When the negative event is published, the company tends to go through the negative impact on the firm performance. Especially, with the SNS, the negative event is instantly spread on indefinite region so the impact seems bigger than the period before the SNS media appearance. It seems that everyone considers the SNS media impact on the firm performance quite big. However, there has been no empirical study on the impact comparison on the firm performance between pre and post SNS media occurrence periods. This study tries to empirically compare the impact of the negative event on the firm performance between pre and post SNS media appearance. Our study starts fromthe basic but not verified question; Does really the negative event have more negative impact in the post-SNS-occurrence period than in the pre-SNS-occurrence period? In order to examine the impact of the negative publicity on firm performance in two eras, pre and post SNS media appearance, we used CAR (Cumulative Abnormal Resturns) model. By using this model, we could verify the statistical significance of cumulative abnormal returns in market between before and after the events. For event samples, we focused on food manufacturers and collected the negative events from 1991 to 2003 for pre-SNS occurrence period, and from 2010 to 2013 for post-SNS occurrence period. Based on the listed food companies at KOSPI, we researched Naver News Library (newslibrary.naver.com) and Naver News (news.naver.com) for all the individual negative events published for both periods. Firm returns data were collected from TS 2000 (KOCO Info) and market portfolio data were collected from KRX Exchange. Through our empirical analysis, our finding is interesting to note that the type of events differently influences on the firm performance. With the SNS, the health-related events have influence on the firm performance 'after the event day' whereas the company behavior trust events have influence 'before the event day'. Our findings have implications for management. When a negative event directly related to or threatening customers or their life such as health, it is crucial to fix up the situation right after the event occurs. On the other hand, when a negative event is not publicly available information such as company behavior trust, it is important for marketers to strengthen the firms' trust reputation and control the bad WOM before the event.

이 연구의 목적은 사서교사를 대상으로, 북 큐레이션의 현황, 북 큐레이션의 필요성과 효과성에 대한 인식 태도를 조사하여 향후 북 큐레이션 서비스의 개선 방안을 논의하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 51명의 경기 지역 사서교사를 대상으로 북 큐레이션의 운영 현황을 설문형식으로 조사하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답자의 86.3%가 북 큐레이션 운영 경험을 가지고 있었고, 둘째, 북 큐레이션 서비스를 하는 가장 중요한 이유는 학생들에게 다양한 주제의 자원을 소개하기 위한 것이었으며, 셋째, 북 큐레이션의 주제는 도서 관련 행사와 사회적 이슈를 반영하여 선정하며, 넷째, 사서교사들은 북큐레이션에 대한 교육을 받지 않고 서비스를 수행하는 경우가 많았으며, 마지막으로, 북 큐레이션 서비스가 필요하다는 인식은 높지만 공간과 예산의 부족 등으로 운영상 어려움을 겪고 있다. 결과를 바탕으로, 우리는 이 연구가 북 큐레이션의 실제를 보고하는 데이터로 학술적 기여가 있으며, 도서관의 자원이 사장되지 않고 이용자와 적극적으로 매칭되기 위하여, 사서교사의 전문적 교육, 교육과정과의 연계 등이 필요하며, 향후 연구는 선행연구들에서 공통적으로 제기된 문제를 제거할 수 있어야 한다고 제언하였다.

본 연구는 국내 어린이도서관 문화프로그램의 운영현황을 조사, 서비스 유형 및 운영실태를 분석함으로써 어린이도서관 문화프로그램의 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 48개 어린이도서관 홈페이지를 통해 조사된 문화프로그램 856종을 유형별로 분석한 결과 초등학령기 대상 강좌형 프로그램이 가장 많았다. 운영실태분석 결과 참여경험은 초등저학년 시기, 부모 권유에 의해, 1-3회 정도 경험이 가장 많았으며, 만족도는 체험형 문화프로그램이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 어린이도서관 문화프로그램의 목적 달성을 위한 유형으로는 만족도가 높은 체험형, 참여형 문화프로그램으로, 대상 연령별로는 영 유아부터의 문화프로그램 확대 및 초등학령기까지의 연계성을 충분히 고려하여 좀 더 전략적이고 체계적으로 접근할 필요가 있다. 또한 어린이도서관서비스 자원으로서의 다양한 장서 이용을 활성화 할 수 있도록 주제를 확대하고, 지역특성화 프로그램을 개발, 운영하는 도서관의 독특한 문화적 기능 구현이 중요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 사서교사의 직무별 중요도와 타 교원과 학생의 기대 직무에 대한 인식을 확인하며 사서교사가 인식하는 직무 수행 역량의 정도를 파악하여 사서교사의 직무 인식에 대한 기초정보를 얻고 중점적으로 개선해야 할 사서교사의 직무를 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여, 임정훈 외(2021)가 선정한 25개의 직무를 수정한 뒤 사서교사 210명을 대상으로 사서교사 자신의 직무별 중요도, 타 교원과 학생의 기대 직무별 중요도 그리고 사서교사 자신의 수행 역량 인식 수준을 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 사서교사는 '독서교육과 리터러시 교육'을 가장 중요하게 인식하였으나 타 교원과 학생의 기대 직무로 '도서관 행사'를 가장 중요하게 인식하였으며 '도서관 이용지도' 수행 역량이 가장 뛰어나다고 인식하였다. 그리고 중점적으로 사서교사의 역량 향상이 필요한 직무로는 '콘텐츠 큐레이션', '다른 교사의 도서관활용수업 지원', '디지털 기능과 기술 활용', '교수학습매체 제작', '정보의 접근과 공정이용', '교수설계 및 구현', '정보윤리와 저작권 교육', '미디어 정보 리터러시 교육', '협력수업'을 포함한 9개의 직무로 나타났다.

Rural development policy has changed from hardware based development to community revitalization. The purpose of this study is to analyze social network of collaborative activity among rural organizations as fundamental of community. The material used in this study is a record of collaborative activites in the community newsletter of Hong-Dong area. 161 of collaborative activities (links) and 75 of organizations (nodes) are investigated in network. 6 collaborative activity type ('Education', 'Socializing', 'Meeting', 'Culture', 'Event' and 'Labor') is classified. 'Socializing' is inclusive of approximately half of whole network (50.67%). Closeness centraization, degree centralization and betweenness centralization are measured on top in 'Education', 'Meeting' and 'Event' type. Scatter plot analysis using degree and betweenness centrality index, 'Maeul Revitalization Center', 'Balmak Library', 'Woori-Maeul Medical Co-op', 'Support Center for Female Farmers', 'Hongdong Middle School' and 'Mundang Sustainable Agriculture Education Center' are resulted as the core organization in network. Geographical distribution of collaborative activity is not only concentated in Hong-Dong Myeon but also networked with adjacent administrative district. This study finds its purpose in the detailed analysis of network characteristics of collaborative activity within Hong-Dong area which is representative developed rural community in Korea.

The high-resolution near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy can reveal the evidence of the accretion burst (e.g., the broadened absorption features produced by the Keplerian disk motion) although the moment of the outburst was not caught. The embedded protostar IRAS 16316-1540 observed with the Immersion Grating Infrared Spectrograph (IGRINS, $R={\Delta}{\lambda}/{\lambda}{\sim}45000$) shows the broad absorption features in atomic and CO transitions, as seen in FU Orionis objects (FUors), indicative of an outburst event. We examine whether the spectra of IRAS 16316-1540 arise from the rotating inner hot gaseous disk. Using the IGRINS spectral library, we show that the line profiles of IRAS 16316-1540 are more consistent with an M1.5 V template spectrum convolved with a disk rotation profile than the protostellar photosphere absorption features with a high stellar rotation velocity. We also note that the absorption features deviated from the expected line profile of the accretion disk model can be explained by a turbulence motion generated in the disk atmosphere. From previous observations that show the complex environment and the misaligned outflow axes in IRAS 16316-1540, we suggest that an impact of infalling clumpy envelope material against the disk induces the disk precession, causing the accretion burst from the inner disk to the protostar.

As the IMO introduced MASS (Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships), ISO(International Organization for Standardization) announced ISO 19847 of a maritime data sharing standard for collecting and remotely managing data of ship systems. Previous literature evaluated the risk using HAZOP for ISO 19847 and proved that risk assessment is useful through experiments. However, redundancy of ISO 19847 ship data server which is one of the risk reduction method suggested in previous literature, was designed but couldn't tested due to the limitations of the conditions. So, in this study, to prove the usefulness of the ship data server redundancy of ISO 19847 which was not tested in previous literature. It based on the design of previous literature, and the network of ship data servers was modeled using the SES/DEVS format and simulated using the DEVS# open source library.

In this paper, a general fuzzy syntactic method for recognition of flaw patterns and for the measurement of flaw characteristic parameters for a non-destructive inspections signal, called eddy-current, is presented. Solutions are given to the subtasks of primitive pattern selection, signal to symbol transformation, pattern grammar formulation, and event-synchronous flaw pattern extraction based on the grammars. Fuzzy attribute grammars are used as the model for the pattern grammar because of their descriptive power in the face of uncertain constraints caused by nose or distortion in the signal waveform, due to their ability to handle syntactic as well as semantic information. This approach has been implemented and the performance of eh resultant system has been evaluated using a library of law patterns obtained from steam generator tubes in nuclear power plants by an eddy current-based non-destructive inspection method.

전통적으로 신문 매체는 국내외에서 발생하는 사건들을 살피는 데에 가장 적합한 매체이다. 최근에는 정보통신 기술의 발달로 온라인 뉴스 매체가 다양하게 등장하면서 주변에서 일어나는 사건들에 대한 보도가 크게 증가하였고, 이것은 독자들에게 많은 양의 정보를 보다 빠르고 편리하게 접할 기회를 제공함과 동시에 감당할 수 없는 많은 양의 정보소비라는 문제점도 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방대한 양의 뉴스기사로부터 데이터를 추출하여 주요 사건을 감지하고, 사건들 간의 관련성을 판단하여 사건 네트워크를 구축함으로써 독자들에게 현시적이고 요약적인 사건정보를 제공하는 기법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2016년 3월에서 2017년 3월까지의 한국 정치 및 사회 기사를 수집하였고, 전처리과정에서 NPMI와 Word2Vec 기법을 활용하여 고유명사 및 합성명사와 이형동의어 추출의 정확성을 높였다. 그리고 LDA 토픽 모델링을 실시하여 날짜별로 주제 분포를 계산하고 주제 분포의 최고점을 찾아 사건을 탐지하는 데 사용하였다. 또한 사건 네트워크를 구축하기 위해 탐지된 사건들 간의 관련성을 측정을 위하여 두 사건이 같은 뉴스 기사에 동시에 등장할수록 서로 더 연관이 있을 것이라는 가정을 바탕으로 코사인 유사도를 확장하여 관련성 점수를 계산하는데 사용하였다. 최종적으로 각 사건은 각의 정점으로, 그리고 사건 간의 관련성 점수는 정점들을 잇는 간선으로 설정하여 사건 네트워크를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 사건 네트워크는 1년간 한국에서 발생했던 정치 및 사회 분야의 주요 사건들이 시간 순으로 정렬되었고, 이와 동시에 특정 사건이 어떤 사건과 관련이 있는지 파악하는데 도움을 주었다. 또한 일련의 사건들의 시발점이 되는 사건이 무엇이었는가도 확인이 가능하였다. 본 연구는 텍스트 전처리 과정에서 다양한 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 새로이 주목받고 있는 Word2vec 기법을 적용하여 봄으로써 기존의 한글 텍스트 분석에서 어려움을 겪고 있었던 고유명사 및 합성명사 추출과 이형동의어의 정확도를 높였다는 것에서 학문적 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 그리고, LDA 토픽 모델링을 활용하기에 방대한 양의 데이터를 쉽게 분석 가능하다는 것과 기존의 사건 탐지에서는 파악하기 어려웠던 사건 간 관련성을 주제 동시출현을 통해 파악할 수 있다는 점에서 기존의 사건 탐지 방법과 차별화된다.

Downstream of Bid (DOBI) known as Pus10, has been identified as a modulator of TRAIL-induced cell death using RNAi library screening. The crystal structure of DOBI has revealed that it is a crescent-shaped protein containing the pseudouridine synthase catalytic domain and a THUMP-containing domain. Here, we demonstrated that DOBI is expressed in various tissues such as heart and lung, and is also expressed in various tumor cells such as HeLa and A549. Although ectopic expression of DOBI does not promote TRAIL death signaling in HeLa cells, knock-down of DOBI expression using shRNA inhibited TRAIL death signaling. DOBI is cleaved into a 54 kD cleaved DOBI during cell death, and the recombinant DOBI protein can be directly cleaved by caspases-3, or -8 in vitro. Together, these data suggest that the cleaved DOBI may acquire a new function, possibly by cooperating with tBid in the mitochondrial event of cell death caused by TRAIL.
