The purpose of this paper is to examine the meanings of delivery of each trade term in INCOTERMS 2000, to investigate various kinds of transport document as a proof of delivery, and finally to find their problems. As a result of examination, following problems are considered to happen practically. First, a multimodal transport document referred in FOB term seems to be unappropriate because FOB term can be used in sea or inland waterway transport. Second, Assuming resale in transit in CFR or CIF term, non-negotiable Sea Waybill seems to be inappropriate. Third, As Sea Waybill is not a document of title, it can not be a security when the bank negotiate seller's draft. Fourth, INCOTERMS 2000 deleted the reference to charter party in CFR or CIF term. This deletion may raise any legal problems for the liabilities of carrier when the contradictions happen between the charter party B/L and charter party. Finally, if CFR or CIF means symbolic delivery, other documents besides B/L can not be a symbols of goods.

Nowadays, natural resource are running out and the level of the environment contamination is getting serious. To solve these problems, each country and institute tend to need many-sided researchs and developments. At this point, especially, there are many coal-mines in Jung-sun and Tae-back where are located in Kangwon province. By the way the abandoned mines cause not only local economy collapse but also environment contamination by submergence of stony mountains. The counterplan is positively inquired further examination by the government. Consequently, we hope that the recycle of polymer concrete can reduce the environment contamination, suggest the new direction of Green Design and can be switched over high added value goods. In conclusion, the recycle of polymer concrete will be valuable.

Safety management was divided by the competent authorities supplier, and customer with responsibility and authority. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. Especially, the big accident of the inside and outside of the country occurred during recent year was newly recognized with the whole society about safety. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.

This survey reports on the extensive examination of the qualify of 14 jogging and tennis shoes separately, availavable in the domestic market, Both jogging and tennis shoes were catagorised in two groups, namely the general goods(less expensive ones) and the exclusive goods(expensive models). The detailed classification are shown below; The domestic products meet the general purpose just as that of the foreign products. Due to the adhesion technology, the domestic tennis shoes consist of rubber sole with natural leather upper;In fact, the desirable combination, as foreign products, must be polyurethane/natural leather. The expensive models were heavier than the less expensive ones. The greater weight difference of right and left shoes are shown in the expensive models than that of the less expensive ones. The moisture absorption ratio of the expensive model is far superior in comparison with the less expensive model. The reason is identified by the material supplyed to produce the expensive model consisted of the natural leather and proper parts. The abrasion resistance of the expensive models were excellent that of the less expensive ones, because the rubber soles were showed the properties better than polyurethane sole which was used in the less expensive model.

Wholesaling is important industry that is remarkable by the function and characteristics of city. This paper aims at examing the recent changes in hierarchy of cities and city classifi-cation by wholesale activities in Korea. In order to grasp the stydy purpose, this paper is to analuze the changes of categories by wholesale industry, and to grasp the change in the city classification with city hierachy of wholesale sales in 1968, 1979, and 1991. The data were obtained from the statistics in the Census of Wholesale and Retail Trade published by the National Statistical Office, in 1969, 1981, and 1992. As the result of examination, the following finding were obtained: 1. Wholesaling has developed form that of production and consumption goods wholesale, especially 'Wholesaling of Farm Products, Foods and Beverages' to that of investment goods that is 'Wholesaling of Machinery and Equipment' and 'Wholesaling of Transport Equipment and Parts'. 2. Wholesaling has developed in the medium and small cities in 1970's, and in the larger cities in 1980's. And the concentration ratio of six larger cities were lower than another cities in terms of wholesale sales, especially Seoul and Pusan. 3. Recently with income increment and a purchasing power, city classification was changed by the increasing number of wholesale establi-shments of 'Automotive Parts and Tyres' in 1970's and of 'Office, Computing and Accounting Machines and Motor Vehicles' in 1980's.

Each country, each organization and individual have pursued their own identity, which require a unique design discriminated from other countries, cultures and people. As character related industries including character, cartoon, animation and CF appeared everywhere, development of character of mascot concept which can highlight individual personality has been required. This study is to meet these requirements and develop character of Korean subject as the concept of mascot or guard angel in order to develop the unique design with discriminative features from individual identity. For this, this study named it "Individual Character", analyzes the Korean traditional incantatory patterns and develops three patterns such as line art character, five-color 2D character and letter '||'&'||' picture 3D character as a form having individual character with the twelve gods of the earth through examination of materials of traditional patterns home and aborad. These three-typed characters seek strategies by types and are applied to calender, ceramic, metal, animation source, living goods and accessories. Application to commodities include line art and the products of 20 and 3D types based on re-design and add metal, paper, web and ceramic. Therefore this study finds that "Individual Character' using traditional incantatory patterns can discover the cultural identity and originality through Korean design creation and application of "Individual Character" to character industry can develop the pluralistic characters with a material and it can be extended to consumption goods.onsumption goods.

It is important to accurately analyze the various factors such as the local situation of the purchasable countries and the international situation in order to export defense industrial goods developed in Korea and to enter overseas markets based on the results. In the case of defense materials, unlike the civilian sector, there are a limited number of countries with high export potential. Therefore, to select a possible export market, it is necessary to consider the purchasing power index through the examination of the purchasability of the exportable market. Therefore, the present study chose a total of 18 purchasing power indicators in five major categories of economic power, military power, defense science and technology level, friendly relations with Korea, and possibility of dispute. By calculating each weight with AHP and Fuzzy-AHP analysis, the results was presented the purchasing power index and the weighting. Based on the results will contribute to the study on the method of selecting the export market of the defense materials and the establishment of the export policy of the defense industry.

The study was an attempt to compare the Korean home-made sesame oil (sample A) with the market goods in Korean (sample B) and in Japan (sample C) for their flavor and cooking after an hour heating. And there were 5 spices used green onion , garlic, ginger, black pepper and red pepper in heating process of the sesame oil. The results obtained were as follows : 1) On the chemical changes of AV, IV, SV, TBAV, and the appearence of color and viscosity , it was supposed that the changes were showed merely more by the heating than the heating of the spices addition. Among the spices garlic was noticed to change greatly in comparison with the other spices. And A was showed to change a little respectively at color , SV, which B, C changed more. 2) Through the sensory examination there was not of significant effect in the strength and acceptability after an hours heating between sample A, B and C. 3) Basic aroma component of the fresh sesame oil and the heating in the carbonyl fraction were analyzed and indentified by G L C. N-hexanal, n -heptanal , n-octanal etc were increased by means of the heating , sample b remarkably more than A.

Baby boomers are often defined by their support of their parents and their devotion to their children's educational success by providing financial and emotional aids. Now, 7.12 million baby boomers in South Korea are retiring, or are about to retire, without any retirement plans. Similar to financial stability, health, and leisure life, social capital is another important element in the quality life after retirement. This is because social capital can function as a potential resource network. Social capital is a source that provides money, information, goods, services, emotional aids, social relational opportunities etc. In the past, family and community provided social capital for the aged. However, the baby boomer generation cannot expect the same. The baby boomers have the task of creating new social capital that can assure their quality of life. Therefore, this study examines cohort characteristics of the baby boomer generation and, based on the examination, seeks an alternative for social capital. The results are as follows: First, social capital from the local community can be an alternative source of caring for the baby boomers in old age. Second, among the social capital of the local community, elderly care supported by a family friendly community is proposed. In addition, baby boomers must become the primary social capital that contributes to a mature civil society rather than a beneficiary of welfare for the aged.

The railroad freight transport has great merits that can transport mass and specific items(dangerous goods), but it takes a long time because of low accessibility to the logistics facility and the complex process of loading freight in middle station. This paper analyzed volumes and characters of each railroad freight item, and was carried out the effect of applying E&S system to Gyeongbu line containers to find the method of reducing transport time and effective container transportation. As a result of Cost-Effectiveness analysis, the block train(B/T) is reducing transport time more about 1~2 hours. The road congestion cost is saving about 2.2 billion won. And due to skipping work of organizing train, personnel and equipment expenses savings expected about 9 billion won. It is expected that the E&S system enhances the container transport service and has an effect positive influence on making a efficient method of transport. But It is necessary to estimate pre-feasibility of applying E&S system that the standard of estimating cost and benefit is required further examination.
