박물관 환경 분석을 통한 동산문화재 영향인자에 대한 연구 (Study on Environmental Factors for Movable Cultural Properties in Museum)

  • 최근 문화재의 훼손을 미연에 방지하기 위하여 보존환경 및 훼손영향에 대한 연구가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 박물관 3곳의 환경 중 동산문화재의 보존환경과 관련된 전시실, 전시케이스, 수장고에서 온 습도, 산류, 암모니아, 환원황화합물, 알데히드류를 조사하여 주요 영향 인자를 확인하고자 하였다. 조사 결과 온 습도, 총휘발성유기화합물, 아세트 알데히드는 빈번히 국 내외의 박물관 보존환경 기준 및 실내공기질 기준을 초과하였고, 포름알데히드, 염소, 암모니아는 간헐적으로 기준을 초과하는 특성을 보였다. 빈번히 기준을 초과한 온도, 습도, 총휘발성유기화합물, 아세트알데히드, 동산문화재의 주요 영향인자로써 동산문화재의 효과적인 보존 및 관리를 위해서 이들 인자는 적절한 제어가 필요함을 확인하였다.

국립중앙극장 리모델링 조경설계 (Landscape Design for Remodeling of the National Theater of Korea)

  • Ihis landscape design was proposed for the Remodeling for the National Theater of Korea Competition. Today, the National Theater of Korea, located in Jangchoongfong, Joong-gu, Seoul, asks plans for renovation. The landscape design for the remodeling of the theater is conducted as part of comprehensive programs for its renovation. The Government sought design proposals through a design competition in April, 2002. The authors proposed a landscape design for remodeling the National Theater of Korea and won first place in the competition. The landscape design covers the following a survey of the present status, a site analysis, a schematic design, and design, development. In the authors'design, heavens, humans, earth and nature are symbolically expressed within the site. The outdoor spaces of the National Theater of Korea are organically composed of the following low spaces : 1) a field of creation; 2) a field of recreation; 3) a field of meeting; and 4) a field of contemplation. The field of creation consists of a main entrance, spaces for public performance and plays, spaces with symbolic water features, and resting areas. The field of recreation is composed of various exhibition spaces. The field of meeting consists of traditional Korean-style gardens and an outdoor cafeteria. The field of contemplation features lawns, grasses and trees, and provides an area for pedestrian strolling. The outdoor spaces of the National Theater of Korea would produce an atmosphere suited to a cultural and artistic place. In the spaces, people would perceive a unique sense of place through various types of fountains, pergolas, columns, walls, light poles and bollards. An example of the true meaning of a cultural space and a resting place is provided in these spaces. The renovated National Theater of Korea would be a new type of theater with regional context, cultural meaning, spatial identity, various amenities with symbolic images, function and beauty.

  • The change of idea about overall politics, society, technology, and culture in 20th century led to the change of kitchen which is the central space of household affairs as well. Frankfurt kitchen of Margarete Schuette Lihotzky which was introduced for the first time at Germany International Trade Exhibition in 1927 functionally designed small space of $6.5m^2$ with considering move-line and convenience. This is the beginning of kitchen type which has built-in sink and cupboard that is regarded as an universal option these days, and this has extensively been applied to kitchen system throughout the world after the repetitive development in America, Sweden and Switzerland. And improved kitchen of Park Gil-Yong which was influenced by rationalism introduced from the house improvement campaign and the opening of a port which were progressed in Korea in $1919{\sim}1930$ is the first stand-up kitchen which improved the inefficiency of Korean conventional kitchen. The purpose of this study is to understand the change aspect of kitchen through the rationalization in each country by comparing the introduction background of the times, change of space for residence and kitchen, and the characteristics of kitchen plan which had influence at the turning point on the kitchen in Korea, Europe on the side of efficiency at the same period, take into consideration of our residing-culture which has rapidly been changed between tradition and modernity, and to see the direction of kitchen design which copes with the unique residential environment.

내표면 온도차 비율(TDRi) 분석을 통한 현대 신한옥 외벽 모서리 부위 단열성능 평가 (Thermal Performance Evaluation at corners of the External wall of Modern New Han-oks using Temperature Difference Ratio inside)

  • Recently, many New Han-oks have been constructing in all over the country to popularize as a type of green house. But, achievement of thermal performance of external wall is still the very important issue to become popular. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the thermal performance level of modern New Han-ok through Temperature Difference Ratio inside(TDRi) analysis at corners of the external wall in Han-ok. Method: To achieve this goal, measurements were carried out in 12 Han-oks(experimental mock-up(1), exhibition Han-ok(1), happy village Han-oks(10)) by taking a infra-red thermography using thermal video system. Following are analysis items about connection joint between wall and wood columns of external wall conditions; the part between external wall and external wall(2D), external wall and ceiling(or floor)(2D), 2 external walls and ceiling(or floor)(3D) and so on. Result: It was analyzed that the probability of condensation at most of connection joint appear high and TDRi of 3D corners is higher than that of 2D corners in general. It means that the development of construction techniques about connection joint between wood columns and external wall is still required. The results of this study may be used to improve the construction technology of new Han-ok and as a basis for the specifying the desired thermal comfort environment of dwelling.

인천지역 초등과학영재학급의 교육과정 운영실태 분석 (An Analysis on the Curriculum for the Classes of Elementary Science Gifted in Incheon)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis the curriculum for educating and operating the classes of elementary science gifted in Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education. We developed the framework for curriculum content analysis based on the principles of curriculum development for gifted education. The developed framework was applied to the curricula of four classes of elementary science gifted in Incheon. And the needs of gifted students were surveyed in the classes of the elementary science gifted. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The current curriculums of two classes described the goal of the elementary gifted education, but the content and theme of the curricula of three classes were not related to the contents of the 7th national curriculum. 2. The teaching methods used in the science gifted class were mainly a lecture and an experimental activity. and there was little the process of individual instruction. 3. There was not mostly the products as the results of learning because of little performed by a project teaming, an announcement and an exhibition in gifted class. 4. Most of the students of the science gifted class were estimated by the paper tests and observation of the teacher in charge of the gifted class, not by the products and presentation etc. 5. They mostly preferred the theme of everyday life in addition to the textbook, and the instructional type of enrichment teaming and acceleration learning over the grade of themselves. 6. They mainly expected that the curriculum of the gifted class is operated during the semester.

인간동력항공기 구조설계와 동력측정 (HPA Structure Design and Power Measurement)

  • 본 논문에서는 항공우주연구원에서 주최하는 2012년 인간 동력 항공기 시범 경진대회에 참가하기 위하여 제작한 충남대학교 Light Bros. 팀의 Human Powered Aircraft인 Volante 날개에 대한 설계/제작과정과 프로펠러의 설계/제작과정을 기술하였다. 동력장치는 두 개의 프로펠러로 구성되어 있고 베벨기어와 지상에서 작동하게 만들어졌다. 프로펠러의 상태변화와 시간에 따른 동력변화를 측정하여 가장 효율적인 프로펠러는 찾는 것이다. 복합재의 사용과 글라이더 형태의 큰 Aspect Ratio(AR)을 갖는 날개의 하중 해석 및 구조 해석을 수행하였다. 주익 Spar의 모델링 및 구조 해석을 수행한 후 구조 시험을 통해 변위 및 Strain 비교를 수행하였으며 결과적으로 주익의 성능 및 안전성을 확인하였다.

정보디자인을 이용한 효과적인 VMD운영 (Operation of the Effective VMD utilizing the Information Design)

  • VMD는 보여주기 위한 매장에서 잘 팔리는 매장으로써 갖고 싶은 것이 있는 매장, 찾아가고 싶은 매장, 사기 쉬운 매장으로 만들어가야 한다. 정보디자인을 VMD에 이용하여 잘 팔리는 매장을 만들기 위하여 1차 조사로써, 광주광역시의 여성을 대상으로 소비성향과 구매형태를 질문지조사 방법을 통하여 실시하였다. 2차 조사는 디자인과 유행에 민감한 여자 대학생을 대상으로 조사하였다. 3차 조사는 광주광역시에 소재하고 있는 백화점 내 의류를 취급하는 매장을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구조사결과 VMD의 효과가 가장 크게 나타나는 곳은 백화점이라고 할 수 있으며 전체적인 문제점으로 각 매장의 특성을 살리지 못하고 획일적인 디자인을 추구한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 VMD의 추진 운영상 당면한 문제점으로 디스플레이, 진열 등 미관의 한계를 벗어나지 못하고 있으며 실제로 매출 증대에 기여하지 못하고 비용만 많이 들어가고 일만 많아졌다는 부정적인 시각이 많았다. 정보 디자인은 VMD운영에 필수적이고, 사용자에게 보다 효율적인 전달을 위해 그래픽 요소를 활용 시각화되어야한다. 정보는 조직화되어야하고, VMD운영은 획일화 되어서는 안 되고, 업종과 특성에 따라 차별화시켜야 한다. 그리고 전사적으로 토탈화시켜 나아가야 할 것이다.

광양역사 조경설계 (Landscape Design for Kwangyang Station)

  • The Office of Korean National Railroads announced a design competition for Kwangyang Station and sought design proposals in October of 2002. The authors collaborated on a landscape design for Kwangyang Station and earned first prize in the competition. The Office decided to construct outdoor public spaces of Kwangyang Station for railroad users, visitors and staff, and local residents. The landscape design covers the following: site inventory and analysis; integration of design program and site analysis; evaluation of design concept; selecting a winning design alternative; schematic design including circulation form and spatial form; and design development including subarea design. In the design process, the authors focused on the integration and interpretation of site conditions as related to the Kwangyang Station building. They also collectively analyzed and considered the physical development of the outdoor spaces of Kwangyang Station. The following are some of the major areas in the design of the outdoor spaces of Kwangyang Station: 1) a plaza for waiting, 2) an entry area for passengers, 3) a train cafeteria, 4) a cultural plaza, 5) an image wall, and 6) a symbolic pond. The plaza for waiting is created as a place for users to wait and rest. The entry area for passengers provides an area for pedestrians approaching, passing and strolling. The train cafeteria features trains, lawns, grasses and trees. The cultural plaza is a main area representing the regional characteristics of Kwangyang. This plaza also provides an area for various public events. The image wall is meant to be an exhibition space for displaying the advancements of Korean National Railroads in sculptural image forms. The symbolic pond consists of an area with symbolic water features and several sculptures with artistic value. In the authors' design, the outdoor spaces of Kwangyang station are created as a new type of public realm with function, regional quality, original identity, cultural context, symbolic meaning and images, and beauty. The designed spaces would be one of the most representative places of interest and attraction in Kwangyang.

타피스트리 제작 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어 개발 연구 (A Study on the simulation software of tapestry in textile design)

  • 섬유예술은 현대 미술운동의 하나로 부각되었고, 그 중에서도 타피스트리는 인간의 역사와 함께 시작되어 지금가지 전시회와 다양한 형태를 통해 선보이고 있고 점점 깊이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 이 작업과정은 광대한 크기로 인해 시간적 육체적 노력이 엄청나게 요구된다. 현 상황은 샘플작업을 한 뒤 본 작업에 들어가는데 마무리 작업을 할 때까지 그 느낌을 잘 알 수 없기 때문에 완성단계에서도 마음에 들지 않으면 다시 작업을 하는 경우가 많이 있다. 이런 문제점을 보완하기 위해서 미리 컴퓨터를 통하여 확인 후 수정을 거쳐 결과물을 볼 수 있도록 하여 창작의 시간을 늘이고 불필요한 시간을 없애고자 시뮬레이션이 연구되었 다. 이 시뮬레이션의 주된 내용은 스캔, 드로잉, 라인 클린 업, 필업, 렌더링, 내역 조회의 과정을 거쳐 프린트 할 수 있도록 구성되었다. 내용은 스캔과 드로잉에서 아이디어 창출을 하고 라인 클린 업에서 벡터 이미지로 만든 다음 실의 느낌을 주고 수정을 한다. 이 이미지를 렌더링하고 실의 길이와 무게 가격 조회를 한 후 프린트하는 전과정을 시뮬레이션 하는 패키지 소프트웨어를 프로토타입으로 제작한 것이다. 이런 과정을 통해 타피스트리를 하는 여러 작가들과 학생들에게 보다 쉽게 접하고 미연에 불필요한 노력과 시간들을 줄일 수 있도록 연구 개발되었다.

Bibliographic checklist of Korean spiders (Arachnida: Araneae) ver. 2015

  • The 2015 version of the bibliographic checklist of Korean spiders from the first checklist by Paik and Kim (1956) is presented, together with a complete bibliography of relevant Korean araneological literature. A total of 620 publications during 1907-2015 including original description on the Korean spiders and records of taxonomic description were critically reviewed. Records only from locations within the present borders of South Korea are listed. A total of 748 spider species of 271 genera belonging to 46 families are confirmed to exist in Korea. Twenty one species, whose distribution or existence within the Korean border are uncertain and lacked valid records, are excluded from the present list pending critical validation. Four spider species endemic to North Korean are listed separately from the present list. One genus, Joopilia Chae and Sohn, 2013 and 2 species, Joopilia jooplis Chae and Sohn, 2013 and Dolomedes jirisanensis Kim and Chae, 2012, which had no designated type species and no diagnosis, are cited as nomina nuda. New synonyms of 15 previously described spider species are proposed. Based on their zoogeographical distribution, the Korean spider fauna was found to be influenced by the northern species, including 36 Holarctic and 72 Palearctic species (14.5% of the total species). Korean endemic species include 160 species (21.5% of the total species). Korean indigenous spiders are also distributed in neighboring countries: 318 species in Russia (42.7%), 460 in China (61.7%), and 488 in Japan (65.5%).
