip program development which is linked science curriculum, complement and expand activity information of science field trip institution.

보건의료복지 네트워크를 통한 통합적 지원에 관한 질적 연구 - 서울특별시 북부병원 301네트워크 사업 이용자 경험을 중심으로 - (Qualitative Research on Integrated Support Through Health, Medical and Welfare Network - Based on the Experience of 301 Network Service Users in Seoul Northern Municipal Hospital -)

  • 본 연구는 서울특별시 북부병원 301 네트워크 사업에 참여한 이용자들의 경험을 통해, '보건-의료-복지' 네트워크를 통한 통합적 지원의 의미와 운영의 구체적인 맥락을 탐색한 연구이다. 이를 위해 일반적 질적연구 방법을 적용하여, 총 10명의 연구 참여자와의 심층면접을 통해 얻어진 자료를 주제분석하였다. 분석 결과, 이용자들은 301 네트워크 서비스 참여 이전 가난과 질병의 악순환으로 삶의 의지를 상실하였으나, 서비스 참여를 통해 '치료-케어-생활안정'의 통합적인 지원을 받을 수 있었고 이를 통해 종국에 그들의 삶의 의지가 재생성되는 경험을 하였다. 이러한 경험의 기저에는 다전문직의 팀의 구성, 병원 내외의 연계 체계의 구축, 치료 지원금 확보를 통한 치료연계 체계 구축, 조정 수준의 자원연계 등의 운영전략과 조건이 작동되고 있었다. 연계의 전략과 조건이 잘 갖추어진 '보건의료복지'의 통합 지원의 시도는 우리나라 보건복지 지원 체계의 한계를 보완할 수 있다는 가능성을 보여주었기에 관련 사업의 확장을 주장하였으며, 이를 위해 연계체계의 더욱 공고한 안정화와 제도적 측면의 개선을 제언하였다.

델파이 및 AHP를 활용한 연구개발 주관기관 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Selection of R&D Supervision Institution of Weapon Systems Using Delphi and AHP)

  • 국내 무기체계 연구개발은 사업의 특성을 고려하여 정부 출연 연구소 또는 국내 업체 중 한 곳이 주관하여 추진한다. 그러나 그동안 연구개발 주관기관 선정을 위한 평가항목 및 절차 등에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연구개발 주관기관 선정에 필요한 절차, 항목 등이 포함된 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 연구개발 주관기관 평가항목을 객관화하기 위해 과거 사례 조사, 전문가 자문을 통해 평가항목 후보군을 작성하였다. 델파이 설문을 통해 최종적으로 '핵심기술 보유/준비 현황' 등 5개의 항목이 선정되었으며, 계층분석법(AHP: Analytic Hierarchy Process, 이하 AHP)을 통하여 평가항목 간 가중치를 설정하였다. 가중치는 대분류에서 '기술적 요소', '사업적 요소'로 분류하였으며, '기술적 요소'의 하위요소는 '핵심기술 보유/준비현황', '유사체계 경험'으로, '사업적 요소'의 하위요소는 '위험요소 관리', '사업수행 기반 여건', '사업참여의지'로 분류하였다. 각 평가항목의 최종가중치는 '핵심기술 보유/준비현황(0.405)'이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 '유사체계 경험(0.297)', '위험요소 관리(0.127)', '사업수행 기반 여건(0.124)', '사업참여의지(0.047)'의 순으로 나타났다. 도출된 평가항목은 00 체계의 사례에 적용하여 그 결과를 확인하였다.

외국인환자 유치업자 유형별 환자경험의 차이 (Differences in Patient Experience by Arrangement Type of Medical Tourism Facilitators)

  • This study investigated the differences in patient experience by arrangement type of medical tourism facilitators(MTF) from the pre-visit to visit stages. Specifically, patient experiences from each stage with different service providers (MTFs and medical institutions) were measured: provision of information and respect for patient preferences as pre-visit experiences with the facilitators, communication and concierge services as visit experiences with the facilitators, and medical services as medical institution experiences. The scale to measure foreign patients' experiences was modified from the 'Picker in-patient questionnaire(PPE)' and the 'Picker patient experience questionnaire(PPE-15)'. Quantitative data were collected by conducting a self-administered questionnaire on 173 patients from China, Russia, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan. Qualitative data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with 9 patients and 9 service providers. The data were collected between January and October in 2019. Quantitative data was analyzed by SPSS 25 for Chi-squared test and ANOVA, and qualitative data were analyzed based on keywords. The main results are as follows. When foreign patients used only overseas MTFs, they had a relatively positive patient experience in respect of receiving pre-visit information(F=7.47, p<.01) and respect for patient preferences(F=3.11, p<.05). Looking at both domestic and overseas facilitators during the visit, the patient experience was relatively negative for communication(F=3.75, p<.05). Regarding medical institutions, patients had a relatively negative patient experience with regards to medical services when they used both domestic and overseas facilitators(F=6.49, p<.01). The implications of this study are as follows. Patients should have a seamless and high-quality experience regardless of the facilitator arrangement type. This can be prepared through service standardization for the service providers. It would be also necessary to consider each other's features and problems at the institutional level and to improve service coordination by having service providers periodically communicate with each other.

보건계열 경험자의 간호학과 편입경험 (Experience of transferring students experience in health care to nursing department)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열의 경험이 있는 학생들이 간호학과 편입에 따른 경험의 본질을 이해하는 데 있다. 편입 전 보건계열 전공 혹은 의료기관의 경험이 있는 간호학과 편입 학생들의 경험에 관한 연구로서, 개인 경험에 따른 간호학과 편입의 본질을 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석방법을 적용하여 그 경험을 분석하고, 그 경험의 의미를 파악하고자 실시하였다. 보건계열 전공자 4명과 의료기관 경험자 5명으로 총 9명으로 진행하여 3가지 테마와 9개의 중심의미로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 하여 보건계열의 경험을 가진 학생들의 간호학과 경험을 이해하여 다양한 교육전략과 방향을 모색하여 다양한 간호현장에서의 전문 간호 인력의 양성을 위한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

유아어머니의 구강보건교육 경험에 따른 유아구강관리실태 - 대구광역시 일부 어린이집을 대상으로 (A child oral care state according to mother's oral health education experience - selected preschool in Daegu metropolitan city)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to improve oral heath behaviour of child by analyzing child's mother oral health behaviour. Methods : A total of 361(95.0%) 3-year-old-child's mothers who sent their child to child care institution in Daegu were analyzed from October 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009. Results : 1. In relation to general nature and experience on oral health education of child's mother, mother with higher monthly income, over than graduation from university and professional job had high oral health education experience, which was statistically related(p<0.01)(p<0.001). 2. In the case of mother with oral health education experience, this mother had higher dental clinic visit for 1 year, higher experience on scaling, higher good food preference for teeth health and higher use of floss, which was statistically related(p<0.05)(p<0.01). 3. Regarding child's oral management behaviour by mother's oral health importance, in the case that oral health was important, flouride toothpaste use, restriction on cavity inducting food and toothbrushing before sleep were higher only, which was statistically related(p<0.05)(p<0.001). Conclusion : In case of mother with oral health education experience, this mother had experience on dental clinic visit for prevention of cavity, dental clinic visit for treatment and restriction on food in which their child's oral health behaviour were satisfactory, which was statistically related.

미국 국제이해교육의 현황 분석을 통한 한국 국제이해교육에의 정책적 시사점 연구 (An Analysis on the Policy Directions of Korea's International Education Based on the Experience of America's International Education)

  • The purpose of this paper is to derive some policy implications on Korea's international education based on the research of America's experience of international education. The implications are summarized as follows. First, the main aim of Korea's international education should be on the increase of mutual understanding among world citizens, and also on the improvement of Korea's competitiveness. Since Korea is a small-open economy, she must find some policy methods to develop her economy continuously. Second, Korea should establish q private-run institution concentrated on the increase of mutual understanding of world citizens, like IIE in America. Third, Korea should also give Korea's universities some incentives to improve its own internationalization as well as to develop educational curriculum for teachers in international education.
