체험 중심 경제교육 프로그램이 유아의 경제개념과 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of an Experience-Based Economic Education Program on Young Children's Economic Concepts and Purchasing Behavior)

  • This study developed an experience-based economic education program and examined its effects on young children's economic concepts and purchasing behavior. Subjects were 60 5-year-old kindergarteners assigned to an experimental or a control group. Instruments for pre- and post-tests were the Economic Concept Task (Laney, 1995) and the Purchasing Behavior Task (Jang, 2004). Experimental group children participated in the economic education program for 5 weeks; control group children listened to economic stories. Differences between pre- and post-test in the experimental group showed that the economic education program was effective in development of concepts of scarcity, opportunity cost, resource/production, goods/services, and complements/substitutes. Children's purchasing behavior changed partially after application of the program.

소비자문제경험에 따른 대응행동 -가전제품을 중심으로- (The Consumer Complaining Behavior according to Consumer Problems -in case of household electric goods-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investgate consumer problems which were severe for consumers and their complaining behavior. This research had a purpose to enhance the ability of consumer protection by the well-developed consumer education. The subjects were 342 homewives in Seoul, Feb. 1995. The major results were as follows : Younger, higher-educated, small sized family and white-collor and professional occupation homewives experienced more consumer problems. Also theses homewives with higher level of consumer attitude, information search and more consumer problems had more complaining behavior. For the causal relation of consumer problems experience, several independent variables and consumer complaining behavior, the path analysis was used. Only the consumer problem experience which was a intervening variable had direct affect to the consumer complaining behavior. Education level, number of family, consumer knowledge had inderect affect through the intervening variable to the consumer complaining behavior.

  • 본 연구는 브랜드 경험(BX : Brand Experience) 기반의 브랜드 디자인 시스템 개발사례에 관한 연구로, 2018년 1월 - 4월에 진행된 정가(家)네곳간 브랜드 디자인 시스템 개발 사례를 토대로 연구 하였다. 브랜드의 경험은 소비자의 주관적이며 내적인 반응이며, 브랜드 아이덴티티를 포함한 브랜드 디자인의 자극을 통해 발생하는 소비자의 반응이다. BX 디자인은 브랜드의 경험을 바탕으로 브랜드와 관련된 자극으로 브랜드디자인의 자극물과 소비자가 브랜드와 접촉을 통해 일어나는 반응이 서로 상호작용 함으로써 브랜드에 대한 경험이 발생한다. BX 디자인의 시스템에서 가장 중요한 부분은 브랜드의 다양한 접점에서 소비자가 특정 브랜드에 대한 브랜드이미지를 형성하는 과정에서 특정 브랜드의 제품이나 서비스를 선택하는데 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 BX디자인을 기반으로 진행된 정가(家)네곳간 브랜드 디자인 시스템의 개발 전략과 함께 최종 완성된 브랜드 디자인 시안을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 정가(家)네곳간 브랜드 경험 디자인의 조형성과 연상성이 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다(F=30.961, p<.001). 브랜드 디자인 선호도는 조형성(${\beta}=.443$, p<.001), 연상성(${\beta}=.218$, p<.001)순으로 브랜드 디자인 선호도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

한국과 일본 여대생의 의복행동 비교 (A Cross-Cultural Research of Clothing Purchasing Behavior of Korean and Japanese Female College Students)

  • The Purpose of the study was to compare clothing shopping motives, fashion information sources, evaluation criteria of apparel products, store selection criteria, apparel buying places, and purchasing experience and country of origin place on imported clothing. The total of 371 consumers, college female students in Korea and Japan were sampled in both countries. ANOVA, factor analysis, Duncan's multiple range test, t-test, frequency, and percentage as analysis methods were used. The results of the study were as follows. According to the comparative analysis of clothing purchasing behavior by factors, the result showed that both of them had more personal motives than social ones, regarding clothing purchasing motives. The clothing purchasing motives of students in Korea was higher than it of students in Japan. In the use of information sources, the students of both countries considered the information by consumer very importantly. Next to it, they highly regarded the information by marketer. The students in Korea used all informations more than the students in Japan. In the clothing selection, both of them considered criteria esthetics very importantly. The students in Korea considered 'brand name', 'versatility', and 'pleasing to others' as important, but the students in Japan considered 'price' and 'prestige' very importantly. For store selection criteria, Korean students considered 'duality guaranteed', 'service', and 'their and other's experience' as important but Japanese students regarded 'price' and 'variety of products' as important. A department store was the most highly preferred among clothing purchasing stores. After it, for Korean students, fashion mall, renowned brand stores, discount store were considered in order of preference, for Japan, speciality stores, fashion mall, renowned brand stores are preferred. Regarding imported clothing, Korean students, in order of preference, preferred the goods of America, Italy, France, England, etc. Japan students preferred the goods of America, Italy, China, France, etc.

온라인 쇼핑을 이용하는 소비자 특성이 옴니채널 전략에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumer Characteristics Using Online Shopping on Omni-Channel Strategy)

  • Omni-channel strategy is an innovative paradigm for integrated information distribution of inventory, sales, operations, marketing, delivery, pickups and returns in supply chain management. Recently the distribution strategy faces new challenges with the advent of mobile distribution channels. Social media with countless apps imposes additional stress on supply chain operations. Due to these changes, distribution network in supply chain is changing naturally and rapidly from multi-channel to omnni-channel platform. Recently numerous domestic distributors establish and adapt this new supply chain optimization tool as a part of seamless flow of movements of goods from one channel to other channels. The objective of this paper is to present a preliminary findings on how omnni-channel affects the supply chain management. A survey is used to ascertain in the degree of omnni-channel implementation and statistical evidence is provided to test sets of hypothesis. The results of the questionnaire showed that consumers' purchasing styles differed by gender, age, purchase purpose, and product type. In particular, women consider purchasing experience in omni-channel to be important. As food and household goods can be conveniently shipped, consumers prefer online purchasing it. Conversely, consumers tend to favor omni-channel strategy in connection with offline experience in IT products.

성인들의 건강관리와 구강건강관리행태에 따른 주관적 건강과 구강건강, EQ-5D수준 (Subjective Health, Subjective Oral Health, and EQ-5D Level of Adults According to Health Management and Oral Health Management Behavior)

  • Purpose : This study examined the relationship between oral health management behavior and subjective health perception by using a tool that measures health-related quality of life named EQ-5D. The findings are expected to provide fundamental data for developing diverse programs, including health- and oral-health-related educational media, to ultimately enhance people's health-related quality of life. Methods : Adults over the age of 20 were extracted from the raw materials of the 8th national health and nutrition examination survey conducted in 2019. Among them, 4034 were finally chosen as the study subjects after checking the response distribution of relevant questions and excluding inadequate samples. Variables included general characteristics, health management behavior, oral health management behavior, subjective health perception, and EQ-5D level. Cross-tabulation test, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and linear regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0. Results : EQ-5D, which measures the level of health-related quality of life, was high when the subjects had a medical check-up experience, no experience of unsatisfactory medical service, and did not get an influenza vaccination (p<.001). The quality of life was higher when the subjects received dental inspections, did not require treatment, and used oral care goods (p<.005). Health-related quality of life was also higher when the subjective health level and subjective oral health level were high. Conclusion : Results indicate that subjective health, oral health perception level, and quality of life together were high when people had a regular check-up, did not neglect treatment, and used oral care goods. Considering the findings of this study, check-up programs that are customized for each age group are necessary. Health-related quality of life could be enhanced through the provision of diverse medical services and active efforts to prevent any medical blind spot.

중고거래 플랫폼의 사용자 경험 비교 연구 -번개장터와 당근마켓을 중심으로- (A Comparative Study on User Experience of Secondhand Marketplace Platform -Focusing on Bungae Jangter and Danggeun Market-)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 중고거래 서비스를 제공하는 번개장터와 당근마켓을 중심으로 중고거래 플랫폼에서 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관해 연구하고, 사용성을 비교하는 데 목적이 있다. 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모형을 기반으로 중고거래 경험이 있는 사용자에게 설문조사와 심층 인터뷰를 진행하고, 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 정성적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 중고거래 플랫폼이 추구하는 주요 가치에 따라 거래 목적과 주거래 제품, 제품 탐색 방법에 차이가 있었다. 번개장터는 '다양하고 트렌디한 제품'에 주력하며 택배를 기반으로 거래가 진행되며, 당근마켓은 '편의성 높고 신뢰도 있는 거래'를 주요 가치로 두고 직거래를 기반으로 하고 있었다. 사용자가 모바일 중고거래 플랫폼을 선택할때 니즈, 취향, 사고방식을 바탕으로 한 서비스의 이용 목적에 따라 달라진다는 것과, 이에 따라 플랫폼이 제공하는 거래 방식과 서비스 하고 있는 제품의 성격, 탐색 방식이 달라지며 이것이 만족도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 실제 유저의 사용 경험에 초점을 두어, 사용자 중심의 모바일 중고거래 서비스로 발전하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

중국 영유아의류 브랜드의 온라인 체험 마케팅과 브랜드 충성도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Online Experience Marketing and Brand Loyalty of Chinese Infant Clothing Brands on Purchase Intention)

  • The online shopping industry in China has experienced rapid growth, particularly in the infant goods sector, which is considered highly promising in terms of its growth potential. This growth can be attributed to the Chinese market's increasing economic power, the implementation of new policies concerning marriage and childbirth, changes in family structure, and evolving and diverse consumer demands for infant products. While the infant clothing industry has emerged as a significant player in the Chinese market, there is still a lack of sufficient academic research on the online shopping environment specific to China's infant clothing industry. The objective of this study was to explore the influence of online experiential marketing on brand loyalty and purchase intention among Chinese consumers of children's wear. The study findings indicated that the emotional experience, action experience, and relationship experience encountered by consumers during online interactions had a positive and significant impact on brand loyalty. Both perceptual experience and cognitive experience had a positive and significant influence on consumers' willingness to make a purchase. The study also revealed that brand loyalty had a positive and significant effect on consumers' purchase intention. The perception of online experiential marketing, brand loyalty, and purchase intention varied based on individual attributes, and gender was found to moderate the relationship between online experiential marketing and brand loyalty.

축제 체험마케팅이 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Experiential Marketing on Brand Loyalty in Local Festival)

  • 본 연구는 체험마케팅 요소가 축제브랜드 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령과 수입의 2부분에서 인지적 체험항목에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 둘째, 체험마케팅의 감각적 체험, 감성적 체험, 인지적 체험의 모든 항목이 축제브랜드 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 첫째, 향후 축제브랜드 강화를 위해 축제 체험마케팅에 대한 개발에 대한 하나의 새로운 자료를 제시할 수 있었다. 둘째, 축제와 체험마케팅을 적용한 새로운 연구로써, 축제와 같은 무형적 상품을 통한 체험마케팅도 브랜드충성도 강화에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

온라인 구전 커뮤니케이션: 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 소비자 사용후기 작성동기 (Online Word-of-Mouth: Motivation for Writing Product Reviews on Internet Shopping Sites)

  • The online shopping environment has radically changed consumer shopping behavior. Without the actual physical shopping experience in a brick-and-mortar store, consumers make purchasing decisions over the Internet. They make an effort to obtain product information not only from online merchants, but also from previous purchasers in order to make an informed decision. Accordingly, customer comments are expected to have a significant impact on decisions to purchase goods and services online. This paper focuses on one type of electronic word-of-mouth, the online consumer review. It derives several motivations why customers post product reviews on shopping mall sites. Customer motives were identified through an in depth one-on-one interview with twenty female respondents conducted twice from June $17^{th}$ to September $11^{th}$, 2009. The interviews lasted between 40 and 60 minutes. The results showed that consumers write product reviews based on six motivations: to receive a reward or remuneration for writing a product review, to share information with other customers, to improve the quality of goods and services, to reduce customer dissatisfaction, to recommend products and services, and to derive pleasure.
