The innovation of enterprises allowed firms to promote technological innovation as an important choice to improve sustainable competitiveness. This study aims to investigate the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation performance of Chinese high-tech enterprises and focuses on the mediating role of innovation culture in high-tech enterprises. Data came from surveying high-tech enterprises in China, and the reliability analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis, path analysis (SEM) were analyzed using SPSS23, AMOS. The results show that intellectual capital composed of human capital, structural capital, and relational has a significant impact on acquisition performance; intellectual capital is composed of human capital; structural capital has a significant influence on innovation performance; and absorptive capital has a significant impact on innovation performance. In addition, innovative culture plays a partial mediating role between absorptive capacity and innovation performance. The findings of this study suggest that, to ensure the better absorption and operation of knowledge, high-tech enterprises can accumulate more knowledge, promote the transformation of knowledge into technology, and strengthen the capability of knowledge absorptive capacity, and at the same time, create an innovation culture atmosphere and encourage employees to develop new products to achieve enterprise goals in order to promote the improvement of innovation performance.
This study aims to explore the potential of Korean language learning as a means of psychological healing and improving the quality of life for Japanese middle-aged and older learners. Results showed that Korean language learning could help alleviate various psychological issues experienced by middle-aged learners and contribute to enhancing their quality of life. Learning a foreign language is not just about acquiring information but also about meeting people who use the language and understanding and experiencing their culture. In particular, for Japanese middle-aged learners, Korean language learning can be advantageous as it can lead to the discovery or development of new hobbies or interests. Results also showed that Korean language learning increased learners' opportunities for interaction with others and enjoyment of learning new cultural customs. These positive outcomes suggest the need for discussion of teaching strategies that focus on psychological healing in foreign language education. Further clinical trials with participants who learn foreign languages for healing purposes may provide more conclusive evidence on the diverse effects of language learning on stress, anxiety, depression, self-development, social connections, and cognitive ability.
Purpose: The research aims at examining the impact of marketer capabilities and persistence on marketer performance and distribution of agricultural product facilities. Research design, data, and methodology: The research employs quantitative methods using a cross-sectional design survey by analyzing the marketer of agricultural production facilities. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling technique and data were taken from 235 respondents. The data were then processed using SEM-PLS. Results: The findings reveal that both marketer capabilities and marketer persistence significantly impact the performance of agricultural product facility marketers. Notably, marketer persistence exerts a more dominant influence on marketer performance than marketer capabilities. Effective communication and coordination between the sales team and the distribution center emerge as crucial factors determining the success of distributing agricultural equipment to reach farmers' land at the optimal time. Conclusions: The findings offer valuable managerial insights for agricultural product facility companies seeking to enhance marketer performance. To achieve this, companies should focus on increasing marketer persistence, with an emphasis on nurture-focused persistence rather than closure-focused persistence. Additionally, improving marketer capabilities is crucial, starting with relationship development, followed by trust building, customer retention, responsiveness, and acquisition. These strategies can collectively contribute to boosting marketer performance within the organization.

To manage software safely, the military acquires and manages products in accordance with the RMF A&A. RMF A&A is standard for acquiring IT products used in the military. And it covers the requirements, acquisition through evaluation and maintenance of products. According to the RMF A&A, product development activities should reflect the risks of the military. In other words, developers have mitigated the risks through security by design and supply chain security. And they submit evidence proving that they have properly comply with RMF A&A's security requirements, and the military will evaluate the evidence to determine whether to acquire IT product. Previously, case study of RMF A&A have been already conducted. But it is difficult to apply in real-world, because it only address part of RMF A&A and detailed information is confidential. In this paper, we propose the evidence fulfilling method that can satisfy the requirements of the RMF A&A. Furthermore, we apply the proposed method to real-world drone system for verifying our method meets the RMF A&A.

Stick-PC is small and portable, So it can be used like a desktop if you connect it to a display device such as a monitor or TV anytime and anywhere. Accordingly, Stick-PC can related to various crimes, and various evidence may remain. Stick-PC uses the same Windows version of the operating system as the regular Desktop, the artifacts to be analyzed are the same. However, unlike the Desktop, it can be used as a meaningful information for forensic investigation if it is possible to identify the actual user and trace the usage by finding the traces of peripheral devices before analyzing the system due to the mobility. In this paper, We presents a method of collecting images using Bootable OS, which is one of the image collection methods of Stick-PC. In addition, we show how to analyze the trace of peripheral connection and network connection trace such as Display, Bluetooth through the registry and event log, and suggest the application method from the forensic point of view through experimental scenario.

Delirium is among the most common mental disorders encountered in patients with a temporary cognitive impairment such as consciousness disorder, attention disorder, and poor speech, particularly among those who are older. Delirium is distressing for patients and families, can interfere with the management of symptoms such as pain, and is associated with increased elderly mortality. The purpose of this paper is to generate useful clinical knowledge that can be used to distinguish the outcomes of patients with delirium in long-term care facilities. For this purpose, we extracted the clinical classification knowledge associated with delirium using a local covering rule acquisition approach with the rough lower approximation region. The clinical applicability of the proposed method was verified using data collected from a prospective cohort study. From the results of this study, we found six useful clinical pieces of evidence that the duration of delirium could more than 12 days. Also, we confirmed eight factors such as BMI, Charlson Comorbidity Index, hospitalization path, nutrition deficiency, infection, sleep disturbance, bed scores, and diaper use are important in distinguishing the outcomes of delirium patients. The classification performance of the proposed method was verified by comparison with three benchmarking models, ANN, SVM with RBF kernel, and Random Forest, using a statistical five-fold cross-validation method. The proposed method showed an improved average performance of 0.6% and 2.7% in both accuracy and AUC criteria when compared with the SVM model with the highest classification performance of the three models respectively.
The theme of the current study is to study intonation of Taiwanese(Tw.) by comparing the intonation patterns in native language (Ll), target language (L2), and interlanguage (IL). Studies on interlanguage have dealt primarily with segments. Though there were studies which addressed to the issues of interlanguage intonation, more often than not, they didn't offer evidence for the statement, and the hypotheses were mainly based on impression. Therefore, a formal description of interlanguage intonation is necessary for further development in this field. The basic assumption of this study is that native speakers of one language perceive and produce a second language in ways closely related to the patterns of their first language. Several studies on interlanguage prosody have suggested that prosodic structure and rules are more subject to transfer than certain other phonological phenomena, given their abstract structural nature and generality(Vogel 1991). Broselow(1988) also shows that interlanguage may provide evidence for particular analyses of the native language grammar, which may not be available from the study of the native language alone. Several research questions will be addressed in the current study: A. How does duration vary among native and nominative utterances\ulcorner The results shows that there is a significant difference in duration between the beginning English learners, and the native speakers of American English for all the eleven English sentences. The mean duration shows that the beginning English learners take almost twice as much time (1.70sec.), as Americans (O.97sec.) to produce English sentences. The results also show that American speakers take significant longer time to speak all ten Taiwanese utterances. The mean duration shows that Americans take almost twice as much time (2.24sec.) as adult Taiwanese (1.14sec.) to produce Taiwanese sentences. B. Does proficiency level influence the performance of interlanguage intonation\ulcorner Can native intonation patterns be achieved by a non-native speaker\ulcorner Wenk(1986) considers proficiency level might be a variable which related to the extent of Ll influence. His study showed that beginners do transfer rhythmic features of the Ll and advanced learners can and do succeed in overcoming mother-tongue influence. The current study shows that proficiency level does play a role in the acquisition of English intonation by Taiwanese speakers. The duration and pitch range of the advanced learners are much closer to those of the native American English speakers than the beginners, but even advanced learners still cannot achieve native-like intonation patterns. C. Do Taiwanese have a narrower pitch range in comparison with American English speakers\ulcorner Ross et. al.(1986) suggests that the presence of tone in a language significantly inhibits the unrestricted manipulation of three acoustical measures of prosody which are involved in producing local pitch changes in the fundamental frequency contour during affective signaling. Will the presence of tone in a language inhibit the ability of speakers to modulate intonation\ulcorner The results do show that Taiwanese have a narrower pitch range in comparison with American English speakers. Both advanced (84Hz) and beginning learners (58Hz) of English show a significant narrower FO range than that of Americans' (112Hz), and the difference is greater between the beginning learners' group and native American English speakers.

Acute exacerbation(s) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) tend to be critical and debilitating events leading to poorer outcomes in relation to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) treatment modalities, and contribute to a higher and earlier mortality rate in COPD patients. Besides pro-active preventative measures intended to obviate acquisition of AECOPD, early recovery from severe AECOPD is an important issue in determining the long-term prognosis of patients diagnosed with COPD. Updated GOLD guidelines and recently published American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society clinical recommendations emphasize the importance of use of pharmacologic treatment including bronchodilators, systemic steroids and/or antibiotics. As a non-pharmacologic strategy to combat the effects of AECOPD, noninvasive ventilation (NIV) is recommended as the treatment of choice as this therapy is thought to be most effective in reducing intubation risk in patients diagnosed with AECOPD with acute respiratory failure. Recently, a few adjunctive modalities, including NIV with helmet and helium-oxygen mixture, have been tried in cases of AECOPD with respiratory failure. As yet, insufficient documentation exists to permit recommendation of this therapy without qualification. Although there are too few findings, as yet, to allow for regular andr routine application of those modalities in AECOPD, there is anecdotal evidence to indicate both mechanical and physiological benefits connected with this therapy. High-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy is another supportive strategy which serves to improve the symptoms of hypoxic respiratory failure. The therapy also produced improvement in ventilatory variables, and it may be successfully applied in cases of hypercapnic respiratory failure. Extracorporeal carbon dioxide removal has been successfully attempted in cases of adult respiratory distress syndrome, with protective hypercapnic ventilatory strategy. Nowadays, it is reported that it was also effective in reducing intubation in AECOPD with hypercapnic respiratory failure. Despite the apparent need for more supporting evidence, efforts to improve efficacy of NIV have continued unabated. It is anticipated that these efforts will, over time, serve toprogressively decrease the risk of intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation in cases of AECOPD with acute respiratory failure.
This study was carried out to analyze the disparities of basic living infrastructure between Guns(rural counties), and between Eups/Myuns(rural districts) in Jeollanam-do province. For the purpose of this study, dimensions of regional disparity in basic living structure were measured by 3 components ; road, public water service and sewage disposal. By utilizing the published statistics, this study has examined 8 Guns(counties) containing Eup and Myon in Jeollanam-do province which can represent 4 different rural areal types, respectively, i,e. mountainous, semi-mountainous, flat and seashore areas. The data acquisition time of this study is fixed on end of 2009 year in order for possible collections of the most recent published statistics. It presents evidence on the magnitude and evolution of discussion of regional disparities between Guns(counties), and between Eup & Myon, and between Myons in Jeollanam-do province even though infrastructure provision level of Jeollanam-do rural areas are much more improved than the past. Concludingly, the existing disparities in this area is meaningful and so, it should be seriously reconsidered when deciding local government's budget allocation priority.
