유입 공기의 배출 성능 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Improvement Plan of Inflowing Air Emission)

  • 연구목적: 고층 건물 화재시 제연구역이 효과적으로 보호되지 않으면 수직피난경로에 연기나 화염이 유입되어 대피가 어려워진다. 국가화재안전기준에서는 제연구역에 차압 및 방연풍속을 공급하여 능동적으로 연기 유입을 억제하고, 제연구역으로부터 옥내로 유입되는 공기는 옥외로 배출되도록 하고 있다. 본 연구는 유입 공기의 배출로 인한 문제점을 확인하고 성능개선 방안에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: CONTAM 프로그램을 사용하여 기본조건과 변경조건으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 밀폐된 복도에서 유입 공기가 배출되면 제연구역에서 과압이 발생하여 개방력을 초과하였고 유입공기가 배출되지 않는 층 에서는 방연풍속이 미달하였다. 결론: "차압 배출댐퍼" 적용, 배출댐퍼 2개층 동시 개방, 복도와 옥외 사이 자동식 창문 설치로 유입공기의 배출 성능이 개선되었다.

공동주택 화장실의 급기구 및 배기팬 설치위치에 따른 환기효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ventilation Effect by Various Location of Air Intake and Exhaust Fan of Bathroom in Apartment Housing)

  • The mock-ups of ventilation system, which has been widely adopted for the bathroom with the area of 100 $m^2$ apartment housing, were established and tested to design mechanical ventilation for apartment housing bathroom where air supply exhaust are relatively important. These ventilation mock-ups were capable of controlling intake and exhaust, which has the size of supply openings as 40cm${\times}$1cm, 40cm${\times}$3cm, 40cm${\times}$5cm. They were established at five locations, spaced 40cm from each other at a height of 25cm from the floor. The exhaust fans were located at four corners and center of the ceiling. The results this ventilation effect measurement by different condition are showing that when the size of air supply is bigger and the location is lower, the effect of ventilation was relatively higher. In addition, as the distance between exhaust fan and air supply was farther, the ventilation effect were getting highly efficient.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate how job overload, relationship with senior perceived by nurses and emotional exhaust related to turnover and explored the mediating role of emotional exhaust in job characteristics-turnover relationship. Method: Participants were 280 nurses from around the greater metropolitan area of Seoul, completed questionnaires. Correlation and Structural Equation Models were employed to investigate the various factors associated with this. Result: Job overload related positively to emotional exhaust and turnover and the quality of relationship with senior related negatively to emotional exhaust but positively to turnover. These findings suggest the important role played by job conditions in preventing nurses' emotional burnout and the intention to quit their jobs. Furthermore, emotional burnout mediated the effects of these job characteristics on nurses' turnover. Conclusion: It is suggested that the benefit of job conditions and emotional burnout should be taken into consideration when developing strategies to improve nurse retention and. social supporting programs for nurses more generally.

자동차용 배기열 회수 장치의 성능 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Performance Characteristics of Exhaust Heat Recovery Device in Automobile)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance characteristics of new exhaust heat recovery device for the engine's fast warm-up. In this study, two different interior area designed for prototyping and on the exhaust heat recovery device to evaluate the performance compare the performance characteristics were chosen a better product. A company's product and selected prototype-2 were evaluated and compared the performance. This experiment was conducted under the same conditions. The time from starting to warm-up of engine was measured. As a result, the performance characteristics of the prototype-2 was not higher than that of the A company's product. However, in comparison with base system, prototype-2 of the exhaust heat recovery device discover that the warm-up time was shortened.

  • A study on swirl chamber for diesel engine is to realize lower fuel consumption and exhaust emission than the current marketing engines. Author formerly reported the performance characteristics of small IDI diesel engine with swirl chamber by changing the jet passage area and its angle, and the depth and shape of the piston top cavity. Following after the first report, in this paper, the characteristics of fuel consumption, soot emission, and exhaust gas temperature were examined and analyzed after dimension of jet passage area expanded to $70.1mm^2$ The results were that the optimum values of the jet passage area depending on the depth of the piston top cavity were different at each engine speeds and loads, and in accordance with application of engine running conditions they were able to be selected as optimum dimensions of each design parameters.

  • In recent years, the environmental demage to urban area becomes serious problem due to the exhaust emissions by increasing the number of vehicle. The proportion of diesel vehicle is very high in this country. Exhaust gas emitted from the diesel-powered vehicle is severly affecting to the air quality. In this study, light-duty diesel engine was studied on the improvement of exhaust gas testing method. Therefore the results obtained effective load method among testing method. It is deserve to test of the PM for the environment.

  • 고고도 모사용 초음속 디퓨져의 설계 및 작동인자에 대한 영향을 파악하기 위하여 압축성 축대칭 Wavier-Stokes 방정식 기반의 two-layer k-$\varepsilon$ 난류 수치해석과 실험 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 디퓨져의 설계 및 작동인자인 노즐과 디퓨져의 면적비, 진공챔버의 크기, 제트의 공급압력에 대한 디퓨져내 유동 발달과 디퓨져 작동 특성을 살펴보았다.

  • Power transformers, air-intakes and stacks in the urban combined power plant are main noisy sources. Because of Inhabitant complaint by abnormal noise transferred from the power plant. the noise was investigated at power plant and uptown area. The result of diagnosis made the acoustic resonance phenomenon by 580Hz's combustion dynamic pressure with the standing wave mode of sound fields in exhaust passageway of gas turbine into main noise source of public complain. The abnormal noise is caused by the resonance exhaust noise transferred through stacks of power plant.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of swirl combustion chamber diesel engine by changing the jet passage area and its angle, the depth and shape of the piston top cavity(main chamber). The performance of diesel engine with newly changed swirl combustion chamber was tested through the experimental conditions as engine speed, load and injection timing etc. The test results were compared and analyzed. The rate of fuel consumption was affected significantly by the jet passage area at the high speed and load, by the depth of the piston top cavity at the low speed and load. The exhaust smoke density and exhaust gas temperature depended sensitively on variation of the injection timing rather than the shape of the combustion chamber within the experimental conditions.

  • The People have a bad perception about diesel vehicle because of serious air pollution, increase fine dust and global vehicle company's diesel gate. Starting the project in 2005, Ministry of Environment has been supporting that is exhaust gas reduction devices (DPF) on diesel vehicles in the metropolitan area. During the period of 2017.01.01 to 2017.12.31, 10,030 diesel vehicles installed exhaust gas reduction devices (DPF). Among them, 9,921 diesel vehicles that they have sufficient data for analysis were analyzed amount of particulate matter reduction before and after exhaust gas reduction devices (DPF) was installed. Opacity smoke meter measures the concentration of particulate matter. So concentration of particulate matter was converted into a mass unit, and then calculated the total amount of reduced particulate matter. It was estimated that social benefits is costs required to remove it from the total amount of particulate matter.
